  • This study generated the suggestions to minimize the duplicated cultural programs offered by various regional public service institutions via promoting effective collaboration among the institutions with the limited local resources while making the public libraries as the center of the partnership. We measured the level of program duplicability; conducted statistical analysis of the cultural program offering; and analyzed program participation status as well as the participation surveys. This led to the following results: 1) public libraries focused on offering humanities general education related programs; 2) participants had high expectations on the reading and writing programs; and 3) social welfare organizations offered programs, which targeted the older population, and the corresponding participants had high satisfaction rate. According to the results, the institutions including the public libraries should take into account of the ages and preferences of the potential participants when offering various programs. In addition, the public libraries should continue to offer humanities general education as well as information use programs.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the improvement basis for Dental Hygiene education program by analyzing the current implement status of Dental Hygiene curriculum in Korea and comparing the status with the US ADA standard. The researcher analyzed the Dental Hygiene syllabus limiting "Dental prophxis", "Comprehensive dental hygiene" subjects only from 31 universities which offer 3 years program. The main interest was to figure the implementing status of the curriculum and to compare the actual teaching content with the CODA 2-17 standard. The results show that there are a number of problems in implementing the Dental Hygiene courses among different universities. First, there is a significant inconsistence among schools in terms of course title, total credit, hours, the ratio for theory and practice, etc. In addition, there is a big gap between the actual content of Dental Hygiene courses and the essential/required content of CODA 2-17 standard. For instance, most of the Dental Hygiene programs in Korea cover the overall assessment stage content and some of implementation stage content. However, very few programs deal with the planning and evaluation stage content. To improve these problematic circumstance a number of suggestions were made. Developing the standardized curriculum for the Dental Hygiene program might be one of the major solutions. Next, the regular accreditation and/or assessment system for the Dental Hygiene program should be developed. This research can provide the basis for the need to assess and improve the Dental Hygiene curriculum.

  • These days, most of SMART card, JAVA card, picked up the JAVA Card Platform gets the position as a standard. Java Card technology provides implantation, platform portability and high security function to SMART Card. Compared to normal Smart Card, JAVA card has a defect that is a low running speed caused by a distinctive feature of JAVA programming language. Factors that affect JAVA Card execution speed are the method how to save the data and install the applets of JAVA Card installation instrument. In this paper, I will offer the plan to improve JAVA Card program's loading and execution speed. At Java Card program, writing, updating and deleting process for data at EEPROM can be improved of Java Card speed by using high speed RAM. For this, at JAVA Card as a application of RAM, I will present prefetching LRU-ORL Buffer Cache Technique that is suitable for Java Card environment. As a data character, managing all data created from JAVA Curd at Buffer Cache, decrease times of recording at maximum for EEPROM so that JAVA Card program upload and execution speed will be improved.

  • This study investigates consumer experiences and word-of-mouth (WOM) intentions in luxury brand pop-up stores, including standalone and department store setups. Grounded in experience economy theory, this study examines the experiential elements based on the types of pop-up stores and the relationships among consumer experience, pop-up store image, and WOM intentions for each type. Data were collected from 300 visitors to luxury brand pop-up stores between January and July 2023 and analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The findings reveal several key insights. First, standalone pop-up stores offer educational and escapist experiences, while pop-ups within department stores have a single identified factor of consumer experience. Second, regardless of the store type, luxury pop-up store experiences significantly influence pop-up image perceptions. Third, luxury pop-up store image drives WOM intentions for both standalone and department store pop-ups. Notably, the unique image significantly impacts solely department store pop-ups and does not influence standalone pop-ups. Moreover, image perceptions in both pop-up store types do not significantly affect brand WOM intentions. Finally, WOM intentions for pop-up stores significantly influence WOM intentions for brands. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of consumer experiences in luxury pop-up stores, providing practical insights for stakeholders in the luxury brand industry to enhance pop-up store image perceptions and WOM intentions.

  • The animatronics technique could be very important fact of technique not only to achieve full completion of visible image but also to offer lots of chances to express images by merging CG, special effects and special devices. In this thesis, we design and implement the Zigbee-based wireless transceiver and communication program to control animal animatronics such as a dog and bear. The wireless control utilizing the Zigbee protocol is that electrically consumption is more small than the Bluetooth and reliability of data transmission is better. The implemented control systems and program have the normal and replay function for control of animal models. This functions and operability are tested by a designed animatronics prototype under the wireless environment.

The fashion industry of Internet Electronic Commerce has good prospect, and I propose the following some strategic plans of Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall. On the basis of my study, as a means of technology supplement, Virtual Reality System, such as 3D System or the newest Electronic Dressing Room System to solve the problem of products'an actual feeling, should be needed for consumers to feel as they really put the clothes on. Second, to offer more diversity programs, such as consumer sensitivity program, additional service, fashion news, life information and so on, are needed for companies to come over again the consumers to connect to the shopping-mall site. And, to build more perfect security terms of payment systems, such as ICash, Disital Cash, Net Check, Internet Insurance and so on, should be introduced for consumers to pay and furnish their personal information. If these technological developments are realized, Internet Fashion Shopping-Mall products will be a great success.

  • A component base technology can maintain effectively and save time and expenses of development. In this thesis we found many components including the setup/execution component to construct game sites and analyzed and designed the components by the use of UML. If programmers develop the game site by using the component that distributes, setups and executes the game program by one click and other components, they can manage the game site easily, distribute the game program effectively and offer a convenient user interface. Also, by the reuse of these components, programmers can construct the game site easily and economically.
