These days, there are more and more IT research institutions which foresee cloud services as the predominant IT service in the near future and there, in fact, are actual cloud services provided by some IT leading vendors. Regardless of physical location of the service and environment of the system, cloud service can provide users with storage services, usage of data and software. On the other hand, cloud service has challenges as well. Even though cloud service has its edge in terms of the extent to which the IT resource can be freely utilized regardless of the confinement of hardware, the availability is another problem to be solved. Hence, this paper is dedicated to tackle the aforementioned issues; prerequisites of cloud computing for distributed file system, open source based Hadoop distributed file system, in-memory database technology and high availability database system. Also the author tries to body out the high availability mass distributed data management architecture in cloud service's perspective using currently used distributed file system in cloud computing market.

Contracting out became popular in the public library sector since the early of 2000s. It is expected to lower cost of service provision, improve the quality of service provision, better timeliness of service through the discipline of the market and open competition. In practice the expectation was questionable. The numerous failures indicate either poor contract specification or unsuitability of the chosen contractor. The study analyzed 3 case studies of local governments where the entire entity of the public libraries service were decided contracting out and developed 5 criteria and 18 specific evaluation items as alternative evaluation structure. This evaluation model is expected to help to choose a suitable contractor in pubic library management.

Global Energy Industry's high oil prices persist while their petroleum and gas production areas are entering the decline phase. More and more the drilling facilities used to bore oil from deeper depths are advancing further out into the oceans, which cause the development of "OFFSHORE" ship manufacturer facility's production demands to increase. The "OFFSHORE" ships provide a living space or L.Q (Living Quarters) for crewmen who work on the water far away from any mainland for extended periods of time. This research analyzes the LQ areas and the characterization of interior designs of different types of "OFFSHORE" ships that were built in South Korea. Also using overseas countries' Classification Society, known as "NORSOK," and analyzing their own design guidelines in conjunction with the research, the process of interior design and baseline data research was used to blueprint the new LQ areas. According to the results of the research, where ships get comprised of characteristics and operations by standards of the Classification Society's RULE, has the greatest effect on the design and design method of the LQ area. The research also shows that a conservative shipbuilding market of the Shipbuilding Company and ship owners' feelings are steadily changing to more open mindedness of acceptance. Therefore, the Korean Classification Society has to provide the new design principle to correspond to the international regulations and more various interior design plans of LQ areas needed to be present based on the new design guidelines. The capacity of the South Korean OFFSHORE shipbuilding industry is the world's top leader; however, the interior design of the LQ areas are still based from outdated designs from the 1980's. Hopefully these research results will be the cornerstone to help the shift from the outdated designs of the LQ areas to more practical modern designs.

Today, Educational serious games are occupying a large portion of the serious game market but there is a lack of the quality evaluation systems for providing useful quality evaluation information about educational serious game to user or developer. Although the existing metadata management system for serious game is developed, the system had not provided a function to manage the quality evaluation information for educational serious game. Therefor the development of quality evaluation management system of educational serious game is a very important challenge. We proposed design of the system for managing a metadata and a quality evaluation for educational serious game. The advantage of our system is that the system provide a lot of reliable useful information for general users and developers, and support an easy and convenient tool to manage the metadata and quality information to managers.

Although Korea's economic and domestic automobile market through the change of road environment are growth, the traffic accident rate has also increased, and the casualties is at a serious level. For this reason, the government is establishing and promoting policies to open traffic accident data and solve problems. In this paper, describe the method of predicting traffic accidents by eliminating the class imbalance using the traffic accident data and constructing the Hybrid Model. Using the original traffic accident data and the sampled data as learning data which use FP-Growth algorithm it learn patterns associated with traffic accident injury severity. Accordingly, In this paper purpose a method for predicting the severity of a victim of a traffic accident by analyzing the association patterns of two learning data, we can extract the same related patterns, when a decision tree and multinomial logistic regression analysis are performed, a hybrid model is constructed by assigning weights to related attributes.

The study result on the domestic waste occurrence and admistration condition of Iksan City as follows ; 1. The year of 1995 has observed a radically decreasing ratio of per capita waste generation compared to the previous year by 26.2%, owing to the publication of the new amendment of volume based charge as well as to the rural population included through the merger of Iksan City and Iksan Country ; the daily quantity of domestic waste for Iksan residents in 1997 was calculated to be $0.66kg/capita{\cdot}day$. 2. Waste generation in nonresidential areas were $8.04kg/capita{\cdot}day$ in average ; the quantity per capita in market places was observed to generate the largest, $36.76kg/capita{\cdot}day$, while that of services was the smallest $0.25kg/capita{\cdot}day$. 3. The average generation per capita of household waste was $0.23kg/capita{\cdot}day$ in the area which has no volume based charge system. This area showed no difference from those of other areas ; the apparent density of the waste recorded the lowest $0.llkg/{\ell}$ for District Offices, while the highest among the classified fields was $0.40kg/{\ell}$ of the Fire Station. 4. Iksan City showed great contribution by decreasing the absolute quantity of waste for landfill by waste classfication, according to the days of the week and reutilizing recyclable waste since August, 1997. 5. Location of a landfill site for disposal of nonrecyclable waste will cause a serious problem to the community and it will be highly recommendable to have governmental support and professtional consultation as well as open discussions, such as hearings, for the settlement of the problem.

Gamcheon Harbor was developed to cope with increased freight demand of Busan port and supplement function of the north port. Because container wharf is opened to 1997 as well as general wharf, present maximum 50,000DWT class containerships have been incoming and outgoing. However, In Gamcheon port, small size ships such as fishing boats, miscellaneous boats account for 50 percent of the traffic and a public marine products wholesale market that is building on the north wharf will open in 2008. Therefore, it needs to grasp future year traffic volume before establishing operation plan for port management. Also, analysis on crossing situation risk is required because the breakwater entrance in Gamcheon Harbor is narrow and the crossed passing of ship is ever-present at breakwater front. Thus the traffic volume in the future was presumed and quantitative analysis was achieved on crossing situation though simulations with the traffic volume.

As mobile terminal environment gets matured, the use of Android platform based mobile terminals has been growing high. Recently, the number of attacks by malicious application is also increasing as Android platform is vulnerable to private information leakage in nature. Most of these malicious applications are easily distributed to general users through open market or internet and an attacker inserts malicious code into malicious app which could be harmful tool to steal private data and banking data such as SMS, contacts list, and public key certificate to a remote server. To cope with these security threats more actively, it is necessary to develop countermeasure system that enables to detect security vulnerability existing in mobile device and take an appropriate action to protect the system against malicious attacks. In this sense, this paper aggregates diverse system events from multiple mobile devices and also implements a system to detect attacks by malicious application.

Smart phone products lead the mobile computing world really, and be expected as a major object of mobile phone market. In special, Android OS platform in smart phones is remarkedly uprising as of main software architecture. As many applications are applied as of the Location Based Service system in the perspective of technical support which represents open based technology. In this research, we developed the location information transformation service module, using LBS system, which effects some users urgently in the timing of traffic accidents. It supports to help some car drivers with smart phone, enables them to recognizes remote controller or another users.

The Seongsu handmade shoes street consists of subsidiaries, leather shoe manufacturers, and shoe stores associated with the business as a domestic shoe business cluster. Since its development in the 1980s, the shoe industry has been a center of shoe manufacturing but since the 2000s, it has lacked a fully developed environment, a uniform distribution system, market-oriented brand, marketing and design, and also suffers from an aging workforce. Seoul officials and Seongsu-dong small business owners must overcome these difficulties through town enterprise development, brand creation and marketing co-promoting composition of the characterization and distance, but the situation is still insignificant. The purpose of this study is to determine the actual situation as targeted at small merchant handmade shoes Seongsu-dong Street, to determine the factors in the problem, and to propose substantial improvements for Seongsu handmade shoes street. This study was a survey of street sales outlets in Seongsu handmade shoes street in Seoul. The spatial extent of the study was to set up the scope by reference to the directions given through the Seongsu handmade shoes street site. To build infrastructure facilities and distribution systems for the betterment of handmade shoes Seongsu-dong street, it is important to gain a competitive edge through a specialized industry such as a marketing strategy to establish branding as a specialized company. Shoemakers should also seek their own activation measures in areas such as training professionals, universities and corporate projects for joint participation in the ongoing development of new content. To pioneer the domestic and international sales channels, it is important to broaden the sales infrastructure. These areas will ultimately enable a significant contribution to strengthening national competitiveness.
