The Analysis of Financial of Condition: the Features of the Application of Concentric Matric Modeless

  • Purpose - The article views the theoretical basis of adaptation concentric matrix models in the analysis of the financial condition of the organization. Presented the elements counting procedures in the assessment of economic stability. Research design, data, and Methodology - Used the economic indicates in the concentric matrix models. The article views the specific using the concentric matrix models in the analysis of the financial condition of the organization. Results - The concentric matrix models can be adaptation to the analysis of financial conditions of organizations and to the comparative analysis. In the process of analysis of economic stability can be used "a field of efficiency". The classical variant of methods is transformed. The detailed assessment of influence of individual factors defined the additional methods. Conclusions - In the article the methods are demonstrated on the material of organization (Hyundai Elevator Co, China Communications Construction Company).

온라인 학습에서 교류거리의 구조지각수준과 학습효과의 관계 (The Relations of Learning Effectiveness and the Level of Learner's Structure Perception of Transactional Distance in Online Learning Environment)

  • 이 연구는 온라인을 기반으로 한 원격교육의 학습효과를 증진시키기 위한 방안으로 학습자들이 지각하는 교류거리의 구조지각수준에 따른 성별, 학습만족도, 학습지속성, 학업성취도와의 관계를 알아보았다. 연구결과 학습자의 일반적 특성인 성별에 따른 교류거리의 구조지각수준은 의의 있는 차이가 없었다(p>.05). 교류거리의 구조지각수준과 학습자가 지각하는 수업만족도와 학습지속성과는 통계적으로 의의 있는 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났지만 학업성취도와는 유의한 차이가 발견되지 않았다(p>.05). 교류거리의 구조하위영역 중 수업만족도에 대한 영향력이 큰 하위영역은 과정 상호작용이며, 학습지속성에 대한 영향력이 큰 하위영역은 내용구성으로 나타났다.

The Impact of Autonomous Virtual Work Environments on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Effectiveness

  • The objective of this study is to explore the perceptions of justice regarding the implementation of flexible work arrangements, as well as to analyze the effects of such arrangements on job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The present study posits three key aspects, namely distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, which are hypothesized to influence individuals' impression of justice in relation to flexible work systems. To investigate the influence of job types on an R&D organization, specifically comparing R&D employees and office management employees, a dataset of 190 R&D employees and 50 office management employees was collected. The findings of the investigation provide empirical evidence that distributive justice has a significant impact on the level of job satisfaction among employees in both research and development (R&D) and office administration roles. Moreover, the influence of work satisfaction on organizational performance is noteworthy, particularly with regard to factors such as job dedication, organizational citizenship behavior, and knowledge sharing. The aforementioned findings offer significant insights for research and development (R&D) firms that have incorporated flexible work arrangements. These insights underscore the significance of emphasizing specific justice perceptions in order to augment job satisfaction and overall performance within the organization.

학습조직과 조직유효성의 관계에서 공유가치의 조절효과 (A Study of Shared Values as Moderating Effects on the Relationships between Learning Organization and Organizational Effectiveness)

  • 본 연구는 기업구성원들에 대한 설문조사를 통해 학습조직의 개인차원, 집단차원, 조직차원의 학습활동이 직무만족, 조직몰입, 혁신행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 학습조직의 세 가지 차원과 조직유효성 간의 관계에서 공유가치의 조절효과를 파악하기 위한 연구이다. 학습조직의 개인, 집단 조직차원의 학습활동이 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 조직몰입과 혁신행동에는 부분적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학습조직의 세 가지 차원과 조직유효성의 관계에 있어서 공유가치의 조절효과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공유가치가 집단차원의 학습활동과는 부적으로, 조직차원의 학습활동과는 정적으로 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났으나, 개인차원 학습과 직무만족과의 관계는 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공유가치가 집단차원의 학습활동과는 부적으로, 조직차원의 학습활동과는 정적으로 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났으나, 개인차원학습과 조직몰입과의 관계는 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공유가치가 집단차원의 학습활동과는 부적상호작용으로 조직차원의 학습활동과는 정적상호작용으로 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었으나 개인차원의 학습활동은 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 오늘날 조직의 활동이 복잡해지고 외부환경과의 상호작용이 활발해짐에 따라 조직유효성을 측정하기 위한 기준이 다양해졌고 특히 조직의 목표가 연속적이고 조직의 산출물이 유형적 물질이 아닌 외식산업에서의 조직유효성 측정이라는 난제는 조직연구분야에서 핵심논제가 되고 있는 가운데 급격한 기업 내ㆍ외부의 환경 변화로 인하여 기존의 단면적인 측면으로 평가되는 유효성 지표보다 조직 전반에 대한 거시적인 입장에서 평가될 수 있는 유효성 지표를 도출하기 위해서 조직전반의 운영 과정 및 성과가 모두 포함되는 종합적 품질경영을 선택하는 것이 바람직하다는 의견이 다수 제기되고 있다. A Study on the Factors Associated with the Success of CRM in the Insurance Company

  • This paper studied the theory and methodology of CRM for insurance business and perform empirical analysis to verify causes of success. It considered five factors as variables to explain success of CRM which are (1) Integration through the partnership among organization and members. (2) Utilization of customers' information. (3) Strategy through marketing channel and interaction with customers. (4) Investment and IT infrastructure to construct CRM system. (5) Interaction among organizations for CRM. The success is defined as four terms; effectiveness of organization, curtailment of cost, improvement of customer service and sale of insurance.

  • Knowledge management (KM) is emerging as a robust management mechanism with which an organization can remain highly intelligent and competitive in a turbulent market. Organization knowledge is at the heart of KM success. As a vehicle of acquiring organizational knowledge in a distributed decision-making environment, we applied a fuzzy cognitive map (FMM) technique and proved its effectiveness in a distributed knowledge management environment. Our approach was applied to the financial statement analysis problem, yielding a robust result.

FORMOSAT-2'S EFFECTIVENESS TO TAIWAN'S PUBLIC EDUCATION

  • Public education is undoubtedly a very important aspect for a country to develop space program. People have the rights to understand how the tax they paid is being used. This paper addresses the effectiveness of FORMOSAT-2 on public education in Taiwan. As the first remote sensing satellite of the National Space Organization (NSPO) of Taiwan, FORMOSAT-2 is a small satellite of 746 kg mass for two remote sensing missions: Earth and upward lightning observations. The mission orbit is sun-synchronous of 888 km altitude for exactly 14 revolutions per day. For earth observation, the payload is an advanced high resolution remote sensing instrument (RSI) with ground sampling distance (GSD) 2 m in panchromatic (PAN) band and 8 m in four multi-spectral (MS) bands. For upward lightning observation, the payload is an imager of sprites and upper atmospheric lightning (ISUAL). After more than two years of Earth observation started in June 2004, the effectiveness of FORMOSAT-2 images on public education in Taiwan is very promised. Five domestic universities and one private company in Taiwan have signed contracts respectively with NSPO to take the roles of satellite image investigator and distributor. A private company has signed contract with NSPO to generate and provide URMAP (= your map) in its website for general public applications by using FORMOSAT-2 images. The Newtonkids Book Company used FORMOSAT-2 images to publish a kind of calendar for children education purpose. Besides, a science team in National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) is doing the research work on the 3820 (up to 30 June 2006) transient luminous events (TLEs) observed by FORMOSAT-2.
