Congenital Tricuspid Stenosis - Report a Case - (선천성 삼첨판막협착증의 외과적 치험 ( 1례 ))

  • We experienced a case of congenital tricuspid stenosis. The patient was 5 years old boy. The 2D-echo 4 cardiac catheterization with cineangiogram revealed as Tricuspid Stenosis, associated with functioning patent foramen ovale & mild R.V hypoplasia. The lesion was successfully corrected by TV commissurotomy & closure of PFO. Postoperatively, moderate degree of tricuspid regurgitation was remained.

  • We recently experienced a case of bronchogenic cyst associated with situs inversus and partial pericardial defect. The patient was 26-day-old-male who showed severe respiratory difficulty. Left upper lobectomy and direct suture of partial pericardial defect were undergone successfully, but his postoperative course was unfortunate because of respiratory insufficiency.

  • A Case of pemphigus bulgaris in buccal mucosa of 48 years old Korean female was reported. Final diagnosis was determined by evaluation of clinical and histopathological finding. The patient could be treated successfully by administration of prednisolone, injection of bethametasone, application of oramedy and irradiation of soft laser.

  • Student male 16 years old fractures of mandible in symphysis and both condyle head, conservative treated intermaxillary wiring (Rubber bands elastic) 2 weeks, mandible movement fractured healed. Patient has practically normal masticatory function and no complaints after treated 10 months.

  • Traumatic aorta-right ventricular shunt is an uncommon but important phenomenon due to development of irreversible cardiac dysfunction. Aorto-right ventricular shunt and aortic valvular laceration following stab wound of the chest was successfully surgically repaired in a twenty-year-old male patient. With the brief review of literatures, we describe the case.

  • The author has observed a case of Pregnancy Tumor occurred in the gingival papilla between lower central incisors of a 26-year-old female. This patient was in the state of poor oral hygiene and severe calculus deposition. This case was treated by sugical excision and calculus was removed thoroughly.
