인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 서비스 회복 공정성이 고객의 만족과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향: 오픈마켓과 종합 인터넷쇼핑몰을 중심으로 (The Influence of Service Recovery Fairness on Customers' Satisfaction and Intention to Repurchase: Focused on Purchasing Fashion Product at the Open Market and General Internet Shopping Mall)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the service recovery fairness of internet fashion shopping mall depending on the type of shopping mall into 3 levels, and analyze their influence on customers' satisfaction and intention to repurchase. Data were collected from 271 customers who had made a complaint or raised a question about service among the customers, and was analyzed through AMOS 7.0. For hypothesis testing, a research model was set up in the form of structure equation model, and its suitability was investigated. The results of this research can be summarized as follows: First, in relation to the service recovery fairness at internet shopping mall, only the consequential fairness has a meaningful relationship with customer satisfaction. Second, it has been shown that the higher the customers' satisfaction with internet shopping mall, the more positive influence it has on intention to repurchase. Third, it has been shown that the influence of service recovery fairness on customers' satisfaction and intention to repurchase has a meaningful difference depending on the type of internet shopping mall. In other words, it has been shown that customer satisfaction is higher at open market than general internet shopping mall. In addition, it has been shown that in open market, only the consequential fairness has a meaningful influence, therefore it will be more effective to strengthen a strategy focused on economical rewards than other fields.

이러닝 활성화를 위한 개방형 포털 시스템을 사용한 이러닝 비즈니스 모델 (The Business Model with Open Market System for Invigorating e-Learning)

  • 이러닝 인력이 부족한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 이러닝을 위한 강사와 학습자가 쉽고 편하게 강의 콘텐츠를 거래할 수 있는 오픈마켓 형태의 개방형 교육 포털 시스템을 구현하여, 새로운 이러닝 비즈니스 모델을 제안한다. 그리고 기존의 이러닝 콘텐츠의 제작 과정은 매우 복잡하고 전문적인 기술을 필요로 함으로 많은 비용과 시간이 소요되었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 강사 스스로 이러닝 강의 콘텐츠를 쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 해 주는 이러닝 콘텐츠 제작 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템의 유용성을 검증하기 위하여 이러닝 콘텐츠를 제작해본 경험이 있는 강사들을 대상으로 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템과 인기 있는 기존의 시스템들의 유용성에 대한 설문분석을 실시하였는데, 분석 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 군고구마 시스템이 유용한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기존에 콘텐츠 제작 및 서비스 업체 중심의 이러닝 비즈니스 모델이 아닌 강사와 학생 중심의 이러닝 비즈니스 모델을 제시해 줌으로써 이러닝 콘텐츠의 다양성 확보 그리고 이러닝 산업의 활성화에 기여를 할 것으로 예상된다.

우리나라 개방형 혁신활동의 영향요인에 관한 실증분석 연구 (An Empirical Analysis of the Influence Factors on Open Innovation Activities in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 기술혁신 역량을 강화하기 위한 중요한 프레임워크로 논의되고 있는 개방형 혁신에 초점을 맞춰 개방형 혁신활동을 내향형 혁신활동과 외향형 혁신활동을 구분하고, 영향요인을 환경특성, 기업특성, 재도특성으로 분류하여 국내 149개 제조기업의 설문응답 내용을 토대로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 환경특성 요인의 경우 시장경쟁정도와 기술변화정도가 내향형 혁신활동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기업들이 시장경쟁정도가 심해지거나 기술변화정도가 높아질 경우, 자사의 기술 개발 촉진 및 시장에서의 우위를 유지하거나 선점하기 위하여 공동연구, 사용자 혁신 등 외부로부터의 기술도입 및 외부의 정보활용에 노력을 기울인다는 의미로 해석될 수 있다. 기업특성 요인의 경우, 내향형 혁신활동은 연구개발인력, 연구개발투자, 국제화사업건수, 해외수출, 조직문화 개방성에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 외향형 혁신활동은 국제화조직특성, 기업가정신(역량특성)에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기업들이 내향형 혁신활동을 강화하기 위해서는 우선적으로 연구인력, 연구비 등의 R&D 투입요소의 증대에 관심을 갖아야 됨을 의미하며, 반면 외향형 혁신활동을 높이기 위해서는 국제화 전담조직을 육성하며, CEO도 독자적인 내부 기술혁신활동에 기업가정신을 발휘하기 보다는 개방적이고 협력적인 기술혁신활동에 기업가정신을 집중해야 됨을 의미한다. 제도특성 요인의 경우 내향형 혁신활동에서는 기술네트워킹에 의해, 외향형 혁신활동의 경우 산업클러스터 입주여부 및 기술네트 워킹에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정부에서 제도적으로 개방형 혁신활동을 촉진시키기 위해서는 산업클러스터 조성과 기업들의 기술네트워킹 확대에 노력을 기울여야 함을 의미한다.

A Study on Strategies of Multinational Bakery Retailers in China : Focused on Paris Baguette and Competitors

  • Purpose: For bakery retailers that want to enter the Chinese market, this study seeks to draw implications through the analysis of Paris Baguette, Paul Bakery and local competitors. In particular, the study analyzes entry strategies, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the companies. Research design, data and methodology: This study analyzed the Chinese bakery industry and overviewed the policy of bakery industry. The research method utilized Chinese Statistical Yearbook of Food Industry and literature related to Chinese bakery industry. Additionally, this study used case analysis methods for foreign and local bakery enterprises in the bakery industry. Results: During the rapid growth of bakery industry, Paris Baguette made a successful settlement by utilizing localization strategy; while on the contrary, Paul Bakery took a standardization strategy and failed in the Chinese market. Conclusions: Paris Baguette succeeded in launching localized products after thoroughly analyzing products that suit local tastes in China. However, Paul Bakery has been knocked out of the Chinese market for failing to capture the taste of the Chinese people by launching standardized products that reproduce French culture and taste. As such, the Chinese market is huge and differences exist in different provinces, so standardization and localization strategies should be appropriately utilized.

인터넷 패션소호쇼핑몰의 방문자를 늘리기 위한 효과적인 촉진 전략 연구 - 여대생의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 방문경로분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effective Promotion Strategy for Increasing Visitors on Internet Fashion Soho Shopping Mall)

  • This study analyzed the effective and suitable promotion method to increase visitors on the internet fashion soho shopping mall by surveying of female university students. The methods were in-depth interviews for 20 students and questionnaires for 363 students. The results indicated that the main routes of visiting the internet fashion shopping mall were keyword search window, banner advertisement window, and open market. Others were price comparison sites, the rank shop, fashion magazines or internet news, information in e-mail, broadcasting sponsor advertisements, name cards, and leaflets. So the effective methods to increase the number of visitors is to implement keyword advertisements, banner advertisements, and enter the open market to expose the brand names and item information. Being on price comparison sites or rank shops, advertisements in the fashion magazines, internet news or e-mail, broadcast sponsorships, and distribution of leaflets or name cards were also effective methods.

The Hedonic Method in Evaluating Apartment Price: A Case of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

  • The study examines factors affecting apartment prices in the real estate market of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The study uses primary data based on surveys of customers who have traded successfully, and collects transaction data from real estate trading companies that are the top investors in Ho Chi Minh City real estate market. The collected data include 384 observations in a total of 24 districts, detailing that each district surveyed on a minimum of four projects, each project carried out a survey on a minimum of four apartments. The survey collected 339 valid questionnaires for analysis and model testing. This study employs multivariate regression with the data of 339 observations. The research results reveal that five significant factors affect positively the price of apartments in Ho Chi Minh City - apartment area, toilet and bedroom, apartment floor, reference price, and apartment interior. Besides, there are three significant factors affecting negatively the price of apartments - next price trend, distance to city center, and potential building. From the results, the research proposes solutions in the pricing of apartments in the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City - better information system, a real estate transaction index, and stricter management of small brokerage activities.

애고 온라인 점포 유형별 소비자 특성 (Consumers' Characteristics according to Patronage Online Shopping Mall)

  • This study categorizes online fashion shopping malls according to consumer store patronage behavior as well as classifies consumer groups by online shopping mall patronage to understand the unique characteristics in each phases of purchase. A quantitative survey was conducted using 487 questionnaires from women in their 20s and 30s. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, cross-tabulations, factor analysis, T-test, ANOVA, cluster analysis, and ${\chi}^2$-test. The findings of this study are as follows. First, online shopping malls were classified into three types of 'integrated mall', 'open market' and 'specialized fashion mall'. Second, based on one of the three types of categorization consumer groups patronizing each type turned out as follows: integrated mall patrons (141, 28.95%), open market patrons (226, 46.41%) and the specialized mall patrons (119, 24.64%). Third, the characteristics of each group had significant differences according to clothing shopping orientation, information search, shopping mall behavior, spending on online shopping, and e-loyalty.

Analysis of Factors Influencing Food Purchasing Behavior of Consumers In Mobile Shopping Malls : Focusing on the Comparison of Three Types of Mobile Shopping Malls

  • This study focuses on finding ways to stimulate the growth of agricultural sectors in m-businesses, by analyzing and comparing the factors that influence the purchasing behavior of consumers in the open market, social commerce, and integrated shopping malls. Consumers at various mobile shopping malls answered a survey. Among the nine factors considered, one important factor was the frequency of purchasing agrifoods. Regression analysis produced three results. First, in the open market, in addition to various other advantages, the brand image, reasonable pricing, simple payment system, and convenience of using an app were important factors that influenced the purchasing behavior of the individual consumer. Second, in social commerce, the major factors influencing purchase were the reasonable pricing, quick delivery service, and convenience of using an app. Third, in integrated shopping malls, the brand image, guaranteed after-sale service, the variety of products, quick delivery service, and convenience of using an app were the significant factors.

인터넷 오픈마켓 의류상품의 사용후기를 통한 부정적 구전 (Negative e-WOM based consumer reviews of clothing on Internet open market site)

  • The purpose of this paper is to derive the categories of negative e-WOM (electronic word of mouth) via consumer review. Disclosing the details of negative e-WOM based consumer reviews has never been done before. For this reason, a content analysis was adopted to provide knowledge and understanding of the phenomenon. This paper analyzes the content of 630 consumer reviews posted on the open market internet site, www.auction.co.kr. The analysis was conducted from October 20th, 2008 to March 10th, 2009. The results indicated that the negative e-WOM based consumer reviews can be divided into two categories: the cognitive evaluation and the expression of consumer's emotion. The category of cognitive evaluation is consisted of negative e-WOM of product, negative e-WOM of service, and warning about the risk of purchasing products. The category of expressing consumers' emotion are composed of venting customers' dissatisfaction and passive response of dissatisfaction. Investigating the details of negative e-WOM has a number of implications. Most importantly, the results revealed multidimensional structure of negative e-WOM. This understanding of negative e-WOM communication allows marketers to improve products and services that better meet customers' current and future needs.

자사주 매입이 자기자본비용에 미치는 영향에 대한 융합적 연구 (A Converging Approach on the Effect of Stock Repurchases on Cost of Equity)

  • 기업은 자기주식을 시장에서 직접 취득하는 방법과 신탁계약을 통한 간접 취득방법을 선택할 수 있는데, 두 방식에는 제도적인 차이가 존재하며, 따라서 자기주식을 취득하는 두 방식은 시장에 서로 다른 신호를 전달할 수 있다. 본 논문은 자사주 매입 방법과 추정자기자본비용(ICOE) 사이의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였고, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자사주 매입을 공시한 기업의 자기자본비용이 자사주 매입을 공시하지 않은 기업의 자기자본비용보다 통계적으로 유의미한 수준에서 낮게 나타났다. 이 결과는 여유현금흐름가설이나 자사주 매입이 체계적 위험과 투자지출의 감소에 따라 자기자본비용이 감소한다는 주장과 일치한다. 둘째, 자기주식을 직접 취득한 기업은 간접 취득한 기업에 비해 통계적으로 유의미하게 낮은 자기자본비용을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 시장참여자들이 서로 다른 자사주 매입 방식이 가지는 융합적 신호효과를 정확히 판단하여 이를 자기자본비용에 적절히 반영한다는 것이다.
