In recent years, Vietnam's economic growth rate has been attributed to the growth of many well-managed industries within Southeast Asia. Among them is the civil construction industry. Construction projects typically take a long time to complete and require a huge budget. Many socio-economic variables and factors affect total construction project costs due to market fluctuations. In recent years, crucial socioeconomic development indicators of construction reached a fairly high growth rate. Also, most infrastructure and construction projects have a high degree of complexity and uncertainty. This makes it challenging to predict the accurate project price. These challenges raise the need to recognize significant factors that influence the construction price index of civil buildings in Vietnam, both micro and macro. Therefore, this paper presents critical factors that affect the construction price index using the fuzzy extent analysis process in an uncertain environment. This proposed quantitative model is expected to reflect the uncertainty in the process of evaluating and ranking the influencing factors of the construction price index in Vietnam. The research results would also allow project stakeholders to be more informed of the factors affecting the construction price index in the context of Vietnam's civil construction industry. They also enable construction contractors to estimate project costs and bid rates better, enhancing their project and risk management performance.

Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) is a phase-based differential GNSS technique and uses additional observations from permanent reference stations to mitigate or eliminate effects like atmospheric delays or satellite clocks and orbit errors. In particular, as the position accuracy required in the fields of autonomous vehicles and drones is gradually increasing, the demand for RTK-based precise navigation that can provide cm-level position is increasing. Recently, with the rapid growth of the open-source software market, the use of open-source software for building navigation system of unmanned vehicles, which is difficult to mount an expensive GNSS receivers, is gradually increasing. RTKLIB is an open-source software package that can perform RTK positioning and is widely used for research and education purposes. However, since the performance and stability of RTK algorithm of RTKLIB is inevitably inferior to that of commercial GNSS receivers, users need to verify whether RTKLIB can satisfy the navigation performance requirements of unmanned vehicles. Therefore, in this paper, the performance evaluation of the RTK positioning algorithm of RTKLIB was performed using GNSS observation data acquired in a dynamic environment. Therefore, in this paper, the RTK positioning performance of RTKLIB was evaluated using GNSS observation data acquired in a dynamic environment. Our results show that the current RTK algorithm of RTKLIB is not suitable for precise navigation of unmanned vehicles.

The primary purpose of this study is to examine the effects of information satisfaction on customer trust and future behavior intention in open markets. Based on relevant literature reviews, this study posits three information satisfaction characteristics, that is, seller information satisfaction, product information satisfaction, and transaction procedure information satisfaction as key determinants of customer trust and future behavior intention. And then we structured a research model and hypotheses about relationship between these variables. A total 253 usable survey responses of open market users have been employed in the analysis. The major findings from the data analyses are as follows. Firstly, all three kinds of seller information satisfaction, product information satisfaction, and transaction procedure information satisfaction have a positive influence upon customer trust. Secondly, customer trust have very significantly related to repurchase intention in open markets.

Education policy is a dynamic process featuring social development trends. The world countries have focused their education program on empowering the learners for future life and work. This paper aims to assess the higher education curriculum based on a survey of 280 students, employers, alumni, and lecturers in both social sciences and natural sciences in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The fuzzy decision-making method, namely the Fuzzy Extent Analysis Method (F-EAM), was applied to measure the relative weight of each parameter. Seven factors under the curriculum development have been put in the ranking. Input with emphasis on foreign language was the highest priority in curriculum development, given the expected demand of the labor market. Objective and learning outcome and teaching activities ranked second and third, respectively. The traditional triangle of teaching content, methodology, and evaluation and assessment are still proven their roles, but certain modifications have been defined in the advanced curriculum. Teaching facilities had the least weight among the seven dimensions of curriculum development. The findings are helpful for education managers to efficiently allocate scarce resources to reform the curriculum to bridge the undergraduate quality gap between labor supply and demand, meeting the dynamic trends of social development.

In recent times, Internet of Things (IoT) has attracted wide attention, and there are increasing requests for IoT application services. Open-Source Hardware (OSH) utilizes a variety of components that are created through the sharing of hardware design so that others developers can also work on it. The concept of "open source" that attracted attention in the software industry has been applied to the hardware field by the emergence of IoT market. The emergence of OSH that has the advantage of low hardware cost and faster development encourages the idea of a diverse IoT application services. In this paper, we describe an IoT application service system that is developed using the OSH platform Arduino and Raspberry Pi to process collection, exchange, and computation of the environmental information. The overall system architecture and hardware and software components are presented.

In this paper, we analyze the strength and weaknesses of OSSs for both Web and WAS servers based on 4 types of testing environments which are created by the combination of 5 selected OSSs. We anticipated to learn the optimal system architecture design for the next generation of V-World through this research.

Banking and financial areas are facing on social upheavals by a rapidly advanced Open Network such as Internet, and the crest of a digital boom in the economic side for the 21th century. Electronic banking services has been remarkably changed from the Closed Network into the Open Network which is motivated by the low-cost internet services. This Open Network leads clients to choose banks that offer the best services and goods on the basis of the internet market. Therefore, capability of coping with clients' needs will be rising as one of the main strategies for competitive internet banking system in the near future. For this reason this thesis focuses on issues for banking services that internet influences, internet banking strategy of a developed bank, and expanding services and goods marketing through the internet.

Recently, the 4th Industrial Revolution has been emerged and various products are developed and commercialized in preparation of the communication failure. Many solutions are underway in Back-Up Network for IDC Servers, but not in the personal or sensor for low-power system use. Therefore we used the OpenWRT Firmware in Raspberry Pi which can be easily obtained in online market, and it created a low-power load balancer. Therefore, we developed the device that uses LTE Antenna based on USB Interface for communication fault notification and important data. The equipment used in this paper is easy to buy in online shop for anyone. Also, it can be applied in other vendors' boards by using USB. We hope that this paper will contribute to the stability of individual sensor networks.

In 2007, the first domestic pet insurance policies were introduced, and by 2023, numerous insurance products had been developed. The pet insurance market has been expanding steadily. However, as of 2022, only 0.8% of all pet owners have subscribed to pet insurance. Pet owners hesitate to enroll in pet insurance due to expensive premiums, unclear coverage details, and strict enrollment criteria. This paper proposes a model capable of detecting pet eye diseases and predicting their health age. Initially, EfficientNet is employed to identify the pet's eye disease, while OpenCV is utilized to locate and measure the size of the disease, enabling the calculation of the pet's healthy age. By leveraging the calculated health age, the aim is to aid insurance companies in determining pet insurance premiums. This model can facilitate the calculation of reasonable pet insurance rates based on the pet's eye condition and health age. Ultimately, the objective is to implement a system capable of detecting pet eye conditions and predicting their health age.
