In 1959, Satomura used spectral Doppler ultrasound to express the velocity of red blood cells according to time change, and Kato defined a zero-base line that could tell the direction of blood flow, making it possible to know the direction of blood flow. This became the basis for the widely used classifications of Triphasic, Biphasic, and Monophasic. However, the above classification has limitations that confuse users with the meaning and timing of use in a clinical environment. As a result, the American Society for Vascular Medicine (SVM) and the Society for Vascular Ultrasound (SVU) A consensus document on Doppler waveform analysis was declared by the joint committee. This study tried to review this consensus and to suggest nomenclature and modifiers that can be used in the domestic vascular ultrasound clinical field. The joint committee formed by SVM and SVU recommended that the use of the triphasic waveform and the biphasic waveform be used as a multiphasic waveform rather than being used due to the ambiguity of interpretation. In addition, it was agreed to name the hybrid-type waveform, which is a monophasic and high-resistance waveform, which has always been a problem of interpretation in a clinical environment, as an intermediate resistive waveform. In addition, in order to increase the communication efficiency between the interpreter and the sonographer, waveform analysis was classified into a main descriptor and a modifier, and it was recommended to use a single nomenclature by unifying various synonyms. It is expected that this literature review will provide accurate arterial spectral Doppler waveform interpretation and an agreed-upon nomenclature to radiologists performing vascular ultrasound examination in clinical practice, and will be utilized as basic data that can contribute to the improvement of public health.

On January 30, 2012 an auxiliary component of Byron Unit 2 was tripped on bus under voltage. The cause of the event was the failure of the C-phase insulator track for the Unit 2 station auxiliary transformer(SAT) revenue metering transformer. In addition to this event, other events have occurred at other plants resulting in an open-phase condition.[1] Therefore, Nuclear Regulatory Commission(NRC) has requested that not only nuclear power plant(NPP) operating company but also its Design Certification(DC) applicant have to prepare open-phase detecting system in their operating plants and design document. In this paper, various open-phase conditions are simulated in NPP using Electromagnetic Transient Program(EMTP) and Atpdraw, and open-phase condition detecting system is proposed for Main Transformer(MT), Unit Auxiliary Transformer(UAT) and SAT connected power line in NPP.

Background: Artesunate, extracted from Artemisia annua, has been proven to have anti-cancer potential. Allicin, diallyl thiosulfinate, the main biologically active compound derived from garlic, is also of interest in cancer treatment research. This object of this report was to document synergistic effects of artesunate combined with allicin on osteosarcoma cell lines in vitro and in vivo. Methods: After treatment with artesunate and allicin at various concentrations, the viability of osteosarcoma cells was analyzed by MTT method, with assessment of invasion and motility, colony formation and apoptosis. Western Blotting was performed to determine the expression of caspase-3/9, and activity was also detected after drug treatment. Moreover, in a nude mouse model established with orthotopic xenograft tumors, tumor weight and volume were monitored after drug administration via the intraperitoneal (i.p.) route. Results: The viability of osteosarcoma cells in the combination group was significantly decreased in a concentration and time dependent manner; moreover, invasion, motility and colony formation ability were significantly suppressed and the apoptotic rate was significantly increased through caspase-3/9 expression and activity enhancement in the combination group. Furthermore, suppression of tumor growth was evident in vivo. Conclusion: Our results indicated that artesunate and allicin in combination exert synergistic effects on osteosarcoma cell proliferation and apoptosis.

The publication International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Letters of Credit (ISBP) is the product by a task force of the ICC Banking Commission. The ISBP is a practical complement to UCP 500, ICC’s universally used rules on documentary credits. The ISBP does not amend the UCP. It explains, in explicit detail, how the rules are to be applied on a day-to-day basis. It fills a needed gap between the general principles announced in the rules and the daily work of the documentary credit practitioner. By using the ISBP, document checkers can bring their practices in line with those followed by their colleagues worldwide. The result should be a significant reduction in the number of documents refused for discrepancies on first presentation.

A contact patch between the wheel and the rail supports the train body and a traction power comes from it when rolling stocks run on the railroad. Friction force between the wheel and rail makes the train move on the rail. Whenever the train runs on the rail, the wheels and rails wear down by frictions inevitably. So it must be shaped by the lathe or changed for the safety train operation and the comfortable ride. Until now, many measures were carried out in order to prevent a wear and tear of the wheels. For example loop line railway in Kun Ja depot and Ji Chuk depot. This document reports the wheel changing data taken by maintenances department for the period before and after 1996 in the 1.2.3.4 lines in Seoul metro.

Recently Standards Developments Organizations (SDO$\_S$) in the field of Information and Communication recognize that "More new and more complex standards should be developed in shorter time". To cope with this challenge they try to construct Standards Information Cooperation Network (SICN) or Electronic Document Handling (EDH) systems for efficient standards development process. This paper presents the design and implementation of an Extranet based Web system dedicated to effective on-line standards making environments. The system, which is called SICN (Standards Information Cooperation Network), is a workflow-based network application created with a view to fostering faster standards development with functionalities such as an electronic signature mechanism, electronic voting, comment gathering and dynamic links for ready retrieval of standards information stored in a database. This paper also describes the concept of a VSDO (Virtual Standards Development Organization) that supports all the features needed by the relevant standards making bodies to carry out their activities in dynamic on-line environments.ironments.

The forth edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (1994) provides documentation advice for writers in the social sciences. This style of citation briefly identifies the source for readers and enables them to locate the source of information in the alphabetical reference list at the end of an article. Although the APA publication manual gives recommendations for citing some kinds of electronic resources, it acknowledges that at the time of writing this edition, a standard had not yet emerged for referencing on-line information. Because the manual was published before the development of the Internet as we know it, it does not have guidelines for citing www sites, web discussion forum posting, and other Internet resources,. Therefore this study aims to extend the principles and conventions of APA citation style to electronic resources.

This paper studies small and medium sized financial agency's management states that take advantage of the Korea Federation of Saving Bank's data. It also presents the management state and the decision-making model that monitors progressive insolvency by standardizing transfer path between relevant groups. With this in mind, we extracted explanatory variables for predictions of insolvency by using existing studies of document related insolvency. First of all, we designed a state model based on demarcated groups to take advantage of the self organizing map that groups in line with a neural network. Secondly, we developed a transition model by standardizing the transfer path between individual banks in a state model. Finally, we presented a decision-making model that integrated the state model and the transition model. This paper will provide groundwork for methods of insolvency prevention to businesses in order for them to have a smooth management system in the financial agencies.

The Evolution of Workflow Managment consists of rhe automation of business procedures or "workflows" during which documents, information or tasks are passed from one participant to another in a way that is governed by rules or procedures. Workflow technologies have evolved from image management system, document management system, relational or object database systems, and electronic mail system. Workflow Management system has the benefits to improve better efficiency, process control,flexibility, business process. Automation of many business processes results in the elimination standdardizing working methods. Consistency in the processes leads to greater predictability in levels of response to customers and software control over processes enables their re-design in line with changing business needs, In this present study, we implement Electronic Approval System which is a kind of Workflow Management system using static and dynamic flow control information on the web environment.
