In order to implement the real-time enterprise (RTE) and smart work effectively, many companies have introduced a mobile office. A mobile office improves employee productivity and increases ability to respond to business opportunities by helping employee manage their business anytime and anywhere. However, it also raises the user's stress level. We conducted in-depth interviews with users to assess user's perception of a mobile office according to Saaty's BOCR model. Based on the results of the interviews, we set variables affecting user's perception of the mobile office using factor analysis. This study revealed that support for real-time business, support for communication and collaboration, and information processing quality were positively related to continuous intention to use mobile office. Further study demonstrated that three variables have mediating effect between the psychological stress and continuous intention to use. This result implies that the system quality and function are the key elements of mobile office and may contribute to the continuous use.

An office is understood as a system consisted of three subsystem : office work, technology and organization. In the age of information, an office is a complicated device in an organization to create, process, modify and deliver various information for organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to provide design guidelines on office workstations based on the analysis of employees' preference and work-style responding to current changes of an organization and work process. Through a literature survey, the study briefly reviewed characteristics of interior design to find changing factors and directions of office interior. Work characteristics in an office are analyzed based on information, activity and communication characteristics while office environment is analyzed based on physical and technological factors. Finally, questionnaire items are derived from a critical comparison between work characteristics and workstation organization(furniture etc) factor. workplace strategies by preference are suggested to increase office productivity, employee satisfaction and to reduce space costs.

본 연구는 국내 준정부기관에서 활용하고 있는 페이스북 소통매체 활용정도가 조직구성원들이 인지하는 조직문화 및 감정노동과 어떠한 영향 관계가 있는지 조사해보는데 그 목적을 두었다. 국내 K준정부기관 직원 총 101명을 대상으로 자료를 수집 후 분석한 결과, 조직 내 페이스북 소통매체 활용정도는 인지된 조직문화 하위요인 중 집단문화, 발전문화, 위계문화, 합리문화 모두에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 감정노동 하위요인 중 감정표현의 빈도와 감정표현의 다양성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스직이 아닌 일반 사무직 종사자, 연구원 및 공무원 등을 대상으로 감정노동을 조사한 최초 실증연구이며, 본 연구 결과는 향후 조직 내 효과적인 소통 방법 구상을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

Word-of-mouth (WOM), the communication between consumers offline, has transformed to include electronic word-of-mouth(eWOM), which has grown in its influence due to the advancements in communication technology. Despite the fact that many researchers have studied the impact of WOM and eWOM on the performance of movies in the movie industry, there still exists much controversy. Therefore, this study investigates the relationship of eWOM's volume and valence with the box office revenue for 2 years in Korean movies industry. The results show that the volume of eWOM, which is expected to related to awareness diffusion, is more important than the valence in the early stage of movie release. And in the later stage, the valence of eWOM which is expected to related to persuasion effect influences the box office revenue. In addition, the relationship of the volume and valence on box office revenue in both early and later stage can be increased through the interaction with the star power which raises the familiarity or the movie genre which causes the high arousal.

The workplace noise environment is composed of three basic elements : manufacturing (in a generic sense) facilities, office areas, and the community around the facility. Work must be done by all employees , and this involves communication within a variety of locations within the facility ; areas may be extremely noisy, moderately noisy, or quiet, such as an office. At the same time, the facility should not be annoying to the community. In this paper, the workplace environmental noise of office areas in power plant are studied. Turbine generator in power plant generates the noise of 90∼95 dB(A) in the frequency range of 1 kHz, which may cause occupational hearing loss. By abatement method which are made of isolation material and distance damping effect, about 29.5 dB(A) reduction has been obtained in office areas of the Power Plant . But, the workplace environmental noise of office areas in the power plant is not suited to office's purpose.

A series of experiments was carried out while using totally six female subjects in order to evaluate their psycho-physilolgical variations during their work with VDT both subjectively and objectively compared to those of ordinary office type work and speech communication type work. The results led by the experiment were as follows; the effects with data input work on the subjects from the view point of psychological load was larger than those with the ordinary office work. Oral communication between subjects gave the positive effects upon each subjects to reduce their psychological and mental burden.

In this paper, we introduce an ADSRC(hdvanced DSRC) OFDM packet communication system which has been developed by ETRI. The ADSRC system is targeted to provide high terminal mobility, high data rate and seamless service in roadside environment for mobile office services. We discuss the requirements of the ADSRC communication system for mobile office services, and the system design specification to meet them with regard to air interface. The ADSRC packet communication systems consist of the MAC processor block, the OFDM packet modem block and the RF block. The MAC processor block handles medium access control and the test. The OFDM packet modem transmits data packets at up to 24Mbps adaptively and recovers the data from RF block. We describe the ADSRC packet communication system architecture and the ADSRC system protocol.

오늘날 기업에서 프로젝트의 성공은 기업 전략 달성에 필수 요소이다. 프로젝트가 많아지고 프로젝트의 중요성이 커지면서 프로젝트의 성과 향상의 방안으로 PMO(Project Management Office)를 운영하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 전사 PMO는 기업의 전략과 프로젝트 간에 연결고리 역할을 하며 기업 내 다수의 프로젝트를 관리함으로써 기업 전략 달성을 도모하지만 대부분 부족한 인력과 자원으로 운영되고 있다. 리스크가 높은 프로젝트에 한정된 인력과 자원을 집중할 수 있다면 프로젝트 성공 가능성을 높이고 기업 전략 달성에 보다 이바지 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 리스크를 기반으로 PMO를 운영하는 방법에 대하여 다루고자 한다.
