지난 40년간 비디오 게임 산업은 비약적인 발전을 이루었다. 이에 본 연구는 산업조직론을 이론적 분석틀로 이용하여 미국 비디오 게임 산업의 진화를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 미국 비디오 게임 산업의 시장 구조 및 시장 행위의 역사적 변화를 확인할 수 있었으며, 특히 미국 비디오 게임 산업의 시장구조의 변화와 시장행위의 변화간에 밀접한 연관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 비디오 게임 산업에 대한 경제학적 분석을 실시하는 후속 연구에 기초가 될 것으로 여겨진다.

In recent years, many computer systems that are used for patient diagnostic and treatment purpose s are being introduced within hospitals. Therefore, being in a position to manage the hospital entirely, efforts to integrate their own unique system into one have started. A system values humans and creates the surrounding atmosphere into one which maximizes the abilities of individuals. For this, a scientific integration management operation system is required. The type of system that is demanded due to this requirement is an ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Lately, even the hospital industry is beginning to show interest in efficient administrative methods. To deliver more predominant medical services, hospitals are trying to introduce scientific administrative methods, whose superiority were proven in enterprises, to the operation system of the hospital organization. ERP values humans over systems, and within a superior system, emphasizes the efficiency of the organization. This sort of process does not just evaluate and manage the working abilities of individuals, but provides an advanced working environment that increases the abilities of members within the organization by fold. Therefore, this research estimates through questionnaires and introductive cases how the introduction of ERP may change the work of customers within hospitals such as the radiologic technology department, and how it may also change the environment of medical services, thus striving to create a radiologic technology department that will not fall behind the times.

본 연구의 목적은 제주도 촌락지역에 있어서 귀농 귀촌인구의 증가로 인한 촌락지역의 변화를 고찰하는데 있다. 특히, 귀농 귀촌인구 증가에 따른 비 농업적 경제활동의 증가와 지역조직에 초점을 두어 촌락지역의 변화를 분석하였다. 제주도 촌락지역으로의 귀농 귀촌인구 증가는 촌락지역에서의 관광서비스업체의 증가를 가져왔다. 그로 인해 촌락지역내에서는 서비스공간의 조성과 함께 토지이용에서의 변화가 나타나고 있다. 한편, 귀농 귀촌인구에 의해 결성된 지역조직은 기존 촌락지역의 조직과는 조직 구성원, 조직 활동과 활동추진체제에서 상당한 차이를 보인다. 사례조직인 서귀포시귀농귀촌협동조합은 촌락지역에서 결성된 조직임에도 불구하고 도시적 성격을 띤다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the status and limitations of the activation plan as a result of the change in urban regeneration paradigm. In particular, the change in housing life was considered following the guidelines of the New Deal project. Specifically, the three types - General Neighborhood, Housing Support, and DongneSaligi - were analyzed from the perspective of organization, space and program. In addition, the master plan and unit project, the organization and progress, and the budget plan were reviewed. As a result, the New Deal project for urban regeneration is importance on economic regeneration, which, unlike the integrated and continuous guide proposed by the government, could limit the individual progress of transitional organizations, 2-dimensional planing and various programs. Thus, first, in order to supplement the organization's verticality and inefficiency in progress, the annual business assessment should be discouraged and the permit and progress of the project should be determined at the local government level. Second, integrated and multidimensional planning is necessary to produce synergy effects in the physical environment. Finally, the link between program unit projects and the economic effects can be considered.

지적기관의 핵심변화 요인으로 측위기술의 발달을 포함한 공간정보통신기술(Geo-ICT)의 발달, 정부의 공기업 혁신정책, 지적측량시장 개방압력, 지적측량 업무량 감소 등의 요인으로 제시하였다. 환경변화에 따른 지적기관의 역할변화에 관한 국제사회의 인식은 지적측량 기관에서 공간정보 제공기관으로 변화해야 하며, 궁극적으로 최신의 공간정보를 충분히 활용하여 경제발전과 국민의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 공간정보기반사회(Spatially Enabled Society)의 실현을 위해 기여하는 역할을 담당해야 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 해외 지적기관 사례조사를 통해서는 국가공간정보 인프라(NSDI)의 핵심역할을 담당해야 하며, 기술 개발과 혁신을 통하여 미래 고객의 요구사항까지도 예측하고 대비하여야 한다는 발전방향성을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 논문은 유럽의 국가간 경찰협력기구의 범죄정보시스템에 대하여 연구하였다. 유럽의 국가간 경찰협력기구는 냉전 시대 유럽 전역에서 빈번하게 발생하던 국제테러와 국제조직범죄, 마약범죄, 불법이민 및 기타 중대한 범죄에 대해 지역 내 국가들의 공동대응 목적으로, 1995년 7월 26일 유로폴 협약의 서명과 1998년 10월 1일 동 조약의 발효로 탄생된 조직이다. 동 조직은 탄생 초기부터 과거 국제형사경찰기구(Interpol)의 업무적 한계를 극복하고자 범죄정보시스템을 구축하였는데, 이는 정보시스템과 업무파일, 색인시스템으로 구성되어, 각 국의 National Unit 또는 다른 법 집행기관간의 직접적이고도 신속한 처리를 통해서 정보의 수집, 교환 및 활용을 용이하게 할 수 있게 하고 있다. 또한 최근에는 CMS와의 통합, 사이버범죄 대응체제의 구축, 생체인식데이터베이스의 도입 등 급변하는 시대에 발맞춘 변화도 추구하고 있다. 이처럼 유로폴의 범죄정보시스템은 현재 유럽지역에서 국제범죄의 예방과 진압에 효과적으로 사용되고 있음은 물론, 정보화 시대에 발맞춘 국가 간 경찰협력시스템에의 중요한 함의가 되고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the organizational politics, resistance change, turnover intention, and organizational commitment of organizational members during mergers and acquisitions. Recently, many companies are interested in mergers and acquisitions for business diversification and market extension. A merger is a legal consolidation of two entities into one, whereas an acquisition occurs when one entity takes ownership of another entity's stock, equity interests, or assets. This research model establishes a structural equation model. This model is set in a causal relationship between manager's organizational politics, peer organizational politics, and change resistance and the change resistance has a causal relationship of turnover and tissue immersion. In particular, this study will test different of organizational politics by position. Research results, the organizational politics of managers and colleagues have shown increasing change resistance. The change resistance has resulted in a reduction of organizational commitment and an increase of turnover intention. Next, the position analysis showed that top management level, middle management level, and working-level officials showed different organizational politics. The working-level officials are influenced by their manager politics and are influenced in organizational commitment and turnover intention by change resistance. The middle manager level is influenced by the organizational politics of bosses and colleagues, and organizational commitment is weakened by change resistance. The CEO level is not affected by organizational politics in the company, but the turnover intention is strengthened and the organizational commitment is weakened by the change resistance. This study has contributed to further updating the theory of organizational politics based on mergers and acquisitions. As a practical implication, we suggest an organizational integration strategy for a new organization.

비즈니스 연속성에 치명적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 홍수, 호우, 강풍 등 자연재해와 911 미국테러, 사이버 공격 등의 사회재난 등으로 부터, 비즈니스 연속성을 유지할 수 있도록 기업 내에 비즈니스 연속성 경영시스템 (BCMS)의 도입 및 구축이 필요한 실정이며, 이를 체계적이고, 효율적인 운영 및 관리하기 위해 조직의 비상사태에 대한 조직 인식구조의 변화가 무엇보다 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 스마트 F기업의 비즈니스 연속성 경영시스템 (BCMS) 도입에 따른 조직의 인식구조 변화에 미치는 효과 및 영향을 분석해 보기위해, 개인인식, 조직문화, 조직구조, 조직전략 이상 4가지 범주로 나누어, 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 설문 자료를 통해, 통계적으로 분석하여, 비즈니스 연속성 경영시스템 도입이 각 범주별로 조직의 인식구조 변화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 검증하였다. 이 연구를 통해, 기업 내에 비즈니스 연속성 경영시스템 도입이 비상사태에 대한 조직의 인식구조에 효과적인 변화를 가져오며, 이를 통해 기업의 가치 향상은 물론 비즈니스 연속성을 유지하는데 커다란 도움이 될 수 있을 것이라고 본다.

The company culture is becoming usual term in business management field. That organization culture of these phenomenon becomes resource of company competitive power indeed, it is basing to logic for important leading person for elevation with systemicity. also, great many scholars do research to subject that is change management of company administration and there are not much example that companies succeed in change actually despite had announced treatise etc. This research tries to synthesize several research subjects by single model regarding confrontation(culture collision) phenomenon between culture that can happen in company through literature research and example analysis basically. Specially, try to classify and divide this by specific developing and arrange in each type with using much this culture analysis in negotiation analytics. Through this problem and suggestion point by this confrontation way in this culture negotiation side and culture risk management side of administration make try to.

The purpose of this study is to attain basic source for spacial re-organization of the elementary school. This is the first step of some series of the study, For purpose, some investigations is to grasp the change of education system, curriculum and the present condition of institution were done, and some questions on the using condition of space, the satisfaction and the hope for the space of their school were asked to 371 teachers in elementary school, by questionnaire and interview methods. The result of the survey was analyzed using a statistics-analysis program SAS. The results are summarized as follows: 1) Corridor is using to extend of learning and living space. 2) To correspond to open education, various comers are placed in the classroom and the corridor. 3) As the change of educational system, teachers need parting the source center and the teacher's room.
