Blind restoration for motion-blurred images is always the research hotspot, and the key for the blind restoration is the accurate blur kernel (BK) estimation. Therefore, to achieve high-quality blind image restoration, this thesis presents a novel windowed-total-variation method. The proposed method is based on the spatial scale of edges but not amplitude, and the proposed method thus can extract useful image edges for accurate BK estimation, and then recover high-quality clear images. A large number of experiments prove the superiority.

The main focus of this study is to introduce an empirical study on the implementation of DMAIC procedures for internet media portal service company.

Mixing characteristics of tire chemical additives in the chemical injection tank of the chemical and volume control system(CVCS) were investigated for the Yonggwang Nuclear units 5&6. Numerical calculations were performed with a low-Reynolds number turbulence model. Studies were also conducted for the injection tank with a disk located at 1/4H, 2/4H, and 3/4H from the inlet in order to see the effect in the enhancement of chemical mixing. Results show that the optimum arrangement is to locate a disk close to the inlet.

The hydraulic tests for 16$\times$16 JDFA were performed to obtain the pressure loss coefficients using the FACTS. The pressure loss coefficients are calculated by converting the each properties of experimental values for inlet region, mixing vane grid, outlet region and core region by performing a power fit of the pressure loss coefficient values to the corresponding Reynolds number. The test results are compared with the existing calculated values and evaluated by using the CALOPR code in terms of pressure drop. It is turned out that the differences between the test results and the calculated values are about by 3.8% for the pressure loss coefficients and by 8.5% for the pressure drop.

This research aims to test the effect of corporate governance factors on corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure and its impact on a company's financial performance. The factors of corporate governance referred to in this research are foreign ownership, state ownership, number of board of commissioners, the proportion of independent commissioners, and educational background of commissioners' board. Based on the purposive sampling method, 194 companies were selected with a total of 582 observations. The data analysis used in this study was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach by using the alternative Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this research indicated that state ownership, number of board of commissioners, and the proportion of independent commissioners had a significant positive effect on CSR disclosure. While the foreign ownership and the educational background of the commissioners' board have had an insignificant effect on CSR disclosure. Then, CSR disclosure had a significant positive effect on the companies' financial performance. The findings of this study suggest that the positive effect of the CSR disclosure on performance is because the disclosure is able to improve the company's reputation; the more social activities are carried out will improve the customers' loyalty as well as the support from other stakeholders which in turns will improve the company's performance.

The purpose of the study to examine the requirement of food service statistical account. the questionnaire was composed of two part: the traits of food service statistical accounts by USA and Japan and demographic characteristics. 325 questionnaires were distributed by mail to the member of Korean Food service Management Society and Korea university and college Culinary Management Faculty Association and 92 questionnaires were returned. the data was completed using the SPSS for frequency, mean, t-test, and ANOVA test. As a result of the follows. the 23 traits showed a high priority placed. Seeing the category, Number of customer, unit volume, solid waste, and information technology and application were higher than employee information. Comparing company members to academic members, both of them thought that dimension of unit, sales result, and number of customer. However, company member group indicated that employee information was important.

An economic system is a means by which societies or governments organize and distribute available resources, services, and goods across a geographic region or country. The Islamic financial system faces a number of challenges as part of its role as a tool for developing economic activities. This study intends to advance research by Lassoued (2018) by expanding the research population to include Islamic banks in Asia and adding new dimensions - the size of the independent commissioner and corporate governance. The population of this study is the 100 largest Islamic banks in Asia. Statistical calculations with the STATA application is used for data analysis. Based on the test results, it was found that the size of the sharia board and the independent board of directors did not affect the financial stability of Islamic banking companies. Another finding is that the size of the independent commissioner affects financial stability. This finding shows that commissioners have played an active role in the company, indicating that if the sharia banking company has an ideal number of independent commissioners, it will be advantageous to the company's stability and business sustainability.

In this study aims to research and analyze what are decision factors between a wholly-owned subsidiary and a international company cooperation in the internationalization process. From 57 primary studies found 26 observed variables for aggregation of effect size in the using "Fixed Effect Model" on this mata-analysis. The article also links the theories that are used in the literature, not considered in the most of primary studies, to the empirical results and recommends global management strategy which is needed for business practical affairs. According to the result, the meta-analysis suggests that the number of employees of a MNC, the geological and cultural differneces between the host country and home country, the country-specific international experience of the MNC and export intensity, the international product diversification, the market growth and the market size of the foreign operations, and resource intensity of the foreign operations, the legal restrictions in the host country and the country risk of the home country do exert a significant effect on the decision between cooperative arrangement and a wholly-owned subsidiary. Conversely, for a large number of variables, no significant relationship seems to exist based on the combined results. This is the case, for example, for factor specificity, the r&d-intensity, the subsidiary size, the assets of the MNC and the sales volume of the MNC.

The laser strengthening of 35kgf/㎟ and 60kgf/㎟ grade steel sheets is investigated by using CO$_2$ laser beam irradiation. The increase of tensile strength is dominated by the number of fully penetrated melting line. Also. the optimal laser input energy(hardness) and the number of melting line (melting width) are important variables for laser strengthening. Local strengthening by laser beam may be effective for the weight reduction of components where the tailored welded blank can not be applied.
