특수병동 아동 간호사의 신체활동과 피로 (Physical Activity and Fatigue among Pediatric Nurses in a Special Care Unit)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to explore the levels of physical activity and fatigue among nurses and to identify the relationship between these variables. Methods: Participants were 89 nurses working at an intensive care unit and an operating room in a children's hospital. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires including the International Physical Activity Questionnaire and Brief Fatigue Inventory. Results: Most of the nurses' physical activity was work related, and there was a significant difference according to the working unit. Nurses with higher work stress and lower job satisfaction showed higher levels of fatigue than their counterparts did. Work-related physical activity and the interference of fatigue with relationships were related positively, whereas transport and leisure time physical activity were negatively related to usual fatigue and the interference of fatigue with life enjoyment. Conclusion: The levels of physical activity and fatigue of nurses were higher than those observed among other populations. The appropriate level of physical activity for these nurses needs to be investigated carefully. Also, in the intervention for nurses' fatigue, their level of work-related and leisure-time physical activity should be considered separately, and their work environment and psychological satisfaction level should be included.

수술실 간호사의 환자안전의식과 안전관리활동 (A Study on Perception and Nursing Activity for Patient Safety of Operating Room Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 수술실 간호사의 환자안전인식과 안전관리활동을 분석한 후 상관관계를 파악한 연구이다. 목적은 수술환자의 안전관리활동 수행정도를 향상시키기 위한 교육 프로그램 개발과 안전한 수술실 환경 조성을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 함이다. 연구대상은 대구광역시와 경상북도에 소재한 8개 종합병원 수술실 간호사 161명이었고, 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 program을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Correlation coefficient를 실시하였으며 사후분석으로 Scheffe's test를 실시하였다. 그 결과 수술실 간호사의 환자안전인식 점수는 5점 만점에 3.33점이었으며, 환자안전관리활동 점수는 5점 만점에 4.28점이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성과 근무특성에 따른 환자안전인식을 분석한 결과 수술실 간호사의 근무시간에 따라서 환자안전인식이 차이가 있었으며 안전관리활동은 병상 수와 인증평가 준비 유무에 따라 차이가 있었다. 수술실 간호사의 환자안전에 대한 인식과 안전관리활동 간의 관계를 파악한 결과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있어 환자안전인식이 높을수록 안전관리활동 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 안전관리활동을 향상시키기 위해서는 환자안전에 대한 인식을 증가시키는 것이 필요하며, 환자안전에 대한 인식을 증가시키기 위해서는 직원 간의 개방적인 논의와 환자안전에 대한 병원의 지원 및 주기적인 교육과 같은 중재가 필요하다.

중국의 표준화 제도 및 운영시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Standardization System in China)

  • Along with the enlargement of WTO, issues about standardization activity are more and more become concerning object worldwide. Countries launch the work that putting the standardization in order, such as re-establishing their standardization strategy. With the chance of entering WTO, China is promoting the rebuilding of standardization system in order to conform to international standardization system. Thus, in this paper, research make it clear that the variation of circumstance of standardization activity, the importance of the standardization activity, and the international movement, in the meantime, it surveyed the development course of standardization activity and it's present operating system. By this means, it concludes the problems of present operating system and implies the improving scheme. Further more, this paper implies Chinese characteristic standardization system which conform with WTO/TBT and international standardization system. Firstly, through the comprehensive analysis on standardization system, it figures out the main function of relevant organizations in each working stage. Secondly, this paper makes a system model composed of possible three stage, and setup items needs promotion and main target in each stage. Finally, this paper point out the development direction of standardization system, it also implies it's limitation and the later possible research topic in this field.

동반성장 활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effect of Win-Win Growth Activity on Management Performance)

  • 본 연구는 한국경제의 불공정 해소 방안으로 주목받고 있는 기업의 동반성장 활동이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석함으로써 동반성장 활동이 기업 경영에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구기간은 2011년부터 2015년까지이며, 가설을 검증함에 있어 동반성장 활동기업의 표본구성의 특성을 고려하여 전체 상장기업을 대상으로 한 연구표본과 동반성장 활동기업만을 대상으로 한 연구표본으로 각각 구분하여 다중회귀분석을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 기업의 동반성장 활동수준(W-W Index_N)과 경영성과(ROA, ROE, 매출액영업이익률)는 5% 유의수준에서 음(-)의 관련성을 나타냈다. 또한, 기업의 동반성장 활동수준(W-W Index_N)과 경영성과(매출액순이익률)는 10% 유의수준에서 음(-)의 관련성을 나타냈다. 이는 기업의 동반성장 활동이 기업의 비용 증가로 이어져 경영성과에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에 따르면 동반성장 활동의 촉진 및 장려를 위한 국가당국의 정책적 고려가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 한편, 본 연구는 동반성장 활동의 초기 실증연구로, 향후 동반성장 활동이 더욱 활발해짐에 따라 이에 따른 추세변화 후속연구도 필요할 것으로 기대된다.

The Relationship between Energy Consumption and Factors Affecting Heating and Cooling

  • Energy consumption in university building has steadily increased over the last decade, and a strong upward trend in recent years. This study was undertaken to analyze the relationship between energy consumption and their affecting factors, six academic buildings were considered. The factors limited to heating and cooling, which is the main end use (nearly 60 per cent of total energy consumption in university buildings), encompassing system and operating schedules (user activity) and area use. To understand how to building is used, operated and managed, walk-through assessment was conducted as well as interview with university staff. The results show that the energy consumption of the humanities building was somewhat smaller than the consumption of the science and engineering building, and its range was from $31.26kgoe/m^2$ to $23.52kgoe/m^2$, depending on heating and cooling system and area use. And the energy consumption of the science and engineering building was related to operating schedules (user activity) as well as laboratory equipment characteristics. More analysis on a larger number of buildings is required in the future, including building form and material performance level to generalize the significant factors influencing building energy consumption.

종합병원 하이브리드수술유니트의 공간구성에 관한 연구 (1) (A Study on the Space Composition of Hybrid Operating Unit in General Hospital (1))

  • Purpose: The Hybrid care environment, combining interventional procedures and surgeries in one space, is crucial for managing complex diseases, responding to emergencies, and reducing recovery times and pain. This study provides foundational data for creating architectural guidelines for a Hybrid Operating Unit in a general hospital's surgical department, focusing on cardiovascular care. Methods: The study analyzed the spatial and configuration types of the Vascular Angiography Unit and the Cardiac Operating Unit, which are the basic components of the Hybrid Operating Unit, through a literature review. Based on the initial research findings, interviews with experts were conducted. Results: In the Hybrid Operating Process, the study proposed spatial configuration alternatives that consider the positioning of medical staff and the types and arrangement changes of equipment, including Angiography, Heart-lung machines, and other surgical tools and instruments. Implications: The integration of the two units leads to increased diversity and demand for medical staff, equipment, and supplies during surgical and interventional procedures. Therefore, strategic spatial configurations and equipment placement are necessary to effectively respond to these needs.

종합병원(綜合病院) 방사선진단부(放射線診斷部)의 평면구성(平面構成)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Composition of Plan of the Diagnostic Radiology Department in General Hospital)

  • The aim of this study is to propose the desirable plan of the diagnostic radiology department in general hospital. The main contents and results of this study are as follows. 1. By investigating and analyzing the activities and circulation of the patients and staffs in diagnostic radiology department, the activity model of the department was extracted. 2. The types of operating system of the department were extracted and activity model by the operating systems were made. 3. The types of the plan of the department were classified into three types, such as confusing-corridor type, separated-corridor type and contract type. 4. After dividing them into eight types in detail, the merits and demerits of each type were analyzed. 5. Among those types contact types were evaluated best in comparison with the other types in terms of efficiency of staff's work, access of patients to staffs and reduction of staffs movement.

웨이블렛 패킷 변환과 Teager 에너지를 이용한 잡음 환경에서의 단일 채널 음성 판별 (A Single Channel Voice Activity Detection for Noisy Environments Using Wavelet Packet Decomposition and Teager Energy)

  • 본 논문에서는 WPD (Wavelet Packet Decomposition) 계수에 Teager 에너지를 적용한 특징 계수를 임계값 알고리듬에 적용하여 잡음에 강인한 VAD 알고리듬을 제안하였다. 임계값은 비음성 구간의 평균과 표준편차를 추산하여 설정하였다. TIMIT 음성과 NOISEX 잡음 데이터베이스를 사용한 실험 결과, 제안된 알고리듬이 기존의 대표적인 비교 대상 알고리듬보다 우수함을 보였다. 정확도는 SNR 10 dB부터 -10 dB까지 ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristics) 곡선을 사용하여 비교하였다.

Organic and inorganic carbon-14 in discharges of JSC Institute of Nuclear Materials

  • The aim of the study is the activity concentration measurements of organic and inorganic 14C in the discharges of JSC "Institute of Nuclear Materials" (INM). In INM the research water-water reactor "IVV-2M" is operating. Collecting of 14C species was performed using a 14C sampler with a chromium oxide and platinum catalysts at different temperatures: 400, 550 and 700 ℃. The measurements of 14C activity were performed using a liquid scintillation counter. The share of organic 14C in emissions ranged from 0.30 to 0.84 and depends on the temperature of the catalyst, core structure and reactor operating mode.

모바일 기반 자기주도형 활동관리 시스템 (Mobile-based self-directed activity management system)

  • Recently, universities have difficulties in operating the normal curriculum because fresher's basic academic ability is declined. It causes campus misfits so managing students is also not an easy matter. The education system that focuses only on college entrance exams is one of the reasons why this phenomenon occurred. Activity with self-directed Learning Community to know learning level themselves and execute systematic studying habit is essential for improving this problem. This activity can help students understanding and having interest in class and be motivated to study. But it had burdened tutors with submitting activity report in written form. In this paper, we suggest the Mobile Based Activity Report Submission System which can be the solution of the problem that the Self-directed Learning Community System has. This system reduces the emotional burden to write the reports and manages them efficiently.
