Secondly, compared with the other company brands which have online shopping mall, the website of sportswear brands consists of centered brand image. Therefore, based on the analysis about the variety of products and merchandise picture in each item and detailed information offer of neo-products introduction, marketing mix is insufficient in the website of sportswear and the price strategy has the least information. After website of sportswear brands is connected with online-shopping mall, guidance for its price and product is performed mainly. Consequently the sales promotion strategy of price needs development through the incentive and discount price. Promotion strategy occupies more parts than any other strategy. Especially, it allows a high proportion of the variety of events and information for the customer services. Also it needs to improve its bulletin board and Q&A board on the website for better communication with customers. Furthermore distribution strategy focuses on information such as location, contact numbers and address of the online shopping mall. Although online shopping mall has its own advantage which is marketing on the internet, it is not yet in progress.

Although blogs have been used in online learning environments with optimistic expectations, the distributed nature of blogs can pose some challenges. Currently, we do not have a robust collection of tested blogging strategies to help students interact more effectively with each other when blogs are used as a primary form of engagement in an online class. Thus, the purpose of the study was to test an early iteration of an instructional blogging strategy, "Featured Student Profiles," which is designed to help students become acquainted with each other better and encourage them to visit and comment on each other's blogs. Sixteen pre-service teachers who were enrolled in an online course in which student blogs are the primary medium of peer interactions, participated in the study. Using a design case approach, seven students participated in interviews and all student blog interactions were analyzed. Thematic analysis was applied to analyze the interview data and identify salient themes of students' blogging experiences overall under the study strategy. The findings indicated that students took the most direct and efficient path they experienced to complete the blog task. Their peer interaction patterns varied, but several shifted from random to targeted relationships as the semester progressed. Although all students perceived the strategy as a positive approach to peer awareness, there was no clear evidence of its effect on student interactions.
The purpose of this study is to explore the structural relationship between COVID-19-induced sub-dimensions of Online Self-Regulated Learning (OSRL) and satisfaction in online courses conducted in the 'post-COVID-19 era,' as well as to investigate the moderating effects of situational variables such as 'course planning,' 'device type,' and 'course repetition.' To achieve this, the study constructs a measurement model with sub-dimensions of Environment Structuring, Learning Strategy, Help Seeking, and Self-Evaluation as components of OSRL. The research findings reveal several key insights. First, among the sub-dimensions of Online Self-Regulated Learning, Environment Structuring, Learning Strategy, and Self-Evaluation significantly influence satisfaction with online courses. Second, students' satisfaction with online courses significantly influences their intention to continue participating in such courses. Third, 'course planning' during online course hours and 'course repetition' play a moderating role in the relationship between sub-dimensions of Online Self-Regulated Learning and satisfaction. Based on the discussion of these research results, this study concludes by suggesting some future implications and challenges of online courses.

Due to recent proliferation of the mobile shopping channels, customers increasingly tend to purchase using online channel while experiencing physical products in offline shops. This phenomenon requires traditional offline retailers to consider integrating online channels. In this study, we propose strategic options for the traditional offline retailers regarding the online channel integration, and provide corresponding decision models to maximize the expected profits. We also investigate how the strategic options vary with the product characteristics, by categorizing the products based on inventory cost, demand uncertainty, and fitness to the online channels. By analyzing numerical examples we illustrate how the best online channel integration strategy should be differentiated depending on the product categories.
