There is growing empirical evidence that passion is an important part of entrepreneurship and influences the intentions, behaviors and performance of entrepreneurs, employees and startups. Passion is especially important in an entrepreneurial context, given the effort and challenge that entrepreneurs starting a startup must overcome. The purpose of this study was to confirm the effect of the passion of startup entrepreneurs participating in the accelerator incubation program and the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers on the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. In addition, we tried to confirm whether entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a mediating role in this influence relationship. The survey was conducted online by startups entrepreneur who completed the accelerator incubation program. A total of 330 questionnaires were used for the analysis. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was confirmed that the passion of startup entrepreneurs and the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers all had a positive (+) effect on the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. The influence of passion was found to be high in the order of startup entrepreneurs, accelerator entrepreneurs, and accelerator managers. It was confirmed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a mediating role between the passion of startup entrepreneurs, the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs, and the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups, respectively. However, no significant mediating role was identified between the passion of accelerator managers and the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. This study is significant in empirically confirming for the first time that the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. The passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers is playing an important role as a hidden lynchpin in creating the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. In particular, since the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs has a great influence on the performance of incubator startups, it is necessary to recognize this fact and carefully examine their passion reputation when startups select accelerators.

The study aims to grasp the perception and appraisal of urban park users through text analysis. This study used Google review data provided by Google Maps. Google Maps Review is an online review platform that provides information evaluating locations through social media and provides an understanding of locations from the perspective of general reviewers and regional guides who are registered as members of Google Maps. The study determined if the Google Maps Reviews were useful for extracting meaningful information about the user perceptions and appraisals for parks management plans. The study chose three urban parks in Seoul, South Korea; Seoul Forest, Boramae Park, and Olympic Park. Review data for each of these three parks were collected via web crawling using Python. Through text analysis, the keywords and network structure characteristics for each park were analyzed. The text was analyzed, as were park ratings, and the analysis compared the reviews of residents and foreign tourists. The common keywords found in the review comments for the three parks were "walking", "bicycle", "rest" and "picnic" for activities, "family", "child" and "dogs" for accompanying types, and "playground" and "walking trail" for park facilities. Looking at the characteristics of each park, Seoul Forest shows many outdoor activities based on nature, while the lack of parking spaces and congestion on weekends negatively impacted users. Boramae Park has the appearance of a city park, with various facilities providing numerous activities, but reviewers often cited the park's complexity and the negative aspects in terms of dog walking groups. At Olympic Park, large-scale complex facilities and cultural events were frequently mentioned, emphasizing its entertainment functions. Google Maps Review can function as useful data to identify parks' overall users' experiences and general feelings. Compared to data from other social media sites, Google Maps Review's data provides ratings and understanding factors, including user satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of Elderly Social Activity (Employment) Programs participatory intention of middle and old aged and to figure out the undertone of research results. To achieve this aims, we conducted a literature survey on Elderly Social Activity Programs and local informatization, and then designed a questionnaire including the demographic information and the five variables, i.e., satisfaction on local informatization, satisfaction on health condition, satisfaction on economic condition, satisfaction on human relationship, and participatory intention of Elderly Social Activity (Employment) Programs. The data were collected through online and offline survey targeted those aged over 50 and participated in information literacy program in Korea. A total of 333 valid data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistical packages. The results can be summarized as follows: satisfaction on local informatization and satisfaction on health condition have a statistically significant effect on Elderly Social Activity (Employment) Programs participatory intention. In the comparative analysis of two groups between economic active group and economic inactive group, only health has a statistically significant effect on their participatory intention in economic active group, not only health but also local informatization has a statistically significant effect on the their participatory intention in economic inactive group. Therefore, local informatization is an essential prerequisite and local informatization should be improved for the middle aged and elderlies who have willingness to participate in Elderly Social Activity (Employment) Programs.
To investigate a variety of nonpharmacologic interventions have confirmed what the symptoms and effects, mainly interventions by acting on behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia was conducted a meta-analysis. Data were collected from online search engines using search words from domestic and foreign article database. The researcher independently and among the pre-post experimental studies published from January 2000 to June 2016, recalled applying for the elderly with dementia presents the effect of treatment group and the control group RCT in this study were included in the study. The results of this meta-analysis showed that, effect size of the nonpharmacologic interventions of total -0.33, occupational therapy - 0.26, multi-sensory stimulation intervention -0.65 was significant beneficial effects to elderly with dementia(p<.05). According to interventions as a major affected the symptoms associated with behavioral problems, mainly aggression, memory-related problem behavior in the home-based program. Also, reminiscence therapy and occupational therapy is generally apathy, multi-sensory stimulation and music therapy was confirmed that there was a major change in behavior anxiety or agitation. The results of this study confirmed that various nonpharmacologic interventions were effective on behavioral psychological symptoms of dementia patients and confirmed the main symptoms of intervention.

With the liberalization of distribution services industry since 1996 as well as changes in customers' appetite to spend and consumer behaviors, new forms of distribution services have mushroomed such as superstores and SSM(Super Supermarket), online shopping, TV shopping channels. On the contrary, traditional markets have sunk into a swamp of stagnation. As this stage of stagnation of markets negatively affects tradespeople's employment, livings, and local economy, the Korean government has conducted policies to support improvement of market facilities and management since 2004. However, the government has separated facility improvement from management improvement. As of June 2008, there are 1,550 traditional markets in Korea and among these there are 388 public markets which local governments have established and managed. Public markets have possibilities to be developed as successful models of market revitalization since they can get all-expenses-paid supports for facility improvement, control of merchandise assortment, educational program for merchants. Such successful (strategic hub) markets could become the benchmark for other neighboring markets and tradespeople which could lead other successful cases. In order to produce such effects, the market should have optimized facilities, merchandise and services, co-marketing strategies with nearby markets, group purchase strategies. The hub market could play a critical role in distribution of local goods and developing high value products.
Objectives : Since the program about sodium lauryl sulfate that might cause oral dryness and taste change including oral tissue allergy was on the air, the ingredients of D.I.Y dentifrices without sodium lauryl sulfate have been sold in online shopping mall and ordinary people can make the dentifrices easily. But there have not been any reports about the effect of dental plaque removal and preference about D.I.Y dentifrices. Therefore, this study was designed as a pilot study which aimed to investigate the effect of dental plaque removal and prefernece about D.I.Y dentifrices. Methods : 6 subjects were collected to test the effect of dental plaque removal with D.I.Y dentifrices with written consent. They didn't brushed the teeth during 12 hours until the check-up time on the next day. The O'leary index was calculated in baseline, 1 minute, 2 minute, 3 minute after brusing with D.I.Y dentifrices and market dentifrices. The preference about D.I.Y dentifrices through self-administered questionnaire was surveyed in 51 subjects after using D.I.Y dentifrices. Results : 1. The market dentifrices could remove larger amount of dental plaque than D.I.Y dentifrices, but, it wasn't significant. 2. In feeling refreshment, the market dentifrices had more positive answers significantly. 3. In feeling taste change, the market dentifries had more duration of taste change significantly. 4. In feeling oral dryness, the market dentifrices had more duration of oral dryness after toothbrushing. but, it wasn't significant. 5. As a result about reviewing the dental journals about ingredients of D.I.Y dentirices, green tea, sodium carbonate, bamboo salt, propolis had each evidence. But, We could not find out the evidences of calculus adhesion by corn starch, preservative by napri, disinfectant of peppermint. Conclusions : Although we cannot find the difference of the effect of dental plaque removal between D.I.Y dentifrices and market dentifrices, and D.I.Y dentifrices have the merits of decrease of oral dryness and taste change, it was suggested to have another test about stability and safety of D.I.Y dentifrices for safety of the user of D.I.Y dentifrices.

This is predictive correlational study to identify the influence of emotional labor and resourcefulness on turnover intention among clinical nurses. The participants were 138 clinical nurses and the data were collected by an online survey using a self-administered questionnaire from 10th to 17th April, 2016.The collected data were analyzed using SPSS program through t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test and multiple linear regression. In the results, there were differences in emotional labor by age, marital status, job position, clinical career, shift work, in resourcefulness by gender, clinical career, and in turnover intention by age. As a result of multiple linear regression, emotional labor and resourcefulness were selected as significant related variables affecting nurse's turnover intentions. These factors accounted for 3.7% of turnover intention, which necessitates the consideration of a specific plan to reduce emotional labor and increase resourcefulness for decreasing clinical nurse's turnover intention.
In 2013 the Netflix, an OTT in USA, launched all at once 13 episodes of the House of Cards season. Binge-watching is the word which means watching continuously 2~6 episodes of a TV program with one sitting, the new normal of TV watching behavior, cultural and social currents all over the world. This study has analyzed the factors and motivations which affect to the persistent intention to use binge-watching. It conducted an online survey from 333 Quota sample from Korean age groups between 20th~60th with 81 questionnaires. The 5 groups were induced as motivation factors to binge-watching. The 3 groups which consisted of , , are affecting as positive to intention to use binge-watching. But the other 2 groups which are and doing as negative. The survey has shown that the persistent intention to binge-watching is affected by ages more younger, whom doing binge watching more frequently, whom estimating more higher to the conceived usefulness to use. As a theoretical model, expanded technology acceptance model was adopted and US drama House of Cards. This study could promote the next generation contents planning and S-VOD service industry.
We need various methods to develop MMORPG that is game genre which many users use among various game genre using Internet. Specially, to heighten efficiency of distributing work, Object-oriented language such as C++ is used and we need design techniques that can take advantage of enough object-oriented concept when making large-scale game. There is various pattern that can apply in software breakup design in GoF's design pattern for these design techniques. If you apply Observer pattern to Party System Design for forming community between game users, you can easily add new class and maintain system later. Party Play is one of the important system that is used to form game users' community in MMORPG games. The main point that must be considered in Party-Play-System is to divide evenly experience value and acquisition that is got by Party-Play among users according to each user's level. To implement Party Play System that consider maintenance of system, in this paper, we propose a method using GoF's Observer-Pattern, showing you that proposed method which has advantage to dynamic memory allocation and to virtual method call can be used usefully to change object to real time at program run and to add new class and to maintain system new.
