  • In this paper, we investigate the conventional topological interference management (TIM) with proposed network topology such as 8 trigram (8 user networks). The key observation is that optimal symmetric degree of freedom (DoF) can be achieved for 8 user network with different channel coherence times by adaptively selecting the interference alignment scheme via controlling the alignment feasibility of the transmitted signals. However, this yields a very complex problem, for which we use the combination of different schemes such as interference avoidance and repetition coding. In addition to the above schemes, we propose a triangular transmit cooperation (TTC) algorithm for 8 user networks to achieve the optimal symmetric DoF. And We apply the principle of complementarity of 8 trigram to remove the interferences, and correspond the concepts of win-win and conflict to direct and indirect signals of transmit and receive respectively. We find that the principle of complementarity comes out from the trigram of I Ching. That is, we apply the relation of confrontation and coexistence to 8 transmitters and receivers, and get the results of symmetric DoF of 4/3.

  • Key exchange protocol (KEP) is an essential setup to secure authenticates transmission among two or more users in cyberspace. Digital files protected and transmitted by the encryption of the files over public channels, a single key communal concerning the channel parties and utilized for both to encrypt the files as well as decrypt the files. If entirely done, this impedes unauthorized third parties from imposing a key optimal on the authorized parties. In this article, we have suggested a new KEP term as isokey interchange protocol based on generalization of modern mathematics term as isomathematics by utilizing isonumbers for corresponding isounits over the Block Upper Triangular Isomatrices (BUTI) which is secure, feasible and extensible. We also were utilizing arithmetic operations like Isoaddition, isosubtraction, isomultiplication and isodivision from isomathematics to build iso-key interchange protocol for network communication. The execution of our protocol is for two isointegers corresponding two elements of the group of isomatrices and cryptographic performance of products eachother. We demonstrate the protection of suggested isokey interchange protocol against Brute force attacks, Menezes et al. algorithm and Climent et al. algorithm.

  • In this paper, we propose the Self-Organizing Networks(SON) based on competitive Fuzzy Polynomial Neuron(FPN) for the optimal design of nonlinear process system. The SON architectures consist of layers with activation nodes based on fuzzy inference rules. Here each activation node is presented as FPN which includes either the simplified or regression Polynomial fuzzy inference rules. The proposed SON is a network resulting from the fusion of the Polynomial Neural Networks(PNN) and a fuzzy inference system. The conclusion part of the rules, especially the regression polynomial uses several types of high-order polynomials such as liner, quadratic and modified quadratic. As the premise part of the rules, both triangular and Gaussian-like membership functions are studied. Chaotic time series data used to evaluate the performance of our proposed model.

  • In this paper, we propose Self-Organizing Fuzzy Polynomial Neural Networks(SOFPNN) architecture for optimal model identification and discuss a comprehensive design methodology supporting its development. It is shown that this network exhibits a dynamic structure as the number of its layers as well as the number of nodes in each layer of the SOFPNN are not predetermined (as this is the case in a popular topology of a multilayer perceptron). As the form of the conclusion part of the rules, especially the regression polynomial uses several types of high-order polynomials such as linear, quadratic, and modified quadratic. As the premise part of the rules, both triangular and Gaussian-like membership function are studied and the number of the premise input variables used in the rules depends on that of the inputs of its node in each layer. We introduce two kinds of SOFPNN architectures, that is, the basic and modified one with both the generic and the advanced type. The superiority and effectiveness of the proposed SOFPNN architecture is demonstrated through nonlinear function numerical example.

  • For given 3D geographic data which is usually of DEM(Data Elevation Model) format, we have to represent and manipulate the data in various ways. For example, we have to draw a part of them in drawing canvas. To do this we give users a way of selecting area they want to visualize. And we have to give a base tool for users to select the local area which can be chosen for some geographic operation. In this paper, we propose a 3D data processing method for representation and manipulation. The method utilizes the major properties of DEM and TIN(Triangular Irregular Network), respectively. Furthermore, by approximating DEM with a TIN of an appropriate resolution, we can support a fast and realistic surface modeling. We implement the structure with the following 4 level stages. The first is an optimal resolution of DEM which represent all of wide range of geographic data. The second is the full resolution DEM which is a subarea of original data generated by user's selection in our implemeatation. The third is the TIN approximation of this data with a proper resolution determined by the relative position with the camera. And the last step is multi-resolution TIN data whose resolution is dynamically decided by considering which direction user take notice currently. Specialty, the TIN of the last step is designed for realtime camera navigation. By using the structure we implemented realtime surface clipping, efficient approximation of height field and the locally detailed surface LOD(Level of Detail). We used the initial 10-meter sampling DEM data of Seoul, KOREA and implement the structure to the 3D Virtual GIS based on the Internet.

  • This paper deals with an analysis of crustal movement for the sourthern part of Korean peninsula using GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) data. An earthquake of more than 5.0 occurred in the southeastern region of the Korean Peninsula, and it is necessary to evaluate the risk of earthquakes in various ways.In order to reveal long-term tectonic movement patten in Pohang and Gyeongju provinces, we derived crustal movement parameters related with elastic theory. We used GAMIT/GLOBK for analyzing seven-year interval GNSS data of CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Stations). The azimuth of velocity vectors trended generally about 110° with an mean magnitude of 31mm/yr.The main characteristics of the strain change for seven-year in Korea obtaind from our study. Direction of the principal axis of the maximum compression is ENE-WSW as a whole, through there are some exceptions. The mean rate of the maximum shear strain change is (0.11±0.07)μ/yr, that is approximately one third that of Chubu district, Central Japan. Taking into account our results, the mean rate of maximum shear in southern part of Korean peninsula is considered as reasonable. The mean azimuth of principal strain is about (85.4°±26.8°). There are some exceptions of azimuth because the average azimuth differ from the left and right side in Yangsan fault which are about (73.2°±21.5°) and (105.2°±17.0°) respectively, It is noteworthy that the high seismicity areas in the southern part of Korea peninsula almost coincides with the area of large strain rate. As a conclusion, it could be stated that the our study represents the characteristics of crustal deformation in the southern part of peninsula, and contributes to the researches on earthquake disaster management.
