건축마감공사에서의 택트타임 설정을 통한 작업조정 프로세스 개발 - 오피스 건축물을 중심으로- (The application of tact time at finish work for building construction - Focused on Office Building -)

  • 현대의 건축공사는 고층화 추세에 따라 반복공정의 수가 증가하여 작업 연속성에 대한 계획 및 공사관리가 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 특히, 많은 반복공정이 동시에 수행되는 마감공사는 작업흐름의 관리에 따라 전체공사에 큰 영향을 미치므로 작업 연속성에 대한 계획이 필요하다. 마감공사의 합리적 운영을 위해 작업연속성을 확보하여 목표공기를 달성하는 기법인 택트 공정관리에서는 택트타임을 설정하여 반복작업의 작업편차를 일정하게 하여 공사계획을 수립한다. 그러나, 기존 택트공정 관리와 관련된 연구는 작업구역분할, 작업일보, 택트 공정관리 프로세스 등을 수행하였지만 작업 연속성 확보를 위한 택트타임에 대한 연구는 충분히 수행되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 3점추정견적 방법에 의한 택트타임의 설정방법과 작업기간 조정절차를 제시하여 택트타임 기반의 공정계획수립 방법을 제시하였으며, 이와 같은 방법에 의한 택트공정 계획 수립을 통해 목표공기가 지연되지 않음을 입증하였다.

  • 서비스는 경쟁업체와 차별화시킴으로써 기업의 생산성을 향상시키고 기업에 대한 고객의 충성심을 극대화시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 대중교통 서비스를 이용하는 소비자의 욕구와 요구도 과거에 비해 매우 다양하게 나타나고 있으며, 기업의 서비스를 바라보는 소비자의 눈높이도 당연히 높아지고 있다. 기업이 이러한 환경 속에서 살아남기 위해서는 충성고객의 확보와 함께 서비스 수준을 향상시키는 일이 반드시 필요하다. 서비스 개선을 위해서는 내부고객인 직원의 사기를 높이고 업무에 적극적으로 참여시키는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 고객만족도 향상을 위해서는 구성원들이 서비스 지향성을 갖추고 고객을 응대해야 하며 이러한 서비스 지향성이 내부직원들에게도 영향을 미쳐 일하기 좋은 기업을 만드는데 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 도시철도운영기관의 현장에서 근무하는 직원들의 서비스 지향성이 GWP를 조성하는데 미치는 영향을 측정하여 향후 많은 기업에서 일하기 좋은 기업을 만드는데 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Cost-Benefit Analysis of E-Government: Australia

  • When people contact the government they can use a variety of channels. That is, they go in person to an office, use a telephone service, access information via the Internet, send a letter, or use a third party. Since the Australian Government first recognised the potential of online technology to improve service delivery in its 1997 Investing for Growth statement, it has articulated its policies and strategies for e-government in a number of papers. E-government involves government agencies delivering better programs and services online through the use of new information and communication technologies. The policy papers included Government Online-The Commonwealth's Strategy, launched in April 2000, and a new framework for e-government, Better Services. Better Government, launched in November 2002. Most recently, the Government released Australia's Strategic Framework for the Information Economy in July 2004. These papers outlined the broad directions and priorities for the future of e-government in Australia, and sought to maintain the momentum of agencies' actions under Government Online. One of its key objectives was for agencies to achieve greater efficiency in providing services and a return on their investments in ICT (Information and Communication Technology)-based service delivery. They also stated that investing in e-government should deliver tangible returns, whether they take the form of cost reductions, increased efficiency and productivity, or improved services to business and the broader community Implementation of the Government policy has led to considerable agency investment in ICT-based service delivery. However government policy also requires managers to ensure that program and service delivery is efficient and effective. Efficient and effective use of ICT has the potential to improve service delivery and to make financial savings. This paper outlines how people are using the channels to contact the government in Australia. It also examines the level of satisfaction they have with those services and their preferences and expectations. In addition, this paper aims at identifying the methods used by Australian Government to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of their delivery of services, and at assessing the adequacy of these methods.

컴퓨터(VDT : Visual Display Terminal) 노동의 지각반응과 인간화에 관한 연구 -(주)H통신 직원을 대상으로- (A Study on the Perceived Reaction & Humanization of VDT(Visual Display Terminal) Labor)

  • These days the use of personal computer has become generalized at factory, office, house, etc and this fact indicates that visual display terminal work became popular in every field of our society. The use of computer improves work efficiency, productivity & qualify but in addition, it also generated the physical and mental diseases or defects so called VDT syndrome to workers. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the computer-work-related anti-physical, anti-psychogenic symptoms & side effects through the data drawn from workers who use computers on their works, and to find out methods of improvement & humanization of computer works. The follows are the results of questions about personal sensibility of VDT syndrome. 1. Female workers are more sensitive to the side effects of computer labor than males. 2. Workers aged twenties feel more severe symptoms of VDT syndrome than thirties or fourties, but there are no level of significance. 3. Middle managements workers are the most sensitive group to VDT syndrome, on the other hand tow managements are less sensitive than operators. 4. The result of questions indicates that a phone conductress show more severe VDT syndrome symptoms than business affairs or an engineer workers, with level of significance. 5. The longer computer work engagement period, the more evident VDT syndrome symptoms appear. For instance, workers who have more than 2 year engagement period complain more severe symptoms, compared workers who have less than 2 year engagement period. 6. Long computer working time per day also increases VDT syndrome severity specially people who have more than 2 hours in working time in a day have much less severe symptoms, compared people whose daily working time exceeds 2 hours. 7. Specific body part which shows VDT syndrome symptoms is shoulder, wrist, neck, finger, eye, waist, arm in the order of severity. 8. Sensibility of VDT syndrome symptoms have effect on degree of vocational satisfaction.

  • Mechanization and automation constitute an essential stage in the production and operation of any company, as one of the determinants of increase in labor productivity and decrease in product price, while significantly contributing to shortening of the lead time. Businesses are, therefore, able to quickly put projects into operation, improving economic efficiency, quality, and aesthetics, which speeds up the national economic growth. For the construction industry to be the most effective, modern construction equipment is a necessity. It is one of the five main resources of a construction project. Thus, effective construction equipment management contributes to the success of a project and benefits the relevant construction companies economically. This paper presents the critical risk factors affecting equipment management and proposes suitable solutions. The questionnaire-based survey with experienced experts in the construction sector on the management of the likelihood and consequence of risk factors revealed thirty-two risks for equipment management in construction companies. These factors fell into six groups: (i) site organization-related risks; (ii) management-related risks; (iii) owner-related risks; (iv) supplier-related risks; (v) legal risks, and (vi) site condition-related and external risks. The results showed that management-related factors contributed to the most significant risks and problems for equipment management in construction companies.

동태적 역량을 고려한 2단계 성과측정시스템 설계 및 적용 (Design and Application of Two-Stage Performance Measurement System Considering Dynamic Capabilities)

  • The dynamic capabilities of sensing market signals, creating new opportunities and reconfiguring resources and capabilities to new opportunities in a rapidly changing economic environment determines the competitiveness of the enterprise to create added value and survival. This study conceptualized a two-stage performance measurement framework based on the casual model of resource (input)-process-performance (output). We have developed a 'Process capability index' that reflect the dynamic capabilities factors as a key intermediary product linking resource inputs and performance outputs in enterprise performance measurement. The process capability index consists of four elements : manpower (level of human resource), operation productivity, structure and risk management. The DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model was applied to the developed performance indicators to analyze the branch office performance of a telecom company. Process capability efficiency (stage 1) uses resource inputs to reach a certain level of process capabilities. In performance result efficiency (stage 2), the process capabilities are used to generate sales revenues and subscribers. The two-stage DEA model derives intermediate output values that optimize the individual stages simultaneously. Some branch offices in the telecom company have focused on process capability efficiency or some other branch offices focused on performance result efficiency. Positioning map using two-stage efficiency decomposition and benchmarking can help identify the sources of inefficiencies and visualize strategic directions for performance optimization. Applications of two-stage DEA in conjunction with the case study that are meaningfully used in performance measurement areas have been scarce. In particular, this paper has the contribution to present a new performance measurement model considering the organization theory, the dynamic capabilities.

양송이 퇴비배지(堆肥培地)의 단기발효(短期醱酵)에 관한 연구(硏究) (Studies on the Short Fermentation of the Mushroom Compost with Rice Straw)

  • 양송이 합성배지(合成培地)의 야외발효과정(野外醱酵過程)을 성력기계화(省力機械化)하기 위한 방법(方法)으로서 분쇄(粉碎)볏짚에 영양원(營養源)을 첨가(添加)하여 단기간(短期間) 발효(醱酵)시킨 다음 후발효(後醱酵)하는 시험(試驗)을 실시(實施)한 결과는 마음과 같다. 1. 분쇄(粉碎)볏짚의 단기발효배지(短期醱酵培地)는 Ammonia 태질소(態窒素)의 잔류량(殘留量)은 낮으나 전실소함량(全室素含量)이 관행배지보다 낮았다. 2. 미생물(微生物)은 분쇄볏짚이 관행배지보다 밀도(密度)가 높아서 발효기간(醱酵期間)의 단축(短縮)이 가능함을 보였다. 3. 양송이 자실체수량(字實體收量)은 관행배지보다 낮은 경향이었으나 영양원(營養源)의 첨가(添加)를 개선(改善)하므로서 향상(向上)시킬수 있는 가능성이 보였다. 4. 단기발효배지(短期醱酵培地)의 제조시(製造時) 수분(水分) 및 영양원(營養源)의 조절(調節)이 곤란하였고 이를 위해서 최소(最少) 5일간(日間)의 퇴적(堆積) 및 뒤집기작업(作業)이 필요하였다. 5. 배지재료(培地材料)로서는 일본형품종(日本型品種)의 볏짚이나 통일계품종(統一系品種) 모두 사용(使用)할수있었고 영양원(營養源)은 들깻묵과 미강을 혼합(混合) 첨가(添加)하는 것이 가장 좋았다.

요르단연구로건설사업 문서관리시스템 구축 (Establishment of Document Control System for the Jordan Research and Training Reactor Project)

  • The Project of Jordan Research and Training Reactor (JRTR) officially launched in Aug. 2010. JRTR is the first made-in-Korea nuclear system to be built abroad by year 2015, and Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) is responsible for the design of major systems including the reactor core. While the PDCS (Project Document Control System) being operated by EPC company controls all the documents of the whole Project, KAERI is supposed to have its own system for KAERI documents. Meeting such a need; KAERI has implemented a document control for the JRTR Project into already existing ANSIM (KAERI Advanced Nuclear Safety Information Management) system. The documents of JRTR project to be controlled are defined in the PPM (Project Procedures Manual), QAP (Quality Assurance Procedure) and PEP (Project Execution Program). The ANSIM consists of the document management holder, document container holder and organization management holder. The document management holder, which is the most important part of ANSIM-JRTR, consists of the DDA (Document Distribution for Agreement), IOC (Inter-office Correspondence), PM Memo. (Project Manager Memorandum) and cover sheets of design documents. Other materials such as meeting minutes, sub-department materials and design information materials are stored in an independent COP (Community of Practice). This established computerized document control system, ANSIM, could lessen a burden for project management team and enhance the productivity as well.

안드로이드 플랫폼 기반 악성사이트 차단 방법 (The blocking method for accessing toward malicious sites based on Android platform)

  • 스마트폰, 태블릿과 같은 스마트 기기의 사용이 늘어남에 따라 스마트 기기를 대상으로 하는 모바일 오피스, 금융 서비스, 모바일 전자정부 등 생산성이나 사용자 편의를 위한 서비스들이 대거 등장하였다. 이에 따라 중요한 정보들이 스마트 기기를 통해 다루어져 스마트 기기를 대상으로 하는 악성행위가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 특히 스마트 기기를 대상으로 하는 유해사이트, 악성코드 배포 사이트, 피싱(phishing) 사이트 등으로 인한 피해사례가 꾸준히 발생하고 있어 사회적인 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 스마트 기기의 경우 2013년 국내에서 사용하는 플랫폼의 90%가 안드로이드를 사용하고 있어 단말 수준의 차단방법이 필요하였다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼에서 웹브라우저를 사용하여 악성사이트를 방문할 때 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 방법을 기술하고 실제 애플리케이션으로 구현하여 악성사이트 차단성능을 분석하였다.

톱밥재배에 의한 화경버섯의 자실체 발생 (Formation of Fruiting Body of Omphalotus japonicus by Sawdust Cultivation)

  • 화경버섯은 동아시아 지역에서 독버섯으로 알려져 있지만, 최근에 Illudin S가 항암효과가 있는 것으로 보고되었다. 이 버섯은 자연조건에서 매우 드물게 발견되는 버섯이다. 그래서 우리는 미래에 약리학적 연구를 위해 충분한 양의 버섯을 얻고자 이에 대한 톱밥재배를 시도하였다. 버섯은 실험한 모든 톱밥배지에서 수확할 수 있었고, 버섯 생산성과 재배기간을 고려할 때 화경버섯의 재배는 소나무 톱밥배지를 이용하는 것이 가장 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 버섯은 600 g 배지당 평0균 43~80 g이 생산되었고, 재배기간 동안 1~3회 버섯을 수확할 수 있었다.
