Because of the sharp increase of its export and import container cargo volumes contrast to the lack of related Container Terminal facility, equipment and inefficient procedure, there is now heavy container cargo congestions in Pusan Container Terminal. As a result of such a situation, many container ships avoid their calls into Pusan port. This is a major cause that in tum kads to weakening intemational competitiveness of the Korean industry. This study, therefore, aims are to make a quantitative analysis of Container Terminal System through the computer simulation, especially focusing on its 4 sub-system of a handling system, 'it is checked whether the current operation is being performed effectively through the computer simulation. The overall findings are as folIows; Firstly, average tonnage of the ships visiting the BCTOC was 32,360 G/T in from January '96, to may '96. The average arrival interval and service time of container ships at BCTOC are 5.63 hours and 18.67 hours respectively. Ship's arrival and service pattern at BCTOC was exponential distribution with 95% confidence and Erlang-4 distribution with 99% confidence. Secondly, average waiting time and number of ships was 9.9 hours, 235 ships(38%) among 620 ships. Number of stevedoring container per ship was average 747.7 TED, standard deviation 379.1 TEU and normal distribution with 99% confidence. Thirdly, from the fact that the average storage days of containers at BCTOC are 2.75 days (3.0 days when import, 2.5 days when export). it is founds that most containers were transfered to the off-dock storage areas with the free periods(5 days when import, 4 days when export), the reason for which is considered to be the insufficient storage area at BCTOC. Fourthly, in the case of gate in-out at BCTOC, occupied containers and emptied containers are 89% and 11% respectively in the gate-in, 75% and 25% seperately in the gate-out. Finally, from the quantitative analysis results for container terminal at BCTOC, ship's average wating time of ships was found to be 20.77 hours and berth occupancy rate(${\rho}$) was 0.83. 5~6 berths were required in order that the berth occupancy rate(${\rho}$) may be maintained up to 60% degree.
The anomalous pulmonary venous return of the entire left lung was an extremely rare congenital anomaly. The reported surgical experience with correction of this disorder was limited. The 3-year-old female patient underwent an operation upon the unilateral total anomalous pulmonary venous return from the left lung, in which the left superior pulmonary vein drained into innominate vein and the left inferior pulmonary vein into the coronary sinus, in Yeungnam University Hospital. The symptoms were nonspecific except frequent upper respiratory infection. Cyanosis was not seen. On auscultatory findings, a grade 2/6 systolic ejection murmur was audible over left second intercostal space of left sternal border and second heart sound had an increased pulmonary component which was widely splitted. The electrocardiogram demonstrated a right ventricular hypertrophy and right axis deviation and chest X-ray showed slightly increased pulmonary vascularity and bulged pulmonary conus. The echocardiogram demonstrated increased right atrial, ventricular, and pulmonary arterial dimension, and also secundum atrial septal defect and enlarged coronary sinus. The cardiac catheterization confirmed the left-to-right with a Qp/Qs of 2.0: 1 and oxygen step-up was seen in pulmonary artery, right ventricle, right atrium, and left innominate vein, and the catheter was not been introduced into the left pulmonary vein. A median sternotomy incision was done. Left superior pulmonary vein was drained to the innominate vein through anomalous vertical vein and the left inferior pulmonary vein drained to right atrium through the coronary sinus. The diversion of the left inferior pulmonary vein to posterior wall of left atrium was done after division in the proximity of coronary sinus. The anomalous vertical vein was diverted to base of left atrial auricle and then a atrial septal defect was sutured directly. The postoperative course was uneventful and she was discharged on the eleventh postoperative day. In the postoperative follow-up-2 months, she has been well without specific problems.

Purpose: The majority of nasal fractures have been treated by closed reduction. And they were manipulated under local anesthesia or general anesthesia. Under the local anesthesia, patients can feel the pain and fear, so general anesthesia through the endotracheal intubation became popularized recently to treat the nasal fracture. But it has still the drawbacks of postanesthetic complication. Therefore, under the mask ventilation anesthesia using oral airway, we tried to manipulate the nasal fracture. Methods: From July 2007 to November 2007, we worked with fifty patients that were manipulated the nasal fracture. Fifty patients were divided into two groups, general anesthesia with the endotracheal intubation group(n=25) and the mask ventilation using oral airway group(n=25). We checked up the anesthesia time, postanesthetic complication, postoperative aesthetic & functional problem of nose in two groups. Results: In total operation time and sore throat frequency among the postoperative anesthetic complications, there was statistically significant difference between the mask ventilation group and the endotracheal intubation group(p<0.05). But there was no difference statistically in nausea frequency(p>0.05). And no patients complained of postoperative nasal complication such as septal deviation, septal perforation, nasal obstruction and hump nose in two groups. Conclusion: Through the mask ventilation using oral airway, we could reach satisfactory results in the anesthetic time and postanesthetic complication.

It is important to estimate objectively in the driving test. Especially, the driving test is examined by totally driving ability, rule observation and situational judgement. For this, a grading automation system for driving test was presented by using GPS, sensor data and equipment operation informations. This system is composed of vehicle mounted module, automatic grading terminal, data controller, data storage and processing server. The vehicle mounted module gathters sensor data in the car. The terminal performs automatic grading using the received sensor data according the driving test criterion. To overcome the misposition of vehicle in the map due to GPS error, we proposed the automatic grading system by map matching method, path deviation and return algorithm. In the experimental results, it was possible to grade automatically, display the right position of the car, and return to the right path under 10 seconds when the vehicle was out of the shadow region of the GPS. This system can be also applied to the driving education.

Carton clamp truck is widely perceived as the high-efficient handling equipment of factory premises and warehouse by its capability of palletless handling. Therefore, the significance of a lab-based handling simulation is becoming higher with the growth of clamp truck usage. In this study, preliminary FEA and design of handling test courses for the lab-based simulation of carton clamp truck handling were performed, and the PSD analyses were performed for the modified one for the test course proposed by Park et al. (2017) as well as ASTM D 6055 and ISTA 3B standards. For the vibration in all directions, the vibration energy intensity analyzed by ISTA 3B standard showed higher than that by the other two cases. A FEA was performed for the handling operation of the sudden stop of the clamps after lifting the target HCP (heavyweight refrigerator corrugated package, w=180 kgf) up to the specified height. The slip distance between the clamp arm and the target HCP was 0.85 mm. The simulation result of 0.85 mm was 3.7 times lower than the experimental result (3.2 mm) obtained by Park et al. (2017), and it was estimated that the deviation comes from both the experimental error by weight imbalance of target HCP, and excessive simplification during the FE modelling of target HCP.

2-6 GHz digital phase shifter module has been designed and fabricated. For the broadband operation and performance, MMIC phase shifter chip for phase shifter module was designed and fabricated by using the reflection-type circuits with Lange coupler. The fabricated phase shifter module shows 6.1$^{\circ}$RMS phase error, 13.5 dB maximum insertion loss, and 8 dB and 10 dB input and output return losses, respectively. Computer controlled measurement systems are realized in order to get the measured data of 32 phase states. The RMS insertion phase error and the average insertion loss deviation among 8${\times}$8 modules for the phased-array system are less than ${\pm}$0.5$^{\circ}$and ${\pm}$0.5 dB, respectively. The size of fabricated phase shifter module is 45 ${\times}$ 22.5 ${\times}$60㎣.

Recently, owing to the development of ICT industry and wide spread of smart phone, the number of people who use car sharing service are increased rapidly. Currently two-way car sharing system with same rental and return locations are mainly operated since this system can be easily implemented and maintained. Currently the demand of one-way car sharing service has increase explosively. But this system have several obstacle in operation, especially, vehicle stock imbalance issues which invoke vehicle relocation. Hence in this study, we present an optimization approach to depot location and relocation policy in one-way car sharing systems. At first, we modelled as mixed-integer programming models whose objective is to maximize the profits of a car sharing organization considering all the revenues and costs involved and several constraints of relocation policy. And to solve this problem efficiently, we proposed a new method based on particle swarm optimization, which is one of powerful meta-heuristic method. The practical usefulness of the approach is illustrated with a case study involving satellite cities in Seoul Metrolitan Area including several candidate area where this kind systems have not been installed yet and already operating area. Our proposed approach produced plausible solutions with rapid computational time and a little deviation from optimal solution obtained by CPLEX Optimizer. Also we can find that particle swarm optimization method can be used as efficient method with various constraints. Hence based on this results, we can grasp a clear insight into the impact of depot location and relocation policy schemes on the profitability of such systems.

Purpose : This study is a descriptive survey research that examines the effect of nursing students' satisfaction in major and consciousness of biomedical ethics on nursing professionalism. Methods : The research subjects consisted of junior and senior nursing students enrolled in four colleges located in City B, South Korea Structured questionnaires were distributed to the subject and a total of 262 copies of survey responses were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The correlation relationship was investigated based on the Pearson correlation coefficient. Multiple regression was used to capture the effect on the nursing professionalism. Results : A positive correlation was observed between the nursing students satisfaction in major and consciousness of biomedical ethics (r=.280, p<.001), between satisfaction in major and nursing professionalism (r=.581, p<.001), and between consciousness of biomedical ethics and nursing professionalism (r=.290, p<.001). General satisfaction (β=.227, p=.001), and relationship satisfaction (β=.248, p=.000) among major satisfaction had the strongest prediction power for the nursing professionalism of nursing students, followed by right to life of fetus (β=.190, p=.000) among consciousness of biomedical ethics and motivation for admission (β=.137, p=.006). These predictors explained 36.9 % of the variable of nursing professionalism. Conclusion : Based on this study result, repeated studies are required that can confirm diverse influential factors on the nursing professionalism of nursing students. Operation of curriculums and development of programs that increase the nursing students' satisfaction in major and foster their nursing professionalism are required in the future.

This study was conducted not only to review airborne asbestos levels reported in workplaces in Korea, but also to analyze their levels according to various characteristics All asbestos concentration reported as either geometric mean (GM) and geometric standard deviation (GSD) or ranges were transformed to arithmetic mean to estimate exposure level. In addition, weighted arithmetic means (WAMs) were calculated to weigh asbestos levels based on the different number of samples. Differences of asbestos levels among several characteristics such as industry type, decade, operation and sampling and analytical methods were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The number of articles studying asbestos levels from workplaces was found to be 9 including two report types. Five of those were reported prior to 1990s and rest of them after 1990s. Only several industries such as asbestos textile, asbestos cement, brake-lining repair shops were studied, while various industries using asbestos or asbestos containing materials (ACMs) were not studied. ANOVA found that asbestos exposure levels (WAM = 5.26f/cc) reported from textile industry were significantly higher than those from other industries (cement = 0.63f/cc, brake-lining = 0.2f/cc - 0.47f/cc) (p < 0.0001). Average exposure levels studied prior to the 1990s (3.13f/cc) were found to be significantly higher than that (0.86f/cc) after the 1990s (p<0.0001). All WAMs reported until the 1994 were found to be higher than the current occupational exposure limits (0.1f/cc). This study recommends that retrospective exposure to asbestos based on various industry types and operations should be assessed.
A dynamic water quality model is presented in order to simulate water quality under slowly varying flow conditions over time. To improve numerical accuracy, the proposed model uses a lumped system approach instead of extended period simulation, unlike the other available models. This approach can achieve computational efficiency by assuming liquid and pipe walls to be rigid, unlike the method of characteristics, which has been successfully implemented in rapidly varying flows. The discrete volume method is applied to resolve the advection and reaction terms of the transport equation for water quality constituents in pipes. Numerical applications are implemented to the pipe network examples under steady and unsteady conditions as well as hydraulic and water quality simulations. The numerical results are compared with EPANET2, which is a widely used simulation model for a water distribution system. The model results are in good agreement with EPANET2 for steady-state simulation. However, the hydraulic simulation results under unsteady flows differ from those of EPANET2, which causes a deviation in water quality prediction. The proposed model is expected to be a component of an integrated operation model for a water distribution system if it is combined with a computational model for rapidly varying flows to estimate leakage, pipe roughness, and intensive water quality.
