피로수명 계산용 Off-Line 전산 프로그램 개발

  • 기존의 발전소 피로수명 평가 프로그램들은 On-Line Fatigue Analysis애 중점을 두고 개발되어 운전 초기부터 Transient모니터링 프로그램이 설치되는 시점까지의 Transient 데이터가 확보되지 않은 오래된 발전소의 경우 전 수명기간 동안의 피로수명 계산에 어려움이 많다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 특별한 경우를 제외하고는 Off-Line 계산을 하는 것이 경제적이고 피로수명 평가에 문제가 되지 않는다고 판단하여 Transient 모니터링을 용해 Transient 종류를 파악하고 이를 데이터베이스화 한뒤 충분한 시간을 가지고 Transient 이력 과 응력데이타를 조합하여 CUF를 계산하는 등 프로그램 기능의 모듈화를 시도하여 필요한 기능을 지속적으로 보완 개발해 나갈 수 있도록 하였다. 본 Software는 국내 원전이 Transient Counting이나 피로분석의 전산화와 관련한 경험이 부족하고 또 외국 프로그램을 도입하여 사용하기에는 과거 데이터가 부족하여 활용에 어려움이 많을 것을 고려하여 기존의 수작업에 의한 Fatigue Evaluation 의 불편함을 보완하고 On-Line Analysis의 필요성과 Off-Line Analysis외 경제성을 적절히 조합하여 현재 발전소 환경에서 가장 적절히 사용할 수 있도록 개발 을 추진하였고 향후 필요한 기능은 지속적으로 보완함으로써 발전소 수명관리에 유용하게 사용될 것이다.

  • The on-line market is sudden and it tilts the effort which various in order to reveal the difference point against the on-line consumer and the off-line consumer from under the environment which grows is. What reveals the on-line consumer and the difference point of off-line consumer two group from like this situation is a possibility of decreasing the place help which establishes a marketing strategy in the each retail trade sleeping field. The research which it sees to sleep it searched for the variable which shows the difference point of shopping orientation of the on-line consumer and off-line consumer two group and it attempted. From the research which it sees shopping propensity shopping it is joyful, it perceives dangerously, with price ceremony and convenient characteristic to classify, it analyzed. Analysis result shopping it is joyful it was rejected, classifies the perception against a danger and a price ceremony and convenient Royal favor two group with the consider variable which it appeared. The namely on-line consumer perceived against a danger lowly, it was sensitive to a price, it appeared with the fact that it pursues a convenient characteristic.

  • Credit cards are more convenient than cash of heavy. Therefore, credit cards are used widely in on_line (internet) and off_line in nowadays. To use credit cards on internet is commonly secure because client identification based security card and authentication certificate. However, to use in off_line as like shop, store, department, restaurant is unsecure because of irregular accident. As client identification is not used in off_line use of credit cards, the irregular use of counterfeit, stolen and lost card have been increasing in number recently. Therefore, client identification is urgently necessary for secure card using in off_line. And the method of client identification must be simple, don't take long time, convenient for client, card affiliate and card company. In this paper, we study a reform measure of the structure and transaction process for the safety improvement of a credit cards. And we propose several authentication method of short-and long-term for client identification. In the proposal, the client authentication method by OTP application of smart-phone is efficient nowadays.

Consumption Value Effects on Shopping Mall Attributes: Moderating Role of On/Off-line Channel Type

  • Purpose - This study is to investigate the effects of consumption values of retailers on the importance of store attributes, and to determine the influence on the consumption values of consumers who shop at complex shopping malls on the empirical and functional attributes in those malls as well as on the influence of on/off-line channels. Research design, data, and methodology - With 344 surveyed questionnaires, this study was conducted by using SPSS 22.0 to verify the reliability and validity of the measured variables. Structural equation model (SEM) was employed as a statistical method for the hypotheses test of this study. Results - The results showed that hedonic value has more influence on the importance of empirical attribute than that of functional attribute in shopping malls. In addition, practical value has more influence on functional attributes than empirical properties of shopping malls. However, these relationships showed the difference in on/off-line channels. As for off-line channels, consumers' consumption values were more influential on empirical attributes, while functional attributes were more important in on-line channels Conclusions - This study analyzed the influence on the importance of the consumption values in store attributes, and the effects of each channel with suggesting practical implications.

Analysis of Strategies for Installing Parallel Stations in Assembly Systems

  • An assembly system (AS), a valuable tool for mass production, is generally composed of a number of workstations and a transport system. While the workstations perform some preplanned operations, the transport system moves the assemblies by special designed pallets from one station to another. One common problem associated with automatic assembly systems is that some assembly operations may have relatively long cycle times. As a consequence, the productivity, as determined by the operations with the longest cycle time, can be reduced significantly. Therefore, special forms of parallel workstations were developed to improve the performance of an assembly system. In this paper, three most commonly used parallel stations: on-line, off-line and tunnel-gated stations in a free transfer assembly system are studied via discrete event simulation. Our findings revealed that the off-line parallel system has the best performance because the two independent parallel stations can lower the buffer requirement; reduce the sensitivity to variability of processing time and balance of a line. On-line parallel systems were found to have a relatively poor performance, because the operations of two parallel stations block each other, and higher buffer capacity is required to achieve similar capacity. The tunnel-gated system was more efficient than the on-line system since the first parallel station can operate independently. More importantly, we have quantified the productivity of the three different strategies mentioned. Engineers can choose the optimal strategies for installing parallel stations under their working environment.

  • In this paper, an off-tine UPS with CVT(constant voltage transformer) is designed and the experimental result and problems of the designed UPS is given and discussed. This off-line UPS consists of triple-port CVT and PWM inverter which acts as charger and inverter. It can be evaluated in low price because haying simple structure. It offers high performance because CVT restricts the short current automatically about two or three times of rated current, has nearly unit power factor and constant output voltage to varying input voltage. The weak points of this UPS are that the output voltage waveform is not perfect sinusoidal and has phase difference to input voltage. The experimental result and problems of the designed UPS is given.

  • J.E.N(Joint Enjoyment Network) is the ubiquitous UCC play contents system that provides amusements off-line by utilizing the UCC that people are able to participate in. It is also the entertainment service system that is devised to use contents that could be enjoyed through the cell phone and to make people participate in production, in cases of meeting people off-line during their pastime. The development of this system begins from pointing out the problem of the limitation of the UCC that does participate in production but the produced contents could only be watched, and the UCC only works on-line. The goal of researching this ubiquitous UCC play contents is to suggest the UCC entertainment service system that are available off-line by applying the interactive system to UCC and, by this, to obtain the positive responses about the off-line participating UCC contents. In this research, it chooses scenario and 테스크 performance as the method of deriving the participating UCC from the off-line, and it suggests the ubiquitous UCC play contents system through analyzing the behaviors in each off-line place. Moreover, by developing the prototype that could practically perform the system, it verifies the potentialities of the UCC entertainment service. The anticipation of this study is to make people participate and enjoy not only in production, but also in the contents made. This research will provide the modern people who concern about where to go and what to do with the amusements and will also present a way of new form of contents mixed with UCC and the entertainment service.

A study on Development of Footwear Shape Scanner for Off-Line Robot Path Programming

  • We need a lot of manpower and we can cut down a labor cost by applying industrial robots the footwear bonding automation process. In this study, we suggest how to program off-line robot path along a shoe's outsole shape in the footwear bonding process by 5-axis microscribe system like robot arms. This microscribe system development consists 5-axis microscribe mechanics, signal processing circuit, and PC with software. It is the system for making database of a shoe's outsole through the movement of a microscribe with many joints. To do this, first read 5-encoders' pulse values while a robot arm points a shoe's outsole shape from the initial status. Then, calculate a relative shoe's outsole by Denavit-Hatenberg's (D-H) direct Kinematics of known length of links and coordinate values. Next, calculate the encoders' pulse values of the robot arm's rotation and transmitting the angle pulse values to the PC through a circuit. Finally, it is able to display a shoe's outsole at real-time by computing the Denvavit-Hantenberg's (D-H) direct kinematics in the PC. With the coordinate values calculated above, we can draw a bonding gauge-line on the upper. Also, we can make off-line robot path programming compute a shoe's bonding area on the upper. These results will be effectively applied for programming a robot path on off-line and automatically.

  • In this paper, the advancement in IT technology is not only inducing the multi-functionality of simple products but also changing even the lifestyle, that is, the pattern of consumers' daily life. The actual paradigm for the conversion from off-line to on-line is at the level of threatening the ecology of off-line. In this study, the diversified advancement method of off-line is in functional relationship with the increase in sales revenue and profits not only through the visit of consumers to the sales outlets for the simple purpose of making purchase but also through the application of augmented realities such as 3-dimensional sense in space and sense in reality, which are entertainment experience factors. Therefore, the improvement in the enhancement of sales revenues by applying augmented reality to off-line department store was researched in this study.

  • This enable system integration for efficient data processing by interconnecting ASP and SQL, on-line consultation between patient and Korean medicine doctor, and semi-eternal use of medical examination data owing to storage and check of medical examination data(accurate medical examination and description using this medical examination data between patient and Korean medicine doctor). This is a Korean medicine remote examination system which converts from existing Korean medicine hospital system being maintained as existing off-line only to medical examination type of both on-line and off-line mode transcending time and space on web in which anyone can participate.
