국내 플라워샵에서의 절화보존제 인식과 이용 현황 (Current Status and Recognition of Floral Preservatives in Korean Flower Shops)

  • 본 연구는 국내 플라워샵에서의 절화보존제 사용현황 및 인식을 알아보고자 국내 성인남녀 120명의 플로리스트들을 상대로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 국내 플라워샵에서 일하는 플로리스트들 중 19.8%만이 절화보존제를 사용하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 전혀 사용하지 않은 플라워샵은 45.5%로, 국내 플라워샵에서의 절화보존제 이용이 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 국내 플로리스트들의 절화보존제 주 사용 시기와 목적은 '화훼 상품 보관 시(39.6%)'에 '균 번식 억제를 위해(36.7%)' 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났으며 절화보존제를 사용하지 않는 이유에 대해서는 필요성을 느끼지 못한다는 응답(51.4%)이 가장 높게 나타나, 절화보존제에 대한 인식이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 절화보존제 사용 경험이 있는 플로리스트들에게서는 절화보존제의 이용 만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 50.5%의 절화보존제 이용 경험자는 재구매 의사가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 일반적으로 국내 플로리스트들의 경우 절화 보존제에 대한 관심이 적지는 않으나(Mean=3.22), 절화보존제의 적은 이용 빈도와 낮은 인지도는 국내 절화보존제 시장이 작고 홍보가 부족하여 나타난 것으로 판단된다. 절화보존제 사용 후 플로리스트들의 높은 만족도와 재구매의사를 보았을 때, 절화보존제에 대한 홍보와 교육을 통하여 국내 플라워샵에서의 절화수명제의 접근성을 높이고 절화 품질 관리에 대한 인식을 고양시킬 수 있을 것이며, 이를 통해 소비자들에게도 고품질의 관상기간이 긴 절화 상품 제공을 통하여 국내 절화산업의 발전을 가져올 수 있을 것이다.

의료서비스에서 물리적 환경, 공정성, 지각된 대기시간이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Physical Environment, Perceived Justice and Perceived Waiting-Time on Repurchase Intension)

  • 본 연구는 의료서비스이용자의 편의성을 증대시키기 위하여 의료서비스접점에서 물리적 환경과 공정성, 그리고 지각된 대기시간이 매개변수인 서비스품질평가와 부정적 감정을 통하여 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 조사 분석하였다. 특히 의료서비스에서 물리적환경과 공정성이 부정적 감정에 어떠한 영향이 미치는지를 처음으로 확인하고자 시도하였다. 연구결과 의료서비스접점에서 첫째, 물리적환경요인은 서비스품질평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 부정적인 감정은 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공정성은 서비스품질평가나 부정적인 감정에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었으며, 셋째, 지각된 대기시간은 서비스품질을 낮추고 부정적 감정은 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 서비스품질은 재이용의도에 긍정적 영흥를 미치고 있으나, 부정적 감정은 재이용 의도에 영향을 미치지 않고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 의료서비스도 물리적환경의 중요성이 증가 하고, 대기시간의 단축노력이 필요하다. 또한 부정적 감정은 재이용의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 의료서비스의 특수성에 따른 전환장벽이 해결될 경우 이탈가능성이 존재하고 있으므로 부정적 감정의 최소화를 위한 노력이 요구된다.

패스트푸드 레스토랑의 소비가치가 고객만족, 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Consumption Values on Customer Satisfaction and Behavior Intention in Fast-Food Restaurants)

  • Purpose - Until recently, studies on customer values for restaurants recognized two path structures; the SERVQUAL model, that is, service quality? perceived value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention, and the customer value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention path that categorizes customer values into functional value and hedonic value. This study, instead, classifies the consumption values of fast-food restaurants based on the consumption value system provided by Sheth, Newman and Gross (1991) and illustrates the new path structure, consumption value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention, targeting college students for a generalization of the consumption value system of fast-food restaurants. Research design, data, and methodology - This study establishes five hypotheses based on the relationship between each type of consumption value (functional, emotional, social, and epistemic) and customer satisfaction, and the relationship between customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. For this analysis, data was collected by conducting a pre-test and administering a survey to 213 college students who are regular customers at fast-food restaurants in Seoul, Korea. The data collected was then analyzed using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 6.0 statistical packages. Results - The study showed that: First, the consumption values of fast-food restaurants are classified into the following four categories: functional value, emotional value, social value, and epistemic value while consumption value can be applied to customer value of fast-food restaurants. Second, the functional and epistemic values had a positive impact on customer satisfaction. The resulting satisfaction is attributed to the intrinsic characteristics of fast-food restaurants like the consistent quality of food, reasonable prices, fast service, and unique or new experiences on every visit. On the other hand, emotional and social values did not affect customer satisfaction. The results on emotional value differed from the general studies on restaurants while the results obtained for social value were not consistent with the studies on high-end restaurants. Third, customer satisfaction had a positive impact on behavioral intention. The survey showed that college students reflected behavioral intention - repurchase intention and word-of-mouth - if they were satisfied with the food quality and employee services provided. Simultaneously, it was seen that the impact of functional value on customer satisfaction of fast food restaurant goers was more than that of epistemic value. Conclusions - The consumption values of fast-food restaurant users could be classified into four categories, functional, emotional, social and epistemic values, based on the consumption value system provided by Sheth, Newman and Gross (1991). It proved that the customer values of restaurant goers can be extended to the path structure of consumption value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention to confirm its generalization. The study also showed that marketing managers need to focus more on the factors that influence functional value as the fast-food restaurant users consider timely services with the consistent quality of food at a reasonable price and at a convenient place more important than the new experiences or uniqueness.

헤도닉 정보시스템의 지속적인 사용에 관한 연구: UCC를 중심으로 (IS Continuance of Hedonic Information Systems)

  • The Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) of information systems investigates the continued information systems usage behavior. This paper expands the original post-adoption beliefs and searches the applications in the emerging hedonic information systems. Previous IS researches focused on the organizational environments. However as the information technology (especially internet) evolves, information systems have not only emerged for the organizations but also for the individual users, such as internet portals, internet communities, on-line games etc. These information systems so called Hedonic Information Systems aims to provide self-fulfilling value rather than instrumental value to the users. Researches in other disciplines, including marketing and consumer behavior research, illustrate that the hedonic and utilitarian perspective of goods and services have different influence on the consumer behavior. Goods and services used to be classified into either hedonic or utilitarian aspect but now they may belong to both aspects simultaneously. Moreover consumer's goals or tasks have both hedonic utilitarian aspects. When a consumer makes a decision to purchase or repurchase goods or services, he/she compares the hedonic and utilitarian perspectives of goods to find most suitable ones to satisfy their goals/tasks. Finally, consumer's behavior is determined by the trade-off between what the goods can provide to the consumers and in what extent the goods fulfill consumer's purchase behavior. Consumer also shows that the salience of hedonic perspective is relatively greater when consumer decides which of several items to give up (forfeiture choices) than the time when they decide which item to acquire (acquisition choices). Some researches in MIS discipline have found out that the information systems also have both hedonic and utilitarian perspectives. The decision process of whether to use information systems or not is similar to that of a consumer's decision of purchasing or repurchasing goods or services. However most of researches in MIS tend to focus on the extrinsic motivation variables which only cover the utilitarian perspective of information systems. It is only recent that researches start to investigate the intrinsic motivation variable - Perceived Enjoyment - for the hedonic perspective. Considering the consumer's purchasing decision process, users of information systems evaluate the systems through balancing between intrinsic (hedonic) and extrinsic (utilitarian) variables according to their main tasks or tendencies. This paper proposes a model that is based on the ECM of IS Continuance model modified from Expectation Confirmation Model to fit into the continued usage of information system. It first started from the decision process regarding hedonic and utilitarian perspectives in the consumer behavior literatures. The model deals with continued usage of information systems beyond the mere technology adoption as in most of the previous MIS researches. This research is particularly important to the hedonic information systems, because their business model depends on the frequent usages rather simple adoption at the beginning. Because the basic model only considered the extrinsic motivations (perceived usefulness) to explain the users' behavior and as the information systems can have both hedonic and utilitarian dimensions, it should consider both perspectives. Therefore, this newly proposed model considers intrinsic variable (perceived enjoyment) as well. Since the individual user can have a preference on either aspects that is between the hedonic and utilitarian perspective depending on his/her main tasks or goals, some variables (Hedonic Orientation and Utilitarian Orientation) meaning the extents of users' pursuing from the information system were additionally studied.

기업의 사회적 책임활동을 통한 기업이미지 및 고객가치 향상이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (Affecting Customer Loyalty by Improving Corporate Image and Customer Value through Corporate Social Responsibility Activities)

  • Purpose - Recently, a variety of activities for practicing the continuing management of domestic and foreign companies have been conducted and further, corporate social responsibility for maximizing the value of stakeholders such as customers, cooperative companies, and the local community emerges as a key business strategy. Accordingly, the issue of whether corporate image and customer value through corporate social responsibility activities positively affect customer loyalty and customer attitude is investigated in this study. Research design, data, and methodology - Corporate social responsibility activities are classified into legal and moral activities, environmental protection activities, economic activities, and community service activities; further, customer values are classified into emotional value, functional value, and social value, to determine the parameters. In addition, the strategic approach direction of social responsibility activities is justified as a strategy for effectively achieving the expected results that corporations seek by proving the effect of these parameters on customer loyalty. Results - The study results can be summarized as follows. First, legal and moral activities, environmental protection activities, economic activities, and community service activities are four types of CSR activities affecting meaningful improvements in corporate image. Second, legal and moral activities affect factors that meaningfully improve customer value, including factors such as emotional value, functional value, and social value, while environmental protection activities affect improvements in the factor of social value only. Third, corporate image affects meaningful improvements in customer value. Fourth, corporate image affects improvements in customer loyalty positively. Fifth, the three factors of customer value, that is, emotional value, functional value, and social value affect meaningful improvements in customer loyalty. Sixth, customer value acts to partly mediate the effect of companies' CSR activities on customer loyalty. As shown in the study results above, it was verified that CSR activities affect meaningful improvements in corporate image and customer value and, in turn, corporate image and customer value affect meaningful improvements in customer loyalty. In addition, it was verified that customer value acts to partly mediate the effects of companies' CSR activities on customer value. Conclusions - Accordingly, the results of this study suggests as follows. First, it was clearly verified that customers' recognition of CSR efforts has a positive effect on corporate image, customer value, and loyalty because CSR activities improve the relationships between customers and corporations by providing customers with value. Second, it was suggested that corporations implement social contribution activities strategically according to the theory that the higher the rate of CSR activities, the better the corporate image and repurchase intention would be, which is a theory verified through practical analysis. Corporations should do this by constructing positive relationships from the value perceived by customers. To summarize the study results in a brief manner, it is suggested by the results of the study that a corporation should conduct CSR more actively to make customers recognize the positive image of their products and services.

금융소비자의 인터넷, 스마트폰 어플리케이션 등 금융기관 온라인 시스템 이용에 따른 만족과 구전에 미치는 효과 요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors of Satisfaction & WOM Regarding to Financial Institutions Internet and Smartphones Application On-line Usage of Financial Customers)

  • 최근 국내에서 은행과 같은 금융기관은 인터넷과 스마트폰의 보편화로 인한 영향을 가장 심하게 받고 있다. 한편 금융기관의 온라인 시스템 이용은 계속 증가추세에 있고, 온라인 서비스의 편리성이 금융고객의 유치와 유지에 상당한 영향을 주고 있으며, 소비자 욕구도 다양하게 표출되고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문은 이러한 환경에서 선행연구를 통하여 추론한 온라인 금융의 고객접점인 고객의 신뢰를 증진시키면서 지각된 용이성이 지각된 유용성에 영향을 주고 이 내부변인들은 만족을 유도하며, 곧 구전과 재구매에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소임을 가정하여 가설을 세웠고 확장된 기술수용모형으로써 검증하고자 하였다. 연구자들은 본 연구를 통해 금융기관 서비스 이용방법의 변화 트렌드에 맞춰 금융기관의 온라인 서비스 품질과 감성적 요인들이 이용자에게 어떤 영향을 주는지 확인하고자 하였으며, 가설이 기각되지 않음을 확인하였다. 또한 스마트폰 등을 활용한 금융기관 온라인 서비스의 혁신이 오프라인 객장의 감소에도 불구하고 온·오프라인 양측면의 활성화에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 보았다.

외식 프랜차이즈 기업의 SNS 마케팅 활동이 소비자 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Food-Service Franchise's SNS Marketing Activities on Customer Behavior Intention)

  • Purpose - Many companies use the Internet to conduct their business to maintain and acquire their customers. SNS is used as a site where users can create profiles, build personal networks, and then share and exchange information with others. Not only do people use SNS for their self-promotion, but they also promote their services by creating SNS pages. SNS is recognized as a medium for implementing effective advertising strategies and is being used as an important means of promoting the company. Therefore, in this study, we investigate the effect of SNS marketing characteristics of restaurant franchise firms on utilitarian value and hedonic value and examine their effects on purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from 20s-60s respondents who have used SNS for restaurant visit using Google survey. A total of 159 responses were collected and used for final analysis. Smart PLS 3.0 was used for the hypothesis test. Results - As a result of an analysis, it was shown that the influence of the playfulness and affordability of information on the utilitarian value had a significant positive effect. Interaction and up-to-date did not have a positive effect on utilitarian value. Interaction, affordability, and up-to-date have no significant positive effects on hedonic value. The playfulness of information has a positive effect on the hedonic value. Both utilitarian value and hedonic value had positive effects on purchase intention. Conclusions - The findings of this study suggest that the SNS marketers of restaurant franchisors should focus on the playfulness, affordability, and up-to-date rather than the interactivity of SNS. In marketing through SNS, the act of presenting the basis of information and enhancing the provision of information through objective criteria makes it possible to experience the practical value of information. It is necessary to develop differentiated contents which cause customers interest and fun and to induce many customers' purchase intent by providing objective and realistic information. In order to increase the customers' repurchase intentions toward the food service business, customers should maximize the hedonic value and practical value felt through information. It should also focus on providing information that customers are receptive to, rather than providing prompt information.

Y세대의 배달앱 선택속성과 결과 (Generation Y's Delivery Apps Choice Attributes and Their Consequences)

  • Purpose - Recently, the mobile application field has been receiving astronomical attention from the past few years due to the growing number of mobile app downloads and withal due to the revenues being engendered. Especially delivery apps by mobile service market is experiencing rapid growth and competition is intensifying. Therefore, delivery apps' choice attributes has become important as a strategy for survival of franchise firms. Based on previous studies, this research proposed the theoretical framework about the structural relationships among customer satisfaction, trust and revisit intention on delivery apps' choice attributes. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between choice attributes of using the delivery app, satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. More specifically, this study has been examined from the perspective of Generation Y who is enjoying electronic commerce and shopping with mobile phone. In this model, choice attributes of delivery app consists of three sub-dimensions such as service quality, system quality, interaction quality. So as to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. After excluding 24 invalid respondent questionnaires, 201 valid questionnaires were coded and analyzed using frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.0. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, service quality and interaction quality had positive effects on satisfaction, and interaction quality had positive effects on trust, but system quality did not have a significant effect on both satisfaction and trust. Second, satisfaction had positive effects on both trust and revisit intention. Third, trust had positive effects on revisit intention. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical perspective, this study confirms the effect of delivery apps' choice attributes on satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. In addition, it is significant that we examined the influence of choice attributes of delivery apps on their attitudes and behaviors of Generation Y familiar with mobile environment. Through this study, we hypothesized that the attributes of service quality and interaction quality of delivery apps have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and this can be expected to provide meaningful implications for the development of franchise restaurant industry. To encourage continuous repurchase through customer satisfaction, franchise companies need to establish various strategic alliances with delivery app companies and new growth engines by providing diverse and high-quality services to customers in the smart age.

유통업체 상표의 구매행동에 관한 실증적 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Quality Evaluation Cues on Private Brands Purchasing Behavior)

  • 본 연구에서는 품질지각에 미치는 내재적 단서(intrinsic cues), 외재적 단서(extrinsic cues), 친숙성(familiarity)등의 품질평가 단서둘이 유통업체 상표 구매행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보 는데 목적이 있다. 실증분석 결과 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지속적인 브랜드 이미지 향상을 위해 고객의 불만사항 요구사항을 수렴하여 고객 을 충족시킬 수 있는 상품의 기획, 상품의 품질 색상 디자인 가격대를 결정하여야 할 것이다 지속적인 홍보 전략을 통해 유통업채 상표를 더욱 친숙하게 만들어야 호의적 이미 지가 창출될 것이다. 둘째, 계획구매자들은 가계의 예산에 맞께 합리적인 구매를 하기 때문에 유통업체 상표를 재구매 할 의도가 더 높다. 그리고 품질평가와 상표인식에 호의적인 구전효과를 가지고 있올 것이다. 이런 구매자들올 유지하기 위해서는 유통업체 상표구매에 대한 혜택옳 인식 시켜 주어야 할 것이다. 셋째 유통업체 상표의 주 소비층이 30$\sim$40대 주부들이고 가족수가 많아 합리적인 구매를 하며 소득은 중간수준의 소비자들로 구분할 수 있다. 이들 소비자들 을 대상으로 유통업체에서는 세분화하여 적절한 전략을 사용하여야 할 것이다.

백화점 서비스 회복과정의 지각된 공정성에 점포 애호도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Justice on Store Loyalty in the Department Stores Service Recovery)

  • 본 연구는 백화점에서 서비스 실패가 발생한 경우, 백화점의 서비스 회복노력을 고객의 입장에서 공정하게 지각하느냐와, 지각된 공정성이 만족과 신뢰의 수준을 높였는가, 이와같은 만족과 신뢰가 점포 애호도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는가를 연구하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구와 연구문제 해결을 위한 가설 설정, 그리고 이에 대한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증 분석은 국내 주요 백화점에서 최근 1년 이내 서비스 회복을 경험한 204명의 고객들을 대상으로 진행하였다. 연구가설 검증을 위한 실증분석은 SPSS 10,0. AMCS 4.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 설문 문항에 대한 신뢰성과 타당성들 결정한 후, 구조방정식 모형분석에 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 백화점의 서비스 실패에 대합 적극적인 서비스 회복노력이 고객만족과 백화점에 대한 신뢰를 가져오고, 이러한 만족과 신뢰가 점포 애호도를 증가시킨다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 백화점에서 서비스 실패가 발생하였다. 하더라도 서비스 회복과정에서 고객이 지각하는 긍정성의 수준을 향상시킴으로써, 고객만족과 신뢰, 점포 애호도의 증가로 고객의 지속적인 재구매, 긍정적인 구전, 백화점 이용 추천을 유발하여 백화점의 경쟁력 향상에 기여할 수 있다는 점을 실증연구를 통하여 확인하였다는 점이다.
