1. Objectives: The purpose of this case is to report the effect of Onbaek-won(溫白元) which is based on Sasang Constitutional Medicine for abnormal uterine bleeding from Endometriosis in Soeumin. 2. Methods: We treated Soeumin patient that had abnormal uterine bleeding from endometriosis. We prescribed Onbaek-won(溫白元) for her physical symptoms. The improvement of her disease was checked her bleeding volume and other physical symptoms. 3. Results: After the Sasang constitutional medication of Onbaek-won(溫白元) was given, her bleeding volume and her physical symptoms was improved. 4. Conclusions: This case study show an efficient result of using Onbaek-won(溫白元) in abnormal uterine bleeding from endometriosis of Soeumin. Onbaek-won(溫白元) was used instead of Semen Tiglii(巴豆).

Methods: We treated two Soeumin patients with Constipation. We prescribed Onbaek-won for their physical symptoms. The improvement of their diseases were checked from their stool and other physical symptoms. 3. Results: After the Sasang constitutional medication of Onbaek-won were given, constipation and their physical symptoms were improved. 4. Conclusions: This case study show an efficient result of using Onbaek-won in constipation of Soeumin. Onbaek-won was used instead of Semen Tiglii(巴豆).

Objectives We report 1 treatment case with Onbaek-won which is based on Sasang constitutional medicine for specific symptoms that leukoaraiosis Soeumin patient has. Methods We treated leukoaraiosis Soeumin patient suffering from specific symptoms. We prescribed Onbaek-won for her physical symptoms. The improvement of her symptoms were evaluated by Manual Muscle Test(MMT) and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results After the Onbaek-won was given, the patient's most of symptoms were improved. And there was not any adverse effect. Conclusions This study shows that using Onbaek-won can be effective treatment for leukoaraiosis Soeumin patient's specific symptoms.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of oriental medical treatments on the patients with delirium. Methods : Four patients diagnosed with delirium by DSM-$IV^{TM}$ was treated Onbaek-won(Wenbai-yuan), Jugeo-hwan(Zhouju-wan) and herb medicine. The severity of delirium was assessed by using MMSE-K. And then, we investigated and analyzed the clinical symptoms of the patients. Results : After oriental medical treatments, the symptoms of delirium were disappeared and MMSE-K score was improved. Conclusions : It could be suggested that oriental medical treatments were effective on delirium. Further study of the effect of oriental medical treatments on delirium is needed in the near future.
