어선에 종사하는 초급 해기사의 직업 지향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Occupational Orientation of the Junior Ship Officer in Fishing Vessel)

  • In contemporary society, many fishery industries face a serious problem of having an insufficient number of junior ship officers and engineers. Even though many fishery high schools in Korea made significant effort to produce many talented junior officers and engineers, but after graduation, the students are reluctant to get a job on the fishing vessels. Furthermore, Korean government also invested a large amount of money to train students for ocean-going and costal & near-ocean fishing vessels. However, despite the government's great effort on the training program and education, only a few students wish to work on the fishing vessels. In this article, the author tried to find answers for various questions such as what are the factors that the student prefer, where the student to want to get a job in fishery industries, and how student feel about working at fishing vessels. Furthermore, the author also analyzed the differences between high school student group and Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology(KIMFT) student group about occupational orientation by utilizing SPSS statistical program. Additionally, the author surveyed the current onboard status of job position of the high school and KIMFT alumni. This study's results and data will be used for aiding further stimulation and advertisement of job position in fishing vessels and continued daily lives on board.

인지기반 작업수행 중재가 아급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 팔 기능 및 작업수행에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Cognitive Orientation to Daily Occupational Performance(CO-OP) on Upper Extremity Function and Occupational Performance in patients with Subacute Stroke)

  • PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of cognitive orientation to daily occupational performance (CO-OP) interventions on the upper extremity function and occupational performance in subacute stroke patients. METHODS: A total of 30 eligible stroke patients were randomly distributed into the CO-OP experimental group (n = 15) and the traditional occupational therapy (OT) control group (n = 15). The CO-OP approach was applied for twelve 60-minute sessions. The Jebson Taylor Hand Function Test (JTHFT), the Korean version of the Modified Barthel Index (K-MBI), and the Performance Quality Rating Scale (PQRS) were used for outcome evaluations. RESULTS: There was a statistically significant difference in the paralytic upper extremity function before and after treatment (p < .01) between the group treated with the CO-OP approach and the group treated with traditional OT. The occupational performance of the CO-OP approach group showed a significant improvement (p < .01), and this group also showed a statistically significant improvement in quality of performance compared to the traditional OT group (p < .01). CONCLUSION: The CO-OP approach may be useful in clinical practice as a therapeutic intervention for improving the functional recovery and performance of subacute stroke patients. Future research should be carried out to investigate the persistence of this effect involving more participants and follow-up studies should also be undertaken.

국내 인지기반 작업수행(Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance; CO-OP) 중재의 연구 동향 분석: 체계적 고찰 (Analysis of Research Trend on Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP) in Korea: A Systematic Review)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 국내 CO-OP 중재 연구를 체계적으로 고찰하여 임상적 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2015년 1월부터 2021년 12월까지 학술연구정보서비스(RISS), 학술교육원(e-article) 데이터베이스에 게재된 문헌 중 선정기준에 적합한 13편의 논문을 최종적으로 선택하여 연구 방법의 내용에 따라 일반적 특성과 질적 수준으로 나누어 분석하였다. 결과 : 연구 내용을 분석한 결과, 2015년 이후 연구가 지속적으로 진행되었으며 CO-OP 중재 연구의 근거 수준은 개별대상연구가 주를 이루었다. 연구 대상은 아동과 성인 모두에게 적용되고 있었으며, CO-OP 중재의 목표 활동 영역으로 아동은 놀이와 여가, 성인은 수단적 일상생활 영역으로 나타났다. 중재의 효과를 살펴보기 위한 평가로는 COPM과 PQRS 평가를 많이 사용하였으며 구체화 전략으로는 아동은 자세, 집중하기, 과제변형, 언어적 상상을 많이 사용하였고 성인은 자세, 집중하기, 과제변형, 움직임에 대한 느낌, 언어적 상상, 과제 촉진 언어를 주로 사용한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 국내 CO-OP 중재를 적용한 연구의 특성과 질적 수준을 확인할 수 있었다. CO-OP 중재가 작업치료 분야에서 지속해서 적용되고 있으며, 적용 연령과 진단군이 확대되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 국내 CO-OP 중재 연구의 체계적 고찰을 통해 임상에서 CO-OP 중재를 실행하기 위한 근거 자료를 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

  • This thesis intends to make a study on the effectiveness of Nursing Professors through perceptual psychological approach. Purpose of the Study Researches have been made relating teacher′s effectiveness measurement. However, they share a common defect that they have been done on the basis of superficial aspects of the problems aspects that can bi measured by general objective survey only, but this study is designed "to understand his behavior in terms of a human behaving and of a self as an instrument"-principle, based upon the Perceptual Psychology which puts more stress on the inner perception than on the external one. Method of the Study This thesis is based chiefly on the two sources : "Perceptual Orientation Scale"(Chunghoon Choy, 1971) which has been standardized on the basis of perceptual psychology and the question acres made by the researcher of this thesis and given to the 34 Nursing Professors in seoul and other country. Result of the Study The method of data operation by Pearson "r" asserts that there were distinct deep relation Between Perceptual orientation and fellow′s estimate, while a little relation among the estimate of a-administration, educational backgrounds and occupations but no relations the status of experiences. It can be concluded that the estimates between fellows working at "the same fields" have kept deep relations together on perceptual orientation which resulted from finding out a useful method to measure occupational effectiveness according to the perceptual field. Conclusion of the Study The personnel administration has been managed according to external flatus and not positive operation: on the other hand, this study holds, It shall be operated in accordance with the estimates by fellow, the "Preceptual Orientation Scale" for more positive ability. The study requires the following researches on the devoted professional occupations, such as medical doctors, teachers, nurses, etc. for the purpose of increasing their occupational effectiveness more scientifically.

CO-OP 중재 적용이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 실행기능 및 작업 수행 증진에 미치는 영향 (Effects of CO-OP Interventions on Affected Upper Extremity Use, Execution Function and Occupational Performance in Patients With Stroke)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자에게 Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance(CO-OP) 중재법을 적용하여 작업수행의 질, 상지기능 및 실행기능에 영향을 주는지 확인하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구대상은 재활치료를 받고 있는 입원, 외래 환자 중 발병한지 3개월 이상된 뇌졸중 환자 5명이었다. 연구는 단일집단 사전-사후 평가로 설계되었다. 중재는 1일 1회 30분간 주 5회로 총 20회기를 적용하였다. 중재활동은 환자가 선정한 중요도는 높지만 만족도와 수행도는 낮은 활동을 선정하여 진행하였다. 평가도구로는 수행의 질을 평가하는 Performance Quality Rating Scale(PQRS)과 Canadian Occupational Performance Measure(COPM), 실행기능을 알아보기 위한 Executive Function Performance Test for Koreans(EFPT-K), 상지기능을 알아보기 위한 Motor Activity Log(MAL)를 사용하였다. 중재 전·후를 비교할 수 있는 통계방법으로는 비모수 검정인 Wilcoxon's signed rank test를 사용하였다. 통계학적 유의수준은 p<0.05로 하였다. 결과 : 상지기능은 모든 항목에서 유의미한 변화를 나타냈으며 실행기능은 시작하기 항목을 제외한 준비하기, 순서정하기, 판단과 안전, 종결하기 전 항목에서 유의미한 변화를 나타냈다. 또한, 작업수행도 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 결론 : 만성 뇌졸중 환자를 중심으로 20회기의 CO-OP 중재를 통해 상지기능, 실행기능, 작업수행을 향상시켰다. 뇌졸중 환자의 작업수행뿐 아니라 세부적인 작업 요소 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 도출하였다.

강원도 지역 초기 치매환자에게 적용한 가정방문 인지작업치료의 효과 (Effects of Home-based Cognitive Occupational Therapy Applied to Dementia Patients in the Initial Stages in Gangwon-do)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 강원도 태백지역에 거주하는 초기치매환자를 대상으로 실시한 방문 인지 작업치료 프로그램의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 초기치매환자 30명을 대상으로 작업치료학과 학생 30명과 자원봉사자들이 주 1회 총 8회기의 가정방문 인지작업치료 중재를 실시하였다. 프로그램 전후의 대상자들의 인기기능의 변화를 알아보기 위해 MMSE-K를 사용하여 측정하였다. 또한 가정방문 인지작업치료에 대한 초기치매 환자들의 인식과 만족도를 확인하였다. 결과 : 초기 치매환자에게 가정방문 인지작업치료 적용한 결과 전반적인 인지기능의 향상이 나타났으며 특히 지남력, 기억회상, 주의집중력, 언어력의 경우 통계학적으로 유의한 향상이 나타났다. 결론 : 인지기능의 향상과 일상생활능력의 향상을 위한 가정방문 작업치료 프로그램이 치매환자의 중재에 있어 유용하게 적용될 것으로 사료되며 향후 가정방문 작업치료 서비스 도입을 위한 다양한 가정방문 작업치료 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

CO-OP 적용이 ADHD 아동의 작업수행에 미치는 효과 : 예비연구 (Effect of the CO-OP Approach on Occupational Performance in ADHD : A Pilot Study)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 다양한 진단군에서 운동기술이 향상된 결과를 보여주는 CO-OP접근을 ADHD아동에게 적용하여 기술의 습득 및 변화를 살펴 본 후 ADHD아동에게 CO-OP접근의 가능성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구대상자는 ADHD진단을 받고 유치원에 재학 중인 만 7세 2개월의 남아 1명으로 개별실험연구설계(single subject research design) 중 AB로 설계하여 5주간 10회기로 총 7주간 진행되었다. 보호자와 COPM을 통해 목표를 정하였으며 설정된 목표는 아동의 젓가락 질 향상이었다. 중재과정에서 CO-OP의 전반적인 과정을 설명하였고 젓가락질의 기술을 습득하게 하기 위해 수행에 대한 분석 및 실행을 지속하도록 하였으며, DSS를 가이드 하였다. 수행측정은 젓가락을 들고 시작과 동시에 콩이 담긴 접시에서 다른 접시로 콩을 집어 옮기는 시간으로 하였다. 결과 : 콩을 집는 시간은 중재 전 22.3초 걸렸지만 중재 후 15.1초로 7.2초 단축되었고 부모님의 COPM 점수는 수행도 3점, 만족도 4점의 향상을 보여 임상적으로 유의한 변화를 가져왔다. 결론 : ADHD아동에게 CO-OP접근은 작업수행을 향상시킬 수 있는 중재방법이다.

Review and Evaluation of Hand-Arm Coordinate Systems for Measuring Vibration Exposure, Biodynamic Responses, and Hand Forces

  • The hand coordinate systems for measuring vibration exposures and biodynamic responses have been standardized, but they are not actually used in many studies. This contradicts the purpose of the standardization. The objectives of this study were to identify the major sources of this problem, and to help define or identify better coordinate systems for the standardization. This study systematically reviewed the principles and definition methods, and evaluated typical hand coordinate systems. This study confirms that, as accelerometers remain the major technology for vibration measurement, it is reasonable to standardize two types of coordinate systems: a tool-based basicentric (BC) system and an anatomically based biodynamic (BD) system. However, these coordinate systems are not well defined in the current standard. Definition of the standard BC system is confusing, and it can be interpreted differently; as a result, it has been inconsistently applied in various standards and studies. The standard hand BD system is defined using the orientation of the third metacarpal bone. It is neither convenient nor defined based on important biological or biodynamic features. This explains why it is rarely used in practice. To resolve these inconsistencies and deficiencies, we proposed a revised method for defining the realistic handle BC system and an alternative method for defining the hand BD system. A fingertip-based BD system for measuring the principal grip force is also proposed based on an important feature of the grip force confirmed in this study.

치과기공사의 조직문화와 직무만족도간의 관계연구 (A Study on Relations between Dental Technicians' Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate relations between the organizational culture and job satisfaction of ordinary dental technicians who are serving at dental laboratories. Findings of the study are summarized as follows. Ordinary dental technicians' job satisfaction as a whole was measured 3.40 in average score. In detail, those dental technicians were highest in satisfaction about their work, followed by their work conditions, organizational relations and occupation itself in order, but showed some dissatisfaction in terms of their self-realization. Regarding relations between the organizational culture and job satisfaction of ordinary dental technicians, the former was found significantly affecting the latter. Those dental technicians' job satisfaction was being most positively influenced by innovation-orientation as one of their organizational culture styles, followed by task-orientation. In regard to relations between sub-areas of the satisfaction and styles of the culture, ordinary dental technicians' organizational relations were being significantly, positively affected by such styles of their organizational culture as relation-orientation and task-orientation. Those technicians' occupational satisfaction, self-realization and work conditions were being strongly influenced by one of their organizational culture styles, that is, innovation-orientation. Originary dental technicians' work satisfaction was not being significantly affected by any of the organizational culture styles. The more relation- or task-orienting ordinary dental technicians were in organizational culture, the stronger their organizational relations were. The more innovation-orienting ordinary dental technicians were in organizational culture, the more those dental technicians' satisfaction regarding their occupation, self-realization and work conditions is likely to positively change. These findings indicate that ordinary dental technicians are even more orienting both relation and task in organizational culture, while being afraid of innovation and that their organizational culture as a whole is somewhat strict hierarchically.

  • Purpose - Nowadays, more than ever before, fierce competition, deep market segmentation, short product life cycles, and intensifying customer needs are putting increasing pressure on franchise's organizations to satisfy their customers by creating market-oriented relationships with and enhancing their market knowledge of them. One way that this might be achieved is by establishing deep ties (i.e., job commitment and job satisfaction) with their employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine how two important constructs of franchises' strategic efforts, LO (learning orientation) and RMO (relationship marketing orientation), affect job satisfaction, given the mediating role of job commitment. A franchise system comprises a set of contractual arrangements by which mutual obligations are performed. An organizational learning goal motivates employees to improve their abilities and master the tasks they perform. Relationship marketing, in addition, is to identify, establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with customers and other stakeholders to ensure that the objectives of all parties are met and this is done through the mutual exchange of promises. In a relationship marketing orientation, then, a firm creates, maintains, and enhances a strong relationship with its customers by sustaining long-term ties. This study was designed to examine the evolution of various theoretical approaches to franchise systems in order to determine whether theories about firms have significantly affected the franchise system. To this end, the authors developed a structural model consisting of several constructs. Previous studies have suggested that franchises' learning and relationship marketing orientations are important occupational immersion dimensions driving job satisfaction. Research design, data, methodology - We empirically tested a process of how the learning orientation and the relationship marketing orientation influence job commitment and job satisfaction using survey data drawn from 150 responding franchisees who were interviewed about their individual tendencies. Results - The results of this study provide empirical evidence that learning orientation, relationship marketing orientation, and job commitment all influence franchisees' job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that, first, learning orientation had a significant effect on job satisfaction; second, relationship marketing orientation was positively related to job commitment; third, job commitment had a significant effect on job satisfaction. We also found that relationship marketing orientation and job satisfaction were mediated by job commitment. Conclusions - The findings of this study confirm the importance of learning orientation and relationship marketing orientation in maintaining a positive marketing relationship between franchiser and franchisee from to the perspective of the market. This indicates that franchiser support such as educational programs provided by the franchiser will help franchisees attain higher business management achievement and satisfaction. Moreover, a positive relationship between franchisees and consumers can be maintained through tie effects. Our findings also suggest that learning orientation plays a critical role in job satisfaction within the franchise system.
