Procedures to establish well-balanced development and effectiveness of environmental impact assessment need include various stakeholder's participation in writing and reviewing document of environmental impact assessment, collecting public opinion, and post monitoring. Accordingly, to encourage effective and efficient collection of resident's opinion analyze present conditions and problems and suggest institutional and politic alternative proposals of it. This study resulted in following conclusions. In institutional aspects, (1) Proposal for drafting document of environmental impact assessment (2) Composition of committee for collecting and regulating stakeholder's opinion (3) Width of civil participation scale. In politic aspects, (1) Use of local community (2) Guide of local information from local society and environmental specialist (3) Understandable document and data of environmental impact assessment (4) Strength of roles and duties of local government.

데이터 마이닝의 문서분류 기술에서 발전된 오피니언 마이닝은 이제 국외뿐만 아니라 국내 산업에서 중요한 관심분야로 자리잡아가고 있다. 오피니언 마이닝의 핵심은 문서에서 감정 단어를 추출하여 긍정/부정 여부를 얼마나 정확하게 판별하느냐를 평가하는 것이다. 국내에서도 이에 관련된 많은 연구가 이루어 졌으나 아직 실용적으로 적용할 만큼의 분류 정확도를 보이지 않고 있다. 한국어의 경우 비문법적 표현, 감정단어의 다양성 등으로 인해 문서의 극성을 판별하기가 쉽지 않기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 문법적 요소를 최대한 배제하고 단어패턴의 빈도만을 고려한 새로운 오피니언 문서 분류기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서는 문서를 단어들의 리스트로 추상화한 후, 패턴들의 빈도를 이용하여 기계학습 알고리즘을 적용한다. 이후에 적절한 스코어 함수를 적용하여 문서의 극성을 판별한다. 또한 제안된 기법의 정확도를 평가하기 위해서 실험결과를 제시한다.

최근 들어 SNS가 대중화됨에 따라, 이들로 부터 오피니언을 분석하여 특정 이슈에 대한 여론을 파악하려는 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. SNS 환경에서 오피니언 분석을 위해서는 우선 게시글 중에서 오피니언 문서와 그렇지 않은 문서(객관적 문서)를 분리해야한다. 본 논문에서는 트위터 문서로 부터 오피니언 문서만을 추출하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 트위터 환경에서 오피니언 문서에 대한 분류나 검색의 어려운 점은 충분한 학습 자료가 존재하지 않다는데 있다 이를 위해 제안된 방법에서는 감성 분류를 위해 트위터와 유사한 외부의 정보를 이용하여 기계학습기반 분류 모델을 생성하고, 이를 응용하여 트위터에서의 오피니언 문서 추출에 적용하였다. 또한 실험을 통하여 제안된 방법의 적용 가능성을 평가하였다.

최근 들어 트위터나 페이스북과 같은 SNS가 대중화되면서, 오피니언 마이닝에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 오피니언 마이닝 연구는 대부분 감성분류나 특징선택 방법에 중점을 두고 있으며, 오피니언 문서의 검색에 관한 연구는 아직 미진한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 단문으로 구성된 오피니언 문서로부터 사용자가 원하는 문서들을 효율적으로 검색하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서는 기존의 감성분류 방법을 활용함과 동시에 문서의 질적 평가를 위해 여러 가지 특징들을 적용한다. 검색 모델을 생성하기 위해 기계학습 기반 랭킹 기법을 활용하며, 감성 분류 모델을 기계학습 랭킹 모델에 통합하는 방법을 사용한다. 또한 실험을 통하여 제안된 방법이 오피니언 검색에 효율적으로 적용될 수 있음을 보여준다.

The development of health information technology enables people to access, view and acquire personal health record. But still, there have been a number of obstacles such as the absence of the standard to realize the ideal Personal Health Record(PHR) system. In this study, we proposed the service model that serves periodic Health Record Summary which is made by a medical specialist to people who are in the busy lives. Healthcare data from EMR in a hospital including people generate themselves at home is sent to a physician to make a medical opinion, and then it is changed into Health Level 7 Continuity of Care Document(CCD) format for interoperability. After a physician writes his opinion about patient's health condition, it will send to people by email. People who receive the health record summary data by email can save them into a USB device to view own PHR and medical comments of a physician through a computer. It will help people managing their own health condition with an opinion of a medical specialist.

오피니언 마이닝은 문서로부터 의견을 추출하는 텍스트 마이닝의 응용분야로 현재 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 대부분의 관련 연구는 특정 제품군에 대해서 주어진 특징별로 긍정과 부정 평가를 나누는 감성분류에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 하지만 제품별로 강조되는 특성들을 구별해내는 연구는 거의 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 특성별로 오피니언 문서들을 분류하고, 이를 이용하여 특정 제품군에 대해서 제품별로 강조되는 특성들을 선별하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법에서는 텍스트 클러스터링을 활용하였으며, 새로운 유사도 계산 방식을 사용하였다. 또한 실험을 통하여 제안된 방법의 유용성을 증명하였다.

Objectives: In order to overcome psychotherapeutic problems though the theory of oriental medicine by means of the Giungoroen(至言高論-wise saying and lofty opinion). Methods: This research was done by comparing the contents of psychotherapeutic ancient clinical document with the western medical method of psychotherapy Results: 1. Inquire into the clinical document, the psychotherapy is used treatment of wide area disease inclusive of neuropsychiatric disease different from the western medicine. 2. Inquire into the method of psychotherapy, the supportive psychotherapy and behavior therapy is applied. 3. In case of psychotherapy and treatment of medicines is done at the same time, treatment of medicines followed psychotherapy. 4. A viewpoint of Yusic(唯識-vijnaptim-atra)-a field of Buddhism, possibility of psychotherapy is showed. 5. A doctor's oriental thought and oriental medical Preservation of Health view was based. 6. The change of patient's the emotion and will is focused than disease itself. Conclusion: When western medical method of psychotherapy is complemented by a oriental thought and oriental medical Preservation of Health view, the good effects is hoped in psychotherapy.

Extractive document summarization aims to select a few sentences while preserving its main information on a given document, but the current extractive methods do not consider the sentence-information repeat problem especially for news document summarization. In view of the importance and redundancy of news text information, in this paper, we propose a neural extractive summarization approach with joint sentence semantic clipping and selection, which can effectively solve the problem of news text summary sentence repetition. Specifically, a hierarchical selective encoding network is constructed for both sentence-level and document-level document representations, and data containing important information is extracted on news text; a sentence extractor strategy is then adopted for joint scoring and redundant information clipping. This way, our model strikes a balance between important information extraction and redundant information filtering. Experimental results on both CNN/Daily Mail dataset and Court Public Opinion News dataset we built are presented to show the effectiveness of our proposed approach in terms of ROUGE metrics, especially for redundant information filtering.

With the rapid development of e-commerce, many customers can now express their opinion on various kinds of product at discussion groups, merchant sites, social networks, etc. Discerning a consensus opinion about a product sold online is difficult due to more and more reviews become available on the internet. Opinion Mining, also known as Sentiment analysis, is the task of automatically detecting and understanding the sentimental expressions about a product from customer textual reviews. Recently, researchers have proposed various approaches for evaluation in sentiment mining by applying several techniques for document, sentence and aspect level. Aspect-based sentiment analysis is getting widely interesting of researchers; however, more complex algorithms are needed to address this issue precisely with larger corpora. This paper introduces an approach of knowledge representation for the task of analyzing product aspect rating. We focus on how to form the nature of sentiment representation from textual opinion by utilizing the representation learning methods which include word embedding and compositional vector models. Our experiment is performed on a dataset of reviews from electronic domain and the obtained result show that the proposed system achieved outstanding methods in previous studies.

웹상에서 다양한 문서자료들의 효율적인 기록 및 이용관리를 위하여 본 논문에서는 서버의 요청에 따라 ODBC를 데이터베이스와 연동하여 웹서버와 데이터베이스 서버구조를 갖는 Web기반 데이터베이스를 구축한다. ASP의 OLE DB개체와 관련하여 확정제약조건과 불확정제약조건을 계량화하여 데이터베이스에 저장하여 추론할 수 있다 이렇게 함으로써 보다 편리하게 문서자료를 기록 및 이용 관리할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 제안 시스템의 적용을 위해 고교 생활기록부의 종합의견란을 6개 항목으로 종합하고 일반화하였다.
