한국어순을 따르는 인터넷 한글 도메인 네임 시스템 (A Korean Domain Name System for Korean)

  • 인터넷 사용자는 호스트 접속을 위하여 DNS로부터 IP주소를 획득한다. 그러나 국내의 사용자는 익숙하지 않은 영문어순의 도메인을 사용하여야 한다. 기존 시스템의 어순은 한국어와는 반대이므로 인터넷 보편화에 장애가 되고 있다. 따라서 국내 사용자에게 적합한 한글 도메인 네임 시스템의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문의 한글 도메인 시스템에서는 기존의 도메인 네임 시스템과 함께 운영하기 위하여, 영문으로의 변환 규칙과 한글 도메인 네임의 작성 규칙을 세웠다. 또 한글어순의 처리를 위하여 STROP을 설계하였다. STROP은 SLDF가 국문 SLD을 영문 SLD로 변환하며, 이를 NFDNG가 영문 어순으로 만들게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 한글 도메인 네임 시스템을 사용한다면 도메인 명의 함축된 의미를 사용자가 쉽게 파악할 수 있게 되고, 영문 전자로 인하여 발생하는 도메인 등록의 불만을 해소할 수 있으리라 기대된다. 그 결과 인터넷 보편화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 센서 네트워크는 센서 노드를 이용하여 주변 데이터를 수집하고 수집된 데이터를 가공하여 사용자에게 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위한 정보 서비스 인프라이다. 센서 네트워크를 이용하여 정보를 서비스하기 위해서는 먼저 사용자 질의를 처리하고 필요한 데이터를 추출하기 위한 기법이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 사용자 질의를 처리하는 기법을 분류하기 위한 기준을 제시한다. 그리고 제시한 기준에 따라 기존의 대표적인 연구들을 분류한다.

  • In order to streamline the procedure of data transmission in port and logistics industries, MOMAF introduced EDI systems as the method of data transmission of 19 documents 5 years ago. While operating EDI system, MOMAF has found the inconvenience and the inefficiency of using EDI systems in the field of requesting fast response. This thesis focuses on finding the possible fields of on-line processing system instead of EDI system and suggests the economic effects occurred by the on-line processing system. The result of the paper presents that if data transmission area such as 'ocean vessel entrance report', 'application for using tug boat'and 'application for pilot'is changed to on-line processing method, the processing cost and time will be reduced compared with EDI processing method.

  • There are many alarms in Substation Automation System because of data types and quantities increasing, so it is very difficult for operators to know the actual situations. In order to help operators easily make decision, some unnecessary alarms should be removed or combined as one. In this paper, alarm processing is using the structure of substation system and the relation of measured data and events to make some rules. Conventional alarm processing just gives data, but proposed alarm processing gives the whole information. In a simulation model system, the data such as voltage, current and CB status are collected by HyperSim and saved in DB, then proposed alarm processing has been testified using those data based on real-time simulation.

정보검색에서 자연어처리 응용효과 분석 (Comparison of Application Effect of Natural Language Processing Techniques for Information Retrieval)

  • In this paper, some applications of natural language processing techniques for information retrieval have been introduced, but the results are known not to be satisfied. In order to find the roles of some classical natural language processing techniques in information retrieval and to find which one is better we compared the effects with the various natural language techniques for information retrieval precision, and the experiment results show that basic natural language processing techniques with small calculated consumption and simple implementation help a small for information retrieval. Senior high complexity of natural language processing techniques with high calculated consumption and low precision can not help the information retrieval precision even harmful to it, so the role of natural language understanding may be larger in the question answering system, automatic abstract and information extraction.

  • This study aimed to examine the establishment of the fish-paste processing industrial cluster in Busan. In order to successfully promote the fish-paste processing industrial cluster in Busan, first of all, it is required to implement various fish-paste processing related infra-structures and foundations. In addition to this, the agreements among fish-paste processing related organizations and businesses are inevitable to secure plans of inter-working with fisheries policies, to make efficient conditions for the stable supply of raw materials, and to pursue various supports from central and local governments for a viable development of fish-paste processing business companies in Busan.

  • The high resolution seismic data processing essentially requires the latest data processing technology with a system which enables to calculate the large volume of input/output and computing of data. Nowadays, there is a high foreign dependency on the data processing and QC. In this research, The test processing had been carried out to deduce the best suited software by evaluating functionality, usability and user environment. And several attempts are made to select the most appropriated specification of hardware in order to maximize the software efficiency. The results showed that more numbers of multiple and noise were eliminated in existing prestack time migration sections, which effectively enhanced the resolution.

  • Popular methods for extracting a text region in video images are in general based on analysis of a whole image such as merge and split method, and comparison of two frames. Thus, they take long computing time due to the use of a whole image. Therefore, this paper suggests the faster method of extracting a text region without processing a whole image. The proposed method uses line sampling methods, FFT and neural networks in order to extract texts in real time. In general, text areas are found in the higher frequency domain, thus, can be characterized using FFT The candidate text areas can be thus found by applying the higher frequency characteristics to neural network. Therefore, the final text area is extracted by verifying the candidate areas. Experimental results show a perfect candidate extraction rate and about 92% text extraction rate. The strength of the proposed algorithm is its simplicity, real-time processing by not processing the entire image, and fast skipping of the images that do not contain a text.

  • In sensor signal conditioning and processing, offset and drift characteristics of an operational amplifier are an important factor when the amplifier is used for a precise sensor signal amplifier. In order to use it in high accuracy, an expensive trimming or a complex compensation circuit is required. This paper presents the improved sensor signal conditioning and processing device for ubiquitous sensor network(USN) application or general purpose by developing a hardware of the circuit for reducing the offset voltage and drift characteristics, and a software for its control and sensor signal processing. We realize better offset voltage and drift characteristics of the signal conditioning circuit using low cost operational amplifiers. The experimental results show that this technique is effective in improving the performance of the sensor signal processing device.

  • E-Science Grid is designed to cope with computation-intensive tasks and to manage a huge volume of science data efficiently. However, certain tasks may involve more than one grid can offer in computation capability or incur a long wait time on other tasks. Resource sharing among Grids can solve this problem with proper processing-integrity check via audit. Due to their computing-intensive nature, the processing time of e-Science tasks tends to be long. This potential long wait before an audit failure encourages earlier audit mechanism during execution in order both to prevent resource waste and to detect any problem fast. In this paper, we propose a Light-weight, Adaptive and Reliable Audit, LARA, of processing Integrity for e-Science applications. With the LARA scheme. researchers can verify their processing earlier and fast.
