조달청 OPEN API 빅데이터를 활용한 공공 소프트웨어 산업의 SNA 패턴 분석 (SNA Pattern Analysis on the Public Software Industry based on Open API Big Data from Korea Public Procurement Service)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라를 대표하는 개방 데이터인 조달청의 빅데이터를 활용하여, 최근 사회과학 연구에서 활발하게 사용되는 사회관계망 분석을 통해 정부의 특정 정책(소프트웨어 대기업 참여 상한제) 전후의 산업 네트워크 구조를 비교 분석함으로써 소프트웨어 시장의 생태계 변화를 조망하고 공공데이터 개방의 시사점을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2013년에서 2015년까지 3년에 걸쳐 공공 소프트웨어 시장의 정보화 사업에 대한 발주 및 수주 계약 데이터를 분석해 본 결과, 첫째 공공 소프트웨어 시장에서 Power Law현상이 관찰되고 있으며, 이 현상은 규제 등의 외부적 충격과 상관없이 지속되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 이 시장에서 Power Law현상은 지속되고 있었지만 생태계의 구성은 년도별로 유의미한 차이를 보임도 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 공공 소프트웨어 시장의 생태계 구성 및 변화에 대한 시사점을 도출하고, 근본적으로 이러한 분석을 가능케 하는 공공 빅 데이터 개방의 장점에 대해 논의하였다.

나스닥시장의 코스닥 및 자스닥시장에 대한 정보이전효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Information Spillover Effects from Nasdaq to Kosdaq and Jasdaq)

  • 본 연구는 1997년 1월 3일부터 2000년 12월 21일까지 코스닥, 나스닥 그리고 자스닥지수의 일별 종가수익률(close to close return) 자료를 낮수익률(open to close return)과 밤수익률(close to open return)로 나누어 각 시장들 사이의 정보이전효과를 통한 시장효율성을 분석하고 이러한 결과가 이성적 투자자들의 투자행위에 토대를 두고있는 정보효과가설(information effect hypothesis)을 지지하는지를 분석하고자한다. 분석방법은 VAR 모형을 통한 Granger 인과관계분석 및 시간 가변적인 AR(1)-GARCH(1, 1)-M 모형을 사용하였으며 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, IMF 이후 나스닥지수 낮수익률 및 변동성은 코스닥지수 낮수익률 및 변동성에 대하여 예측력을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 나스닥과 자스닥 시장 사이에는 feedback적인 예측력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, IMF 이후 나스닥지수 낮수익률은 코스닥지수 밤수익률 뿐만 아니라 낮수익률결정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, IMF 이전에는 코스닥지수에 대한 나스닥의 영향력은 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 코스닥지수 낮수익률 보다는 밤수익률에 대한 나스닥의 영향력이 통계적으로 더 강한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, IMF 전후 모두 나스닥지수와 자스닥 지수간의 정보이전효과는 피드백적인 것으로 나타났으며, 낮수익률 보다는 밤수익률에 대한 영향력이 더 강하고 지속적인 것으로 나타났다. 나스닥시장에서 발생한 낮수익률 변동정보가 코스닥시장의 종가(closing price)를 반영한 낮수익률보다는 시초가(opening price)를 반영한 밤수익률에 통계적으로 더 잘 반영된다는 사실로부터 코스닥시장은 나스닥시장에서 발생한 수익률변동정보에 대한 시장효율성이 중대하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 또한 금융위기동안이 아닌 정상적인 시장상황하에서 나스닥시장정보가 코스닥과 자스닥시장에 서로 다른 크기로 영향을 미치며 코스닥의 낮수익률과 밤수익률에 대한 영향력의 크기가 서로 다른 분석결과는 정보효과가설을 지지하는 증거로 볼 수 있다.

감천항 수산물 도매시장 조경설계 (Landscape Design of Gamcheon Wholesale Fish Market)

  • The landscape disign of Gamcheon wholesale fish Market was designed around a turnkey base to promote the economy of Busan Metropolitan City, to establish a fishery marketing center and to modernize existing facilities. The objectives of the project were to promote the mood of an old market, while preserving its functions and efficiency as a market, to design outdoor spaces with natural resources and amenities in balance, and to create attractive tourist spots in connection with the wide area development plan. The project was oriented, fast, to enhance the functions of the market. For this purpose, a multi-dimensional space layout was designed in consideration of functions as a wholesale market. The safety of pedestrians was secured by separating lathes for vehicles and for pedestrians. Tree planting with various functions such as sheltering, wind breaking and guiding was planned. Secondly, nature-friendly and human-friendly landscaping design was attempted. For this, the beautiful natural resources of Amnam Park were utilized, and green spaces such as green bridges linking buildings in the wholesale market, and rooftop gardens were to be arranged. In addition, environment-friendly facilities such as roads paved with natural materials(i.e. gravel, shells) and program parking lots were to be planned. Thirdly, landscape design was considered to create attractive tourist spots. For example, a fish farm was created as a theme street for pedestrians and various water-friendly spaces such as pedestrian ramps, observatories and seaside streets were to be secured. The main contents are as follows. First, a green bridge to Ahnnam Park was introduced for a tour source and flower garden, an event plan and viewing deck open to the sea were planned on the bridge's axis. Secondly, for the effective land use plan concerning open space and convenience to visitors, a promenade was planned, which is connected with the theme plaza and small plazas by environmental sculptures in front of the market hall and at the gate. As well, an observatory and a roof garden help create three dimensional multi leveled space, with a good view of the natural landscape of the sea, sky and park Thirdly, landscape materials, such as trees and those for facilities, strengthened for protection against the seawind and salt damage were selected. The commercial market area was intended to be transformed a traditional functional area of efficiency and economy into an attractive marine leisure area where both tourists and neighbors can make use of it.

  • 타 산업, 특히 제조업 분야의 경우 급격한 기술 및 인터넷 환경의 발전으로 인해 시장이 세분화되고 다품종 소량생산의 체제로 변화하였다. 이러한 사회적 변화는 주택 시장에도 변화를 가져와 공급자 중심에서 수요자 중심의 시장으로 변화하고 있으며 주택에 대한 소비자의 요구사항도 날로 다양해지고 있다 한편 주택의 장수명화를 실현하고 지속가능 한 건축 및 환경 구현을 위해 오픈 하우징 시스템에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 시점에서, 오픈 하우징 개념을 도입한 맞춤형 아파트의 도입이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 아직 도입 초기 단계이기 때문에 맞춤형 아파트의 운영에 있어 많은 문제점이 드러나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 맞춤형 아파트 사업이 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위하여 최근 입주가 완료된 맞춤형 아파트의 실무자들과의 인터뷰 및 운영 사례를 조사하여 문제점을 분석하고 그에 따른 개선방안을 제시하였다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형별 패션 소비자의 불확실성, 후회경험 및 부정적 행동의도에 관한 연구 (The Uncertainty, Regret Experience, and Negative Behavior Intention of Fashion Consumers According to the Types of Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study investigated the uncertainty, regret experience, and negative behavior intention of fashion consumers according to the types of internet shopping malls. The data was obtained from internet fashion consumers, and 394 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis. As results, the uncertainty of internet fashion consumers was composed of two factors; information uncertainty and preference uncertainty. The regret experience was composed of function or service regret, suitability regret, and product regret. Also, the negative behavior intention was composed of purchase switching intention and purchase deferral intention. The information uncertainty of fashion consumers positively affected the negative behavior intention in all types of internet shopping malls (e.g., open market, integrated shopping mall, and fashion specialized shopping mall). In open market, the preference uncertainty negatively affected the purchase switching intention; however, the preference uncertainty positively affected the purchase deferral intention. In open market and fashion specialized shopping mall, the product regret of internet fashion consumers positively affected the negative behavior intention. In addition, there were partially significant differences in the factors of uncertainty, regret experience, and negative behavior intention by gender and marital status of demographic characteristics. The results of this study will provide useful information to the marketing strategies considering fashion consumer's negative emotion and behaviors according to the types of internet shopping malls.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 소비자의 공정성 지각이 불평처리 후 재구매의도와 부정적 구전의도에 미치는 영향 -패션관여도 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of Perceived Justice on Postcomplaint Behavior in the Internet Open Market -Focused on the Moderating Effect of Fashion Involvement-)

  • The purposes of this study were (1) to identify the effects of perceived justice on trust, commitment, repurchasing, and negative word-of-mouth intention in the Open Market by recovering the customer's dissatisfaction, and (2) to compare the effects of perceived justice between two consumer groups divided by the level of fashion involvement(High/Low). In this survey, the respondents were 369 consumers who experienced dissatisfaction in the Open Market in a year. The data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis, and multiple group analysis using Amos 7.0 program. The results were as follows. It tested main effect of perceived justice on trust and commitment with dissatisfaction handling. 1) As expected, all of the perceived justice had the positive effects on trust. 2) However, only interactional justice positively influenced on commitment. 3) The customers' trust had the positive effect on the customers' commitment after the perception of justice. 4) The trust and commitment had the positive effects on repurchasing intention. 5) However, trust negatively influenced on negative word-of-mouth intention and commitment positively influenced on negative word-of-mouth intention. 6) The consumer groups classified by the level of fashion involvement showed significantly different effects of perceived justice on postcomplaint behavior.

Studies on Supply and Demand Paradox in Shipping Market

  • Purpose - The purpose of the paper is to examine disconnection between supply and demand shipping market, which means shipowner has determined to raise capacity in bust period. Research design, data, and methodology - The research method to be applied is first to look into conceptual theory about shipping market, and then to study imbalance of supply and demand situations in shipping on crisis, and next, to analyses paradoxical aspects traced. Results - Shipping market is a volatile and cyclic characteristics, and its situations have to be examined very carefully. Since financial crisis has broken up in 2008, it is natural to think that world trade volumes has reduced rapidly, which means demand for shipping service has fallen, and accordingly, tonnage should be stagnated as well. However, shipping companies have put capacity into market as unexpectedly. This is because of economy of scale and time lag. Here, this can be explained in terms of paradox that is proved in this paper. Conclusions - From careful research in this paper, it is found that supply and demand are not always got along with market situations, in other words supply side could be working well, in spite of depression time of demand situations in world shipping markets.

WTO 반덤핑협정 상 비시장경제 규율에 대한 고찰: 미국의 단일률 적용 관행을 중심으로 (Applicability of the Single Rate Presumption for Non-Market Economies within the Framework of the WTO Anti-Dumping Agreement)

  • This study aims to analyze the WTO-inconsistent aspects of the single rate presumption of the United States in establishing and imposing anti-dumping duties for non-market economy exporters. By examining the drafting history in the GATT/WTO negotiations and the practice of the single rate presumption for non-market economies by the United States from a comparative perspective, it critically addresses the inherent lack of pertinent disciplines under the framework of the WTO Anti-Dumping Agreement in establishing dumping margins for exporters of non-market economies. The WTO Dispute Settlement Body leaves open the possibility of allowing the investigating authority to consider multiple exporters and the exporting country as a single entity. However, the study argues that it is difficult in practice for the investigating authority to make a single-entity decision in a WTO-consistent manner. The study also finds an incompatibility in the notion between establishing dumping margins for 'individual' exporters and 'non-market economies.' A proper discipline for non-market economies under the multilateral anti-dumping norm needs to be reconsidered in the era of persistent trade conflicts between the United States and China.

Optimum Allocation of Reactive Power in Real-Time Operation under Deregulated Electricity Market

  • Deregulation in power industry has made the reactive power ancillary service management a critical task to power system operators from both technical and economic perspectives. Reactive power management in power systems is a complex combinatorial optimization problem involving nonlinear functions with multiple local minima and nonlinear constraints. This paper proposes a practical market-based reactive power ancillary service management scheme to tackle the challenge. In this paper a new model for voltage security and reactive power management is presented. The proposed model minimizes reactive support cost as an economic aspect and insures the voltage security as a technical constraint. For modeling validation study, two optimization algorithm, a genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) method are used to solve the problem of optimum allocation of reactive power in power systems under open market environment and the results are compared. As a case study, the IEEE-30 bus power system is used. Results show that the algorithm is well competent for optimal allocation of reactive power under practical constraints and price based conditions.

경쟁적 전력시장에서 용량요금에 의한 전략적 용량철회 억제 (Suppression of Strategic Capacity Withholding by Capacity Payment in a Competitive Generation Market)

  • In a cost based pool market, the generation capacity can be used as strategic bids by generation companies (Gencos) with the cost functions open to the market. Competition using strategic capacities is modeled by Cournot and Perfect Competiton (PC) model, and transformed into two by two payoff matrix game with Gencos' decision variables of Cournot and PC model. The payoff matrices vary when capacity payments are given to Gencos in accordance with their capacity bids. Nash Equilibrium (NE) in the matrices also moves with capacity price changes. In order to maximize social welfare of the market, NE should locate in a certain position of the payoff matrices, which corresponds to a PC NE. A concept of a critical capacity price is proposed and calculated in this paper that is defined as a minimum capacity price leading to PC NE. The critical capacity price is verified to work as a tool for suppressing a strategic capacity withholding in simulations of a test system.
