부산지역 치위생과 학생들의 의료시장 개방에 대한 인식 실태조사 (Perception and Attitudes of B City's Students in Dental Hygienics Concerning the Opening of Domestic Medical Market to Overseas)

  • 본 연구는 예비 구강보건 인력인 치위생과 학생들을 대상으로 취업 후 직면할 수 있는 의료시장 개방에 대한 부정적인 측면과 긍정적인 측면에 대한 이해를 도와 의료시장 개방과 관련된 문제점을 대처할 수 있도록 하였다. 연구결과는 의료시장개방에 따른 국내 병원의 경영위기의 원인으로 '병원 경영기법의 한계' 38.1%,로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 개방에 대한 찬성의 가장 큰 이유는 '의료에 대한 환자의 선택권 확대' 50.7%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 개방의 반대 이유는 '중소병원의 경쟁력 상실'이 30.3%로 가장 큰 이유를 보였다. 또한 보건의료관련 기사에 관심이 많은 경우 의료시장개방 찬성이 62.2%(p<0.001)로 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 의료시장 개방에 따른 영향과 찬반의견에서는 '의료기술의 수준 향상', '의료기술의 수준 향상', '국민부담 의료비 감소', '의료시설의 공급확대', '의약품 및 의료기기 산업 활성화'에서 유의한 차이를 보이고 있다(p<0.00). 의료시장 개방에 따른 위기의식 유무에서는 찬성인 경우 '없다' 55.6%, 반대하는 경우 '있다' 52.3%로 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.003) 이결과 의료시장 개방에 대한 인식도가 낮은 편이며 학생들이 의료시장 개방과 관련된 내용에 보다 많은 관심을 갖도록 다양한 방법이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

  • 점차 가속화되고 있는 세계화 과정 속에서 대외개방은 자원이 제한적인 중소기업들에게 기회 혹은 위협으로 다가오고 있다. 특히 대외개방에 대한 경영자들의 인식은 향후 중소기업의 대외개방에 대한 대응 방안과 전략을 결정하게 되므로 매우 중요하다 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 어떤 종류의 전략과 관련된 혁신활동을 수행하는 중소기업이 대외개방을 보다 긍정적으로 인식하는지 고찰하였다. 또한 이 관계가 중소기업의 외부 지식 탐색 전략과 시장 진입 전략에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지 관찰하였다. 한국 과학기술정책연구원(STEPI)의 기술혁신조사를 바탕으로 실증 분석을 수행한 결과, 차별화 전략을 위한 혁신활동을 수행하는 중소기업이 대외개방에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대하여 외부 지식 탐색의 폭과 깊이로 인한 조절효과는 음의 방향으로 나타났으며, 시장 최초 진입 전략으로 인한 조절효과는 양의 방향으로 나타났다.

  • Since 1988 the fur fashion industry in Korea has been difficult in exporting and competition with too many brands after opening the dom-estic fur market. However comparing with the interest of manufactures and consumers there are few of related references and books. So the purpose of this study is to put in order and summurize the manufacture in fur cloth-ing the informations of domestic and oversea fur markets and the other professional references. After all it is to help succeed in domestic and international fur markets and give the new ideas of designing and merchandising to the fur fashion industry. The results were as follows: 1. Contact with fur specialty stores in the international fashion cities and tourist cities directly. 2. Establish oversea factories in the low labor countries. 3. Exploit and invest in Russia china and the East European countries for suppliment of law materials and fur market. 4. Need the market research and promotion for encroachment in Japanese fur market. 5. Create the original brands with inter-national fashion sense. 6. Develop the manufacture line for diverse models in small lots matching with the modern life styles. 7. Need the fashion show exhibition pro-motion with reasonable prices and creative new designing with various color trimming texturizing and combination with the other materials. 8 Subdivide and distinguish labels into different types for avoiding with too much com-petition and comvenience of consumers. 9. Make an effort to weaken the black mar-ket the 30% of the domestic fur market.

시장개방 도입기 부패 영향요인 연구 - 미얀마 기업을 대상으로 (A Study on the Factors Influencing Firm Cor ruption at the Beginning of Market Opening : The Case of Myanmar)

  • Corruption is a serious political factor that distorts economic structure and slows economic development. In particular, the transition to the market opening economy increases the corruption incentives due to the transitional situation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors on corruption using 2013 Myanmar Enterprise Survey data provided by World Bank. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the manager's willingness to dealing the regulation and the necessity of licensing had a positive relationship with corruption at the level of 90% and 95%, respectively. In the competitive environment factor, the intensity of the competition showed a significant increase at the level of 90%. In the institutional environment, the perception of social corruption and the obstacle of the taxation authorities increased the corruption. On the other hand, the increase in the instability of the political environment and strict enforcement of laws has been shown to reduce corruption. However, there was no significant relationship between managerial capacity, corruption of competitors, tax rate, and administrative environment.

Problem and Improvement of Korean Healthcare market Liberalization and Privatization

  • In this paper, based on the reference, we try to review the second issues about opening medical market and health care privatization by each topic and propose the measures and alternatives. Currently, in Korea, connection with launch of the WTO system and force of the FTA, the medical industries getting liberalization and globalization. Thus, it is expected to plunge to full-free competition system, and Korean medical institutions started the global competition which completely different dimension. It means that according to the liberalization of the healthcare market the real problem can be caused and also, the incessant discussion and effort for the implementation of international community are needed. Regard to attracting foreign patients and opening medical markets, the government also spreading the continued advancement strategy politically until now. However, generating problems with implication is inevitable and measures and alternatives to it are also needed. In accordance with the opening, the accompanying suggestions is medical privatization, that is, whether the health care pursue the profit not the not-for-profit and the current hospitals in Korea they are leaved as non-profit hospitals and let the make the subsidiary as general commercial enterprises, it seems indirect. However, it is like a healthcare privatization virtually thus, implication seem be large. Of course, through the public opinion and legal reservation, the liberalization and privatization of medical market can be delayed or not forced. It would be not fit in the flow of the inevitable globalization, it can be inhibited national interest and economic development also, and it can be the critical implications which shake the health system and collapse of the domestic health care market.

  • 본 연구는 개혁개방 이후 형성된 사회주의 시장경제 하 중국 주택체제의 성격을 중국의 공공주택 정책인 보장성 주택 정책을 중심으로 주택시스템 비교연구의 관점에서 분석하였다. 중국 주택시스템의 전환은 시장기능의 도입과 사회주의 토지공유제의 약화라는 점에서 차별적인 '사회주의 시장경제 주택시스템'의 형성이 아닌, 자본주의 주택시스템의 하위유형으로 전환한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이것은 기존 정부 공급형 계획의 사회주의 방식이 정부의 간접적인 개입과 조정에 따라 시장요소를 통해 주택이 공급되는 정부 주도형 시장화의 방식으로 전환한 것이며, 정부가 가지는 시장주도력은 사회주의적 토지소유의 유산에 기반하고 있다는 점에서 차별화된다.

한말$\cdot$일제강점 초기 군산 어물시장의 변동과 객주 (A Study on the Change of Fishes Market and Inland Market Brokers on Gunsan,1899-1919)

  • This study aims to examine the change of fish market(魚物市場) and inland brokers(客主, kaegju) on Gunsan(群山), (1899-1919). The increasement of productive capacity in the agriculture and the development of exchange economy in the late period of Chosun Dynasty activated the distribution of fishery products. As a result, the inland brokers who participated in the production and distribution of fishes grew largely. They made the basement of fishery modernization by providing the funds for the fisheries and making the national distribution network. But Japanese fishermen began to hold the domestic market as the Japan government supported legislatively and economically after the opening ports of Korea. On the contrary, the distribution of fishery products had the characteristics different from the production of some. The case of Gunsan which opened in 1899 showed these characteristics as Gunsan is a short distance from Kangkyung(江景), one of three biggest markets and was a base of fishery, That is to say, though the fishery merchants from Japan set up 'a fish market'(魚市場), they didn't hold the sales network on Gunsan, Because the inland brokers on Gunsan had a sales network and began the socio-economic movement. It goes without saying that the instability of price, the difficulties of charge and the racial taste difference in fish made the fish sales from Japan confronted with the difficulties. After Japanese Imperialism enforced the Company Law, the Market Regulation, the Chamber of Commerce Law before or after 1910, Korean inland brokers were disprited and Japanese 'fish market' began to grow largely. These phenomena appeared on Gunsan, too. Especially, the opening of a railway was the main factor which strengthened Japanese 'fish market'. After 1915, Japanese 'fish market' on Gunsan defeated the distribution network of inland brokers.
