태양열 시설원예 난방시스템 장기실증 성능분석 연구 (Study on the performance analysis of long-term field test for protected horticulture heating system using solar thermal energy)

  • Objective of the research is to demonstrate solar thermal space and ground heating system which is integrated to a green-house culture facility for reducing healing cost, Increasing the value of product by environment control, and developing advanced culture technology by deploying solar thermal system. Field test for the demonstration was carried out in horticulture complex In Jeju Island. Medium scale solar hot water system was installed in a ground heating culture facility. Reliability and economic aspect of the system which was operated complementary with thermal storage and solar hot water generation were analyzed by investigating collector efficiency, operation performance, and control features. Short term day test on element performance and Long term test of the whole system were carried out. Optimum operating condition and its characteristics were closely Investigated by changing the control condition based on the temperature difference which Is the most important operating parameter For establishing more reliable and optimal design data regarding system scale and operation condition, continuous operation and monitoring on the system need to be further carried out. However, It is expected that, in high-insolation areas where large-scale ground storage is adaptable, solar system demonstrated in the research could be economically competitive and promisingly disseminate over various application areas.

  • The liquid solar air conditioning system is introduced as an alternative solution to control air condition and to save electrical energy consumption. The heat and mass transfer performances of dehumidifier/regenerator in liquid solar air conditioning system are influenced by air and desiccant condition. The application of this system, the thermal energy from the sun and inlet air are unable to control, but operation parameter of other components such as pump, fan and sensible cooling unit are able to control. The equilibrium point of heat and mass transfer are the liquid desiccant and inlet air conditions, where, the heat and mass are not transferred between the liquid desiccant and vapor air. By knowing equilibrium point of heat and mass transfer, the suitable optimal desiccant conditions for certain air condition are funded. This present experiment study is investigated the equilibrium point heat and mass transfer in various air and desiccant temperature. The benefit of equilibrium point heat and mass transfer will be helpful in choose and design proper component to optimize electrical energy consumption.

무인택배함의 최적입지 선정을 위한 방법론 개발 (Developing an Optimal Location Selection Methodology of Unmanned Parcel Service Box)

  • 본 연구에서는 무인택배함의 최적입지를 선정하기 위한 입지조건 정의, 설치개수 결정, 최적입지 선정의 과정을 순차적으로 결합한 방법론을 개발한다. 우선 입지조건으로는 블록화, 접근성, 지역 중심공공시설이 제시되며, 선정된 입지에 대해 set-covering모형과 p-median 모형을 적용하여 설치개수와 최적입지를 각각 결정한다. 이러한 과정을 실제 사례에 적용해봄으로써 모형의 타당성과 실효성을 검증해 본다. 일반주택과 다세대주택으로만 구성된 안산의 한 지역을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 필요한 무인택배함은 2개로 결정되었으며, 5개 후보지 중 가장 적절한 2개 장소가 최적입지로 제시되었다. 이러한 방법론은 무인택배함 설치시 최적의 결정을 내리기 위한 가이드라인을 제공하며, 택배 관련 강력범죄 예방 및 택배이용 활성화를 통한 경제적 파급효과를 기대해 볼 수 있다.

터보 차져 디젤 엔진에서의 기류음 감소를 위한 연구 (A study on the reduction of the flow-induced noise in turbo-charger diesel engines)

  • Turbocharger has been widely used in many passenger cars in application with diesel engines because of high power and fuel efficiency. However, flow-induced noise (whoosh or hissing noise) which is generated within the compressor during its operation at marginal surge line can deteriorate noise characteristics. Hissing noise excitation was associated with the generation of turbulence within the turbocharger compressor and radiated through the transmission path in turbocharger system. In this study, a sharp-edged reactive-type muffler was devised and installed in the transmission path to reduce the hissing noise. Acoustic and fluid dynamic characteristics for the muffler were investigated which is related to the unsteadiness of turbulence and pressure in turbocharger system. A transfer matrix method was used to analyze the transmission loss of the muffler. Simple expansion muffler with extended tube of the reactive type is proposed for the reduction of high frequency component noise. Turbulence computation was carried out by a standard ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ model. An optimal design condition of the muffler was obtained by extensive acoustic and fluid dynamic analysis on the engine dynamometer with anechoic chamber. A significant reduction of the hissing noise was achieved at the optimal design of the muffler as compared with the conventional turbocharger system.

  • This paper is proposed a approximation control method(ACM) for the maximum power of a photovoltaic system. It is designed for power systems application and utilities. The proposed Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT) control has the advantage to provide a new simple way to approximate the optimal or rated voltage, the optimal or rated current and maximum power rating produced by a solar panel and the photovoltaic inverter. And this straightforward method has the advantage that Pmax and $V_{op}$ can be approximated using the same variable as the dynamic model without using complicate approximations or Taylor series. This paper is proposed MPPT using AMC using weather condition of domestic moderate program technique. This paper is proposed the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the new methods.

  • 본 연구는 기존 시공단계 중심의 VR시뮬레이션 활용체계를 설계단계까지 확장하여 도로의 최적 설계정보 지원을 위한 시각화 분석 기능을 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 연구에서는 설계지원을 위한 VR기능으로 도보 선형(alignment)에 의한 토공 시뮬레이션, 대안 노선 선정 시뮬레이션 구조물 타입 선정 시뮬레이션 및 지하시설물 분석 시뮬레이션 기능들을 제안하고 있다. 이러한 VR시뮬레이션 기능을 통해 노선 및 토공 상태의 시각적 확인이 가능하고, 대안 노선의 가상적인 모의 배치를 수행함으로써 최적 설계노선을 선정할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 도로설계정보 지원을 위한 VR시뮬레이션 기능 개발 방법론 및 시스템(VR Presenter)을 구현하며, VR기능을 적용한 개선된 도로설계 프로세스를 제안하고 있다.

  • This paper is proposed a novel method to approximate the maximum power for a photovoltaic inverter system and tracking method. It is designed for power systems application and utilities. The proposed Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT) control has the advantage to provide a new simple way to approximate the optimal or rated voltage, the optimal or rated current and maximum power rating produced by a solar panel and the photovoltaic inverter. And this straightforward method will be named linear reoriented coordinates method(LRCM) with the advantage that Pmax and $V_{op}$ can be approximated using the satre variable as the dynamic model without using complicate approximations or Taylor series. Furthermore tracking method is improved over 50% photovoltaic efficiency. This paper is proposed MPPT using LRMC and tracking method using weather condition of domestic moderate program technique. This paper is proposed the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the new methods.

Electrical Characteristic Changes of ZnO Varistors by Energy Absorption

  • As a ZnO varistor is subjected to electrical and environmental stresses, it degrades gradually, which may result in power interruption by short circuit. This study investigates changes in the electrical characteristics of ZnO varistors due to deterioration owing to energy absorption, and determines the optimal parameters for on-line diagnosis of the varistor. Two types of varistors were used for an accelerated aging experiment involving the application of the $8/20{\mu}s$ standard lightning impulse current. The electrical characteristics in terms of the reference voltage, total leakage current, resistive leakage current, and third-harmonic component of the total leakage current were measured, and their change rates were analyzed. The results revealed that the total leakage current increased slightly with an increase in the varistor absorbed energy, while the resistive leakage current and the third-harmonic component increased apparently. Therefore, the third-harmonic component of the total leakage current was proposed as the optimal parameter for on-line monitoring of ZnO varistor conditions.

  • This study was carried out to investigate the characteristics of extracellular cellulase and xylanase from Fusarium pallidoroseum and Aspergillus niger, such as enzyme activity and stability by various pH, temperature and metal ions, for application into enzymatic deinking system. The optimal temperature and pH for enzyme activity and stability of Fusarium pallidoroseum and Aspergillus niger were $50^{\circ}C$, pH 5.0 and $60^{\circ}C$, pH 9.0, respectively. Certain metal ions, calcium and cobalt, brought to elevate cellulase and xylanase activity from F. pallidoroseum and A. niger. With these results we suggest that enzymatic deinking system should be proceed at $50\~60^{\circ}C$ under their optimal pH condition.

퍼지 추론을 이용한 자동차 변속패턴 보정 알고리즘 개발 (Compensation Algorithm for Automobile Shift Pattern using Fuzzy Reasoning)

  • This paper proposes the compensation algorithm of conventional shift pattern using fuzzy reasoning in automatic transmission vehicles. Recently, automatic transimssion vehicles are continually increasing because of theire ease to drive. Also users require the high performance which includes the smooth shift quality and shift scheduling that matches driver;s intentions. So the shift scheduling has been inproved significantly through the application of electronic control. But, in spite of this development, vehicles using conventional shift pattern are sometimes in discord with driver's intention on roads. In this paper, the paper, the proposed compensation algorithm makes a automatic transmission vehicle be able to select an optimal gear shifting time and position using fuzzy reasoning and make a vehicle driver feel confortable even when the vehicle runs on roads which is extremely changed. Therefore, a vehicle driver can expect to reduce the nimber of unnecessary gear shifting and expect the fuel efficiency high. To show usefulness of the proposed method, some simulation are made to compared with conventional gear shifting. Paper prosposes the compensation mehtod of conventional shift pattern using fuzzy reasoning for the purpose that a vehicle can select an optimal gerar shifting time and position in automatic vehicle. Though the conventional shift pattern has no pliability, vehicle driver can feel comfortable and can reduce the number of unnecessary gear shifting using the proposed method on variable road condition. Therefore, it can be expected the fuel efficiency.
