Background: Despite a growing number of investigations exploring the health problems in precarious workers, there is still a paucity of studies investigating workplace violence in workers with multi-party employment arrangements (WMPEAs). This study was aimed at comparing the prevalence of workplace violence between non-WMPEA and WMPEA. Methods: The 5th Korean Working Conditions Survey data were used. The study subjects were employees aged 20-74, with 26,239 non-WMPEA and 1,556 WMPEA. WMPEA included temporary agency workers and workers providing outsourced services. Workplace violence including verbal abuse, unwanted sexual attention, threats, and humiliating behaviors were used as outcome variables. The odds ratios of risk of workplace violence were calculated using multiple logistic regression. Results: The age-standardized prevalence of workplace violence was significantly higher among WMPEA. After adjusting for all covariates, the risk of workplace violence among WMPEA was still significant (OR 1.80, 95% CI 1.5-2.2) compared with non-WMPEA. The odds ratio of workplace violence among female WMPEA was 1.99 (95% CI 1.53-2.59), which is higher than that of male WMPEA (OR 1.52, 95% CI 1.18-1.96). Conclusion: We found that WMPEA were exposed to higher risk of workplace violence. Discrimination against WMPEA in the working environment and management policy need to be corrected. It is also necessary to identify the risk factors of workplace violence in WMPEA and to make efforts to prevent violence.

As the majority of Korean MRO demand is outsourced overseas, AMO by major foreign authorities is required to promote the Korean MRO industry to keep Korean MRO demand on shore. This study aims to promote consulting for AMO (obtaining repair station certification) by U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for Korean maintenance companies. We analyzed AMO process, studied various industry cases, developed a model for AMO consulting, and identified core competencies for consultants. We suggested a five-step modified Milan model to apply AMO consulting process. We identified seven core competencies (ethics, communications, problem-solving, technical, relationship, resource management, organizational understanding) both social and technical for consultants. Additionally, we text analyzed more than 260 FAA AMO consultant resumes on Linkedin and interpreted frequent words (airline, audit, inspector, DER, regulation, ISO, system) to their competencies. This study contributes to promote consulting for the Korean MRO industry to be recognized by FAA and to develop the Korean MRO industry.

The arrival of the Internet of Things and 5G technology enables users to rely on edge computing platforms to process massive data. Data sharing based on edge computing refines the efficiency of data collection and analysis, saves the communication cost of data transmission back and forth, but also causes the privacy leakage of a lot of user data. Based on attribute-based encryption and blockchain technology, we design a fine-grained access control scheme for data in edge computing, which has the characteristics of verifiability, support for outsourcing decryption and user attribute revocation. User attributes are authorized by multi-attribute authorization, and the calculation of outsourcing decryption in attribute encryption is completed by edge server, which reduces the computing cost of end users. Meanwhile, We implemented the user's attribute revocation process through the dual encryption process of attribute authority and blockchain. Compared with other schemes, our scheme can manage users' attributes more flexibly. Blockchain technology also ensures the verifiability in the process of outsourcing decryption, which reduces the space occupied by ciphertext compared with other schemes. Meanwhile, the user attribute revocation scheme realizes the dynamic management of user attribute and protects the privacy of user attribute.

The objective of this paper is to provide the conceptual selection framework of SLA metrics to maximize the operation efficiency and satisfaction of IT outsourcing and how to select most efficient auto service call center and system. With these metrics, both customers and service providers can measure service performance of IT outsourcing service. Hence, it is expected to boost operation efficiency and customers' satisfaction. In that sense, this study gives the value to both outsourcing and outsourced companies through suggesting the proper SLA metrics selection framework which provides the standards of service performance measurement and the management of IT outsourcing service in accordance with their business strategy quantitatively and qualitatively. Also we perform a survey for two customers in real business to prove the logicality of this selection framework is working and to find out relationship between SLA practice and customers' satisfaction while they outsource their IT service.

This study researched the status and prospect of the natural dye program in the Gyeongsang region, with a focus on private centers with sufficient infrastructure and abundant human resources available for natural dyes. Metropolitan cities do not own the drying house and the agricultural land for natural dyes as well as have difficulty securing the land; therefore, entire sites are limited and smaller as they are closer to the city. The one-time program of all centers has been researched to help promote and maintain centers rather than generate profit. It is shown that June-August (summer) is preferred over December-February (winter). Natural dye programs for hobby and education are operated as needed because the number of participants are low. This program uses natural indigo and Persimmon Juice for the dyeing raw materials. Programs are often outsourced by other institutes with a private certification registration system the starting of a business after obtaining certification are often found in institutes operating programs directly. Future plans do not include investments in facilities (like the enlargement of experience centers) the prospect of programs and business value is bright for business strategies that include an exhibition shop for natural dye products and program development.

Cloud storage becomes a new trend that more and more users move their data to cloud storage servers (CSSs). To ensure the security of cloud storage, many cloud auditing schemes are proposed to check the integrity of users' cloud data. However, most of them are based on public key infrastructure, which leads to complex certificates management and verification. Besides, most existing auditing schemes are inefficient when user uploads a large amount of data or a third party auditor (TPA) performs auditing for multiple users' data on different CSSs. To overcome these problems, in this paper, we propose an efficient and secure auditing scheme based on identity-based cryptography. To relieve user's computation burden, we introduce a proxy, which is delegated to generate and upload homomorphic verifiable tags for user. We extend our auditing scheme to support auditing for dynamic data operations. We further extend it to support batch auditing in multiple users and multiple CSSs setting, which is practical and efficient in large scale cloud storage system. Extensive security analysis shows that our scheme is provably secure in random oracle model. Performance analysis demonstrates that our scheme is highly efficient, especially reducing the computation cost of proxy and TPA.

This study examined the effects of perceived service quality of dispatch companies on satisfaction and performance of user companies. The empirical investigation was conducted in human service sector. Service quality was classified into five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data were collected from 80 employees of user companies. Results indicated that responsiveness and assurance were positively related to satisfaction of user companies. Results also indicated that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy were positively related to performance of user companies. This study had differential value that it applied the concept of SERVPERF into the labor market, and analyzed its effects on customers' satisfaction and performance. The results also have consequences for managers responsible of outsourced workers.
