There is a correct way to avoid any sequale in the central motor area during neurosurgery procedures. A clear way to find the circumference of the central sulcus, central motor, and sensory areas by giving cortical electrical stimulation to the central motor area immediate after surgery is proposed. Looking at patients who underwent brain surgery September 2009 to July 2013, the central sulcus and speech areas around the central area of the brain was investigated, using the practices of either a localized brain map check or a direct cortical electrical stimulation test. Brain maps localized around the surgical site through functional movement or speech areas were identified. Accurate tests done during surgery without damage to motor neurons or after surgery were conducted smoothly. Although successful brain map test localization can be accomplished, there are some factors that can interfere. The following phenomena can reverse the phase: (1) the first sensory / motor in the case of patients severe nerve damage; (2) placement of the electrode on top of the vessel; (3) presence of a brain tumor near the brain cortex; (4) use of anesthesia if patient cooperation is difficult; and (5) location of the electrode position and stimulus is inappropriate.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the economic potential of the regions from the mining sector of North Morowali, Central-Sulawesi, Indonesia, and the formulation of pro-business regional development management that aims to create synergy between the local government and mining sector entrepreneurs. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by taking data in the form of primary data from FGD and secondary data observations from statistical bureau data in the North Morowali, Indonesia. The analysis unit uses SWOT analysis to determine the economic potential of the North Morowali and Location Quotient (LQ) to analyze the economic potential of the mining sector. The research period covers one year (2018-2019) in North Morowali, Indonesia. All the mining products have considerable potential as a financing unit in North Morowali, while mining potential has not been maximally exploited. The absence of regulations, facilities such as road access, and optimal land and sea transportation are the causes of the difficulty of optimization and access to explore mining products comprehensively. As a new province at Central Sulawesi, more efforts and the role of government are needed to focus attention to North Morowali as an area with great potential in the mining sector.

Energy efficiency is one of the most critical issues in the design of wireless sensor networks. In object-tracking sensor networks, the data storage and query processing should be energy-conserving by decreasing the message complexity. In this paper, a Prediction-based Energy-conserving Approximate StoragE schema (P-EASE) is proposed, which can reduce the query error of EASE by changing its approximate area and adopting predicting model without increasing the cost. In addition, focusing on reducing the unnecessary querying messages, P-EASE enables an optimal query algorithm to taking into consideration to query the proper storage node, i.e., the nearer storage node of the centric storage node and local storage node. The theoretical analysis illuminates the correctness and efficiency of the P-EASE. Simulation experiments are conducted under semi-random walk and random waypoint mobility. Compared to EASE, P-EASE performs better at the query error, message complexity, total energy consumption and hotspot energy consumption. Results have shown that P-EASE is more energy-conserving and has higher location precision than EASE.
In laser-assisted machining (LAM), laser beam is used to locally increase the temperature of a workpiece and thus to enhance the machinability. In order to set the temperature of the material removal area of a workpiece at an optimal value, process parameters, such as laser power, feed rate, and rotational velocity, have to be carefully controlled. In this work, the effects of laser power and feed rate on the temperature distribution of a silicon nitride rotating at a constant velocity were experimentally investigated. Using a pyrometer, temperatures at various locations of the silicon nitride were measured both in circumferential and axial directions. The measured temperatures were fitted to a quadratic equation to approximate the temperature at the cutting location. The machining results showed that cutting force and tool wear were decreased when the temperature at the cutting location was increased.
This study considers zone-based registration (ZBR), which is adopted by most mobile cellular networks. In ZBR, a user equipment (UE) registers its location area (or zone) in a network database (DB) whenever it enters a new zone. Even though ZBR is implemented in most networks for a UE to keep only one zone (1ZR), it is also possible for a UE to keep multiple zones. Therefore, a ZBR with two zones (2ZR) is investigated, and some mathematical models for 2ZR are presented. With respect to ZBR with three zones (3ZR), several studies have been reported, but these employed computer simulations owing to the complexity of the cases, and there have been no reports on a mathematical 3ZR model to analyze its performance. In this study, we propose a new mathematical model for 3ZR for the first time, and analyze the performance of 3ZR using this model. The numerical results for various scenarios show that, as the UE frequently enters zones, the proposed 3ZR model outperforms 1ZR and 2ZR. Our results help determine the optimal number of zones that a UE keeps, and minimize the signaling cost for radio channels in mobile cellular networks.
To reduce pollution, decrease the production of carbon dioxide, and to maintain a secure supply of energy, interest continues to grow in the area of renewable energy especially since there is a finite supply of cheap oil. Wind energy is one of the most viable options to consider and supply part of the energy needed to reduce dependence on foreign oil. However, it is difficult to predict the wind speed in an environment with many obstacles such as buildings and trees and getting accurate dimensions of those obstacles is difficult particularly on sloped mountainous terrain. In this study a drone was used to create a 3-D map of the campus of the Catholic University of Pusan. The dimensions and elevations for the 3-D map were used to make a model of the school campus in the CFD program Envi-met. Simulations were run for five different wind directions and 4 different elevations to find the location that would give the highest electrical output for a wind turbine. When considering all of these variables it was found that the optimal location was above the Student Union which had a 40% higher wind speed and could produce 274% more electrical power than the original wind speed.

Increased temperature caused by global warming has become a significant problem for the growth and production of crops. A high temperature has a direct or an indirect effect on crops, leading to a significant yield loss. The damage of a high temperature stress to rice depends on its developmental stage. In present study, we performed evaluate the heading date in different location, Yeoju and Miryang, during growth of Korean rice core set. The heading date for the 223 rice accession were evaluated in Yeoju City (37°23' 127°57') and Miryang City (35°50', 128°72') located on middle and southern part of Korea, respectively. The average temperature of a day was higher in Miryang during entire growth stage. Here, total 222 KRICE-Core set was analyzed by GWAS for the high temperature effect. GWAS results revealed the Chr07_26954556, a lead SNPs were significantly associated with delaying heading date of KRICE-Core set. Significance threshold was set with 6.0 > -log10(P), and Cross-Validation (CV) error suggested an optimal K value of 5 for the population based on the lowest cross-validation error K = 5.
A new wide laser beam optical system for the laser materials processing has been developed with a polygonal mirror. It consists of polygonal mirror and cooling part that prevents the surface of rotating polygonal mirror from damage by heat. The polygonal minors have been designed and made as 24 and 30 facets in pyramid type. This system provides a uniform linear laser heat source with the surface scanning width from 15 to 50mm according to the scanning height To examine the wide laser beam, He-Ne laser is used. Also, Acryl is used to confirm the laser beam pattern by bum-pattern print To analyze the energy distribution of the wide laser ben empirical values and theoretical values are compared and discussed. To improve the efficiency of the wide laser beam optical system, methods are suggested by the optical theories. For larger area processing like turbine blade, drawing blade, cold roller and guide plate, optimal overlapping locations have been calculated and analyzed by geometric and optical theories.
Due to the changes in the distribution market, issues related to storage and distribution of agricultural, aquatic and livestock products, and storage and transportation of processed and fresh food are rapidly emerging, and as a result, Cold Chain is naturally receiving attention as one of the logistics services. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the competitiveness of location in the construction of a cold chain cluster centered on the metropolitan area, which has attracted attention in relation to the distribution of cold chains, such as recently refrigerated frozen foods. To this end, this study evaluated the competitiveness of cold chain cluster candidates in the metropolitan area by utilizing the CFPR (Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations) method that can efficiently extract and quantify expert knowledge. As a result, the location competitiveness was found to be superior to Incheon New Port's hinterland, Gyeonggi South Area (Yongin), Gyeonggi West Area (Gimpo Logistics Complex), and Pyeongtaek Oseong Logistics Complex. In particular, this study extracted the knowledge of refrigerated and refrigerated logistics warehouse operation experts, and conducted detailed competitiveness assessments for cold chain cluster candidates in the metropolitan area, and suggested the optimal cluster candidates. In the future research, it is necessary to classify the questionnaire into the owner, large business group, and public business group, etc., who have the right to purchase and build to secure ownership of the fresh food distribution center.

Proxy Mobile IPv6(PMIPv6) is a network-based mobility management protocol and it does not require mobile node's involving in mobility management. In PMIPv6, the Mobile Access Gateway (MAG) incurs a high signaling cost to update the location of a mobile node to the remote Local Mobility Anchor (LMA) if it moves frequently. It may cause excessive signaling traffic and increase a high traffic load on LMA. Therefore, we propose a new mobility management scheme in proxy mobile IPv6 networks with dynamic paging support. To minimize signaling overhead, in our proposal, the size of the paging area is determined dynamically according the changes of mobility and traffic patterns of the mobile node. An analytic model is applied to determine the optimal size of the paging area. The cost analysis using fluid flow model presented in this paper shows that our proposal can achieve performance superior that of PMIPv6 scheme.
