The fashion clothing market is changing due to the appearance of new consumer group. And the import of foreign brand clothing is highly increasing. The purpose of this study is to help the domestic apparel companies set better market-ing strategy by studying the relation between fashion ivolvement and the purchase be-havior of foreign brand clothing. Subjects were 498 new generation women living Seoul metropolitan area. Data were obtained by questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS package. The main findings of this study are as follows; 1. The result of factor-analysis of the fashion involvement's variables were classified into 8 factors. 2. Consumer's main purpose of buying new clothes were To coordinate clothes with each other' 3. Consumers evaluated every clothing factors: color fit etc of foreign brand very highly except the price. 4. The factor that consumers consider most when choosing clothes is color design fit de-tail texture and brand knowledge in order. 5. the advertizing method that consumers care the most was shop and window display. 6. 'Because design and color are good' were the most important factor as motive of buying foreign brand clothing. 7. Most consumers still bought domestic brand clothing. 7. Most consumers still bought domestic brand clothing. 8. Monthly income and purchase of foreign brand were positively related 9. All variables 2of fashion involment were positively related with the purchase of foreign brand 10. Consumers with higher monthly income did not care much about 'Weather or occasion' when buying clothes. And consumers living in Kangnam(compared with consumers linving in Kangbuk) cared more about personality and bought more foreign brand. 'Social and econ-omic status' were highly related with monthly income residence and purchase of foreign brand clothing 11. Older consumers cared more about color figure texture and fit than younger con-sumer. Monthly income were positively re-lated with design color and figure. Residence were highly related with color and figure. Pur-chase of foreign brand clothing were positively related with design color figure and fit. 12. Younger consumers cared more about brand knowledge. And the purchase of foreign brand clothing were positively related with de-sign detail and brand knowledge. 13. Consumers with foreign brand's purchase experience showed negative relation between ;foreign brand's purchasing experience' and 'Weather or occasion' 14. Consumers with no foreign brand's pur-chasing experience showed negative relation between fashion innovativeness and figure. 15. Consumers with no foreign brand's pur-chasing experience showed positive relation between fit and fashion opinion exchange. The study shows that colors is most import-ant factor in purchasing clothes. And imported brands are very strong in terms of proposing various and unique colors. not all brands succeeded in Korea. Those brands that failed to group consumers have the following problems. Therefore it is critical to review the above factors when importing the foreign brand.

With the popularization of big data environment, big data have been highlighted as a key information strategy to establish national spatial data infrastructure for a scientific land policy and the extension of the creative economy. Especially interesting from our point of view is the cadastral information is a core national information source that forms the basis of spatial information that leads to people's daily life including the production and consumption of information related to real estate. The purpose of our paper is to suggest the scheme of big data analytics with respect to the articles of cadastral resurvey project in order to approach cadastral information in terms of spatial data integration. As specific research method, the TM (Text Mining) package from R was used to read various formats of news reports as texts, and nouns were extracted by using the KoNLP package. That is, we searched the main keywords regarding cadastral resurvey, performing extraction of compound noun and data mining analysis. And visualization of the results was presented. In addition, new reports related to cadastral resurvey between 2012 and 2014 were searched in newspapers, and nouns were extracted from the searched data for the data mining analysis of cadastral information. Furthermore, the approval rating, reliability, and improvement of rules were presented through correlation analyses among the extracted compound nouns. As a result of the correlation analysis among the most frequently used ones of the extracted nouns, five groups of data consisting of 133 keywords were generated. The most frequently appeared words were "cadastral resurvey," "civil complaint," "dispute," "cadastral survey," "lawsuit," "settlement," "mediation," "discrepant land," and "parcel." In Conclusions, the cadastral resurvey performed in some local governments has been proceeding smoothly as positive results. On the other hands, disputes from owner of land have been provoking a stream of complaints from parcel surveying for the cadastral resurvey. Through such keyword analysis, various public opinion and the types of civil complaints related to the cadastral resurvey project can be identified to prevent them through pre-emptive responses for direct call centre on the cadastral surveying, Electronic civil service and customer counseling, and high quality services about cadastral information can be provided. This study, therefore, provides a stepping stones for developing an account of big data analytics which is able to comprehensively examine and visualize a variety of news report and opinions in cadastral resurvey project promotion. Henceforth, this will contribute to establish the foundation for a framework of the information utilization, enabling scientific decision making with speediness and correctness.
Many people are suffering from the economic crisis and poverty that are deepening due to the recent spread of the COVID-19 epidemic. In this situation, this study focuses on the biblical Jubilee in order to seek how "Jubilee justice" can be realized in the modern context. The Law of Jubilee consists of four contents: the liberation of slaves, debt remission, land return and fallow. Ultimately it aims to prevent human slavery and preserve equality. Nevertheless, the thought of Jubilee has been distorted theologically and situationally, and as a result, it has been overlooked in the field of Christian education, and there is a limit in Christian practice for social justice. The thought of Jubilee, however, can be an alternative to overcome various problems of modern society such as the issue of the privatization of Christianity or the deepening of polarization caused by neoliberal globalization and can contribute positively to the practice of social justice. In other words, the thought of Jubilee can act as a biblical initiative in reforming wrong laws and establishing institutions for the poor on the institutional level; on the personal level, it can be a great motive in terms of the change of perception and the practice of the sharing economy. Jubilee education, which aims for Jubilee justice, helps to break the misconceptions and change the existing meaning perspectives on the basis of various interdisciplinary knowledge and supports social behavior for transforming social structure through activation of public opinion and fund raising at the practical level. Therefore, the learners of Christian education can play a public role in transforming the unjust society.

This study was conducted to discuss concrete ways to contribute to the sustainability of the planet by actively applying and using digital and IT resources in libraries. To this end, a survey was conducted for librarians of public libraries, and the results were as follows. First, librarians' awareness of the seriousness of environmental problems and the degree of eco-friendly activities were very high, but their awareness of library green IT and familiarity with eco-related terms were very low. Nevertheless, there was a high degree of agreement on the importance of applying green IT to libraries. Second, the areas evaluated as having the highest contribution to eco-friendliness and greening of the library were found in the equipment and product operation area, followed by the service area and the network and system area. Third, how do you think library green IT will have a social impact? The highest opinion was given that it could increase the awareness of the library's social responsibility as a social infrastructure. In conclusion, it seems that the library's green IT can contribute to improving library perception by making the public perceived as an institution that has a social responsibility as a social infrastructure.
Today, as individuals show their social identities and reflect their being as the members of society with a culture, an art style and communication function are stood out in fashion photographs. Accordingly, the meanings of images into text are expanded in its interpretative width through the acceptor's various terms. This researcher looked into four theories of both positions on the textuality of language and image, and considered the point of discussion on image of each theory through modern fashion photographs. First, the theory which divides language and image as auditory and visual recognitions in the textuality of language and image is limited from the view it focuses on only one side without considering the ambivalent elements of each field. For the textuality in modern fashion photographs, the observer attempts to turn it into text to give meaning to it as the recognition through five senses conforming to the acceptor's condition. Second, the theory dividing language and image into the text of time properties and spacial properties has limitation in the text, for acceptor's experience of the object appears as the structured form in time and space rather than being defined as two things like time and space. Third, the theory classifying the language and image text into conventional taste and natural taste has limitation from the view that image text is hardly an object of consistent classification in ease of recognition by the code accepted in society. Thus, this can't be fundamental approach for the understanding of the text of decoding trend represented in modern fashion photographs. Fourth, accordingly, this researcher focussed on contextual and arbitrary text of fashion photographs through the theory of Nelson Goodman which discusses image text through the differences in textuality. Basic mechanism of perceiving and recognizing and distinguish image is closely related to habit and custom like language. So, each acceptor perceives the image as a text through arbitrary interpretation obtained by individual, empirical, historical, and educational viewpoints. The textuality of modern fashion photographs aims to widen the range of diverse knowledge and understanding, transcending the regulations of simple function of existing fashion photographs. Consequently, this researcher puts forward the opinion of consistent and diverse follow-up studies on instilling meaning into fashion photographs for the understanding de-regulatory and de-constructive through various senses by avoiding only one sense-dependent fixed and regulatory properties of it.

Watching Korean drama can reach aspect of Mongolian in Korean education level, national security, reconstruction and income of population and etc. The most effective factor in product reliability and procurement was country image but company image can not influence that. In conclusion according to survey result within Mongolian customers that Korean drama has some influence in Korean image, its company image, product image, and product reliability and procurement of Korean product.
Recent studies have indicated that boys show better scientific achievements compared to those of girls. It is also a general conception that boys would be better than girls in terms of scientific creative performances and potential, although there have been few studies to support the general opinion. As the gifted education in Korea is progressing very rapidly, the importance of understanding the creative characteristics of gifted boys and girls has been increased. In the present study, we have compared and analyzed three different measures of creativity utilizing 135 gifted students (77 boys and 58 girls) to provide an empirical evidence for the different degrees of creative performances between gifted boys and girls. The instruments used to measure diverse aspects of creativity include the Torrance Test of Creativity (TTCT), the Test of Creative Problem-solving and Finding in Science (CPFS), and the Creative Behavioral Checklist in Science(CBCS). The results of the study indicate that girls, rather than boys, showed better creative performances, demonstrating moderately higher average scores on the three creative measures used in the study. The results are in contrast to people's general conception that boys would be more creative than girls. Implications of the study in connection with identification and educational practices for gifted education program have been discussed.

This study investigated several cases of interactive learning mediated by exhibits in a natural history hall during visits by middle school students. Five visiting cases were selected, in which visitors engaged actively in the interactions between them. Each visiting case was analyzed in terms of visiting discourse register and the modes of interaction in order to understand both visitors' meaning-making processes through the discourse flow and the characteristics of visiting discourse according to the features of exhibits. Results were as follows. The information provided in the exhibits was used as THEMEs in visitors' discourse and the visitors presented their information on the THEMEs as RHEMEs. The visitors made their own meaning for the exhibits by exchanging their information with each other. Interrogative sentences on the exhibit panels allowed visitors to make arguments. Similar exhibits displayed together helped visitors to compare those exhibits. These two features of the exhibits facilitated visitors' meaning-making processes in the natural history hall. The modes of interaction between visitors mediated by the exhibits showed that the information itself from the exhibits as well as visitors' opinion on the exhibits were frequently used as the elements for in-depth cognitive social interactions that allowed the visitors to construct meaning. Based on these results, we discussed that understanding in detail how visitors choose information from exhibits and construct visiting discourse is very important to improve visitors' collaborative science learning at a natural history hall.
Quantitative rise and This study carried out qualitative research by utilizing NVivo 10 focusing on the contents of mass media such as newspaper or internet on the presidential security service up to the Park Geun-hye government from the 3rd Republic of Korea, which was established the presidential security service. The aim is to present opinion so that the presidential security organization can strengthen capability and function within the governmental organization down the road based on the contents of categories, which were elicited through this. First, there is a need of solidifying the internal stability with the expansion in the activity sphere of organization and of externally approaching the public with removing sense of difference caused by offering personal protection only to some of the privileged class in the meantime. Second, it is the foundation of a reason related to crime in a cause for Discharge by Authority pertinent to "law on security for president and others" in Article 10 in order to prevent a criminal act of having abused the task characteristic and the position superiority or an external pressure act related to intervention in rights. China's new grand strategy, the "One Belt, One Road Initiative" (also Belt Road Initiative, or BRI) has two primary components: Chinese President Xi Jinping announced the "Silk Road Economic Belt" in September 2013 during a visit to Kazakhstan, and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Route Economic Belt" in a speech to the Indonesian parliament the following month. The BRI is intended to supply China with energy and new markets, and also to integrate the countries of Central Asia, the Association of Southeast Asia Nations (ASEAN), and the Indian Ocean Region - though not Northeast Asia - into the "Chinese Dream". The project will be supported by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), due to open in 2016 with 57 founding members from all around the world, and China has already promised US$ 50 billion in seed funding. China's vision includes networks of energy pipelines, railways, sea port facilities and logistics hubs; these will have obvious commercial benefits, but also huge geopolitical significance. China seems to have two distinct aims: externally, to restore its historical sphere of influence; and internally, to cope with income inequalities by creating middle-class jobs through enhanced trade and the broader development of its economy. But some ardently pro-US pundits worry that the political risks of the BRI are too high. They cast doubt on the feasibility of implementing the BRI, and warn that although it has been portrayed primarily in economic terms, it actually reveals a crucial Chinese geopolitical strategy. They are fearful of China's growing regional dominance, and worried that the BRI is ultimately a means to supplant the prevailing US-led regional security structure and restore the Middle Kingdom order, with China as the only power that matters in the region.
