Early morning delivery possesses distinct characteristics that differentiate it from standard delivery services. This service typically involves delivering products to customers during the early morning hours, primarily before 7 AM. While online early morning delivery offers various advantages from a customer perspective, it also presents challenges that sellers and online shopping companies need to overcome. The early morning delivery market is experiencing significant growth in the online food retail sector, incorporating both PC-based online shopping and mobile shopping. The objective of this research is to identify the factors influencing customer satisfaction and the intention to reuse in the context of early morning delivery for online shopping. To model the online shopping environment with early morning delivery, independent factors were categorized into three types: System Properties, Product Characteristics, and Delivery Characteristics. This study examined the relationships among these three independent factors, the mediating factor of customer satisfaction, and the dependent variable of the intention to reuse. To conduct this research, empirical validation of the research hypotheses was carried out using the final dataset for analysis. Within this study, the previously explored System Properties, Product Characteristics, and Delivery Characteristics were established. Summarizing the findings of the analysis, it was discovered that System Properties and Product Characteristics played a significant role in determining the quality of early morning delivery services for online shopping. While product diversity and convenience had a positive impact, it is noteworthy that Delivery Characteristics did not influence customer satisfaction. Consequently, it can be concluded that there is no effect on the intention to reuse.
The purpose of this research is to study the influence of online shopping motives on repurchase intentions with Chinese students studying in South Korea. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 255 Chinese students studying abroad. The SPSS 23.0 analysis clarified the structural relationship between the online shopping mall's motivation and customer satisfaction, and repurchase intentions. First, in the motivation of online shopping, product perception, customer service and shopping experience have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Second, in the motivation of use, product perception, customer service, and shopping experience have a positive impact on repurchase intentions. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intentions. The results show that the motivation of using online shopping for Chinese students in South Korea is an important factor affecting satisfaction and repurchase intentions. In future research, further research is needed according to the type of online shopping mall.
This study analyzed consumers' online fashion shopping site usage by site type and analyzed how product information search and product purchase differ. In addition, by comparing and analyzing preference and selection factors of PC and mobile shopping, we tried to provide basic data of effective mobile commerce operation strategy according to expansion of mobile market in fashion industry. We surveyed the use of 6 types of online sites (portal site, open market, general shopping mall, social commerce shopping mall, brand shopping mall and non-brand shopping mall) to understand the usage of mobile shopping site for consumers' fashion products. Consumer survey subjects were 373 college students in their early 20s who had the most mobile shopping experiences. The questionnaire consisted of online fashion site usage items, internet and mobile fashion shopping preference (6 items), internet and mobile shopping choice behavior (10 items), and purchase intention (3 items) .Data were analyzed using SPSS 14.0 program. The high preference of portal sites, open market, social commerce, and non-brand shopping malls in shopping online fashion products is a result of the perceptual changes of major distribution channels and the trends of consumers' value consumption tendency. Therefore, it is necessary for fashion companies to actively cope with fashion product distribution competition with huge shopping sites of current online market by well understanding consumers' preference trends and factors of online sites.
The development of modern industry is changing the consumption pattern of consumers. With the advent of COVID-19, consumers' consumption using online e-commerce has begun to become more active. Among them, by comparing the stand-alone and store farm types, this study was conducted how the platform type affects consumers' purpose of using the online shopping mall and their intention to revisit the online shopping mall. This study analyzed 202 surveys within the last six months. According to the results of the study, reliability and information had a significant impact on psychological benefits. In addition, promotion and convenience have had a significant impact on economic benefits. The psychological and economic benefits, have been found to have a significant impact on the intention of revisit. However, there is no difference depending on the platform type.
The online shopping industry in China has experienced rapid growth, particularly in the infant goods sector, which is considered highly promising in terms of its growth potential. This growth can be attributed to the Chinese market's increasing economic power, the implementation of new policies concerning marriage and childbirth, changes in family structure, and evolving and diverse consumer demands for infant products. While the infant clothing industry has emerged as a significant player in the Chinese market, there is still a lack of sufficient academic research on the online shopping environment specific to China's infant clothing industry. The objective of this study was to explore the influence of online experiential marketing on brand loyalty and purchase intention among Chinese consumers of children's wear. The study findings indicated that the emotional experience, action experience, and relationship experience encountered by consumers during online interactions had a positive and significant impact on brand loyalty. Both perceptual experience and cognitive experience had a positive and significant influence on consumers' willingness to make a purchase. The study also revealed that brand loyalty had a positive and significant effect on consumers' purchase intention. The perception of online experiential marketing, brand loyalty, and purchase intention varied based on individual attributes, and gender was found to moderate the relationship between online experiential marketing and brand loyalty.
Many online shopping sites now offer personalized recommendation systems to improve consumers' shopping experiences by lowering costs (time, cost, etc.), catering to consumers' tastes, and stimulating consumers' potential shopping needs. So far, domestic and foreign research on the personalized recommendation system has mainly focused on the field of computer science, which is advantageous for obtaining accurate personalized recommendation results for users but difficult to continuously track the users' psychological states or behavioral intentions. This study attempted to investigate the effect of the characteristics of the personalized recommendation system in the online shopping environment on consumer perception and purchase intention for consumers using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model. The analysis results adopted all hypotheses on the effect of the quality of the personalized recommendation system and information quality on trust and perceived value. Through the empirical results of this study, the factors influencing consumers' use of personalized recommendation system can be identified. In order to increase more purchase, online shopping companies need to understand consumers' tastes and improve the quality of the personalized system by improving the recommendation algorithm thus to provide more information about products.
As the postsecondary school-age population continues to decline, universities are building identities to differentiate themselves and create a favorable impression among this cohort. We investigated the role of logo-bearing products as a way of promoting university identity, specifically, the effects of ingroup ties, ingroup affect, and centrality on attitude toward university logo products and purchase intention. This study further examined the moderating effects of perceived university prestige on the relationship between logo product attitude and in-store purchase intention, and the moderating effect of online shopping frequency on the relationship between logo product attitude and online purchase intention. We conducted a survey of undergraduate and graduate students at a university in Seoul. Survey responses (N=561) were collected and processed using SPSS 23.0. Multiple regression analysis showed that ingroup ties and affect had significant effects on product attitude. However, centrality had no significant effect on attitude toward the product. Product attitude had a direct significant effect on both in-store and online purchase intention. Perceived university prestige moderated the relationship between product attitude and in-store purchase intention. Moreover, online shopping frequency moderated the relationship between product attitude and online purchase intention. The results of this study are expected to provide fundamental knowledge for developing product strategy of logo products.
Technology acceptance is one of the most popular research areas. Rapid developments in technology are making human life more comfortable. However, still most of the rural area has been deprived of benefits of technological advancement. Seventy percent population of India resides in rural area. Leveraging the improved penetration of the internet; mobile friendly population in rural India has been increasingly shopping online in the last few years. e-Governance is one of the important vehicles to provide efficient services to the citizens by Governments. One major obstacle is acceptance of e-Governance platforms by the citizens. Considering the increasing trend of using e-Commerce in rural area, this paper attempts to investigate moderating effect of online shopping experience on intention to use e-Governance portals. We surveyed 365 villagers across Maharashtra: one of the leading states in India. The result confirmed online shopping experience moderates the relationship between: 'perceived security & privacy' and 'attitude'; 'perceived security & privacy' and 'intention to use'; 'Perceived usefulness' and 'attitude'; and, 'attitude' and 'intention to use'. In this study definition of moderating variable 'experience' is unique and different than most of the popular studies. We defined experience as: 'prior use of any application of technology similar to the target application of technology'. Whereas prior studies considered experience as prior experience with target application of the technology.

To verify the validity and reliability of the research model, confirmatory factor analysis and discriminant validity analysis were conducted. In addition, the causal relationship between factors was verified through path analysis. Results: As a result, quantity of review and agreement of review had a statistically significant effect on review usefulness. However, characteristic of review did not have a statistically significant influence on review usefulness. And review usefulness had a statistically significant effect on attitude and purchase intention. Conclusions: This study investigated the factors affecting usefulness of online reviews and empirically analyzed the effects of online reviews on consumer attitudes and purchase intentions providing practical and theoretical implications for corporate online review management.
