온라인 자료의 납본 시행 7년차를 맞이하여 체계적인 수집을 위해 동향조사, 법·제도 개선, 온라인 자료 중장기 수집 전략계획 마련이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 자원을 국가 지식문화유산으로 수집·보존하여 후대에 전승하기 위한 온라인 자료 수집 전략 및 중장기 로드맵을 수립해서 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 도서관의 현황, 관련 법·제도, 온라인 자료의 유형 및 수집현황을 분석하고, 이에 기반하여 실질적인 수집 기준과 방안을 제시하였다. 최종적으로 중장기 로드맵 및 실행 계획을 제안하였다. 온라인 자료 수집과 관련한 중장기 발전계획을 수립하여, 단계별로 구체적인 실행 계획을 제안하였다. 이는 온라인 자료 수집의 기반 조성부터 시작하여 확산 단계, 그리고 최종적으로는 성숙 단계에 이르는 과정을 포함한다.

본 연구에서는 국내외 도서관의 온라인 자료 수집 및 서비스 현황을 체계적으로 비교 분석함으로써, 국립중앙도서관을 포함한 국내 도서관이 디지털 시대의 새로운 도전에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 실질적인 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 해외 주요 도서관의 온라인 자료 수집 사례 및 서비스 현황을 파악하고, 해외 주요 도서관 온라인 자료 수집 현황 분석을 통한 우리나라 도서관의 수집 방향성 제시 및 활용 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 국립중앙도서관은 온라인 자료 수집 확장을 위해 첫째, 생성·소멸되는 웹 자원을 제대로 수집 및 보존, 개방성 확대와 아카이브 활용 방안을 다각적으로 모색할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 미래 국가 정보 자원 중심 기관으로서의 역할을 위해, 방대하고 복잡한 웹 자원을 원활히 수집·보존·서비스하기 위한 전략을 수립해야 한다. 셋째, 우리나라 웹 자원 전체를 체계적으로 수집, 보존, 활용할 수 있는 국가 단위의 웹 아카이브 구현 방안 모색이 필요하다. 장기적으로 다양한 유형의 웹 자원을 체계적으로 수집·보존·활용할 수 있는 국가 단위의 플랫폼으로 개선되어야 한다.

이 연구의 목적은 온라인으로만 발행되는 연속간행자료의 수집 및 보존에 대한 운영모형을 개발하기 위한 것이다. 공공기관, 단체, 연구기관의 전문가로 패널을 구성하여 델파이 조사를 실시하여 온라인 연속간행자료 보존에 따른 운영 모형 개발에 필요한 68개 세부항목을 도출하였으며, 적합성 및 시급성을 조사 분석하여 적합성 분석에 최종 선정된 57개 세부항목을 제시하였다. 온라인 연속간행자료의 수집을 위하여 RSS 기술을 이용한 콘텐츠의 자동수집방안을 제시하고, 온라인 연속간행자료에 맞는 수집 및 보존 프로세스를 설계하였다.

본 연구에서는 국립중앙도서관에서의 매체 플랫폼 기반 자료의 수집 및 이를 적용하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 국립중앙도서관을 포함한 국내 매체 플랫폼 기반 자료수집 현황 및 한계를 분석하였다. 둘째, 문헌조사를 통해 매체 플랫폼 기반의 디지털 콘텐츠 현황 및 유형을 조사하였다. 셋째, 해외 주요 도서관 사례에서 현재 국립중앙도서관 온라인 자료수집 지침에 포함되어 있지 않은 매체 플랫폼 기반의 자료 유형을 도출하고 해당 자료에 대한 정책을 검토하였다. 넷째, 연구결과를 기반으로 매체별 수집대상 및 범위 정의, 수집 방법 등 수집 개요(안)을 제시하였다. 다섯째, 수집 개요(안)을 적용하기 위한 다음의 방안을 제안하였다: 1) 매체 플랫폼 기반 자료수집의 명확한 법적 근거 마련이 요구된다, 2) 매체 플랫폼 기반 자료별 수집 지침 개발 및 제시가 필요하다, 3) 매체 플랫폼 기반 자료의 수집 도구 개발 및 인프라 구축이 필요하다, 4) 매체 플랫폼 기반 자료수집을 위한 유관기관과의 연계를 위해 소셜 미디어 수집대상 기관의 수집 허락과, 실감콘텐츠 제작 및 서비스 기관과의 연계 협력이 필요하다, 5) 매체 플랫폼 기반 자료의 서비스 활성화를 위해 이용 활성화를 위한 접근성 제고, 실감콘텐츠 등 e-deposit 시스템의 콘텐츠 확장성 및 사용의 용이성 제고, 그리고 실감콘텐츠 재현 공간 첨단화가 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine by which correlation the pluralistic phenomenon in text is functioned in comparison with hair style and fashion in collection. As a result, the pluralistic image in text, which was shown in modern fashion, was indicated to be pluralistic phenomenon by gender, T.P.O, coordination, and material. The pluralistic image in text for hair style can be known to have been indicated to be the pluralistic phenomenon in text for gender and to be the pluralistic phenomenon in text according to material and cultural category. As for a method of this study, it did put limitation on the part that is shown in the fashion collection from 2001 to 2007, analyzed hair-style features centering on photos, which were extracted from style.com, the online site of specializing in fashion, and carried out a literature research side by side with the theoretical background on intertextuality. The analysis in work according to the pluralistic phenomenon in text made it possible for looking at with a new sight differently from the recognition in the past, and opened the potentiality for being able to understand lots of strange representations, which have been impossible so far. The process of imitating and reconstructing each text according to compositional principle led to possibly knowing the necessity of an artist's ability that can implement the originative world.

Unlike price calculation by cost accounting, which categorizes costs into material costs, labor costs, and miscellaneous expenses to determine the construction budget price, construction cost calculation based on Construction Standard Unit Prices utilizes unit prices extracted from market prices of items from projects already completed to estimate costs of similar construction projects. Although unit price information is collected through construction site surveys to revise these construction standard unit prices every year, but due to the limitations of the site survey method, it is difficult to quickly implement the rapid changes in the construction methods and market prices. As such, an important issue that arose was the identification of work items whose prices need urgent revision. This study conducted research on factors that need to be considered when developing online survey system for monitoring construction site market prices. This study is expected to enhance convenience for users, and provide an efficient data collection and management system for administrators.

본 연구에서는 국립대한민국임시정부기념관이 '라키비움'으로서, 다양한 형태의 자료들을 포괄하여 통합 분류할 수 있는 분류체계를 고안하고, 이를 온라인 서비스하는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사례연구로는 임시정부 자료 소장기관인 국가기록원, 국회기록보존소, 국사편찬위원회 전자사료관의 분류체계 구조 및 내용에 대해 알아보았고, 온라인 서비스와 관련해서는 위 세 개 기관과 함께 임페리얼 전쟁 박물관과 스탠포드대학교 후버연구소 도서관과 아카이브를 살펴보았다. 국내외 기관 사례분석에서 도출된 시사점을 통해, 기관 소장 자료에 대해 출처별 계층분류로 기본적인 체계를 구성하였고, '형태별, 시대별, 주제별' 분류기준에 따른 다중분류체계를 제시하였다. 더불어 고안한 분류체계 개발안을 온라인 서비스에 어떻게 적용할 것인가에 대해서도 함께 제안하였다.

Rising publication costs and declining financial resources have resulted in renewed interest among librarians in resource sharing. Although the idea of sharing resources is not new, there is a sense of urgency not seen in the past. Driven by rising publication costs and static and often shrinking budgets, librarians are embracing resource sharing as an idea whose time may finally have come. Resource sharing in electronic environments is creating a shift in the concept of the library as a warehouse of print-based collection to the idea of the library as the point of access to need information. Much of the library's material will be delivered in electronic form, or printed. In this new paradigm libraries can not be expected to su n.0, pport research from their own collections. These changes, along with improved communications, computerization of administrative functions, fax and digital delivery of articles, advancement of data storage technologies, are improving the procedures and means for delivering needed information to library users. In short, for resource sharing to be truly effective and efficient, however, automation and data communication are essential. The possibility of using full-text online databases as a su n.0, pplement to interlibrary loan for document delivery is examined. At this point, this article presents possibility of using full-text online databases as a means to interlibrary loan for document delivery. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows : First, turn-around time and the cost of getting a hard copy of a journal article from online full-text databases was comparable to the other document delivery services. Second, the use of full-text online databases should be considered as a method for promoting interlibrary loan services, as it is more cost-effective and labour saving. Third, for full-text databases to work as a document delivery system the databases must contain as many periodicals as possible and be loaded on as many systems as possible. Forth, to contain many scholarly research journals on full-text databases, we need guidelines to cover electronic document delivery, electronic reserves. Fifth, to be a full full-text database, more advanced information technologies are really needed.

In the vibrant environment, documentation and managing systems are maintained autonomously through education foundations, book materials and libraries at the same time as information are not voluntarily accessible in a centralized location. At the moment Libraries are providing online resources and services for education activities. Moreover, libraries are applying outlets of social media such as Facebook as well as Instagrams to preview their services and procedures. Librarians with the assistance of promising tools and technology like analytics software are capable to accumulate more online information, analyse them for incorporating worth to their services. Thus Libraries can employ big data to construct enhanced decisions concerning collection developments, updating public spaces and tracking the purpose of library book materials. Big data is being produced due to library digitations and this has forced restrictions to academicians, researchers and policy creator's efforts in enhancing the quality and effectiveness. Accordingly, helping the library clients with research articles and book materials that are in line with the users interest is a big challenge and dispute based on Taibah university in Saudi Arabia. The issues of this domain brings the numerous sources of data from various institutions and sources into single place in real time which can be time consuming. The most important aim is to reduce the time that lapses among the authentic book reading and searching the specific study material.

This study examined the trend and aesthetic value of image fashion of the 21st century through empirical case study with image media as fashion communication tool. This research is intended to provide the basic material for both better comprehension of image fashion as emotional medium in the modern fashion and more activated research on interactivity and communication in the fashion communication area by examining how fashion designers deliver their design philosophy, thought and vision via image fashion. For the research method, the theoretical study was realized about image media and fashion communication with focus on related literature and precedent research. Also, the empirical study was performed about image fashion covering 2005 through 2012 by the group of fashion film, fashion animation, and video look-book. Fashion image in the research was developed into various layouts that include the story based or non-story based creative images, many kinds of episode or behind-the-scenes story in the prep course of collection, designer's personal life or product world, or re-cutting course after collection. It also played a communicative role for public relation of new product ad, concept conveyance of seasonal collections, means as online collection to substitute for the existing offline collections, and better understandings of designer or fashion brand. Aesthetic values derived from case analysis of image fashion in the modern fashion of 21st century appeared in the form of trans-boundary as convergence art, fantasy in harmony with virtuality and reality, and interactivity among the humans, image media and fashions.
