Purpose: This research was conducted to explore the experience of middle-aged women parting with their children and to develop a grounded theory. Method: The participants were 11 women in their 50's who had experienced parting with their children due to schooling, military service and marriage. The grounded theory methodology based on symbolic interactionism was used. Results: 106 concepts, 30 subcategories and 14 categories were derived from the analysis through processes of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The central phenomenon was 'happy but sad' and the core category was a process of 'independence that is sorrowful yet delightful'. Four types were identified; the independent-type; submissive -type; family-reliant-type ; and fragile-type; based on the attachment to the child, state of mind, satisfaction of the situation, family support system and self-achievement. Conclusion: This research identified that the modern Korean middle-aged women who are considered to be the 'sandwich generation' since they have experienced a turbulent history and the change from a confucian parent-child lifestyle to a couple-oriented one, moved away from an attitude dependent on children in parting with them and started preparing for an independent late life. Based on the results, the verification research is advised on the variables that affect the experience of parting with children.

본 논문에서는 Quadrature Detector를 이용하여 4FSK 신호 변복조 시스템에 대한 전반적인 분석 및 시뮬레이터를 구현하였다. 구현 기준은 무선 호출시스템 표준인 FLEX 규격을 따랐으며 이에 따라 Pre-modulation 필터 및 데이터 프레임을 구성하였다. 심볼동기 알고리즘은 128bit 구간동안의 프리앰블 패턴을 이용하여 심볼동기를 획득할 수 있는 효율적인 개루프 방식을 제안하였으며, 다양한 UW 검출 방식 중 최적 UW 검출방식인 비주기자기상관 우수코드에 의한 32bit의 최적 UW 패턴을 제안하였다. 아울러 Quadrature Detector의 BER 특성을 AWGN 환경에서 뿐만 아니라 페이딩환경에서 BCH Coding과 Interleaving을 적용해 부호이득을 분석하였다

경쟁우위 확보를 위해 인적자원을 효율적이고 효과적으로 활용하는 인사관리가 필요하다는 인식이 빠르게 확산하고 있다. 팬데믹으로 인해 노동시장과 근로환경이 빠르게 변화하는 상황에서 기업현장에서는 데이터와 같은 근거에 기반한 인사관리에 대한 관심이 확산하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업현장에서 인사관리 직무를 수행하고 있는 전문가의 인식에 초점을 두고 데이터 기반 인사관리 실행과 활용 전도에 관해 확인하고자 한다. 연구대상은 경기도 판교에 소재한 IT 서비스 개발/제공 전문기업 3개사 인사기획/관리 직무전문가 3명으로 선정하였으며, 데이터 기반 인사관리 실행현황, 측정/분석 도구와 활용도 수준 파악 등에 집중하였다. 연구방법으로는 근거이론 기반의 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩 절차를 활용하였다. 심층면담을 통한 연구결과, 기업의 인사관리 측정지표는 사람, 생산성, 문화의 세 영역으로 나누어지며, 활용도가 높은 지표를 영역별로 구분할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 연구대상 기업이 어떠한 측정도구와 메커니즘을 통해 인사관리 기능을 실행하고 있으며, 인사관리 실행 효과성과 효율성을 측정, 분석, 활용에 관한 기업현장의 인식을 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper depicts the diagram of cylindrical shells as an essential idea. It centers around an outline of exploration and use of cylindrical shell in expansive current circumstance. In view of investigation of the current and prospect of model as a piece of present exploration work, a straightforward contextual analysis is examined with Love's shell theory based on Galerkin's method. The cylindrical shells are attached from one end of the cylindrical shells. The frequencies of ring support shells are investigated against the half axial wave mode. The frequencies increase on increasing the half axial wave mode. Also, the frequencies are downsized with ring supports. The software MATLAB is preferred to others because in this software computing coding is very easy to do. Just single command 'eig' furnishes shell frequencies and mode shapes by calculating eigenvalues and eigenvectors respectively. The shell vibration frequencies for cylindrical shells are compared with those results found in the open literature.

본 연구는 초 중등 학생의 수학에 대한 정서, 가치, 흥미 및 자기효능감 등의 정의적 영역의 개선을 위한 방안을 모색하는데 일환을 두고 수행되었다. 이에 따라 먼저, 수학학습에 어려움을 겪고 있는 학생들의 수학학습 클리닉을 위한 상담 과정에서 상담교사에게 필요한 발문이 무엇인지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 지난 2년간 정례적으로 실시해오고 있는 수학클리닉의 상담 내용을 수집하여 상담을 위해 오가던 질문들을 모두 분석함으로써 상담과정에서 학생들을 진단하기 위해 필요한 발문들을 추출하였다. 자료 분석은 Strauss & Corbin(1998)의 근거이론 분석방법을 사용하여 개방코딩, 축 코딩, 선택코딩의 분석단계를 실시하였다. 도출한 패러다임(paradigm) 모형은 인과적 조건으로는 '수학학습 정서', 맥락적 조건으로 '수학학습능력 자신감', 중심현상은 '수학학습 태도', 중재적 조건은 '수학학습 개인적 성향', 작용/상호작용으로 '수학학습 자기관리', 그리고 마지막 결과로는 '수학학습 방법'으로 상담과정에서 나타나는 발문들을 범주와 하위범주들 간의 관계로 연결하였다. 이 과정에서 총 81개의 개념이 도출되었으며, 진술된 개념들은 다시 31개의 관련영역으로 범주화하였다. 본 연구는 클리닉 상담을 위한 진단지 제작 표준화 작업을 위한 근거 이론으로 활용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 VCM을 위한 다해상도 피처 맵에 대한 압축 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 압축 방법은 PCA 기반의 변환을 통해 다해상도 피처 맵의 채널 및 해상도 계층 간 중복성을 제거하며 변환에 사용된 기저 벡터와 평균 벡터 그리고 변환을 통해 얻어진 변환 계수를 각각의 특성에 따라 VVC 기반 부호화기와 DeepCABAC을 통하여 압축한다. 제안하는 방법의 성능을 측정하기 위하여 OpenImageV6와 COCO 2017 validation set에 대하여 객체 검출 성능을 평가하며, MPEG-VCM 앵커 및 본 논문에서 제안하는 피처 맵 압축 앵커 대비 bpp와 mAP를 BD-rate 관점에서 비교한다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 방법은 OpenImageV6에서 피처 맵 압축 앵커 대비 25.71%의 BD-rate 성능 향상을 보이며, 특히 COCO 2017 validation set의 크기가 큰 객체들에 대해서 MPEG-VCM 앵커 대비 최대 43.72%의 BD-rate 성능이 향상됨을 보인다.

Purpose: This study is a qualitative research on the adaptation of the spinal cord injury after fortuitous the accident. Methods: The subjects are fifteen spinal cord injuries. As a study method, this author employed Grounded theory, one of the qualitative research methods. For data analysis, the procedures of Grounded theory methodology was adopted, and then the data collection were collected for six months from March to September 2009. Concerning the frequence of interviewing, each participants went through individual interviewing twice at least and up to four times if necessary. Results: As a result of open coding, total thirty six concepts and twenty categories were drawn. To synthesize these categories, they came to choose 'Going into the new self-made spinal cord injury' as a nuclear category. Typological analysis based on the result of the paradigm model divided them into a reality-avoiding, passive coping, reality-maintaining, reality-overcoming, and self-fulfillment type. Conclusion: As a result of this study, family support to those with spinal cord disability is an important factor for their motive for rehabilitation and adjustment, spinal disabilities were accepted to mostly the disabilities in relations with colleagues. Thus it is necessary to give them a nursing intervention through disability group for successful adjustment to life with disability.

본 연구는 이용자가 학술정보데이터베이스를 검색하는 과정에서 생성하는 사고구술(think aloud) 프로토콜을 바탕으로 검색 수행과정에서의 이용자 인지과정에 대한 이해를 증진하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 웹 기반 학술정보데이터베이스를 평가대상으로 하여 실험참가자가 태스크를 수행하면서 생성한 사고구술 프로토콜을 분석하였다. 프로토콜은 개방코딩 방법을 사용하여 범주화 되었으며, 검색 요소, 시스템 형식 요소, 시스템 기능 요소, 정보 요소의 4개 영역에 속하는 21개 세부범주가 도출되었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 학술정보 데이터베이스 설계를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

Objectives: This study is designed to explore and understand what professional identity and professional development are like in family counselors. Method: This study to achieve its purpose, collected data through in-depth interview with fifteen(15) family counselors through grounded theory approach. Results: Major research findings can be summarized as follows. 176 concepts were drawn through open coding, again classified into 47 categories and finally into 18 subcategories. Through selective coding, 'growing as an expert in family counseling through continuous exertions for growth' appeared as core category. Through this process, the types of professional development in family counselors were classified into job pursuing type, self achieving type, self understanding type, and volunteering type. Through process analysis, family counselors' professional development could be divided into three steps with the course of time: step of immersion, self-understanding and acceptance, and integration. Based on this, the hypothetical relations in four areas: personal area, family area, interpersonal area, and vocational area were summarized in statements. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it attempted to establish a theory to explain the professional identity, development and influence factors shown in family counselors. It also provides those who hope to grow as expert in family counseling with long-term visions and implications for family counselor training and supervision. In this study, the suggestions on the tasks to check and solve the factors for improving and supporting the foundations of family counselors' professional identities by highlighting the family counselors own identify that is different from other counselors are expected to be used as primary data for preparing laws and regulations related to family counseling in the future.

스마트폰의 본격적인 보급은 이후 관련 산업 전반에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 휴대폰 시장은 물론 스마트폰 애플리케이션 시장 역시 급격하게 성장하며 애플리케이션을 개발하는 소규모 개발사들 간의 경쟁이 심화되고 있다. 그러나 경쟁의 심화와 높은 시장진입 비용으로 인해 애플리케이션 개발사들은 사용자 관점에서의 접근을 바탕으로 한 애플리케이션 자체의 품질제고가 필요하다는 주장을 제기하고 있다. 그러나 스마트폰 애플리케이션 사용자 관점에 대한 연구는 아직 초기단계로 다양한 접근에서 이루어지지 못한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 근거이론의 개방형 코딩방법에 따라 국내 포털사이트의 관련 커뮤니티와 블로그를 대상으로 애플리케이션에 대한 리뷰 데이터 수집을 진행하여 사용자들이 애플리케이션 사용시 중요하게 고려하는 지표들을 도출하였다. 아울러 각 지표들이 노출되는 빈도를 계산하여 지표간의 비교분석을 하였다. 연구결과 사용자들은 애플리케이션 사용시 유희성과 통제가능성, 다양성, 사용용이성 등 총 30개의 하위범주에 속하는 지표들을 중요하게 생각하고 있었으며 하위범주들은 5개의 상위 범주로 분류되었다. 상위범주는 감성, 디자인, 기술, 가격, 사회성의 다섯가지로 구성된다. 본 연구의 결과는 애플리케이션 개발사들에게 사용자 니즈를 바탕으로 개발을 할 수 있는 디자인과 개발의 가이드라인을 제시하고 있으며 추후 심화 연구를 통하여 실제 애플리케이션들의 사용성 평가 도구 개발의 근거로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
