The purpose of this study was to develop a evaluation system of customer service department operation in business. Four sources including related literature, managers of 4 outstanding customer service departments, SOCAP, and 7 OCAP administrative members provided useful information in various ways. The finally suggested evaluation system is consisted of three parts; work to do, resources needed, and operation standards. It is the type of checklist, which business can utilize it to examine whether they are doing well or not in terms of customer service department operation.

The government is largely responsible for preventing “the tragedy of the common property”, but fisherman's effort fer an autonomous fishery control is equally required. Especially in these days of EEZ such self- regulated fishery management system should be developed and cared for as well. This study aimed to explore a proper management system for coastal fishing ground that now requires the responsible fisheries management by investigating and analysing more drastically the managerial functions of fishery right by Eochon-Gye(the smallest unit of fisheries cooperative based on a fishing village), a typical fishery producer's organization in Korea. This study also included such contents as (1) an understanding of fishery producer's organization, (2) the utilization and management system of coastal fishing ground, (3) the actual condition of fishing right distribution in Korea, (4) the fishery right management and activity of Eochon-Gye, (5) the operation and distinctive feature of fishery right in Japan, (6) the intervention and limit of fishery producer's organization for fishing ground management function, and (7) summary and proposal. We made all Eochon-Gye of the whole country an object of this study and carried out an investigation into Eochon-Gye through a questionnaire. We extracted 359 Eochon-Gye, 20% of the total 1,719 Eochon-Gye as a random sample and investigated these regions through a questionnaire by mail. The contents of the questions consist of 40 items, including six categories about the organization of eochon-gye, and fishing ground management and activities.

It is necessary to construct the supply system which is stable and quality assured for professional performance of agro-food export. The purpose of this study is to present the basic information about the improvement directions on the Leading Group of Agro-food Export. The result of analysis is presented by the achievement of business objective, farm-organization and large scale-up, marketing achievement, and the fidelity of group operations etc.

This paper analyzes the implementation of a Knowledge Management System, which helps an organization to share information. Beginning with an overview of the theoretical concepts and types of Knowledge Management System, this paper goes on to describe related information technologies in detail. This paper then proceeds to evaluate the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy's (KIEP) Research Management System as a model, analyzing the purpose, system framework and operation. This study then concludes that in general existing information technologies are sufficient for an organization to build an efficient Knowledge Management System. However, the majority of individuals are currently not fully aware of the importance of sharing individual knowledge and information throughout an organization. Until this reluctance and ignorance is overcome the process of expanding the Knowledge Management System will be a slow and arduous endeavor.

Reserved forces of ROKA are in charge of replacement of TOE in the wartime and mission of rear area operation. But there is institutional inertia in the law and organization oriented to fill human resources rather than take mission. We need to prepare for the investment and arrangement of reserved forces as military power that would be replaced standing forces. In this portion, to reinforce reserve forces elite, First, efficient mobilization regulations and systems are suggested. I covered a maintenance of relevant mobilization ordinances which need to legislated and approved by national assembly for wartime and development of mobilization system which might lose the appropriate time for mobilization due to complicated declaration procedures and measures to overcome the panic at the initial stage of the war and organization and employment of nationwide transportation system and mobilization center. To ensure efficient resource management and mobilization of reserve forces with a number of approximately 3 million, there's a necessity of organization for integration and conciliation. To make it real, I suggested establishing and employing the mobilization center, on first phase, employ the mobilization center focusing on homeland divisions, on second phase, it is advisable to convert to national level mobilization system and develop to central mobilization center focusing on national emergency planning committee. During peacetime, in conjunction with Mobilization Cell, mobilization center can conduct resource survey and integrate and manage mobilization resources and take charge of mobilization training of subordinate units, and during wartime, in conjunction with mobilization coordination team and Cell, can ensure the execution of mobilization. Second, Future oriented reserve forces management system such as service system of reserve forces and support system of homeland defense operations. Current service and trainings of reserve forces by the year have very low connection, as it is very complex to manage the resources and trainings, and service and training lack the equity, re-establishment of service system is required. Also in an aspect of CSS and cultivation support for reserve forces, as the scope and limitation of responsibility between the armed forces and autonomous organization is obscure, conditions to conduct actual-fighting exercises are limited. Concentrated budgetting is extremely difficult because reserve forces training fields are scattered nationwide, and facilities and equipments are rapidly getting older. To improve all these, I suggest the organization of homeland defense battalion with a unit of "City-Gun-District" and supporting the local reserve forces. Conduct unit replacement or personal replacement for those who have finished their 1 or 2 years and homeland defense operation duty for those with 3-5 years for consistency and simplification. Third, I suggest Future oriented Reserved Training(FRT) and Training Center oriented training management to establish a reliable reserve training. Reserves carry out expansion of unit, conventional combat mission, homeland defense and logistics support during wartime, and actual-fighting exercise, and disaster relief, peace keeping activities. Despite diverse activities and roles, their training condition still stays definitely poor. For these reasons, Modernization of weapons and facilities through gradual replacement and procurement is essential to enhance mobilization support system.

Along with the significance of information systems in today s global business operation, the significance of information systems control and audit is ever increasing in the effort to secure accuracy and integrity of vital business data. A study is undertaken to integrate Food and Drug Administration computerized systems validation regulations. Securities & Exchange Commission Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 200 and other significant regulations, and lastly, People Capability Maturity Model into one comprehensive information system validation model. The initial benefits to this comprehensive model are convenience, time-saving, and synchronization of the regulations. An organization that is striving for a high level of quality system in its essential operating areas of organization may opt for this model. After the complete development of the model, a field test would be scheduled to test its efficacy and validity.

According to Railway Safety Act, Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KOTSA) has been entrusted with 'Integrated Railway Safety Audit (IRSA) and has implemented the safety audit to the Railway operation agencies such as Korea Railway (KORAIL) and the Railway facility management organization such as the Korea Rail Network Authority (KR Network). The target of IRSA is to establish the effective rail safety management system and to raise the safety level of the Railway operation and facility agencies by checking synthetically their performance of safety duties with sincerity according to the Railway Safety Act. Even though newly introduced IRSA is conducted smoothly, it is necessary to study the methodology and criteria of the state's safety audit system. The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of IRSA by the comparative research between IRSA and other similar safety audit system and to establish the consecutive improvement concept of IRSA. Second purpose is to confirm the effectiveness of IRSA by the analysis of the relationship between audit results and the safety level of the rail operation agencies.

The e-business strategies ultimately pursue creating the maximal value for customers through the competitive advantages and business opportunities newly created on the basis of information technologies. For the realization of e-business strategies, the successful implementation and operation of e-business system must be the crucial activities in and out of an organization. Therefore, in physical world, there were lots of interests that what kind of key factors can lead the success of e-business system. Moreover, in the field of academia also, there have been many research results for investigating and finding out the key success factors for e-business system. However, the perceptual level of the significance of key success factors that organization members perceive can be changed over each phase of system life cycle such phases as introduction, growth, maturity, and decline. This study investigated that there might be significant differences in the perceptual level regarding importance of success factors among phases of system life cycle.

KORAIL has been established by 1st January 2005. From organization change to KORAIL(Korea railroad Corporation), labour union and company management team has been argument for their train crews and drivers operation system. For example, train crew and driver working conditions; working hours per week, off day and duty day time, over night time working payment, current position payment, preparation time, company own lodge operation and so on. I assure that this comparison study for train crew and driver operation between KORAIL and EWS will helps to improve other korean railway companies management efficiency. In conclusion, EWS has 4$\sim$6 times more efficient employee for active operation than KORAIL per 1 freight brock-train operation. EWS has very resonable train crews and driver operation system, and self-control regulation for employee and management team with trusty. This thesis propose that korean railway companies and their own labour unions need joint research and benchmarking other oversea railway companies as like EWS.
