These days, vehicle is evolving from the isolated space of transportation to the third digital life space connected to the information world via wired and wireless internet and in which the various activities are possible. According to this trend, the speed of growth in the development of Telematics technology and standard is being accelerated due to the government's IT839 strategy and market needs in Korea. ETRI, TTA, and the Telematics Standardization Forum play key role in developing domestic Telematics standard of core technology needed by industry in relation with each other. The international standards are mainly developed by de-facto standardization organizations such as OSGi, OMA, ERTICO, etc. currently. In this paper, we discuss the trends and issues in Telematics standardization and future strategy.

The 610 m high Canton Tower (formerly named Guangzhou New Television Tower) is currently considered as a benchmark problem for structural health monitoring (SHM) of high-rise slender structures. In the benchmark study task I, a set of 24-hour ambient vibration measurement data has been available for the output-only system identification study. In this paper, the vector autoregressive models (ARV) method is adopted in the operational modal analysis (OMA) for this TV tower. The identified natural frequencies, damping ratios and mode shapes are presented and compared with the available results from some other research groups which used different methods, e.g., the data-driven stochastic subspace identification (SSI-DATA) method, the enhanced frequency domain decomposition (EFDD) algorithm, and an improved modal identification method based on NExT-ERA technique. Furthermore, the environmental effects on the estimated modal parameters are also discussed.

When modal tests on the large structures and machinery are performed, it is in general difficult and inaccurate to use artificial excitation devices such as impact hammers, because of insufficient capacity of the device and different environmental conditions of the concerned structures. Therefore, the Operational Modal Analysis(OMA) technique, which is performed by measuring only vibration responses during the operation of the objective product, can be one alternative. In this paper, the way to identify natural frequencies, mode shapes and damping ratios of a ship by using the OMA during the sea trail is described.

무선단말기를 위한 소프트웨어 배포관리 시스템을 사용하여 단말기를 사용하고 있는 중에 사용 환경의 변화에 적응하거나 성능 및 기능 개선 그리고 새로운 서비스 개시를 위하여 새로운 소프트웨어를 단말기에 설치, 실행 시킬 수 있다. 또한 불필요한 소프트웨어를 제거하거나 정상동작 여부를 감시할 수도 있다. OMA DM은 무선통신단말기를 관리하기 위한 표준이다. 본 논문에서는 OMA DM 표준을 기반으로 무선단말기 관리 응용으로서 무선통신 단말기 소프트웨어 관리 시스템 ThinkSync DM SoftMan 개발 결과를 제시한다.

오늘날 분산 컴퓨팅 환경은 사용자들에게 물리적인 위치와 상관없이 신속한 서비스를 제공하는 위치의 투명성이 부각되고 있다. 이를 위해 분산환경에서 객체를 설계하고 구현하는데 따른 표준화 방법으로 OMG에서는 OMA를 도입하여 OMA의 추상객체모델 위에 CORBA를 표준으로 정의하였다. 이러한 분산환경을 기반으로 복잡한 분산 어플리케이션의 개발과 관리의 복잡성을 줄이기 위해서는 객체들을 집합체적인 개념으로 그룹객체에 대한 정의를 필요로 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 그룹객체 정의를 도입하여 현재 분산 시스템의 표준으로 사용하는 CORBA 기반에서 분산된 객체들을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 그룹객체 모델 즉, 구조를 제안한다.

The objective of this study was to examine the effect of repair mortar on the dynamic properties such as natural frequencies, mode shape and damping ratios of two story single span scale reinforced concrete building. To this end, two story single span scale reinforced concrete building having dimensions of 150 cm (width), 150 cm (length) and 135 cm (height) was constructed. Workmanship defects such as separation of material, faulty vibration application and bad gradation of the structure were properly evaluated. Dynamic properties of damaged structure were experimentally determined using Operational Modal Analysis (OMA). Detected defects in the structure were fixed by plastering with repair mortar. Dynamic properties of repaired structure were reevaluated by using the OMA method. Finite element software called Abaqus was used to numerically determine dynamic properties of the structure. Structure modeled as solid was subjected to Linear Perturbation Frequency Method. The changes in dynamic properties of structure after the repair process were comparatively studied by evaluating experimental and numerical results.

Using the most up-to-date system identification methods in both time and frequency domains, the dynamic monitoring data from the reinforced concrete Egebaekvej Bridge near Holte, Denmark, is examined in this investigation. The bridge was erected in the 1960s and was still standing during test campaign before demolishing. The ARTeMIS Modal was adopted to derive the modal parameters from ambient vibration data. Several Operational Modal Analysis (OMA) approaches were applied, including Enhanced Frequency Domain Decomposition (EFDD), Curve-fit Frequency Domain Decomposition (CFDD), and Frequency Domain Decomposition (FDD). Afterward, Principal Component (SSI-PC), Unweighted Principal Component (SSI-UPC) Stochastic Subspace Identification methods were utilized. Danish engineering consulting company, COWI with the allowance of the bridge contractor BARSLUND, allow the researcher for this experimental test to demonstrate the impact of OMA applications.

차세대 이동통신 표준화는 크게 네가지 분야에서 진행되고 있다. 3GPP, 3GPP2에서의 3G Evolution, IEEE 802.16에서의 Broadband Wireless Access, OMA에서의 응용서비스의 표준화, 그리고 ITU-R에서의 Spectrum 및 Beyond 3G 비전 연구 등이다. 본 고에서는 현 시점에서 각 기구에서 진행되고 있는 표준활동의 개요를 간단히 소개한다.
