Purpose - Open source software has high utilization in most of the server market. The utilization of open source software is a global trend. Particularly, Internet infrastructure and platform software open source software development has increased rapidly. Since 2003, the Korean government has published open source software promotion policies and a supply promotion policy. The dynamism of the open source software market, the lack of relevant expertise, and the market transformation due to reasons such as changes in the relevant technology occur slowly in relation to adoption. Therefore, this study proposes an assessment model of services provided in an open source software service company. In this study, the service level of open source software companies is classified into an enterprise-level assessment area, the service level assessment area, and service area. The assessment model is developed from an on-site driven evaluation index and proposed evaluation framework; the evaluation procedures and evaluation methods are used to achieve the research objective, involving an impartial evaluation model implemented after pilot testing and validation. Research Design, data, and methodology - This study adopted an iteration development model to accommodate various requirements, and presented and validated the assessment model to address the situation of the open source software service company. Phase 1 - Theoretical background and literature review Phase 2 - Research on an evaluation index based on the open source software service company Phase 3 - Index improvement through expert validation Phase 4 - Finalizing an evaluation model reflecting additional requirements Based on the open source software adoption case study and latest technology trends, we developed an open source software service concept definition and classification of public service activities for open source software service companies. We also presented open source software service company service level measures by developing a service level factor analysis assessment. The Behavior-Structure-Evolution Evaluation Model (BSEM) proposed in this study consisted of a rating methodology for calculating the level that can be granted through the assessment and evaluation of an enterprise-level data model. An open source software service company's service comprises the service area and service domain, while the technology acceptance model comprises the service area, technical domain, technical sub-domain, and open source software name. Finally, the evaluation index comprises the evaluation group, category, and items. Results - Utilization of an open source software service level evaluation model For the development of an open source software service level evaluation model, common service providers need to standardize the quality of the service, so that surveys and expert workshops performed in open source software service companies can establish the evaluation criteria according to their qualitative differences. Conclusion - Based on this evaluation model's systematic evaluation process and monitoring, an open source software service adoption company can acquire reliable information for open source software adoption. Inducing the growth of open source software service companies will facilitate the development of the open source software industry.

In this paper, we developed those Directory Services based on the Web-Service, because Web-Service environments provide a suitable method to gather requested information in an appropriate way. The proposed architecture cooperate with other OpenLS(Open Location Service) Core Services ( Location Utility Service and Router Determin ation service) and is an interoperability one - it ident ifies those global elements of the global Web-Services network that are required in order to ensure interoperability between Web-Services. In this paper, a new architecture of Directory Service with OpenLS Core Services is proposed and tested in OpenLS Core Services environments.

Tile Map Service는 정적인 이미지들을 모아둔 저장소를 이용하여 매우 빠르게 지도 서비스를 수행하는 서비스이다. 지도 이미지 저장소는 특정 축척별로 지도 영역을 Tile 이미지로 저장한 디렉토리 구조이다. 따라서 디렉토리 구조로부터 이미지를 불러오는 것은 사용자의 요구에 따라서 지도를 데이터베이스로부터 직접 생성하는 것보다 훨씬 시간 단축이 이루어진다. 이와 같은 Tile Map Service를 이용하면 사용자가 복잡한 지도를 생성할 때 획기적으로 지도 생성 시간을 단축시키는 효과와 성능 향상을 위한 제반 노력을 제거할 수 있다. 본 논문은 Open Source GIS를 사용하여 고해상도 영상의 Tile Map Service 시스템을 구축하는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. Open Source GIS중 GDAL(Geospatial Data Abstraction Library)을 사용하여 Tile Map Image를 생성하였으며, OpenLayers를 이용하여 웹브라우저를 통한 서비스를 구축하였다. 또한 Tile Map Service 시스템을 구축 한 후 전통적인 방식으로 지도 렌더링을 수행하는 시스템과 성능테스트를 수행하여 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 수행 결과 본 연구를 통하여 제안된 방법으로 고해상도의 영상 데이터를 상용소프트웨어의 도입 없이 고가용성의 Tile Map Service 시스템을 구축할 수 있었다.

Due to the emergence of open innovation driven by development of network service technologies and convergence in ICT service industry, It is necessary for ICT service firms to examine their capabilities for open innovation. The purpose of this paper is to empirically examine determinants affecting open innovation in Korean ICT service industry. In order to analyze, this paper uses logistic and multiple regression models based on survey data of Korean ICT service firms. Estimation results show that external network for collaboration is positive on the technological innovation activity regardless of the innovation type. Specifically, user networks are significant in all types of technology innovation, revealing that it is important to innovation activities of the ICT service firms.

Combining robot and network gives us many advantages like lightweight hardware specification of robot, a various robot service, simple upgrade of robot, easy management and so on. Among these advantages, Presence service and openAPI are most important. Presence is simple but powerful service. It makes user to know the status information of robot and enables user to control robot from a remote place. OpenAPI which is also a feature of WEB2.0 enables $3^{rd}$ parties to make a various mashup service easily and rapidly. Finally presence and openAPI can help URC service to be ubiquitous and successful.

Open Decision Support System(DSS) is an automated and transparent system that is built to be shared both within and across organizations. The open DSS has been thought to be a set of decision components that are communicating through Web protocols. These characteristics intuitively invite the Web services concepts, which are currently one of the new trends in network-based business services. However, web services still are not active enough to be autonomous, and to provide for composing functionalities. These lead to the motivation on building a sophisticated web service to contain these features and to utilize web services on behalf of the user. This paper aims to propose a new concept of Meta Web Service, a web service-based open DSS. Decision modules in a dynamic and open DSS can be viewed as a web service. The Meta Web Service understands the users problem statement with ontology, performs web service discovery, web service composition, and automatically generates codes for composite web service execution. A prototype of example web service has been developed to show the feasibility of the proposed idea.

본 연구의 목적은 과학기술정보 서비스 기관인 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 정보의 공동활용을 목적으로 제공하고 있는 오픈서비스에 대한 이용자의 만족도를 분석하여, 오픈서비스 이용자의 요구를 파악하고 수요자 기반의 서비스 개선사항을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 KISTI에서 제공하는 있는 오픈서비스인 NOS(NDSL Open Service)의 이용자를 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 서비스별 품질을 나타내는 이용자의 만족도 지표는 해당 서비스에 대해 이용자들이 지각하는 품질을 측정할 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 품질지수, 만족지수, 성과지수로 구성되었다. 분석결과 이용자들은 오픈서비스의 사회적 기여도 및 공익성 측면에서 긍정적인 평가를 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면, 환경품질과 서비스 과정품질 항목은 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 보여주어 오픈서비스를 조금 더 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 하는 편의성의 제고와 함께 VOC를 중심으로 서비스 이용과정 및 환경 만족도 제고 방안을 모색해야 함을 알 수 있었다.

최근에 다양한 유비쿼터스 서비스는 Push와 Pull 서비스 형태로 제공되고 있으며, 이와 같은 Pull/push 서비스를 제공하기 위한 OpenAPI(Application Program Interface)에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 아직 Push와 Pull 서비스와 이를 지원하기 위한 OpenAPI에 대한 연구가 아직 미비하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Pull 서비스와 Push 서비스를 이용하여 센서 네트워크 기반의 응용 인터페이스를 제공하는 Push 서비스와 Pull 서비스 모델을 제시하고, Push 서비스와 Pull 서비스를 제공하는 OpenAPI를 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 위하여 웹 서비스 기반의 Pull 서비스 구조를 제시하고, .Net 프레임워크 기반의 원격 서비스(Remote Service)를 이용하여 센서 네트워크에 수집된 온도, 습도 등의 상황 데이터를 Pull 서비스 형태로 제공하는 OpenAPI를 설계하고 구현한다. 더불어 TCP/IP 소켓 인터페이스를 이용한 Push 서비스 구조를 제안하고, 이 서비스를 제공하는 OpenAPI를 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 통해서 기존의 특정 데이터베이스 중심의 센서 네트워크의 폐쇄적인 응용 인터페이스를 개방적인 표준 인터페이스로 전환하여 사용자가 여러 곳에 널려 있는 많은 상황 데이터를 쉽게 접근하여 확인할 것으로 기대한다.

오픈액세스 학술지는 무료로 원문에 접근할 수 있다는 특성을 부각시키면서 학술 연구자들이 학술정보를 찾는 주요 정보서비스로 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 그러나 최근 들어 정보환경이 변화하면서 오픈액세스 학술지 서비스의 실효성을 확보하기 위해서 서비스의 개선과 확장에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 이와 같은 환경적 변화를 반영하여 차세대 오픈액세스 학술지 서비스에 대한 방안을 기존 학술정보서비스의 서비스 요소를 분석하여 도출하고자 하였다. 분석결과 기존 학술정보서비스에서는 이용자의 참여를 유도하는 서비스가 부족한 것으로 나타났고 개방성 역시 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 오픈액세스 차세대 모형을 위해 제시된 요소는 총 4개 영역으로 학술논문 구성 요소별 제공 및 멀티미디어 제공, 부가 정보 검색, 개방형 학술정보 공유 서비스, 모바일 서비스 등이다.
