The purposes of this study were 1) to identify dimensions of fashion lifestyles of men of digital generation and online shopping mall service attributes, and 2) to find factors affecting general satisfaction and intention to purchase at online shopping malls. Data were obtained from 632 men aged between 15 and 39 who were using the internet. Fashion lifestyles produced five factors, fashion leadership, shopping enjoyment, brand pursuit, personality pursuit, and practicality pursuit. Internet service attributes included three factors, check-out service, after delivery service, and product presentation service. Significant determinants of general satisfaction were after delivery service, check-out service, product presentation service, and purchase experience in order. For intention to buy, after delivery service, check-out service, product presentation service, purchase experience, practicality, and household income level in order were significant. Finally, general satisfaction of purchase was a useful determinant of intention to buy. Implications were given for improving internet shopping mall services from the perspective of online fashion mall marketers.
To date most of the research concerning e-service quality in the context of online apparel settings has had a female or a generalized for gender and age focus. To expand the scope of understanding of online consumers, this study focuses on the key dimensions of e-service quality which affect male Generation Y consumers' e-satisfaction which in turn may affect their e-loyalty. A convenience sample of male college students was recruited from a Korean university. The findings of this study showed that privacy, personalization, efficiency, and website design were the key dimensions that have significant positive relationships with e-satisfaction. The positive relationship between e-satisfaction and e-loyalty was also confirmed. Managerial implications and suggestions for further research are further discussed.
Purpose: This study used the SORmodel (or cue utilization theory) to examine the impact of expanded quality factorsincluding product quality on customer satisfaction, attitude, and behavioral loyalty. This study examined the moderating effect of gender on the customer satisfaction-attitudinal and behavioral loyalty relationship. Research design, data, and methodology: 364 respondents were collected through an online survey and analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0 program. Results: The findings show that product quality, along with system quality and service quality, are key determinants of customer satisfaction. In addition, this study shows that the relationship between customer satisfaction and attitudinal loyalty (repurchase and word-of-mouth intention) does not differ depending on gender, but the relationship between customer satisfaction and behavioral loyalty (share-of-visit and share-of-wallet) is stronger for women than for men. Conclusions: This research integrates concepts from environmental psychology and marketing focusing on website quality (information, system, service, and product), as well as satisfaction, attitudinal and behavioral loyalty. Online shopping mall practitioners must systematically analyze and assess the quality of online shopping, a pivotal factor driving customer satisfaction, attitude, and behavioral loyalty. Acknowledging the influence of gender on consumers' online purchasing behavior can aid online retailers in devising tailored e-commerce marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining customers.
Purpose: This study aims to present individual motivation and channel characteristics affecting omnichannel service use, as well as the effect relationship of the brand factor on consumption value, service satisfaction, and continuous usability based on convenience store pickup service, one of online shopping customers' omnichannel use services. Primarily, this study divided consumption value into emotional value and functional value and examined the consumption value characteristics of omnichannel-based pickup service customers. Research design, data and methodology: A questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 324 consumers having the omnichannel-based pickup service user experience in online shopping in Korea. A confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were carried out based on the structural equation to verify hypotheses. Results: According to the analysis result, individual motivation affected the emotional value, and the omnichannel characteristics affected functional value. The brand effect influenced both emotional and functional values. The emotional value affected continuous use intention, and the functional value affected service satisfaction. Conclusions: Therefore, consumers' emotional and functional values showed differences in consumption behavior. In online shopping companies' marketing strategy construction for omnichannel, it was confirmed that a differentiated approach is needed depending on the strategic goal of satisfaction improvement and continuous use intention consolidation.
Purpose: This study analyzes the effects of variables affecting e-satisfaction and e-loyalty in e-commerce. Research design, data, and methodology: A survey was conducted to 384 Indonesia online shopping mobile application users. The questionnaire construct was designed based on several independent variables, such as application attractiveness, application functionality, and customer service on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. E-satisfaction was positioned as an intervening variable to determine the effect on e-loyalty. Results: Application attractiveness, application functionality, and customer service shown positive effect on e-satisfaction in online shopping mobile application. At the same time, e-satisfaction also affected e-loyalty significantly as referred in previous studies. However, application attractiveness, while showed positive effect on e-satisfaction, in contrary with previous study does not showed very significant effect. Conclusion: Application functionality significantly influences users satisfaction compared to application attractiveness. E-satisfaction mediates as a factor between visual design, information access, and transaction in online shopping mobile application, which stimulates user loyalty. The study findings' can be a reference for companies to create and maintain users' satisfaction and loyalty via different aspects of mobile application. Further research should be conducted on other field of study as the industry has different aspects that affects user loyalty.
Advanced online environment and communication technology have made the e-commerce environments evolved rapidly. In the e-commerce area, one of the most important concepts regarding the relationship between seller and buyer is the "trust." Considering the purpose of purchase and satisfaction of website, the users may face problems such as consumer's transaction security or personal information sharing when they make transactions over web sites. It could be difficult to pursue the goal for the users to purchase product or service over online if the seller or service provider cannot establish trust to the customers. In this paper, through multi-dimensional viewpoints of trust, satisfaction can be accounted for by cue-based trust and experienced trust. The purchase intention mediates the experienced trust when online users purchase products or use online service.

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of e-service quality and e-ERM on e-loyalty with customer satisfaction and commitment as mediators. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted by sample survey method on 320 online customers who have experience in using major online fresh food shopping malls for more than one year. Data analysis methods were frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. Result - Hypothesis 1 through Hypothesis 7 were all supported. Therefore, the conclusion has been derived that the focus of this study, that such satisfaction and commitment have a significant effect on e-customer loyalty. has been supported theoretically and empirically. Every online shopping mall is concerned about service quality and trust issues. We analyze and compare the impacts of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, we investigate service quality and trust attributes and their effects on overall service quality and trust. The results unveil that, in our e-business setting, overall trust has more powerful leverage than overall service quality.
Real estate brokerage app service is an emerging online-to-offline (O2O) business model. This study analyze the relationship between the satisfaction and reuse of real estate app services through a survey of experienced users of the application. The results show that "ease of use" and "usefulness" of the online app service positively affect customer satisfaction and eventually affects reuse. Moreover, ease of use and usefulness of the offline brokerage introduced by the application positively affects customer satisfaction and eventually affects reuse too. One meaningful finding is the stronger impact of usefulness on customer satisfaction than that of ease of use in both online and offline situations. This finding implies that the value of usefulness is bigger than that of ease of use because of users who purposely use the application to find relevant real estates. The effect of online customer satisfaction on reuse is slightly higher than that of offline. This finding suggests that need to develop a strategy for online applications that focuses on enhancing the usefulness of real estate brokerage app services in the O2O market.
