본 논문에서는 암호 기능과 함께 데이터 인증 기능을 지원하는 OCB(offsetest codebook)-AES(advanced encryption) 암호 알고리즘을 VLSI로 설계하고 성능을 분석하였다. OCB-AES 암호 알고리즘은 기존 암호 시스템에서 암호 알고리즘과 인증에 구별된 알고리즘과 하드웨어를 사용함에 따른 많은 연산 시간과 하드웨어 문제를 해결하였다. 면적 효율적인 모듈화된 오프셋 생성기와 태그 생성 회로를 내장한 OCB-AES 프로세서는 IDEC 삼성 0.35um CMOS 공정으로 설계되었으며 약 55,700 게이트로 구성되며, 80MHz의 동작주파수로 930 Mbps의 암${\cdot}$복호율을 갖는다. 그리고 무결성과 인증에 사용되는 128 비트 태그를 생성하는데 소요되는 클록사이클 수는 (m+2)${\times}$(Nr+1)이다. 여기서 m은 메시지의 블록 수이며, Nr은 AES 암호 알고리즘의 라운드 수이다. 설계된 프로세서는 높은 암${\times}$복효율과 면적 효율성으로 IEEE 802.11i 무선 랜과 모바일용 SoC(System on chip)에 암호 처리를 위한 소프트 IP(Intellectual Property)로 적용 가능하다.

Two new cell structures for optical compensated bend were proposed. There are two groups of slit electrodes, which are driven by two different signals corresponding to the entire electrode as common electrode. The transmittance was enhanced without increasing the response time and light leakage. Compared with the traditional OCB mode, the increment of the transmittance of each kind is about 90% and 30%.

In general, contrary to the CRTs with impulsive emission, liquid crystal displays have motion artifacts such as blurring. ghost image, decrease of dynamic CR(contrast ratio), and stroboscopic motion due to hold type driving method. In this paper, to improve motion picture quality of LCDs. impulsive driving method of black data insertion was applied to the OCB mode which is well known for its fast LC response time and wide viewing angle properties. Subject evaluation was carried out with CRT, TN, SIPS(Super IPS). and impulsive driving OCB. Moving picture image quality near CRT was obtained in impulsive OCB driving mode

In this paper, the 128bit AES block cipher algorithm OCB (Offset Code Book) mode for privacy and authenticity of high speed packet data was efficiently designed in C language level and was optimized to support the required capacity of contents server using high performance DSP. It is known that OCB mode is about two times faster than CBC-MAC mode. As an experimental result, the encryption / decryption speed of the implemented block cipher was 308Mbps, 311 Mbps respectively at 1GHz clock speed, which is 50% faster than a general design with 3.5% more memory usage.

본 연구는 동료 조직정치지각이 동료지향 조직시민행동과 이직의도에 미치는 영향력과 양자 관계에서 정치적 기술의 조절효과를 규명하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 제주지역에 소재하고 있는 공 사기업 종사자 375명으로부터 획득된 자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과, 동료 조직정치지각은 동료지향 조직시민행동에 영향력이 없는 것으로 확인되었으나, 이직의도를 촉진하는 원인이 되는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 동료 조직정치지각과 동료지향 조직시민행동의 관계는 정치적 기술의 조절효과가 유의하지 않으나, 동료 조직정치지각과 이직의도의 관계는 정치적 기술에 의한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 기존 조직정치지각 연구에서 조직정치와 조직시민행동 변인과의 일관적이지 못한 연구결과가 조직정치지각 대상에 따른 차이로 인한 것임을 의미하며, 조직정치지각 연구에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 또한 동료 조직정치지각과 이직의도 관계에서 정치적 기술이 양자관계를 조절하는 것으로 확인되어 정치적 기술 관련 연구에 있어 연구범위 확대에 기여하고 있다.

We have obtained high performance and low voltage driving OCB panel by reducing the critical voltage and retardation matching between liquid crystal layer and compensation films. The critical voltage in the panel has been minimized by flattening color filter layer and optimizing a rubbing process. In addition, an appropriate retardation of the film and LC layer has scanned to achieve low driving voltage and high transmission. The proto-type 17" WXGA OCB panel has demonstrated with less than 5V drive and over 80 degree for all viewing direction except for rubbing direction with over 90% of TN light efficiency.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Perceived Organizational Support(POS) and on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment(OC). In order to attain the objectives of this study, a model was established and hypothesis was verified on the basis of preceding studies. In a model proposed for this study, POS was used as antecedents to OC while OCB was used as consequences for OC. The sample included 387 employees. Structural equation modeling(SEM) was used to employed the hypothesized relationships in the conceptual model. Results indicated that (a)POS has a positive impact OC; (b)affective OC has a positive impact OCB; (c)continuance OC has a negative(or zero) impact QCB. Implications are discussed and future research directions are outlined.

Purpose: This descriptive study was done to identify effects of perceived organizational support (POS) on job involvement and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in hospital nurses. Methods: Data were collected from Oct. 1 to Nov. 15, 2011. Participants in this study were 324 nurses working in 6 general hospitals in S, K, and C cities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: POS was positively correlated with job involvement, and OCB (altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, sportsmanship and civic virtue). Factors influencing job involvement were POS and marital status, which accounted for 15.7% of the variance, marital status influenced altruism, which accounted for 4% of the variance, POS influenced conscientiousness, which accounted for 10% of the variance, religion and marital status influenced courtesy, which accounted for 6.5% of the variance, age influenced sportsmanship, which accounted for 7.9% of the variance, and POS and clinical career influenced civic virtue, which accounted for 23.1% of the variance. Job involvement mediated on the relation between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that hospital administrators should explore ways of improve POS for better job involvement, conscientiousness, and civic virtue.

In this paper, we study how the viewing angle characteristics of a bend cell can be compensated by uniaxial films such as positive a-plate, negative c-plate and circular polarizer. Especially, it is confirmed how the circular polarizer composed of a quarter-wave plate and a linear polarizer enhances the viewing angle characteristics by the $Poincar\acute{e}$ sphere representation. Also, additional compensation film is designed to improve the viewing angle characteristics of the cell by the $Poincar\acute{e}$ sphere representation.
