The convergence of fixed and wireless networks in data communication is providing the necessary driver for M2M commerce to take-off. The opportunities provided by M2M Commerce areonly limited by imagination. Automotive Fleet and Freight, Tolling, Water and Power Metering, Supply Chain Management including Asset Management, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, Energy Management and Access Control and Security are among the many M2M applications that are currently getting rolled out. ARC Group expects the worldwide solutions market to be worth in excess of US$ 100 billion by 2007. In addition, operator revenues worldwide from the transport of Telematics data alone will rise from US$ 3.5 billion in 2002 to US$ 78 billion by 2007. This paper discusses some of the lifestyle and business opportunities provided by M2M Commerce in the new ear of network convergence. It also provides some case studies to demonstrate the benefits of M2M Commerce across the supply chain. The key focus of the paper is on achieving enhanced lifestyle, cost reduction, improved profitability and enhanced customer relationship management through M2M Commerce.

Human Resource Planning and Management(HRPM) is to make organization efficiently and effectively. Based on Promotion and Aging Chain Model, a revised personnel management prediction simulation is established in terms of mid- and long-term organizational changes, annual budget and personnel strategy including a promotion, aging and laying off for the best personnel architecture in organization. Also, the model is possible to find a solution for increasing the organizational capacity. An empirical application to quasi-governmental organization proceeded to testing and validating the model.

This study was carried out to investigate the changes of chemical and sensory properties and cholesterol lowering effect of milk treated with $\beta$-cyclodextrin to reduce cholesterol and supplemented with evening primrose oil (EPO). The average cholesterol removal rate was 93.5%. The thiobarbituric acid (TBA) absorbance increased proportionally to storage period and amount of EPO addition. TBA absorbance was significantly different in the EPO-added groups from that in unadded groups in all periods. The production of short-chain free fatty acids (FFA) increased with longer period of storage. From 6 days of storage, the amounts of short-chain FFA in 6 and 10% EPO-added groups were significantly different from other groups. The scores for all sensory characteristics indicated that sensory quality decreased with both storage time and increasing amount of EPO. Oxidative off-flavor and off-taste were more intense with higher amounts of EPO addition and longer storage period. Also, the higher the amount of EPO addition, the lower overall scores throughout the 15 day storage. Feeding 10% EPO-supplemented cholesterol-reduced milk increased high density lipoprotein (HDL) in male Sprague-Dawley rats by 76%, which is significantly different from the control (27%).

Internal temperature oscillations of tidal periods were studied using data observed by a thermistor chain in summer of 1980 off Jukbyun on the mid-east coast of korea. The vertical stratification was well established during the observation period. The spectral energy was found to be predominant in the semidiurnal tidal band and its energy increased with depth with maximum near the bottom. The coherence in the semidiurnal band between different depths is high with a small phase difference. The results suggest the existence of the internal tide of semidiurnal period. The amplitude of internal tide was of the order of 10 m and the largest just before the disappearance of the internal tide signal.

Profiles are the most basic means of representing who you are, and you represent yourself. In SNS and chatting apps that use profiles the most, profiles are used to express their experiences, moods, and thoughts. However, in voice phishing, impersonation crimes, etc., they steal and impersonate a photo such as a profile, and then deceive the victim into committing a crime. In this paper, to prevent the crime of impersonation, the authenticity of the original is determined using NFT that can distinguish the original. Minting the original profile picture with NFT, registering it on the blockchain network, and storing the original file in off-chain IPFS. This is expected to be effective in preventing impersonation crimes because it is possible to easily determine the authenticity of the profile picture.

In the supply chain network design, how to select the best location, capacity configuration of the suppliers and to assign manufacturers orders are a challenging issue. Especially when multi-tiers'suppliers are existed, the performance of supply chain is influenced by 2$\^$nd/ and 3$\^$rd/ suppliers. Supplier selection is multi-criteria problem which includes both qualitative and quantitative factors in supply chains. In order to select the best supplier it is necessary to make a trade off between these two factors such as cost, product quality, capacity, production lead time, deliver lead time and transportation lead tine of supplier constraints existed in multi-tiers supplier purchasing chain. In these circumstances, purchasing agents should decide two problems: which is the best supplier in each tier and how much should be purchased from each selected supplier. This research is intended to develop an integration of an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and mathematical modeling proposed to consider two factors which may be conflicted in choosing the best supplier in each tier and placing the optimum order quantities to the supplier among multi-tiers suppliers.

Online cybercrime has various causes. The criminal guilty language, Criminal lingo is active in the shaded area with the bilateral aspect of the word on cyber. It has been continuously producing massive risk factors in cyberspace. Criminals are shared and disseminated online. It has been linked with fake news and aids to suicide that has recently become an issue. Thus the criminal lingo has become a real danger factor on cyber interface. Recently, Criminal lingo is shared and distributed as cyber hazard information. It is transformed that damaging to the youth and ordinary people through the internet and social networks. In order to take action, it is necessary to construct an expert system based on AI to implement a smart management architecture with block-chain technology. In this paper, we study technically a new smart management architecture which uses artificial intelligence based decision algorithm and block-chain tracking technology to prevent the spread of criminal lingo factors in the evolving cyber world. In addition, through the off-line regular patrol program of police units, we proposed the conversion of online regular patrol program for "cyber harem area".

This paper proposes the efficient transmit antenna selection (TAS) scheme considering trade-off between the performance and the complexity in massive MIMO system. The massive MIMO system is a core technology to achieve performance objectives for 5 generation wireless communication. It achieve high spectral efficiency, a reliability, and a diversity gain. However many RF chains required by massive transmit antennas equipped in a base station create the problem such as high hardware cost and complexity. Therefor we investigates the transmit antenna selection scheme, in which the number of RF chains of BS is reduced, and the trade-off between the performance and the complexity is considered for proposed scheme. And, the spectral efficiency and complexity are analysed by transmit antenna selection schemes.

In order to describe external effects on the behavior of the adhesive tape, the semi-rigid body cylinder chain model for adhesive tape has been proposed as follows. Firstly the behavior of the tape is in detail investigated while it's being pulled off from the plate, and subsequently a relevant phenomenological model is designed. Then all the contributors affecting the force to peel out the tape from plate (hereafter, the pull out force) are clearly defined and their sensitivity analyses are made to set up the experimental reference condition, under which the angular dependence of the pull out force is measured in every $10^{\circ}$. The experimental data turn out to be in good agreement with the theoretical ones by our model within the measurement error, and the effects due to other factors are proved to be well explained from the phenomenological viewpoint. From these results, the concept of this study might be expected to be very useful for the test and evaluation of PSA types of adhesive tape.

The weight decrease curves of 18 kinds of polymers have been measured by thermobalance at the same condition where temperature is increased $1^{\circ}C$ per minutes under nitrogen or air atmosphere. The curves are further differentiated to obtain rate curve of weight decrease. Those curve offer a method to compare relative thermal stability, effects of oxygen or modes of thermal degradation of polymers qualitatively. The curves could be classified into following four types: Polystyrene, polymethylmethacrylate and acetal polymer belong to the first type. Those polymers depolymerize mainly into corresponding monomers, weight decrease curves are steepy up to perfect vaporization of polymers and rate curves show a relatively sharp peak. (Type I) Polyvinyl chloride represents the second type. This polymer decomposes with splitting off of hydrogen chloride. The thermogravimetric curve rises rapidly at first, then level off at the moderate weight decrease and gradually rises. Polyvinyl acetate also belongs to this class. (Type II) The modification of the second type is represented by polyester. The curve at the early stage is less steep, the leveling off at the next stage is less clear and the final rising of the curve is steeper than the normal second type. Polyamide, polyurethane, and polycarbonate belong to this type. (Type II') The thermal decomposition of the third type polymers is more complex than that of others. Various irregular chain scissions including side chain splitting and depolymerization to monomers occur simultaneously. The weight of the polymer decreases gradually and the rate curve does not show sharp peaks. Polyvinyl alcohol and diene polymers belong to this type. (Type III) Generally, polycondensation polymers are more stable toward heat than addition polymers and polymers having aromatic nucleus show good thermal stability. Polymers having tertiary carbon atoms such as polystyrene or polypropylene and acetal resin start decomposition under airatmosphere at the temprature below $50^{\circ}C$ or more of the temperature where the polymers start decomposition under nitrogen atmosphere.
