  • We develop Framework architecture of Online Shopping Services based on M2M and IoT for Handheld Devices in Cloud Computing. MapReduce model will be used as a method to simplify large scale data processing when user search for purchasing products online which provide efficient, and fast respond time. Therefore, providing user with a enhanced Quality of Experience (QoE) as well as Quality of Service (QoS) when purchasing/searching products Online from big data.

소셜 빅 데이터를 활용한 자살검색 요인 다변량 분석 (Multivariate Analysis of Factors for Search on Suicide Using Social Big Data)

  • Objectives: The study is aimed at examining the individual reasons and regional/environmental factors of online search on suicide using social big data to predict practical behaviors related to suicide and to develop an online suicide prevention system on the governmental level. Methods: The study was conducted using suicide-related social big data collected from online news sites, blogs, caf$\acute{e}$s, social network services and message boards between January 1 and December 31, 2011 (321,506 buzzes from users assumed as adults and 67,742 buzzes from those assumed as teenagers). Technical analysis and development of the suicide search prediction model were done using SPSS 20.0, and the structural model, nd multi-group analysis was made using AMOS 20.0. Also, HLM 7.0 was applied for the multilevel model analysis of the determinants of search on suicide by teenagers. Results: A summary of the results of multivariate analysis is as follows. First, search on suicide by adults appeared to increase on days when there were higher number of suicide incidents, higher number of search on drinking, higher divorce rate, lower birth rate and higher average humidity. Second, search on suicide by teenagers rose on days when there were higher number of teenage suicide incidents, higher number of search on stress or drinking and less fine dust particles. Third, the comparison of the results of the structural equation model analysis of search on suicide by adults and teenagers showed that teenagers were more likely to proceed from search on stress to search on sports, drinking and suicide, while adults significantly tended to move from search on drinking to search on suicide. Fourth, the result of the multilevel model analysis of determinants of search on suicide by teenagers showed that monthly teenagers suicide rate and average humidity had positive effect on the amount of search on suicide. Conclusions: The study shows that both adults and teenagers are influenced by various reasons to experience stress and search on suicide on the Internet. Therefore, we need to develop diverse school-level programs that can help relieve teenagers of stress and workplace-level programs to get rid of the work-related stress of adults.

  • This study examined the influences of product knowledge(subject knowledge, purchase experience and information search) on perceived risks and benefits to natural dyeing product. Data were collected from a total of 213 Korean females ranging from 20 to 50 years old who know natural dyeing product through online survey. There were significant differences between(or among) groups with different levels of subject knowledge, purchase experience and information search in several types of perceived risks and benefits to natural dyeing product. Consumers with high knowledge of natural dyeing product perceived several types of risks lower than consumers with low knowledge but they perceived several types of benefits higher than consumers with low knowledge.

온라인 쇼핑시 소비자특성에 따른 소비자감정 및 만족 간 관계 연구 - 의류구매를 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship between Consumer Characteristics and Consumer Emotion and Satisfaction during Online Shopping - Focusing on purchasing clothes)

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 쇼핑 상황에서 소비자특성이 소비자감정과 소비자만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 구조적 관계를 파악하고자 했다. 먼저, 소비자특성은 선행연구를 통해 정보탐색성향, 물질주의성향, 충동구매성향 등을 포함한 다양한 소비성향을 도출하였다. 다음으로, 소비자감정은 정보탐색에서부터 사용에 이르는 6개의 구매과정에서의 긍정적·부정적 감정으로 정의하였으며, 소비자만족은 구매경험의 전반적 만족으로 정의하였다. 이를 위해 최근 1개월 이내 온라인 의류 쇼핑 경험이 있는 20-40대 소비자를 대상으로, 소비자특성과 긍정적·부정적 감정과 소비자만족을 각각 측정하여 구조방정식 분석을 실시했다. 그 결과, 모형 적합도는 양호했으며, 충동구매성향과 과시소비성향, 혁신성향, 유행추구적쇼핑성향의 경우 부정적감정에만 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 정보탐색성향, 쾌락적쇼핑성향, 경제적쇼핑성향은 긍정적감정에 영향을 미치고, 소비자만족에도 간접적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인했다. 이를 통해 소비자특성 파악 및 소비자 감정의 증진으로 온라인 쇼핑에서의 소비자 경험을 향상시킬 수 있는 시사점을 제시하였다.

실버용품 구매시 인터넷을 활용한 소비자 정보탐색 및 만족도에 관한 연구 (Consumer을s Information Search and Satisfaction for Elderly related Goods on the Internet Shopping)

  • This study is to understand consumer's information search activity and satisfaction. When they buy the elderly related goods through internet market and to get some ideas for silver industry on internet shopping. The 382 subjects by online banner formatted Questionnaires were analyzed by frequency, percentage, standard deviation, Person's relation and regression analysis by SPSS PC program. The major findings are summarized as follows. (1) The most respondents were young and well-educated. In terms of psychological variables, the degree of the consumer's perception for internet usefulness and using capability were relatively high. (2) Information search amount of the group who have experienced purchasing elderly related goods through internet shopping and had low perception of internet risk is higher than other group. (3) The variables influenced mostly on consumer satisfaction were the age, the sex, the purchasing experience from Internet shopping, the Internet using capacity and the perception of internee usefulness as well as of the perception of internet risk.

An Analysis of Correlation Between Metacognition and Digital Library Searching Behavior

  • 본 연구는 대학생들이 디지털 도서관 검색 행태에 대한 메타인지를 분석하고, 보다 최적의 검색결과를 찾기 위한 사용자 중심의 온라인 정보검색시스템 설계를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 메타인지를 스키마-트레이닝(schema-training), 계획(planning), 모니터링(monitoring), 평가(evaluation), 전이(transfer)의 5가지 주요 범주로 분류하였으며, 총 20개의 하위 범주를 포함하였다. 총 112명의 학생들이 온라인 설문지에 참여했고, 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 버전 26을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 대학생들의 메타인지와 디지털 도서관 탐색 행위 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 발견되었다. 특히 디지털 도서관 탐색경험은 이용자 메타인지 측면을 고려한 디지털 도서관 설계에서 가장 중요한 요소로 밝혀졌다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the search pattern and search outcome of the National Central Library OPAC users by measuring their success rates and identifying the factors of failure and the personal background which bring about the differences of the search outcome. Various methods have been used for the study. Personal interview was used to find the pattern of the search, observation method was used to investigate the search process and the failure factors, and a questionnaire was used to survey personal background of searchers. The data were collected during the period of 7 days from April 17, 1995 through April 23, 1995. The search of 1, 217 cases, sampling systematically 25% out of the whole users, were collected and analyzed for the study. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows : First, in regard to the pattern, known-item search(72.6%) was preferred to the subject search(27.4%) and in case of known-item search the access point used were in the order of title, author, title and author. Second, the overall success rate of known-item search was 50.3% and the success rates were in order of author and date, title, and author. The failure factors of known-item search were divided into users factor of 67% and the database factor of 33%, respectively. Third, in case of subject search, its overall success rate was 44.1% and the keyword was the major access point, and the average of precision ratio was very low. Fourth, the analysis of the personal background related to the search outcome has shown significant differences by sex, the experience of using OPAC, education level, and the frequency of using other information retrieval systems. Based on the results the following suggestions can be made to improve the search outcome : First, the system should be su n.0, pplemented online help function to assist users to overcome the failure during search. Second, user instruction in group or individual should be implemented for the users to understand the system.

  • 코로나바이러스 대유행으로 가속화된 온라인 전시의 보급은 그동안 오프라인 전시에서 다루지 않던 가능성과 논점을 제시한다. 디자인전공생들의 졸업 전시는 기능적, 심미적 탐구가 왕성하게 실천되는 장으로서 자급형 온라인 전시의 현재를 이해하고 가능성을 모색하는 대상으로 삼을만하다. 이 연구는 2020년 온라인으로 졸업전시를 개최한 국내 시각디자인 전공의 웹 사이트 15곳을 분석하여 대학별 전시의 특징을 분석한다. 도착-검색-감상-소통의 단계로 구분하여 평가하고 시사점을 제시한다. 1) 웹 사이트 구조를 이용한 전시 정체성 수립, 2) 작품과 참가자 검색 경로의 다각화, 3) 상세 페이지의 자유도와 다양성 보장, 4) 관객 소통을 유도하고 개인화할 수 있는 기능 개발이다.

외식프랜차이즈 기업의 온라인 정보특성이 즐거움, 불안, 방문의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Online Information Characteristics of Food Service Franchise on Enjoyment, Anxiety, and Visit Intention)

  • Purpose - Generally, the consumer's decision-making process for restaurant selection is simple and familiar. However, online information becomes important because the decision-making process of consumers becomes complicated in new restaurants and special situations. Because consumers can search for information online, information retrieval is now possible in selecting new restaurants. In particular, consumers often make decisions based on online information when making restaurant reservations. Research design, data, and methodology - All items were measured based on previous studies. The data were collected from customers who had visited the store by visiting the web page of the food service franchise within the last 3 months for the panel of the online survey institute. The questionnaires were surveyed from July 2 to July 11, 2018 for about 10 days. A mail and a message were sent to 2,000 people, and 310 people were asked to complete the questionnaire. Total of 303 data were used in the questionnaire, excluding 7 insufficient data. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Consensus, vividness, and neutrality have positive effects on enjoyment. Consensus have positive effect on anxiety, but vividness and neutrality did not have significant effect on anxiety. Also, enjoyment has a positive influence on intention to visit, and anxiety has a negative influence on visit intention. Conclusions - First, franchise companies online advertising in a variety of ways, but they are mixed with other customers' WOM and offered to consumers. In this case, the information provided by the company may be distorted. Therefore, a restaurant franchise company needs to operate an official online channel to provide accurate information to its customers. Second, it is necessary to make contents so that other customers can participate in online channels of food service franchise companies. Third, food service franchise company should produce enough online contents to experience indirectly even if the customer does not visit the store directly. Fourth, food service franchise company needs to prepare a way for many customers to participate in many official contents.

온·오프라인 정보원천이 전시·컨벤션에서 지각된 유용성과 만족에 미치는 영향 : 감정적 관여의 매개효과 (The Influence of on-off Line Information Sources on Perceived Usefulness and Satisfaction in Exhibition and Convention : The Mediating Effects of Affective Involvement)

  • Due to multiple information sources, external information search(EIS) is the key issue on smart tourism environments. EIS is more important on experiential goods such as exhibition and convention. Despite the increasing importance of EIS, very little is known about what is the more effective information source in this area. In this paper, we attempt to examine the relations of satisfaction and between both online and offline information. This research analyzes an empirical model including EIS, affective involvement, perceived usefulness, satisfaction to student visitors on exhibition experience. Hence, six hypotheses are developed to test the relations of EIS and satisfaction using the mediating effects of affective involvement. Specifically, we developed a research model by employing the Uses and Gratification(U&G) framework and tested it to understand how student visitors' involvement and satisfaction might be changed according to EIS. Survey data was collected from 203 student visitors on "2014 Expo KCCE" was used to test the model using structural equation modeling. The implications of our empirical findings for both research and practice are discussed.
