$CuInS_{2}$ 박막의 구조 및 전기적 특성 (Structural and Electrical Properties of $CuInS_{2}$ Thin Films)

  • Single-phase $CuInS_{2}$ 박막을 제작하고 열처리에 따른 특성을 분석하였다. 박막제작은 S, In 및 Cu를 차례로 적층시킨 다음 질소분위기에서 열처리를 하여 Chalcopyrite 구조인 $CuInS_{2}$ 박막으로 전환시켰다. 제작된 박막은 p-형이었고 저항률은$0.03{\sim}0.007{\Omega}cm$였으며, Hall 이동도는 $0.07{\sim}0.1cm^{2}V^{-1}S^{-1}$ 그리고 Hall 농도는 $10^{20-21}cm^{-3}$이었다.

기판온도에 따른 CuInSe2 박막의 특성 (Properties of CuInSe2 Thin Film with Various Substrate Temperatures)

  • In this paper, the $CuInSe_2$ thin film was prepared by using co-evaporation method in four different substrate temperatures $100^{\circ}C$, $200^{\circ}C$, $300^{\circ}C$ and $400^{\circ}C$. When the substrate temperature was at $200^{\circ}C$ and $300^{\circ}C$, the single-phase $CuInSe_2$ was crystallized. As the temperature increased, it was shown that the thickness of the thin film was decreased with increment of the hall coefficient. When the sample was prepared at $200^{\circ}C$ of the subsrate temperature, the values of band gap energy (Eg), sheet resister and resistivity were measured 0.99 eV, $89.82\;{\Omega}/{\square}$ and $103{\times}10^{-4}\;{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$, respectively.

  • The main purpose of this paper is to propose a scheme of a proof of the nonsimpleness of the group $Homeo^{\Omega}$ ($D^2$, ${\partial}D^2$) of area preserving homeomorphisms of the 2-disc $D^2$. We first establish the existence of Alexander isotopy in the category of Hamiltonian homeomorphisms. This reduces the question of extendability of the well-known Calabi homomorphism Cal : $Diff^{\Omega}$ ($D^1$, ${\partial}D^2$)${\rightarrow}{\mathbb{R}}$ to a homomorphism ${\bar{Cal}}$ : Hameo($D^2$, ${\partial}D^2$)${\rightarrow}{\mathbb{R}}$ to that of the vanishing of the basic phase function $f_{\underline{F}}$, a Floer theoretic graph selector constructed in [9], that is associated to the graph of the topological Hamiltonian loop and its normalized Hamiltonian ${\underline{F}}$ on $S^2$ that is obtained via the natural embedding $D^2{\hookrightarrow}S^2$. Here Hameo($D^2$, ${\partial}D^2$) is the group of Hamiltonian homeomorphisms introduced by $M{\ddot{u}}ller$ and the author [18]. We then provide an evidence of this vanishing conjecture by proving the conjecture for the special class of weakly graphical topological Hamiltonian loops on $D^2$ via a study of the associated Hamiton-Jacobi equation.

양방향 지향성을 갖는 이중 대역 전기적 빔 틸팅 배열 안테나 설계 (Design of the Dual-Band Electrical Beam Tilting Array Antenna with Bi-Directional Directivity)

  • 본 논문에서는 양방향성 지향성을 갖는 이중 대역 전기적 빔 틸팅 배열 안테나를 설계하였다. 복사소자는 이중 공진이 일어나도록 하고, PCB 기판을 이용한 평면 다이폴로 설계하였다. 각 주 빔을 틸팅하기 위하여 위상 지연기는 광대역으로 동작하여야 하므로 $50\Omega$ 마이크로스트립 선로를 이용한 위상만 변화되도록 설계하였다. 설계 안테나는 $0^{\circ}{\sim}{\pm}8^{\circ}$의 틸팅 각도를 갖는다. 안테나의 설계 규격을 검증하기 위해 배열 안테나를 제작하고 성능을 측정하였으며, 계산결과와 비교적 양호한 결과를 얻었다.

테이블 방법을 이용한 절대위치 검출기에 대한 개선된 위상 오차 보상 (An Improved Phase Error Compensation for an Absolute Position Detector using Table Method)

  • Existing error compensation method of industrial electronic absolute displacement detector only depends on skilled engineers. This paper proposes a new table method in order to automatize error compensation. An waveform changes according to the parallel resistance for each pole were tabularized and four waveforms were superimposed to minimize total phase error. These process was verified using simulink. As a result of applying proposed method to the real sensor, peak to peak error was reduced from $3.428^{\circ}$ to $0.879^{\circ}$. In this case, compensation resistance is $4.7k\Omega$ in B pole and $20k\Omega$ in C pole. This compensation rate is comparable to skilled engineers, and it takes 0.8 second which is far shorter than 15 minutes when expert does.

  • 본 논문은 기가 SRAM급 이상의 초고집적을- 위한 0.1$\mu\textrm{m}$의 설계치수를 갖는 MOSFET의 게이트 영역에서 활성 부분의 면저항을 감소시키기 위해 n영역으로 비소를 이온 주입하였다. 어닐링은 급속 열처리 공정 방법과 엑시머 레이져 어닐링 방법을 이용하였으며, 극히 얕은 접합의 형성이 가능하였다. 얕은 접합 형성 깊이는 10~20nm이며, 비소의 주입량은 2$\times$$10^{14}$ $\textrm{cm}^2$이고, 레이져는 엑시머이며 소스는 KrF로 파장은 248mm로 어닐링 하였다. 극히 얕은 P/N$^{+}$ 접합 깊이가 15nm이며, 이때 1k$\Omega$/$\square$의 낮은 면저항 특성을 갖는 결과가 나타났다.

Bonhoeffer - van der Pol 오실레이터 모델에서의 미소 파라미터 섭동에 의한 카오스 제어 (The study of Controlling chaos for Bonhoeffer-van der Pol oscillation model by small parameter perturbation)

  • Applied by periodic Stimulating Currents in Bonhoeffer-Van der Pol(BVP) model, chaotic and periodic phenomena occured at specific conditions. The conditions of the chaotic motion in BVP comprised 0.7182< $A_{1}$ <0.792 and 1.09< $A_{1}$ <1.302 proved by the analysis of phase plane, bifurcation diagram, and lyapunov exponent. To control the chaotic motion, two methods were suggested by the first used the amplitude parameter $A_{1}$,$A_{1}={\varepsilon}((x-x_{s})-(y-y_{s}))$ and the second used the temperature parameter c, c=c$(1+ {\eta}cos{\Omega}t)$ which the values of $\eta$, ${\Omega}$ varied respectlvly, and $x_{s}$, $y_{s}$ are the periodic signal. As a result of simulating these methods, the chaotic phenomena was controlled with the periodic motion of periodisity. The feasibilities of the chaotic and the periodic phenomena were analysed by phase plane and lyapunov exponent.

전압 이득과 변조지수 제어에 의한 3상 Z-소스 인버터의 출력 교류 전압 제어 (Output AC Voltage Control of a Three-Phase Z-Source Inverter by the Voltage Gain and Modulation Index Control)

  • This paper proposes a new method for constant control of the output AC voltage of a voltage-fed three phase Z-source inverter (ZSI), in case of Z-network DC voltage variation or heavy change of load. The modulation index for the reference output AC voltage of ZSI can be calculated by the basic definition of ZSI, the input DC voltage and capacitor voltage of Z-network. And, the output AC voltage of ZSI is controlled by the modified space vector modulation (SVM) with the calculated modulation index. By the proposed method, the modulation index of output AC voltage is closely following in the reference modulation index. The validity of the proposed method is verified using PSIM simulation. In case which the input DC voltage of ZSI is heavily changed from 100[V] to 70[V] (or to 150[V]) and in case which load is changed from $30[\Omega]$ to $10[\Omega]$, we confirmed that the output AC voltage of ZSI is constantly controlled by the proposed method because the modulation index of ZSI is also simultaneously changed. Finally, FFT and %THD of the output voltage and current of ZSI by the proposed method are analyzed.

축소모델을 이용한 22.9kV-Y 배전선로의 유도뢰 분석 (Analysis on Induced Lightning of a 22.9kV-Y Distribution Line Using a Reduced Model)

  • This study fabricated a simulation facility which reduced the structure of a current distribution line to 50:1 in order to analyze the induced lightning shielding effect of a 22.9kV-Y distribution line according to ground resistance capacity, grounding locations, etc. When installing an overhead ground wire, the standard for grounding a distribution line with a current of 22.9kV-Y requires that ground resistance in common use with the neutral line be maintained less than $50\Omega$every 200m span. The reduced line for simulation had 7 electric poles and induced lightning was applied to the ground plane 2m apart from the line in a direction perpendicular to it using an impulse generator. If induced voltage occurred in the line and induced current flowed through the line due to the applied current, the induced voltage and current of the 'A' phase were measured respectively using an oscilloscope. When all 7 electric poles were grounded with a ground resistance of less than $50\Omega$ respectively, the combined resistance of the line was $7.4\Omega$. When an average current of 230A was applied, the average induced voltage and current measured were 1,052V and 13.8A, respectively. Under the same conditions, when the number of grounding locations was reduced, the combined resistance as well as induced voltage and current showed a tendency to increase. When all 7 electric poles were grounded with a ground resistance of less than $100\Omega$, the combined resistance of the line was $14.9\Omega$. When an average current of 236A was applied, the average induced voltage and current of the 'A' phase calculated were 1,068V and 15.6A, respectively. That is, in this case, only the combined resistance was greater than when all 7 electrical poles were grounded, and the induced voltage and current were reduced. Therefore, it is thought that even though ground resistance is slightly higher under a construction environment with the same conditions, it is advantageous to ground all electric poles to ensure system safety.

3상 단락사고에 대한 저항형과 유도형 한류기의 동작특성 (Operating properties of the resistive and inductive SFCL with the three-phase fault)

  • We studied the operating properties of resistive and inductive SFCLS with 100 $\Omega$ of quench impedance for a three-phase-fault in the 154 kV transmission system. The fault simulation at the phase angles 0$^{\circ}$ , 45$^{\circ}$ , and 90$^{\circ}$ showed that the resistive SFCL limited the fault current less than 16 kA without any DC component after one half cycle from the instant of the fault. On the other hand, the inductive SFCL suppressed the current below 11 kA, but with 3-4 kA of DC component which decreased to zero in 5 cycles. We concluded that the inductive SFCL had higher performance in current limiting but the resistive SFCL was better from the view point of DC components.
