상호작용을 고려한 최적의 제품휘처형상 도출 방법 (A Method for Deriving an Optimal Product Feature Configuration Considering Feature Interaction)

  • 많은 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인 공학 방법들은 휘처모델을 사용하여 제품들 간의 공통성과 가변성을 휘처 단위로 구조화시키고, 특정 제품 개발을 위해 필요한 휘처 집합인 제품휘처형상을 도출한다. 제품 생산 시에 선택될 휘처는 주로 제품의 요구되는 품질 속성에 의해서 결정된다. 지금까지 발표된 대부분의 방법들은 휘처와 품질속성 간의 선형적 상관관계를 통해 최적의 품질 속성을 만족시킬 수 있는 제품휘처형상을 도출하였다. 하지만, 휘처 간의 상호작용을 고려한다면 휘처와 품질 속성 간의 관계는 비선형식으로 정의될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 휘처 간의 상호작용을 고려하여 요구되는 품질 속성을 최적으로 만족시킬 수 있는 제품휘처형상 도출 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법을 평가하기 위해 네 가지 프로덕트 라인 사례에 대해 실험한다.

Development of Compact Auto Focus Actuator for Camera Phone by Applying New Electromagnetic Configuration

  • In this paper, auto focus actuator, which is used to move a lens module in the mobile phone having a camera module, is developed. Camera module containing auto focus actuator requires to minimize total size because of characteristics of the application area such as mobile phone, digital camera, and personal digital assistant. There are stepping motor, voice coil motor, and piezoelectric motor as auto focus actuator. In this paper, voice coil motor having new electromagnetic configuration is proposed. And actuator using proposed voice coil motor is developed by optimal design method using magnetic circuit analysis. The sectional area of the developed actuator is reduced to 32.4% compared with actuator using general electromagnetic configuration. From the performance test, the developed actuator has moving stroke of 0.64 mm for 2.1 volt, hysteresis of 40 $\mu$m, full stroke current of 54 mA, and unit step motion of 3 $\mu$m.

CFD 해석 및 최적화 기법을 이용한 피토관 형상설계 (Design of Pitot-Tube Configuration Using CFD Analysis and Optimization Techniques)

  • Accurate measurement of speed and altitude of flying vehicles in air data system remains a critical technical issue. A highly reliable Pitot-static probe is required to obtain air data such as total pressure and static pressure. In this study, an analysis of the characteristics of flowfield around the Pitot-static probe was performed by using a Navier-Stokes CFD code. In addition, for the purpose of finding an optimal configuration, a technique based on the response surface method is applied to the problem with design parameters including shape of the nose section and cone angle. It is shown that the optimal configuration fulfills the MIL specification in wider range of high angles of attack.

Optimal Configuration Control for a Mobile Manipulator

  • A mobile manipulator-a serial connection of a mobile platform and a task robot-is redundant by itself. Using its redundant freedom, a mobile manipulator can move in various modes, i. e., can perform dexterous tasks. In this paper, to improve task execution efficiency utilizing redundancy, optimal configurations of the mobile manipulator are maintained while it is moving to a new task point. Assuming that a task robot can perform the new task by itself, a desired configuration for the task robot can be pre-determined. Therefore, a cost function for optimality can be defined as a combination of the square errors of the desired and actual configurations of the mobile platform and of the task robot. In the combination of the two square errors, a newly defined mobility of a mobile platform is utilized as a weighting index. With the aid of the gradient method, the cost function is minimized, so the tasle that the mobile manipulator performs is optimized. The proposed algorithm is experimentally verified and discussed with a mobile manipulator, PURL-II.

등가자화전류를 이용한 최적코일형상 설계방법 (Optimal Coil Configuration Design Methodology Using the Concept of Equivalent Magnetizing Current)

  • A new electric coil design methodology using the notion of topology optimization is developed. The specific design problem in consideration is to find optimal coil configuration that maximizes the Lorentz force under given magnetic field. Topology optimization is usually formulated using the finite element method, but the novel feature of this method is that no such partial differential equation solver is employed during the whole optimization process. The proposed methodology allows the determination of not only coil shape but also the number of coil turns which is not possible to determine by any existing topology optimization concept and to perform single coil strand identification algorithm. The specific applications are made in the design of two-dimensional fine-pattern focusing coils of an optical pickup actuator. In this method, the concept of equivalent magnetizing current is utilized to calculate the Lorentz force, and the optimal coil configuration is obtained without any initial layout. The method is capable of generating the location and shape of turns of coil. To confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method in optical pickup applications, design problems involving multipolar permanent magnets are considered.

  • 본 논문에서는 실내 환경에서 위치 인식을 고려한 AP 배치 기법을 제안하고 성능평가를 수행하였다. 제안한 기법은 위치 인식율과 AP 기반 무선 네트워크의 성능 및 비용을 고려하여 근사 최적 AP 구성 형태를 생성하는 메타휴리스틱 알고리즘과 AP 배치 과정을 빠르게 수렴하게 하는 결정론적 알고리즘으로 구성된다. 실내 공간과 유사한 시뮬레이션 환경을 구축하여 제안한 AP 배치 기법의 성능 평가를 수행하였으며, 제안한 기법은 빠른 시간 내에 우수한 결과를 생성하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 다수의 추력기를 이용한 발사체 상단 RCS 자세 제어 시스템에 대해 다룬다. 이때 추력기 배치 위치와 부착 각도에 따라 시스템 응답 특성, 연료소모량, 추력 분배로직에 의한 유효 토크량, 고장대응 용이성이 달라진다. 최적화 기법을 이용하여 27개의 명령에 대해 명령 방향과 일치하면서 최대 응답 토크량을 갖도록 하는 최적의 배치를 찾는 방법을 제안하였다. 기존에 주어진 추력기 배치 형상과 제안된 추력기 배치 형상에 대한 수치 해석 결과를 비교함으로서 제안된 추력기 배치 형상에 정당성을 찾고자 한다.
