유자녀 맞벌이 남녀의 일-가족 갈등인식에 영향을 미치는 변인에 관한 연구: 만 12세 이하 자녀를 둔 기혼 남녀를 대상으로 (A study on factors influencing of perceived work-family conflict of dual-earner men and women: married working men and women with children under 12years)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify perceived work-family conflict of married working women and men with children under 12 years. Specifically, This study attempts to examine the differences of relative influence between objective time variables and subjective satisfaction variables unlike previous research. For research, this study used the data of 1012 working men and women from the 3rd Nation survey of Korean Family in 2015. The main results of this study were as following. First, Business hours and cognition of enough leisure time had more relative effect of work${\rightarrow}$family conflict than any other variable. On the other hand, leisure time on weekdays had the effect of family${\rightarrow}$work conflict with women and men. Second, gender differences of work${\rightarrow}$family conflict and family${\rightarrow}$work conflict were identified. In work${\rightarrow}$family conflict, men were influenced cognition of enough leisure time, women were influenced couple conversation time and employment status unlike men. In family${\rightarrow}$work conflict, men were not influenced subjective satisfaction variables. But women were influenced satisfaction with division of child care. Third, in family${\rightarrow}$work conflict, the addition of objective time variables in Model of men resulted in an increased $R^2$-value, but in work${\rightarrow}$family conflict and family${\rightarrow}$work conflict, the addition of subjective satisfaction variables in Model of women resulted in an increased $R^2$-value.

사회비교와 행복의 관계에서 문화적 자기관의 역할 (The Moderation Effect of Cultural Self-construal on a Social Comparison and Happiness)

  • 본 연구는 사회비교와 행복의 관계에 미치는 문화적 자기관의 영향을 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 사회비교와 행복은 부적관계에 있다고 알려져 있지만 사회비교의 결과는 비교 당사자의 자기인식과 비교동기에 따라 달라진다는 견해 역시 존재한다. 본 연구는 문화적 자기관이 사회비교와 행복에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 전국 5대 권역(수도권, 강원, 충청, 전라, 경상)에서 표집한 권역 당 4개 연령대(30대, 40대, 50대, 60대) 각 100명씩, 총 2,000명을 대상으로 문화적 자기관(상호협조적 자기, 주체성-대상성 자기), 사회비교경향, 주관적 안녕감 및 심리적 안녕감을 조사하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 상호협조적 자기는 사회비교와 정적상관을, 행복과는 부적상관을 보였고, 둘째, 상호협조적 자기가 높은 사람들은 사회비교를 많이 할수록 주관적 안녕감이 낮았지만, 낮은 사람들은 사회비교가 행복에 영향을 끼치지 않았다. 셋째, 대상성 자기가 높은 사람들은 사회비교를 많이 할수록 행복이 낮았지만, 주체성 자기가 높은 사람들은 사회비교가 행복에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이를 바탕으로 사회비교의 결과에 영향을 미치는 자기관의 성격과 행복의 문화적 의미 등에 대해 논의하였다.

다중최적화기법을 이용한 강우-유사-유출 예측 불확실성 평가 (Assessment of Rainfall-Sediment Yield-Runoff Prediction Uncertainty Using a Multi-objective Optimization Method)

  • 모형의 구조, 모델링에 사용되는 자료, 매개변수 등에 포함된 다양한 불확실성 원인들은 수문모의 및 예측결과에 있어 불확실성을 야기한다. 본 연구에서는 강우-유출 및 강우-유사유출 모의가 가능한 분포형 강우-유사-유출 모형을 용담댐 상류유역인 천천유역에 적용하여 수문곡선 및 유사량곡선의 재현성을 평가하고, 다중최적화기법인 MOSCEM을 이용하여 강우-유출 모듈, 강우-유사유출 모듈의 매개변수를 독립적으로 보정한 경우(Case I과 II), 그리고 두 모듈이 결합된 강우-유사-유출 모형의 매개변수를 동시에 보정한 경우(Case III)에 대하여 Pareto 최적해를 추정하고, 이에 따른 수문 예측결과의 불확실성을 평가한다. 매개변수 불확실성의 전이에 따른 수문곡선의 불확실성 평가 결과(Case I), 모의기간 동안 고유량보다는 저유량 부분에서 불확실성 범위가 두드러졌으며, 이에 반해, 유사량곡선의 경우(Case II) 저농도보다는 고농도 부분에서 불확실성 범위가 넓게 분포하였다. 강우-유사-유출 모형의 매개변수의 불확실성을 동시에 추정한 경우 수문곡선 및 유사량곡선 모두 Case I과 II에 비해 모의기간 전반에 걸쳐 불확실성 범위가 넓게 분포되었으며, 매개 변수의 불확실성으로 인해 대상유역내 격자별 침식 및 퇴적 공간분포 양상이 상이하게 나타났다.

Effects of elastic band orthosis (aider) on balance and gait in chronic stroke patients

  • Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the feasibility and effects of balance training using a newly developed elastic band orthosis (aider) for improvement of mobility and balance in chronic stroke patients. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: Ten patients with chronic hemiplegia participated in this study. There were six males and four females; two patients had right hemiplegia and eight had left hemiplegia. This study investigated the effect of the elastic band orthosis on balance and gait ability compared with bare foot condition. Gait parameters were measured using the opto-gait system for analysis of the spatial and temporal parameters of walking in stroke patients. In addition, balance ability in stroke patients was evaluated using the Timed Up and Go (TUG) and Berg Balance Scale (BBS). Results: This study investigated the effect of the elastic band orthosis on balance compared with bare foot condition. The TUG and BBS showed significant improvement with use of the elastic band orthosis (p<0.05). Use of the Elastic band orthosis resulted in significantly improved velocity, cadence, less-affected step length, less-affected stride length, and less-affected single limb support in stroke patients (p<0.05). Conclusions: We demonstrated a significant improvement in dynamic balance and gait ability in chronic stroke patients using the elastic band orthosis. This orthosis may aid in prevention of spastic foot drop, leading to improvement of walking ability.

점진적(漸進的) 근육이완법(筋肉弛緩法)이 자율신경계(自律神經系)에 미치는 영향(影響) (The Effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation Therapy on Autonomic Nerve System)

  • Objective : Progressive muscle relaxation(PMR) therapy is the way of mind and body self-regulation which makes major muscles tension to be comfortable condition. It was considered to be important to check the level of relaxation in objective validity. Therefore, Heart rate variability(HRV) is the valuable measurement to investigate the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on autonomic nerve system. Method : I studied 38 subjects. The subjects were measured HRV at first. And then, Using a CD player, the subjects listened to recorded PMR program for 15 minutes. After this progress, I rechecked HRV. Results : heart rate item of HRV was significantly decreased. Also, the numerical value of SDNN(standard deviation of all NN intervals) and SDSD(standard deviation of differences between adjacent NN intervals) items of HRV were showed significantly increased in all subjects after PMR. Conclusion : It indicated that PMR is efficient for inspiring resistance of the stress and a sense of stability, and PMR is a valuable method to reduce the mind stress and stiffness of body muscle.

The effect of mass eccentricity on the torsional response of building structures

  • The effect of earthquake induced torsion, due to mass eccentricities, is investigated with the objective of providing practical design guidelines for minimizing the torsional response of building structures. Current code provisions recommend performing three dimensional static or dynamic analyses, which involve shifting the centers of the floor masses from their nominal positions to what is called an accidental eccentricity. This procedure however may significantly increase the design cost of multistory buildings, due to the numerous possible spatial combinations of mass eccentricities and it is doubtful whether such a cost would be justifiable. This paper addresses this issue on a theoretical basis and investigates the torsional response of asymmetric multistory buildings in relation to their behavior when all floor masses lie on the same vertical line. This approach provides an insight on the overall seismic response of buildings and reveals how the torsional response of a structure is influenced by an arbitrary spatial combination of mass eccentricities. It also provides practical guidelines of how a structural configuration may be designed to sustain minor torsion, which is the main objective of any practicing engineer. A parametric study is presented on 9-story common building types having a mixed-type lateral load resisting system (frames, walls, coupled wall bents) and representative heightwise variations of accidental eccentricities.

외식업체 영양정보표시에 따른 소비자태도, 이용동기, 건강관심도, 만족도, 재방문의도와의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationship among Consumer Attitude, Usage Motive, Health-consciousness, Satisfaction, and Revisit Intent Pursuant to Foodservice Nutrition Information Labeling System)

  • The necessity of selecting food based on correct information through nutrition ingredients included in the food is being emphasized due to the recent increase in interest of restaurant users in healthy and safe food. This study verified the structural causal relationship among consumer attitude, use reason and health-consciousness regarding nutrition information labeling and their satisfaction and revisit intent. A total of 266 surveys conducted over restaurant users residing in the Busan area was used for the final analysis of the study to attain this study's objective. The suitability of the Structural Equation Modeling and organic causation relationship was verified through the statistics programs SPSS (V 23.0) and AMOS (V 21.0) in order to attain this study's objective, and the control effect of age has been verified. The results showed that a meaningful causal relationship was confirmed in all elements excluding consumer attitude. A control effect was also confirmed in the influential relationship between use reason and satisfaction level. The results of the study suggested that the nutrition information labeling system of restaurants provides practical implications and marketing strategies for restaurant managers and government policy makers.

공유형 동조질량감쇠기를 이용한 인접건물의 지진응답제어 (Seismic Response Control of Adjacent Buildings Using Shared Tuned Mass Damper)

  • When adjacent tall buildings experience earthquake excitation, structural pounding may happen. In order to mitigate seismic pounding damage to adjacent structures, many studies have been done to date. Tuned mass dampers (TMD) are widely used for reduction of dynamic responses of building structures subjected to earthquake excitations. If a TMD is shared between adjacent buildings and it shows good control performance, it will be effective and economic means to reduce seismic responses of adjacent structures. In this study, control performance of a shared tuned mass damper (STMD) for seismic response reduction of adjacent buildings has been evaluated. For this purpose, two 8-story example buildings were used and multi-objective genetic algorithms has been employed for optimal design of the stiffness and damping parameters of the STMD. Based on numerical analyses, it has been shown that a STMD can effectively control dynamic responses and reduce the effect of pounding between adjacent buildings subjected to earthquake excitations in comparison with a traditional TMD.

의류 상품에 대한 소비자 지식과 관여가 정보처리양식에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Consumer Knowledge and Involvement of Apparel Products on Information Processing Style)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of consumer knowledge and involvement of apparel products on information processing style. The subjects of this study were female adults who lived in Seoul, Kyunggi or Incheon areas and Quota sampling using age and residential areas was employed. The data were obtained from 603 questionnaires. Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 10 and LISREL 7.0. Major statistical methods were factor analysis, Cronbach's a coefficient, multiple regression analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Consumer knowledge significantly influenced information processing styles. Rational processing style was significantly influenced by objective knowledge, while experiential processing style was significantly influenced by subjective knowledge. 2. Involvement was related to the subjective knowledge more than objective knowledge. Consumers who had higher interest, social importance and followed latest fashion trends tended to process information more experientially.

채널형 FRP빔으로 보강된 RC보의 전단거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study for Shear Behavior of RC Beam Strengthened with Channel-type FRP Beam)

  • A recent and promising method for shear strengthening of reinforced concrete(RC) members is the use of near surface mounted(NSM) fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) reinforcement. In the NSM method, the reinforcement is embedded in grooves cut onto the surface of the member to be strengthened and filled with an appropriate binding agent such as epoxy paste or cement grout. This paper illustrates a research program on shear strengthening of RC beams with NSM channel-type FRP beams which is developed in this study. The objective of this study is to clarify the role of channel-type FRP beam embedded to the beam web for shear strengthening of reinforced concrete beams. Included in the study are effectiveness in terms of spacing and angle of channel-type FRP beams, strengthening method, and shear span ratio. the study also aims to understand the additional shear capacity due to glass fiber reinforced polymer beams and carbon reinforced polymer beams. And anther objective is to study the failure modes, shear strengthening effect on ultimate force and load deflection behavior of RC beams embedded with channel-type FRP beams on the shear region of the beams.
