With the objective of recording the life stories of Paju's long-time residents, the Paju Central Library has been implementing the "Human in Paju" project by forming the Citizen Oral History team since 2017. Building upon the success of this initiative, Paju Central Library became the first library in the country to establish a Records Management team. Subsequently, regulations were enacted, and a committee comprising citizens and officials was formed to ensure the continuous development of the archival project. Moreover, they emphasized public discourse and collaboration at every stage by creating a system to raise awareness of the importance of archiving throughout Paju and support citizens in becoming active participants in the project. This paper aims to present a case study of this exemplary local government library.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the oral records of sports development contributors to explore the direction of big data research on sports development contributors in the future. To this end, the audio file produced in the interview with Lee00, a sports development contributor, was converted into text. The major themes were extracted by analyzing these oral records. The sub-themes were extracted in chronological order. Keywords were extracted by analyzing sub-themes. And the extracted keywords are searched in Google search engine to find related topics and to use them. A Google search for the topic 'Mt. Inwang' extracted from the oral archives of Lee00, a contributor to the development of sports, finds newspaper articles about President Moon Jae-in's climbing Mt. Inwang and opening up Mt. Bukhan. In addition, articles about Mt. Inwang and mountain climbers that the narrator In-jeong Lee speaks are searched for. This study started with the question of whether the museum oral history recording projects, which have been increasing steadily in recent years, are being used in various forms, especially in exhibitions. This paper is emphasized on the need for the oral history-related projects to lead to various museum activities including exhibitions and educations and so on. As a practical example of this, to explore the future directions and tasks for oral history projects in museums 'A Research Project of Producing Oral History Video Clips for the Exhibition of IMF Financial Crisis Situations' of National Museum of Korean Contemporary History is analyzed. This research argues that oral history functions as an exhibition representation device that more actively reveal the reality of a specific historical event. Therefore, this study suggests that the museum can be developed as a venue for various discourses in which citizens participate actively using oral history.

In this study, it was intended to explore a way to build a DB which links the resources and areas and regions already registered as cultural assets in connection with a project which is newly building local culture and arts resources. Towards this end, this study first identified the type and scale of existing local culture and arts resources that could be linked. Following which, to link the local cultural resources and collected cultural assets, this study investigated the websites such as the Cultural Heritage Administration's National Cultural Heritage Portal, municipal and provincial tangible cultural festivals, municipal and provincial intangible cultural assets, and Gyeonggi Memory. Furthermore, this study identified the amount of information sources to be built and the current status of each information source to identify detailed information sources. Finally, the metadata of local culture and arts resources were presented by classifying them into material and publication data metadata, document metadata, audiovisual metadata, oral recording metadata, village information metadata, and personal information village information metadata.
