수종의 사료작물에 대한 비료유래 질소율과 A-value에 관한 연구 (Studies on Percentage of Nitrogen Derived from Fertilizer ( P. N. D. F. ) and A-Value in Seuveral Forage Corps)

  • 화본과(禾本科) 및 두과사료작물(荳科飼料作物)의 단파(單播)와 혼파(混播)에서 중질소(重窒素)를 시용(施用)하여 시비질소(施肥窒素)의 작물별(作物別) 건물수량(乾物收量), 총질소함량(總窒素含量), 비료유내질소율(肥料由來窒素率), 토양중(土壤中) 유효질소량 등을 조사(調査)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 건물수량(乾物收量)에 대(對)한 질소시비효과는 orchardgrass에서만 높이 인정(認定)되었고 alfalfa와 birdsfoot treoil은 혼파(混播)의 경우 초기(初期)에만 인정(認定)되었다. 2. 건물수량(乾物收量)은 단파(單播)에서는 alfalfa>red clover>orchardgrass>birdsfoot trefoli의 순(順)이었고 혼파(混播)에서는 orchardgrass + alfalfa> orchardgrass + red clover> orchardgrass+birdsfoot trefoil순(順)으로 나타났다. 3. 비료유내질소율(肥料由來窒素率)는 단파(單播)에서 orchardgrass가 두과(荳科)보다 높았으나 혼파(混播)한 경우는 전구(全區) 공(共)히 두과(荳科)가 orchargrass보다 높아서 orchardgrass가 두과(荳科)로부터 시비질소(施肥窒素)보다 토양질소(土壤窒素)를 공급(供給)받는 것으로 보였다. 또한 비료유내질소율(肥料由來窒素率)은 단파시(單播時) 모든 작물(作物)에서 후기(後期)로 갈수록 작아졌으며 혼파시(混播時) orchardgrass에는 일정한 경향(傾向)이 없었다. 4. 토양중(土壤中) 유효질소량은 단파시(單播時) alfalfa>red clover> orchardgrass> birdsfoot trefoil 순(順)이었으며 혼파시(混播時)는 orchardgrass+alfalfa(3 : 7) > orchardgrass + red clover (3 : 7) > orchardgrass + alfalfa(5 : 5) > orchardgrass + birdsfoot trefoil(5 : 5) > orchardgrass + red clover (5 : 5) > orchardgrass + bidsfoot trefoil(3 : 7)의 순(順)이었다.

Cutting Frequency Effects on Forage Yield and Stand Persistence of Orchardgrass and Alfalfa-Orchardgrass Fertilized with Dairy Slurry

  • Previous research has not evaluated the effects of various rates and frequencies of manure application and frequencies of cutting on yield and stand persistence of cool-season grasses and alfalfa-grass mixtures. The primary objective of this study was to compare the effects of cutting management systems on herbage yield and stand persistence of orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) and an alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.)-orchardgrass mixture from various rates and frequencies of dairy slurry application. A randomized complete block design with treatments in a sub-subplot arrangement with four replicates was used. The main plot consisted of 2 cutting management systems (4 and 5 annual cuttings). The subplots were 9 fertility treatments: 7 slurry rate and frequency of application treatments, one inorganic fertilizer treatment, and an unfertilized control. The split-split-plots were the two forage species: orchardgrass and alfalfa-orchardgrass mixture. The study was initiated after 1st cutting in 1995. Cumulative yields of the 2nd and subsequent cuttings of both orchardgrass and alfalfa-orchardgrass in 1995 were higher for the 5-cutting system than the 4-cutting system. The 1995 growing season was abnormally dry. In 1996, an abnormally wet year, the reverse was true, total herbage yields being higher for the 4-cutting system than the 5-cutting system. Species response to fertility rate/frequency treatments was different in both years. Higher application rates early in the season and carryover of nutrients from late season applications the previous year appear to be responsible for the yield increases of those fertility treatments having significant yield differences between the cutting management systems. The stand ratings of orchardgrass were not affected by cutting management. In the spring of 1997, however, the stand ratings of alfalfa-orchardgrass in the 4-cutting management system were significantly greater than the 5-cutting management system. The very high manure application rate significantly reduced the stand ratings of alfalfa-orchardgrass in the 5-cutting system.

Orchargrass와 바랭이 ( Digitaria sanguinalis [ L. ] Scop ) 혼생초지에 있어서 질소 , 인산 및 가리시용이 식생 및 건물수량에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of N , $P_2O_5$ and $K_2O$ Application on the Vegetation and Dry Matter Yield in the Mixed Sward of Oechardrass and Crabgrass ( Digitaria sanguinalis [L.] Scop.))

  • This experiment was carried out to investigate how to effect the application of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium on the vegetation and dry matter yield in the mixed sward of orchardgrass and crabgrass (Digitaria sanguinalis [L.] Scop.). The experimental sward wa5 consisted of eight plots of non-application, P, K, PK, N. NK, NP and NPK. These plots were sown with seeds mixture of orchardgrass 17.5 kglha and crabgrass 17.5 kg/ ha on 22 April 1975 in the forage experimental field of Kangwon National University, Chunchon, Korea, and were cut four times from 6 July to 18 November 1975. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. In orchardgrass density measured after summering, the plot of nitrogen applied without phosphate marked only 3 1.0% of the plot of nitrogen applied with phosphate while in crabgrass density measured at that time the plot of nitrogen applied without phosphate marked as high as 112.5% of the plot of nitrogen applied with phosphate. 2. Application of phosphate and potassium improved wintering record of orchardgrass. In orchardgrass density measured after wintering, the plot of nitrogen applied without phosphate marked only 9.7% of the plot of nitrogen applied with phosphate, and the plot of NP applied without K marked 63.6% of the plot of NP applied with K. 3. In surface coverage of orchardgrass, in midsummer any plot applied with nitrogen regardless of accompanying with or not with phosphate wa5 0%, but in autumn the plot of nitrogen applied with phosphate was 56-58% and the plot of nitrogen applied without phosphate was 5%. While after wintering the plot of nitrogen applied with phosphate was 28-37% though the plot of nitrogen applied without phosphate was only 0.3-0.6%; the application of phosphate improved summering and wintering record of orchardgrass. 4. Application of phosphate demonstrated remarkable effect on increasing dry matter yield in orchardgrass. In year total yield of orchardgrass, the plot of nitrogen applied without phosphate marked as low as 11.3% of the plot of nitrogen applied with phosphate, but in crabgrass the plot of nitrogen applied without phosphate was almost equal to the plot of nitrogen applied with phosphate showing 97.5% of this plot. 5. Application of potassium was not effective on increasing dry matter yield of orchardgrass but its application was effective on increasing dry matter yield of crabgrass. In dry matter yield of orchardgrass significant difference was not found between NP plot and NPK plot, but in dry matter yield of crabgrass NPK plot recorded significantly higher yield compared with NP plot (p<0.05). 6. In botanical composition of the plot of nitrogen applied with phosphate, crabgrass recorded 46.5-50.5% in early summer (July) but in midsummer (August) it dominated the plot recording 85.6-91.2%. 7. In botanical composition based on the year total yield, in the plot of nitrogen applied with phosphate orchardgrass marked 21.7-26.2% and crabgrass recorded 73.8-78.370, but in the plot of nitrogen applied without phosphate orchardgrass marked only 3.5% being overwhelmingly dominated by crabgrass which recorded 96.5%. 8. Application of nitrogen not accompanied with phosphate strengthened competitive power of the crabgrass unilaterally, making orchardgrass be oppressed fatally by the crabgrass.

사과박 첨가가 오차드그라스 사일리지의 품질과 In Situ 소실율에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Addition of Apple Pomace on Quality and In Situ Degradability of Orchardgrass Silage)

  • The quality including in situ degradability in the rumen of Holstein of the orchardgrass silage added with apple pomace was investigated in this study. The amount of apple pomace added in different treatments were 0, 20, 40 and 60% respectively. With higher amount of addition of apple pomace to orchardgrass, ADF, NDF and crude ash contents decreased significantly (p<0.05). Crude protein contents in the silages (11.8- 12.9%) were similar to that of 100% orchardgrass silage. Moisture contents increased according to the higher proportion of apple pomace in the silages. On the contrary to moisture content, pH was lower in 40-60% addition of apple pomace (3.7-3.9) than that of 100% orchardgrass silage (4.7). However the contents of lactic acid (1.7-2.5%), acetic acid (1.3- 1.7%) and total organic acid (2.9-4.2%) significantly increased according to higher levels of addition of apple pomace compared to the respective values of 100% orchardgrass silage (1.1%, 0.6% 1.7%). In siru disappearance rates of dry matter and NDF in the rumen were significantly higher at the stages of incubation after 24h in 40-60% addition of apple pomace than in 100% orchardgrass silage. No statistical differences were observed with quickly degradable fraction (a) and slowly degradable fraction (b) in the disappearance rates of dry matter and NDF. However, fractional rate of disappearance (c) and effective degradability (ED, k=0.08) for dry matter and NDF were significantly higher in 20-60% addition of apple pomace as 0.0076-0.0079 and 0.0099-0.0130. and 39.3-41.7% and 18.4- 20.6% respectively than the respective values of 0.0054 and 0.0064, and 36.8 and 16.5% of 100% orchardgrass silage. Development of Transgenic Orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) Using Agrobacterium tumefaciens

  • To produce of transgenic orchardgrass, the seed-derived calli of orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) co-cultivated with Agrobacterium turnefaciens EHAlOl harboring binary vector pIG121-Hm were selected with hygromycin and then transferred onto N6 regeneration medium containing 1 rngl l of NAA, 5 rngl l of kinetin, 250 rngl l of carbenicillin and 50 mg/ l of hygromycin. The efficiency of transformation was differed on cultivars, that is, 'Potomac' appeared 12% of transformation efficiency while 'Amba' did 5.5%. The addition of acetosyringone during co-cultivation was a key to successhl transformation of orchardgrass. Transgene fragments were identified by PCR analysis and the constitutive expression of GUS gene was confirmed by Northern blot analysis.   • 환경 스트레스에 의해 야기되는 활성 산소종에 의한 피해에 내성을 가지는 목초의 개발을 위하여 오차드그래스의 배반 조직 유래의 캘러스에 배추유래의 cytosolic glutathione reductase 유전자(BcGRl)를 Agrobucterium tumefaciens EHA101을 매개로 형질전환시켰다. Hygromcin으로 선발된 캘러스로부터 재분화된 식물체는 야생형과 비교하여 형태적으로 차이를 나타내지 않았다. PCR 및 Southern blot 분석을 통하여 형질전환 식물체의 염색체 내에 BcGRl 유전자가 integration 되었음을 확인하였다. 오차드그래스의 잎으로부터 total RNA를 분리하여 Northern blot 분석을 실시한 결과, 도입된 유전자가 형짙전환 식물체 내에서 지속적으로 발현된다는 것을 확인하였다.

하계기온 및 질소시용이 Orchardgrass 그루터기의 저장탄수화물과 섬유소함양에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Summer Temperature and Nitrogen Application on Carbohydydrate and Fiber Contents in Orchardgrass Stubble)

  • 본 연구는 하계기온 및 질소시용이 orchardgrass 그루터기의 저장탄수화물과 섬유소함양에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 냉해가 심했던 1980년과 하고현상이 심했던 1984년의 자료를 비교 검토할 목적으로 수행되었는데 orchardgrass 그루터기에 있어서 탄수화물함양과 NDF, ADF 및 hemicellulose의 함양을 대상으로 비교분석하였다. 1. Orchardgrass 그루터 기의 수용성탄수화물함량은 서늘한 계절에 축적되었고 고온기간에 감소하였다. 그리고 생육을 개시한후 신엽발생시 감소한 다음 생육이 진전됨에 따라 증가하였다. 2. 여름철 orchardgrass 그루터기의 저장탄수화물함양은 냉해가 심했던 년도가 하고가 심했던 년도의 두배정도 높았고, 저장속도가 더 빠르게 나타났다. 그리고 저장탄수화물함양은 질소시용에 의하여 낮은 경향을 나타냈으나 유의차는 없었다(p<. 05). 3, 여름철 orchardgrass 그루터기의 DNF, ADF 및 hemicellulose함양은 냉해가 심했던 년도와 하고가 심했던 년도간에 큰 차이가 없었다. 그러고 질소시비수준에 의해서도 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 4. 여름철 시비수준별 orchardgrass 그루터기의 탄수화물함양과 NDF, ADF 및 hemicellulose함양과의 상관관계는 냉해가 심했던 년도에는 모두 부의 상관관계 경향을 나타났으나 하고가 심했던 년도에는 일관성이 없었다.

Orchardgrass의 질소흡수량(窒素吸收量)은 3:7의 red clover 혼파(混播) 시비구(施肥区)만 제외(除外)하고 시비(施肥)에 관계없이 파구(播区)가 단파구(単播區)보다 높았다.

질소시비수준 및 Ryegrass류혼파가 겉뿌림 초지개량에 미치는 효과 I. 정착률, 식생구성률 및 건물수량에 관한 효과 (Effects of Nitrogen Application Levels and Ryegrasses as a Member of Mixture on Improvement of Oversown Pasture I. Establishment, botanical composition and productivity)

  • 겉뿌림초지 개량효과를 높이기 위해 질소시비수준과 보조초종 라이그라스 조합의 필요성 여부를 구명키 위해 4처리 질소시비수준(0, 100, 200, 300kg/ha)과 3처리 혼파조합(A; orchardgrass+ladino clover, B; orchardgrass+ladino clover+perennial ryegrass, C; orchardgrass+ladino clover+perennial grass+Italian ryegrass)으로 본 시험이 수행되었다. Perennial ryegrass, Italian ryegrass 및 dine clover의 정착률은 질소증시로 증가되었고 ladino clover 의 정착률은 ryegrass조합으로 감소되는 경향이었다. 화본과 목초의 식생구성율을 질소증시에 따라 증가하지만 두과목초와 기존야초류는 감소하였으며 예취회수가 진행됨에 따라 목초율이 증가되고 있다. 목초의 건물수량은 질소시비량에 비례하여 유의적으로 증가하였으며(P<0.05), orchardgrass十ladino clover조합구가 다른 조합구에 비해 수량이 높았으나 유의차는 없었다(P<0.05). 그러나 예취시기별로 볼때 orchardgrass+ladino clover 혼파구의 목초수량이 2회 예취시에만 타 혼파조합구 보다 유의적 증수가 이뤄졌고(P<0.05), orchardgrass十ladino clover조합구에서 기존야초류의 건물수량이 1회와 2회 예취시에만 타 조합구에 비해 유의적 감소를 보였다(P<0. 05). 본 시험의 결론으로는 겉뿌림으로 초지를 개량하기위해서 질소를 적어도 300kg/ha 시용해야 하며 orchardgrass와 ladino clover조합이 이 기본조합에 ryegrass류를 혼파하는 것보다 유리하다고 사료된다.

하수오니 첨가토양이 Orchardgrass 유식물체의 생육에 미치는 영향 (The effect of sewage sludge compost amended soils on the growth of Orchardgrass seedlings)

  • 하수오니를 첨기한 토양에서 Orchardgrass 유식물체의 생육과 토양의 이화학적 성질의 변화에 미치는 영향을 조사하였고, 식물체 부위에 집적된 중금속의 농도와 토양 잔류 중금속 농도를 분석하여 유기질 비료자원으로서 하수오니의 이용가능성을 검토하였다. Orchardgrass 유식물체의 생물학적 수량은 하수오니의 혼합비율이 높아짐에 따라서 증가되었고, 하수오니의 혼합비율이 높아짐에 따라서 토양의 이화학적 성질이 크게 개선되었다. Orchardgrass 유식물체는 개체당 경수와 1경중의 증가에 의하여 지상부 건물중이 증가되었고, 지상부 건물중의 증가에 의하여 생물학적 수량이 많아졌다. 식물체내의 전질소량과 생물학적 수량과는 2차곡선적인 증가경향을 나타내어, 하수오니중의 전질소량이 식물체의 생육에 미치는 영향이 컸다. 중금속의 종류에 따라서 식물체내에 집적되는 부위가 달라졌으며, 토양 잔류 중금속중에서 납(Pb)은 하수오니 60% 이상의 혼합비율에서 허용규제치(50ppm) 이상의 높은 농도를 나타내었다.
