  • A pulsed Nd:YAG laser is used widely in many applications such as materials processing, communications, military and medical instruments. It is important to control the laser energy in those fields with using a pulsed Nd:YAG laser. In this paper, constant-frequency current resonant half-bridge inverter and feedback control circuit are used to have output stable. This laser power supply is designed and fabri which was isolated. Also, this study is used an one-chip microprocessor, SCR, current transform A stable output of this Nd:YAG laser system investigated. The tested results are described.

  • In this study, asolid-state laser system adopting a firing time control(FTC) method in which three flashlamps are turned on consecutively was designed and fabricated to examine the pulse width and the pulse shape of the laser beams depending upon the changes in the lamp turn-on time. That is, this study shows a technology that makes it possible to make various pulse shapes by turning on three flashlamps consecutively on a real-time basis with the aid of a PIC one-chip microprocessor With this technique, the lamp turn-on delay time can be varied more diversely from 0 to 10 ms and the real-time control is possible with an external keyboard enabling various pulse shapes. In addition longer pulses can be more widely used for industrial processing and lots of medical purposes.

  • 본 논문에서는 온도 센서로부터 얻어지는 데이터를 전송하고 실시간으로 처리하기 위하여 RF방식을 이용한 단 방향 데이터 전송 시스템을 설계하고 그 특성을 측정하였다. 설계된 무선 전송기능의 온도 측정 시스템은 온도센서 및 제어부, 데이터 전송용 RF module로 구성되었다. 온도 측정을 위한 센서는 AD590 전류 구동 형 전압출력 센서이며 제어부는 PIC one-chip microprocessor를 사용하였다. 또한 데이터의 무선 전송을 위해 433MHz 주파수 대역의 반 이중 RF Module을 사용하여 system을 구현하였다. 실험은 10M 이내의 실내 공간 내에서 수행되었고, 임의의 온도측정 구간에 따른 온도 변화 환경에서 3가지 경우의 (3M,5M,10M) 거리 변화를 두고 데이터를 측정 및 비교 분석하였다. 실험결과 10M 이내의 거리에서는 온도센서로부터 얻어진 데이터를 실시간으로 송수신하여 결과를 처리할 수 있었으며 이를 이용한 다중 Sensor 시스템 구현이 가능한 결과를 얻었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 반도체 제조공정에서 photo resister를 도포하고 제거하는 coater와 developer 장치에서 도포막의 균일화를 위한 배기장치의 정밀한 유량제어기술을 소개 하고자 한다. 개발된 배기 제어장치는 차압식 유량계로서 차동 압력센싱 방식을 이용하고 One chip microprocessor로 A/D변환과 피드백 서보제어로 장치를 구현하였으며 제어 유량은 최대 2000${\ell}$/min로서 개발 후 성능과 안정성 평가가 우수하여 실제장비에의 장착이 가능하였다.

  • A method is presented for the development of the PC-based measurement system on the 6 cathodes-single anode type multi-functional oxygen electrodes for detecting various components of the solution by measuring the dissolved oxygen(DO) concentration. The system is consisted with the 6 channel sensor signal modyfing circuits for the sensor and the PC interface circuits using the single chip microprocessor 80c196kc. Typical polarograms for the DO probes under test using this sensor circuits are presented. This system covers wide range of measuring time from 300sec to over 16 hour in one measurement step by programming the 9 monitor disply mode.

  • This paper deals with a measurement system of a distance between lightning strokes and observatory station and spectrum analysis of electric fields radiated from lightning discharges. The distance measurement system, which consists of a loop type magnetic field sensor, a microphone and one chip microprocessor, is connected to a personal computer through RS232 port to acquire and process the data. This system is to use a difference of propagation velocity between an electromagnetic wave and a sonic wave produced by lightning discharge. Also, an electric field waveform and a frequency spectrum were investigated by an electric field measurement system with a hemisphere antenna and a spectrum analyzer with a biconical antenna and a log-periodic antenna, respectively. The results would be used as a basic reference to protect the power systems and electric circuits from lightning overvoltages.

  • The switching dead time avoiding a bridge leg short circuit in PWM voltage source inverter produces distortions of the controlling inverter output performance such as current waveform, voltage vector, and torque. In this paper, the influence of dead time is investigated. The on-line space voltage vector modulation method is used for current controller. It is possible to compensate dead time by space voltage vector modulation which generates additional pulse compensating voltage distortion caused by dead time. In addition, narrow pulse which is generally neglected can be compensated. All the algorithms, including field-oriented control are performed by one chip microprocessor 80C196MC and DSP TMS320C31. Experimental results probe that the proposed scheme provides a good inverter output performance.

  • We demonstrate a simple $CO_2$ laser by controlling firing angle of a TRIAC switch in ac power line. The power supply for our laser system switches the voltage of the AC power line (60Hz) directly. The power supply does not need elements such as a rectifier bridge, energy-storage capacitors, or a current-limiting resistor in the discharge circuit. In order to control the laser output power, the pulse repetition rate is adjusted up to 60Hz and the firing angle of TRIAC gate is varied from $45^{circ}$ to $135^{circ}$. A ZCS(Zero Crossing Switch) circuit and a PIC one-chip microprocessor are used to control the gate signal of the TRIAC precisely. The maximum laser output of 40W is obtained at a total pressure of 18 Torr, a pulse repetition rate of 60Hz, and a TRAIC gate firing angle of $90^{circ}$.

  • As the industry has been growing rapidly, the problem of environmental pollution has been on the rise seriously. In this paper, we used solar cells at the power supply unit of the equipment, which has been sold at present, for measuring the quality of water in order to complement the problem. Also, to get rid of the inconvenience that the examiners must go the job site, check and collect the polluted water we set the goal at designing the water pollution alarm system which measures the quality of water automatically using one-chip microprocessor and materializing the program.

32Bit Floating-Point Processor의 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of the 32-Bit Floating-Pint Processor)

  • 본 논문에서는 32bit 부동 소수점 처리장치를 IEEE 표준에 따른 데이터 양식에 맞도록 설계하여 TTLIC로서 구성하였고 이 시스템과 Z-80 마이크로프로세서와 부동 소수점 4칙 연산에 관한 실행시간을 비교해 본 결과 10배 이상의 시간단축을 보았다. 제어회로 설계에는 AHPL(A Hardware Programming Language)을 사용하였고 TTL IC로 구성하였으나 연산장치와 제어장치를 1칩으로 만들 수 있는 기초를 이룩하였다. 이것을 조금 더 복원하면 32bit 컴퓨터의 연산장치로써 사용될 수 있음을 확신하였다.
