O4O 선택속성이 고객만족도 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: 중국 허마셴셩 사례를 중심으로 (The Impact of O4O Selection Attributes on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty: Focusing on the Case of Fresh Hema in China)

  • 최근 온라인 시장이 성숙해지면서, 추가 성장을 가로막는 많은 문제점이 드러나고 있는데, 이 중 가장 대표적인 문제는 온라인 상품의 동질화로 인한 고객수의 정체를 꼽을 수 있다. 최근 몇 년 사이 온라인 시장의 비중은 많이 증가하였지만, 이제 오프라인으로 영역을 확장하지 않고서는 더 이상의 발전을 기대하기 힘든 상황에 이른 것이다. 이에, 국내외 많은 온라인 기업들은 온라인 채널의 장점에 더해 온라인 플랫폼의 한계를 보완할 수 있는 오프라인 공간을 함께 확보함으로써, 사업영역 및 마케팅 채널을 확대하고자 노력하고 있다. 정보기술(빅데이터, 인공지능 등)을 활용한 대량의 고객 데이터 분석이라는 그들의 경쟁우위를 바탕으로, O4O(Online for Offline) 비즈니스 모델을 구현함으로써, 오프라인으로의 영향력을 꾸준히 강화해나가고 있는 것이다. 한편, 기존의 관련 연구들은 대부분 O2O(Online to Offline) 비즈니스 모델에만 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 최근 몇 년 동안 다양한 산업 분야에서 활발히 시도되고 있는 O4O 비즈니스 모델에 대한 학문적 시도는 아직 많이 부족한 실정이다. 그나마 존재하는 몇몇의 O4O 관련 연구들도 사례분석 및 체험마케팅 기반의 연구에 그치고 있어, O4O 기반 선택속성들과 이들이 고객만족도 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증연구가 시급한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국의 대표적인 O4O 비즈니스 모델인 허마셴셩(盒馬鮮生)을 중심으로, 고객의 관점에서 O4O 서비스에 특화된 주요 선택속성을 도출한 후, 이러한 선택속성들이 고객만족도 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 실증해 보고자 한다. 300명의 O4O(허마셴셩) 이용 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 한 설문 표본을 구조방정식모델을 활용해 분석한 결과, 총 7개의 O4O 선택속성 가운데 4개(모바일앱품질, 모바일결제, 상품품질 및 매장시설)가 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객만족도는 다시 고객충성도(재이용의도, 추천의도 및 브랜드애착)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 O4O 서비스 분야의 관리자가 빠르게 변화하는 고객요구에 잘 적응하고, 나아가 어떤 선택속성에 더 많은 자원을 할당함으로써 고객만족도 및 고객충성도를 제고할 수 있는지를 알려주는 중요한 가이드라인 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Implementation of Quality Management System for Wild-Simulated Ginseng Using Blockchain

  • A special government agency has been charged with implementing quality management to guarantee the quality of wild-simulated ginseng. However, these processes are carried out by use of documents, and this has resulted in information omission and high document management costs. To solve this problem, this study analyzed the existing quality management process by using a smart contract for the existing offline form and proposed a new quality management system for storing and managing all log data in the blockchain. This system reduced documentation management costs about quality management and recorded information in the previous step through the quality management steps, thus forming a step-by-step record chain. Experiments were conducted by implementing this system, which improved data integrity and reliability. Additionally, sensitive information, such as personal information, was included in the system by use of the off-chain technology.

소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)를 활용한 학교건축의 사용자 참여디자인 방법론 연구 (A Study on the User Participatory Design Methodology using Social Network Service for School Facilities)

  • The purpose of user participatory design is to project the images and demands of all the users of a school in person through their direct and active participation. Also, user participatory design is supposed to reduce the role of professionals who have led design to date and to expand the role of users and participants; thereby improving design quality in school construction. The study propose design realization methods using design camp courses and SNS based user participatory workshops. And The study propose on-offline based method and tool which are able to reflect diverse situations and purposes. Finally, the study proposed an application scenario for applying the above proposed methods efficiently in user participatory design. For the application scenario, the study proposed an SNS-based user participatory design method as the most appropriate for Korea.

열연 권취기의 오프라인 시뮬레이터에 관한 연구 (Study for the dowincoiler's offline simulator)

  • Downcoiler is one of the major facilities in hot strip mill operation. The key to good coiling is having good equipment, modem control systems, excellent maintenance and an understanding of coiling process. Therefore, this study aims to develop a program that is useful for calculating machine design parameters and simulating coiling process. In this study, the pinching and coiling mechanism of the downcoiler was thoroughly studied and some of operational factors and their effects on the coiling process were investigated. The software was developed to estimate engineering parameters for coiler component design and to determine optimal setting values for successful coiling operation. In order to check the accuracy and usefulness of the developed software, the simulation of the downcoiler in $\#2$ Hot Strip Mill in Pohang Works was performed. The simulation results suggested that the set-up value for unit tension could be lowered. Test coiling operation by using the lowered set-up value for unit tension resulted in much more successful coiling in the aspect of strip quality and power consumption.

The Effect of Lifelong Education Quality on City Brand Equity and Intention to Reuse: Focusing on the Case of Lifelong Education in Osan

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the structural causation between the service quality of lifelong education, city brand equity, and intention to reuse. For this study, the case of lifelong education in Osan, wherein local governments are leading efforts to promote lifelong education, was selected as the subject. A structured offline survey as well as an online survey were conducted to collect data from citizens of Osan who participated in lifelong education at least once. The results show that lifelong education service quality and city brand equity have a significant positive impact on intention to reuse, and that service quality has a significant positive impact on intention to reuse through city brand equity. The significance of this study lies in the revelation of the mediating impact of city brand equity, in the relationship between the service quality of lifelong education and individuals' intention to reuse lifelong education. This study also contributes establishing lifelong education service policies to increase the intention to reuse lifelong education.

  • 이 연구는 언론인들이 기사를 생산함에 있어서 스스로 전문성, 공정성을 판단할 때 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가에 대한 것이다. 슈메이커와 리즈의 계층 모델을 이론적 근거로 하여 뉴스생산 환경의 차이, 조직과 개인의 정치적 성향 일치도, 기자들의 업무 수행 자유도에 따라 언론인이 전문성과 공정성 인식에 어떠한 영향을 받는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 온라인 매체 종사자들이 오프라인 매체 종사자들보다 자신들의 보도 공정성을 높게 평가했다. 둘째, 오프라인과 온라인 매체 종사자 간에 조직의 정치 성향 일치도 판단에 있어서 차이가 났고, 이러한 인식이 언론 공정성 평가에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 업무 수행 자유도가 높을수록 언론의 공정성을 높게 평가했고, 언론 보도의 공정성을 높게 평가할수록 업무를 전문적이라고 평가했다. 이는 소속 매체 특성에 따라 인식의 차이가 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 이 연구의 의의는 한국언론진흥재단에서 실시하고 있는 '언론인 의식조사'의 설문 원시 자료를 활용하여 2차 자료 분석을 통해 연구했다는 점이다. 특히 소속 매체에 따라 조직의 정치적 성향, 업무 수행 자유도 측면에서 뉴스 생산 환경에 대한 우리나라 언론인들의 인식이 어떠한지 분석했다는 점에서 저널리즘 측면의 의의가 있다. 언론의 공정성과 전문성 평가에 영향을 미치는 요인은 결국 기사의 질이라는 결과물로 나타나기 때문에 뉴스생산 환경의 정치적 자유가 매우 중요하다는 것을 추론할 수 있다.

인터넷 포털 사이트에 대한 사용자 평가측정 도구의 개발 (Developing a Measurement Scale for User Evaluations of Internet Portal Sites)

  • As the Internet service is expanding rapidly, portal sites, a gateway tn the net, are attracting increasing attention these days. As the Internet service has expanded rapidly, so has the interest for portal sites,, which serve as a gateway to the net. Despite the tendency, however, research on a measure by which to evaluate the quality of portal sites or development of such measures has not been fully pursued. As online services, faced with profitability, are considering 'charge per view', the development of a set of quality evaluation measures for portal services will prove to become a valuable instrument in constructing competitive strategies that are vital for survival and growth of a firm. In that regard, this study aims to develop a set of evaluation measures for Internet portal sites by empirically investigating the most common offline measures for quality of services, SERVQUAL, retail SERVQUAL and other evaluation measures for IT-related online services. Moreover, the study offers the strategic implications of the defined measures.

A Study on the Mediating Effect of Customer Orientation between O2O Service Quality and Customers' Perceived Service Satisfaction

  • Purpose: O2O (Online to Offline) is an internet-based platform. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of service quality of O2O food delivery service on service satisfaction, and whether customer orientation mediates the relationship between service quality and service satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: This paper surveyed Chinese consumers using the O2O food delivery platform through a questionnaire technique. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to verify the hypothesis of this study. PLS is characterized by the advantage of minimizing measurement errors and maximizing the influence of each factor. Results: It was confirmed that O2O food delivery companies need to increase service quality (information quality, product quality, and social quality, system quality) in order to obtain customer satisfaction. Additionally, the perceived customer orientation was found to completely mediate the relationship between perceived service quality (information quality, product quality) and perceived service satisfaction. Conclusions: The service level of the O2O delivery company to the customer's request when a problem occurs in the customer's order must be raised to increase the customer's satisfaction. For example, timely response to customer inquiries and timely feedback of delivery information to customers during the delivery process should improve the quality of after-sales service.

Effects of Medical O2O Platform Quality Components on Continuous Use Intention to Information Distribution

  • Purpose: The digital healthcare business is rapidly growing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the medical service platform business based on smartphone apps is globally expanding. This study targeted medical information online to offline (O2O) platform users in the medical service field. It verified the effect relationship revealed in the continuous use intention of the platform with the mediation of platform quality components, namely perceived benefits, flow experience, and use satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: Based on previous studies, three medical information O2O platform quality components, namely system quality, information quality, and service quality, were defined. And the questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 359 leading medical information O2O platform users in Korea. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that system quality and service quality had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction and continuous use intention with the mediation of perceived benefits and flow experience. Meanwhile, information quality had a negative effect (-) on perceived benefits and flow experience and did not affect use satisfaction and continuous use intention. Conclusions: Consequently, it was ascertained that the system quality and service quality affecting user behavior and experience were more significant factors than information quality to medical information O2O platform users from the medical service aspect.

  • This paper explored that medial consumers' trusts in both hospitals and doctors are developed by and during investigating hospital websites and that these trusts directly build the consumers' purchase intentions of the hospitals' offline medical services. 208 questionnaires based on the websites of two virtual hospitals, captured on survey brochures, were collected and analyzed. This research indicated information quality of hospital websites affected more on developing consumers' trusts than service quality.
