Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it seems to have been impossible to run offline training courses. To overcome this situation, online training courses has been emerged. Just moving the educational environment from offline to online instead of re-designing the curriculum, however, is not effective for trainees. To maximize educational effectiveness, it is necessary to re-design the curriculum based on constructivist appoach which gives trainees experience on skills and knowledge about their job. As for re-designing the curriculum into real-time online practical learning based on constructivism, learning satisfaction and work efficacy of trainees may have been increased. From these results, HRD professionals in an IT company should need to consider how to structure the curriculum when they design the real-time online practical learnings.

본 연구는 대표 직업교육훈련 국가인 미국, 독일, 스위스, 호주, 영국, 싱가포르의 COVID-19 대응방안을 조사하여 우리나라 직업교육훈련 정책 수립을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 직업교육훈련 선도국 조사로부터 도출된 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째 COVID-19에 대응하기 위해 대면 중심의 직업교육훈련을 온라인 교육으로 신속히 전환하였다. 둘째, 견습제도의 위기를 극복하기 위한 제도를 강화하였는데, 특히 영국과 호주 정부는 견습제도를 위한 특별 예산을 편성하였다. 셋째, COVID-19로 인해 블렌디드 러닝을 새로운 표준 교육모델로 자리 잡으면서 직업교육훈련의 디지털화를 가속화하고 있다. 마지막으로 직업교육훈련 선도국들은 온라인 교육 지원을 위한 에듀테크 산업의 발전을 추진하고 있다. 이는 한국 직업교육훈련의 변화 방향에 대한 중요한 시사점을 제공해 주고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 기존 「근로자직업능력개발법」이 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법」으로 개정되면서 직업능력개발의 지원대상과 직업능력개발훈련의 범위가 확대됨에 따라, 스마트직업훈련플랫폼(STEP)이 맞춤형 평생직업능력개발을 위해 지향해야 하는 공공 온라인 플랫폼으로서의 역할과 기능을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 공공 온라인 플랫폼 서비스 사례연구, 전문가 FGI 등을 바탕으로 STEP의 공공서비스 역할과 기능을 도출하였고, 이에 대한 전문가 검증회의를 진행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 STEP의 공공 온라인 플랫폼으로서의 역할과 기능에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

이 연구에서는 초등학교에서 환경교육을 효과적으로 실시하기 위한 기초 연구로서 초등학교 교사들의 환경교육에 대한 요구를 조사하였다. 연구 대상은 충청남도 지역의 초등학교 교사 113명이었다. 환경교육 요구 검사의 20문항을 사용하여 5단계 리커트 척도로 교사들에게 제시하였고, 환경교육 연수 영역의 문항에 대해서는 현장 연수와 원격 연수 중 선호하는 방식에 대한 질문도 제시하였다. 대부분의 문항에서 교사들의 요구는 높았으나, 환경교육 수업에 직접 적용될 수 있는 지원 분야나 연수 내용에 대한 문항에서 특히 요구가 높았다. 교사들은 현장 연수보다 원격 연수를 선호하였으나 지역 내 비형식적 환경교육 장소의 사용, 환경교육 현장 학습 장소의 개발과 사용, 환경교육 교수 전략 등의 문항에서는 현장 연수의 선호도가 상대적으로 높게 나타났다.

Hands-on education and training is a key part of fixing and developing technology knowledge and is an inherent part of many engineering and scientific curricula. However, access to large complex training facilities, such as nuclear reactor, could be limited by various factors, such as unavailability of those facilities in the region, high traveling costs or harmonization of the schedules of hands-on E&T with theoretical lectures and with the operational schedule of the facility. To handle the issue, several success stories have been reached with the introduction of the Internet Reactor Labs (IRL). The Internet Reactor Labs can strongly contribute to accessibility of training at research reactors and can contribute to improvements in their utilization. The paper describes the development of the Internet Reactor Lab at the VR-1 reactor of the Czech Technical University in Prague. Contrary to single-purpose IRLs, it presents various modalities of online teaching and training in experimental reactor physics and reactor operation in general as well as outreach activities that have been developed in recent years.

최근 세계적으로 4차 산업혁명 변화에 대한 교육적 대응의 주요 방향이 인공지능(AI: Artificial Intelligence)과 로봇 중심의 미래산업 핵심기술 인재육성에 집중됨에 따라, 고등교육과 직업능력개발 분야에서도 인공지능 기술을 가진 융합적 인재 양성의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같이 변화하는 환경을 고려하여 최근 맞춤형 교육훈련 흐름과 AI 융합형 인재 양성 교육을 실현하기 위해 "학습자 맞춤형 AI 융합형 인재양성" 훈련 프로그램을 기획하고 운영모델 방안을 수립하였다. 인공지능 및 교육혁신 전문가를 대상으로 총 2회차에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하여, 훈련프로그램 운영모델 기본구조, 교육과정, 운영전략의 하위 구성요소의 적합도를 검증하였다. 그리고 최종적으로 검증된 훈련 모델을 온라인 직업훈련 허브인 스마트 직업훈련 플랫폼(STEP)에 적용하여 AI 융합인재 양성 학습자 맞춤형 훈련모델 수립 방안을 제안하였다.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has profoundly impacted all aspects of undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education. Only the focus of medical education-care for patients and communities-has remained an integral part of all of the above sectors. Several challenges have been experienced by learners and educators as the education and training of future doctors has continued in the midst of this crisis, including the cancellation of face-to-face classes and training, reduced patient encounter opportunities, fairness issues in online assessments, disruption of patient interview-based exams, reflections on the role of doctors in society, and mental health-related problems linked to isolation and concerns about infection. In response to these disruptions, educators and institutions have rapidly deployed educational innovations. Schools have adopted educational strategies to overcome these challenges by implementing novel education delivery methods in an online format, providing clinical experiences through simulation or telehealth methods, introducing online assessment tools with formative purposes, encouraging learners' involvement in nonclinical activities such as community service, and making available resources and programs to sustain learners' mental health and wellness. During the COVID-19 pandemic, educators and institutions have faced drastic changes in medical education worldwide. At the same time, the quantitative expansion of online education has caused other problems, such as the lack of human collaboration. The long-term effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on medical education need to be studied further.

This study investigates faculty support for quality assurance in online education, and offers suggestions for its improvement based on feedback from Instructional Design (ID) staff working at a public university in the U.S. Qualitative research using semi-structured interviews was conducted with seven ID staff in order to examine their perceptions regarding faculty support related to quality assurance in online education. The results of the data analysis indicate that four types of faculty support-quality assurance reviews using Quality Matter (QM) standards, templates, individual consultations with ongoing support, and monitoring-were offered for faculty. Faculty support for quality assurance in online education could be improved by developing specific quality assurance standards, recruiting external experts, examining learning effects, developing a quality assurance management system, and sharing documents among ID staff. This study highlights the necessity of quality assurance in online education and provides cases of faculty support in a real higher education setting.

본 연구는 K대학교 온라인평생교육원이 보급하는 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 운영하는 기관의 교육형태, 교육현황을 파악하고 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 역할 및 개선방안 등을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2020년 K대학교 온라인평생교육원이 보급한 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 운영하는 56개 기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 최종 응답한 44개 기관의 설문을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가상훈련 운영기관의 교육형태는 가상훈련 교육매체는 PC를 활용, 활용한 콘텐츠 과정은 총 52과정, 교육형태는 이론+가상훈련 유형, 실습기간은 1-2주 기간을 가장 많이 적용하고 있다고 응답했다. 또한 교육현황을 살펴보니 가상훈련 대상은 주로 학생이며, 주로 기관 자체적으로 모집을 하며 운영규모는 1-20명, 개설 과정 수는 1-3개 정도, 담당 교·강사 수는 1-3명 정도라는 응답이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 역할로 다양한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 개발과 가상훈련 교육과정 적용 및 활용방법 제시, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 질 제고 등이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 셋째, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 개선방안으로 가상훈련 콘텐츠 실무능력 연계 강화, 교·강사의 가상훈련 콘텐츠 활용교육, 다양한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 연계방안 제시, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 품질 관리 강화 등을 요구했다. 이에 본 연구는 가상훈련 콘텐츠 운영기관의 전반적 운영현황과 실태를 파악하고 공공 가상훈련 보급기관의 역할 정립 및 개선방안을 살펴보았다는데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to share the experience of online education with departments related to the servic industry, such as distribution and logistics, in the New Normal Age of COVID-19 pandemics. The graduation presentation project, which is the capstone design subject and the most urgent subject for face-to-face classes, was selected as the online education subject of this study. The results of this study are as follows : First, several online class tools, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, have also been shown to be applicable to capstone design subjects such as graduation presentation projects. Second, it is essential to reorganize the curriculum to enhance students' ability to practice and utilize online contents. Third, continuous education and training are needed to make easy use of the aforementioned online teaching tools. Meanwhile, fourth, further research is needed to solve the learning effects caused by online learning, and difficulties in communication.
