일체형원자로 SMART 냉각재순환펌프의 성능예측 (Performance Prediction of Main Coolant Pump in Integral Reactor SMART)

  • The performance prediction of SMART MCP was performed using a computational fluid dynamics code. General capacity-head performance curve of MCP, which is provided to other design branches as design input, was obtained and it showed the typical type of axial pump performance curve. When four MCPs operate in parallel and one of them stops while the others continue to operate, SMART requires reduced power operation. A procedure for predicting the performance of SMART MCP for that case was developed and verified with available experimental data. An analysis based on the developed procedure was performed for two cases; the impeller of sloped MCP is fixed or free to rotate in reverse direction. According to the results, $73\%$ flow rate of normal operation enters the reactor core in the case of the locked impeller. In case of the impeller free rotation, the flow rate entering the reactor core is $62.8\%$.

  • Disentangling is the essential operation of Feynman's operational calculus for noncommuting operators. Thus formulas which simplify this operation are central to the subject. In a recent paper the procedure for 'extracting a linear factor' has been established in the setting of Feynman's operational calculus for time independent operators $A_1, ... , A_n$ and associated probability measures ${\mu}_1,..., {\mu}_n$. While the setting just described is natural in many circumstances, it is not natural for evolution problems. There the measures should not be restricted to probability measures and it is worthwhile to allow the operators to depend on time. The main purpose for this paper is to extend the procedure for extracting a linear factor to this latter setting. We should mention that Feynman's primary motivation for developing an operational calculus for noncommuting operators came from a desire to describe the evolution of certain quantum systems.m systems.

  • This study is concerned with the part-machine grouping(PMG) based on the non-binary part-machine incidence matrix in which real manufacturing Factors such as the operation sequences with multiple visits to the same machine and production volumes of parts are incorporated and each entry represents actual moves due to different operation sequences. The proposed approach adopts Fuzzy ART neural network to quickly create the initial part families and their associated machine cells. To enhance the poor solution due to category proliferation inherent to most artificial neural networks, a supplementary procedure reassigning parts and machines is added. To show effectiveness of the proposed approach to large-size PMG problems, a psuedo-replicated clustering procedure is designed and implemented.

  • Hypopharyngeal carcinoma is an aggressive malignancy that usually presents at a late stage, thereby resulting in an overall poor prognosis fir these unfortunate patients. The most effective treatment of pyriform sinus carcinoma combines surgery and radiation. Total laryngopharyngectomy is necessary in advanced tumors, but may not be appropriate in limited lesions. Therefore several procedure for partial laryngopharyngectomy have been proposed. Supracricoid hemilaryngopharyngectomy is the one of these procedure. This report presents one case of supracricoid hemilaryngopharyngectomy in a patient with pyriform sinus medial wall cancer and analyses aerodynamic study before and after operation.

  • There are studied on the evaluation of flexibility and design/operation of FMS. However. a new method that can assess the performance of FMS is propose in this study. To evalute the performance of an FMS the ordinary for total cost is not applied. Instead, a specially developed cost function is used to measure the performanced of proposed systems. The procedure is developed for deterministic variables cases. An FMS can produce various products systematically under computer control the evaluation of an FMS operation is not a simple task. The proposed procedure is done through computer simulation due to the complicated nature of the problem. A simulation model is developed using SIMAN and FORTRAN for practical application.

  • 일반적으로 폐질환과 심장 질환이 동시에 발견되었을 때 동시 수술은 술자가 고려해야 되는 사항이 많다. 59세 여자 환자가 우중엽절제술과 이중판막 재치환술과 삼첨판막륜성형술을 동시에 시행 받았다. 동시 수술은 폐와 심장의 병변을 일거에 해소하면서 2차적으로 시행해야 하는 폐절제술 또는 심장수술에 따르는 위험성을 피할 수 있는 장점이 있으며 안전하게 시행할 수 있는 술식이다.

  • 현재 한전에서 800여개 이상의 변전소를 운영하고 있으며, 이중 가장 많은 비중을 차지하는 변전소는 154kV 변전소로서 전체 변전소중 85%를 차지하고 있다. 지난 13년동안 154kV S/S내에서 발생하는 고장(T/L고장 제외)은 평균 약 183건이며, 고장복구 시간은 고장유형에 따라 다양하게 나타나고 있다. 전력설비의 고장이 발생했을 때 신속한 고장의 복구와 오조작으로 인한 파급고장을 방지하기 위하여 한전에서는 송변전 표준복구절차(Standard Operation Procedure, SOP)라는 매뉴얼에 따라 고장복구를 시행하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 표준복구절차는 다양한 고장원인과 설비감시 조건을 반영하지 못하고 있으며, 휴먼에러에 의한 오조작으로 고장 복구중 파급고장의 위험을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 154kV 변전소에서 전력설비 운전상태 및 감시조건과 고장발생 사례분석을 기반으로 기존의 송변전 표준복구절차(SOP) 문제점 및 개선사항을 제시하고자 한다.

Thus formulas which simplify this operation are meaningful to the subject. In a recent paper the procedure for "methods for iterative disentangling" has been established in the setting of Feynman's operational calculus for time independent operators $A_1$, $\cdots$, $A_n$ and associated probability measures${\mu}_1$, $\cdots$, ${\mu}_n$. The main purpose for this paper is to extend the procedure for methods for iterative disentangling to time dependent operators.

대동맥판륜 성형술을 동반한 Ross 술식 (Ross Operation with Aortic Ring Annuloplasty)

  • Pulmonic autograft replacement of the aortic valve(Ross procedure) has been to have potential for growth in children, no complication of antiocagulation, and enhanced durability. Therefore, Ross operation is indicated in the young, in patients with an active life style, and when anticoagulation is contraindicated. However, late autograft valve has occurrd more frequently in patients with significant size discrepancy between the pulmonay valve annulus and the aortic valve annulus. In order to resolve this problem, we performed aortic annuloplasty with Duran ring for more accurate and strong reinforcement. We report a case using the Duran ring as a method of aortic annuloplasty during Ross procedure.

도로함몰관리체계 구성요소 최적화방안 연구 (A Study on Optimization of Road Cave-In Management System Components)

  • PURPOSES : The objective of this research is establishing system components and optimizing operational procedures in order to systematically manage road cave-ins in urban areas. METHODS : Based on the literature review and alternative comparison, optimization methods is suggested. RESULTS : Throughout the study, location referencing system, database structure, and operation strategy(procedure) were clarified, and the optimization methods for each item were suggested. CONCLUSIONS : Road cave-in management should be focused on user safety rather than focusing on economic aspects. The occurrence of road cave-in should be addressed thoroughly by road management system(location referencing system, database structure, and operation strategy(procedure), and the optimization methods), since they are closely related to road users' safety.
