게임 서비스 침해유형에 따른 기술적 대응방안 연구 (The Study of Information Security Technologies for Security Incidents in Online Game Service)

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 급속한 속도로 발전하고 있는 게임 산업에 비하여 상대적으로 미진한 상태에 있는 게임 서비스에 관한 정보보호 기술 연구를 진행하였다. 연구수행을 위하여 현재 온라인으로 서비스되고 게임들을 대상으로 침해현황을 조사하여 이를 유형별로 분류하였다. 정리된 게임 서비스 침해유형에 따라 서비스 침해를 발생시키는 원인을 분석하여 이를 해결할 수 있는 기술적 방안을 설계한 다음 현재 제공되고 있는 게임 서비스로의 적용가능성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 게임 서비스 보호를 위한 연구의 방향성을 제시함과 동시에 게임 서비스를 포함하는 일반 응용소프트웨어에 대한 정보보호 기술개발에도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Statistical Analysis of the Usage Type of Online Cremation Reservation Service in Funeral Information System : Focused on the Public Cremation Facilities of Incheon Metropolitan City

  • As of 2016, the cremation rates in the capital area are 91.2% in Incheon Metropolitan City, 87.5% in Seoul Special City, and 87.1% in Gyeonggi-do Province, of which Incheon has the highest rate, and cremation of general corpses through the online cremation reservation service of the funeral information system is continuously increasing every year. And as of 2017, the ratio of the cremation for those outside the jurisdiction (residents of other regions) among the users of public cremation establishment in Incheon, is about 32%. As the supply capacity is expected to reach the limit within several years due to the increase in demand for such a cremation facility, I would like to suggest a policy as follows. The expansion of cremation supply capacity by increasing the number of operations in the cremation furnace; The attractions of operating funds through contracts for joint use of the cremation facility with other local governments and investment funds for the expansion of cremation facilities; The plan for controlling the demand in cremation such as an increase in cremation charge for those outside the jurisdiction(residents of other regions), should be considered.

  • The growth of the online market is accelerating due to the development of technology and the pandemic era. The delivery service through the courier must be used to deliver the ordered goods to the customer through the online market. With the growth of the online market, the logistics market for delivery is also growing. The traffic and environmental problems are emerging as social issues. Urban logistics technology using underground space based on the urban railway developed to improve logistics efficiency in a metropolitan area and a new alternative to environmental problems. This study proposed a plan to secure system safety through safety analysis based on operational concept definition and scenario analysis by applying model-based perspective analysis to the system under development.

오프라인 소매점의 모바일 할인 서비스에 대한 전략적 분석 (Game Theoretic Analysis of the Mobile Discount Service of the Offline Retailers)

  • The proliferation of the Internet and related technologies has led to a new form of distribution channels, namely online retailers. The conventional offline and the new online retailers have different transaction costs perceived by the consumers in the following perspectives: the accessibility to the product information, the traffic cost and the opportunity cost for the time to visit the store, the delivery time and the possibility of 'touch and feel' to test the quality of the product. In particular, the online retailers have lower distribution cost structure in that they do not have physical stores, which results in lower selling price. Thus they continuously offer price competition against offline retailers using the lower selling cost as competitive weapon. Moreover the emergence of the social commerce is likely to intensify the competition between the online and offline retailers. To survive in this fierce competition, the offline retailers are trying to defend their business interests by sticking to offline transaction in anticipation of increased customer loyalty, customer's preference for 'touch and feel' style shopping, and others. Despite of these efforts, customers who touch and feel a product in an offline store but purchase the product through an online retailer are increasing. To protect such customers, recently, some of the offline retailers began to provide the mobile discount service (MDS) which enables the offline customers to purchase a product at a discounted price through the mobile applications. In business competitions, the price discount strategy is usually considered to secure more market share at the cost of lower profit. In this study, however, we analyze the effect of MDS as a weapon for securing more profit. To do this, we set up a game model between the online and offline retailers which incorporates the effect of the MDS. By numerically analyzing the Nash equilibrium of the game, some managerial implications for using the MDS for more profit are discussed.

네트워크 외부성을 고려한 마케팅 채널 경쟁 분석 (Analysis of Marketing Channel Competition under Network Externality)

  • Network externality can be defined as the effect that one user of a good or service has on the value of that product to other people. When a network externality is present, the value of a product or service is dependent on the number of others using it. There exist asymmetries in network externalities between the online and traditional offline marketing channels. Technological capabilities such as interactivity and real-time communications enable the creation of virtual communities. These user communities generate significant direct as well as indirect network externalities by creating added value through user ratings, reviews and feedback, which contributes to eliminate consumers' concern for buying products without the experience of 'touch and feel'. The offline channel offers much less scope for such community building, and consequently, almost no possibility for the creation of network externality. In this study, we analyze the effect of network externality on the competition between online and conventional offline marketing channels using game theory. To do this, we first set up a two-period game model to represent the competition between online and offline marketing channels under network externalities. Numerical analysis of the Nash equilibrium solutions of the game showed that the pricing strategies of online and offline channels heavily depend not only on the strength of network externality but on the relative efficiency of online channel. When the relative efficiency of online channel is high, the online channel can greatly benefit by the network externality. On the other hand, if the relative efficiency of online channel is low, the online channel may not benefit at all by the network externality.

온라인 PBL이 학습자의 4C 역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 사례 연구 (A Case Study about the Effects of Online PBL on Students' 4C Competencies)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 온라인 PBL(Problem Based Learning)이 학습자의 4C 역량과 학습 경험에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구 결과 첫째, 온라인 PBL이 학습자의 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력, 예비교사효능감에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습자들은 온라인 PBL 경험에 매우 만족했으며, 학습과 예비교사로서의 자신에게 매우 도움이 된다고 인식했다. 셋째, 학습자들은 실시간 화상회의 시스템과 메신저가 온라인 PBL을 성공적으로 수행하는 데 매우 도움이 된다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 온라인 PBL을 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 중요요인에 대해 본 연구 참여자들은 의사소통과 성실성이 매우 중요하다고 인식하고 있었고, 리더의 역할도 중요하지만 팀원 간의 개인적 친밀도는 상대적으로 덜 중요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 다섯째, 학습자들은 온라인 PBL을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 교수자의 피드백이 매우 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 함께 향후 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

소셜 네트워크 분석을 활용한 항공서비스 품질 비교 (Comparisons of Airline Service Quality Using Social Network Analysis)

  • This study investigates passenger-authored online reviews of airline services using social network analysis to compare the differences in customer perceptions between full service carriers (FSCs) and low cost carriers (LCCs). While deriving words with high frequency and weight matrix based on the text analysis for FSCs and LCCs respectively, we analyze the semantic network (betweenness centrality, eigenvector centrality, degree centrality) to compare the degree of connection between words in online reviews of each airline types using the social network analysis. Then we compare the words with high frequency and the connection degree to gauge their influences in the network. Moreover, we group eight clusters for FSCs and LCCs using the convergence of iterated correlations (CONCOR) analysis. Using the resultant clusters, we match the clusters to dimensions of two types of service quality models ($Gr{\ddot{o}}nroos$, Brady & Cronin (B&C)) to compare the airline service quality and determine which model fits better. From the semantic network analysis, FSCs are mainly related to inflight service words and LCCs are primarily related to the ground service words. The CONCOR analysis reveals that FSCs are mainly related to the dimension of outcome quality in $Gr{\ddot{o}}nroos$ model, but evenly distributed to the dimensions in B&C model. On the other hand, LCCs are primarily related to the dimensions of process quality in both $Gr{\ddot{o}}nroos$ and B&C models. From the CONCOR analysis, we also observe that B&C model fits better than $Gr{\ddot{o}}nroos$ model for the airline service because the former model can capture passenger perceptions more specifically than the latter model can.

빅데이터에 기반한 지역 상점 관련 정보제공 서비스 (Big data-based Local Store Information Providing Service)

  • 빅데이터를 활용한 위치정보 서비스가 지속적으로 발전하고 있다. 네비게이션의 측면에서는 지도 API서비스부터 선박 항해정보에 이르기까지 서비스의 범위가 확대되었고, 시스템 응용정보로서는 각 위치에 대한 SNS와 블로그 검색 기록에까지 확장되고 있다. 특히 최근에는 위치기반 검색 및 광고, 무인 자동차, IoT(Internet of Things) 및 O2O (Online to Offline) 서비스 등 신규 산업으로 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 특정 경로를 이동할 때, 빅데이터를 활용하여 근처 상점에 대한 정보를 보다 효과적으로 수신할 수 있도록 하는 인터넷 서비스를 제안하였다. 또한 지역 상점은 이 시스템을 사용하여 저렴한 비용으로 효과적으로 홍보할 수 있도록 시스템을 설계하였다. 특히 실시간으로 웹 기반 정보를 분석하여 사용자에게 제공하는 상점 정보의 정확도를 높이고자 하였다. 이 시스템을 통해 시스템 이용자인 일반 사용자와 상점 업주는 보다 효과적으로 정보를 활용할 수 있게 될 것이다. 또한 시스템 관점에서, 다양한 웹서비스와 통합하여 신규 서비스를 창출하는 것에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Factors Influencing Loyalty to Buying and Selling Food Products through E-Marketplace in Thailand

  • Purpose: This study focuses on developing a structural equation model of variables influencing loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces in Thailand. The variables investigated comprised food attributes, online system attributes, marketing innovations, attitudes, and satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: An online questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample group (200 buyers and 200 sellers) using quota sampling. The data were analyzed using the structural equation model. Results: The developed structural equation model was consistent with the empirical data. Factors in the model could explain 40.1% of the variance in loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces. Food attributes and online system attributes influenced satisfaction directly. Online system attributes, market innovation, and attitudes directly influenced loyalty. The developed model had no variation between groups of buyers and sellers. Conclusions: This research demonstrated the causal factors leading to consumer loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces. The research findings help e-marketplace providers manage factors of buying and selling to comply with the needs of buyers and sellers, which will increase the number of buyers and sellers, help generate long-term profits for service providers, and increase the country's financial value.

문제해결 학습법(WCSNA) 기반 온라인 학습시스템 개발 및 응용 (Development and application of problem-solving learning method(WCSNA) based online learning system)

  • 수학 프랜차이즈 교육기업들은 다양한 온라인 학습 시스템을 개발하여 학습자에게 온-오프 통합 교육을 진행하고 있다. 기존 온라인 학습은 학습자에게 한 방향의 강의 콘텐츠 전달과 학습 결과에 대한 양적인 문제풀이 학습을 진행하고 있다. 그러나 학습자 마다 학업 성취 역량이 다르며 수학문제를 해결할 때 정확히 어느 부분에서 이해도가 떨어졌는지를 확인할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 체계적이고 구조적인 WCSNA 학습법을 제안하고 이를 기반으로 온라인 학습시스템을 구축하여 학습자의 취약한 부분을 발견하고 효율적인 학습자 관리방안을 제안한다. 개발된 학습법과 시스템을 통하여 학습자에게는 균형 잡힌 문제해결 능력을 배양하고, 프랜차이즈 기업에게는 차별화된 브랜드 이미지 및 상담 서비스를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.
