파주중앙도서관은 2017년부터 '시민채록단'을 구성하여 파주에서 오랫동안 살아온 사람들의 생애를 구술 채록하는 '휴먼 in Paju'를 실시하였다. 이 성과를 토대로 전국 최초로 도서관에 '기록관리팀'을 신설하였고 이후 조례를 제정하고 민·관으로 구성된 위원회를 구성하면서, 기록화 사업의 지속적 조건을 갖추었다. 또한, 모든 단계에서 공론화와 협업을 중시하여 파주시 전체에 기록화 사업의 중요성을 알리고, 시민 스스로 기록화 사업의 주체로 성장할 수 있도록 지원하는 체계를 만들었다. 이 같은 기초자치단체 도서관의 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the oral records of sports development contributors to explore the direction of big data research on sports development contributors in the future. To this end, the audio file produced in the interview with Lee00, a sports development contributor, was converted into text. The major themes were extracted by analyzing these oral records. The sub-themes were extracted in chronological order. Keywords were extracted by analyzing sub-themes. And the extracted keywords are searched in Google search engine to find related topics and to use them. A Google search for the topic 'Mt. Inwang' extracted from the oral archives of Lee00, a contributor to the development of sports, finds newspaper articles about President Moon Jae-in's climbing Mt. Inwang and opening up Mt. Bukhan. In addition, articles about Mt. Inwang and mountain climbers that the narrator In-jeong Lee speaks are searched for. Through these articles, you can Deriving the theme of the museum exhibition, Collection of museum exhibits, Use as climbing education material.

본고는 박물관이 실행하는 구술채록 관련 사업이 전시나 교육을 비롯한 다양한 박물관 내 활동으로 이어져야 할 필요를 강조하면서 그와 관련한 실천적 사례로서 2019년 대한민국역사박물관이 진행한 '전시 맞춤형 구술영상 제작 연구: IMF 경험을 중심으로 한 구술생애사 영상기록' 프로젝트를 분석한 것이다. 해당 구술채록사업은 특정 사건을 중심에 둔 '주제 구술' 기록이 주를 이루던 기존 박물관 구술채록에서 나아가 '전시 맞춤형'과 '생애사 기반'이라는 방향성을 가지고 진행되었다는 특징을 갖는다. 연구자는 본 사업에 참여한 경험을 바탕으로 전시 활용을 위한 박물관 구술채록 사업의 방향과 과제를 제시하였으며, 이를 토대로 구술사 영상기록이 갖는 특징과 의의를 정리하였다. 또한 본 연구는 비디오카메라가 켜진 상태에서 구술자가 '말하지 않는 것'이 무엇인지 눈여겨보며 전시 맞춤형 구술기록 시 주의해야 할 부분을 점검하고, 영상 구술기록이 갖는 강점에 대해서도 언급하였다. 끝으로 본 연구는 전시에 등장하는 구술사가 현존하거나 현존했던 실제 인물의 발화이므로 특정 역사적 사건의 현장성과 사실성을 더욱 적극적으로 드러내는 전시재현 장치로서 기능한다고 보고 있다. 따라서 구술자료의 활용은 전시에 생명력을 불어넣고 이로 인해 박물관은 큐레이터의 메시지를 일방적으로 전달하는 곳이 아닌 시민(구술자)참여가 활발히 이루어지는 다양한 담론의 장이 될 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, it was intended to explore a way to build a DB which links the resources and areas and regions already registered as cultural assets in connection with a project which is newly building local culture and arts resources. Towards this end, this study first identified the type and scale of existing local culture and arts resources that could be linked. Following which, to link the local cultural resources and collected cultural assets, this study investigated the websites such as the Cultural Heritage Administration's National Cultural Heritage Portal, municipal and provincial tangible cultural festivals, municipal and provincial intangible cultural assets, and Gyeonggi Memory. Furthermore, this study identified the amount of information sources to be built and the current status of each information source to identify detailed information sources. Finally, the metadata of local culture and arts resources were presented by classifying them into material and publication data metadata, document metadata, audiovisual metadata, oral recording metadata, village information metadata, and personal information village information metadata.
