  • This research aimed to determine the relationship between hotel restaurants' SCM activities and their results. The samples are included exclusive high-end hotels located in the seoul area. To analyze the data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis were applied. Multiple regression analysis showed that SCM activities (${\beta}$=.342, p<.000), information sharing (${\beta}$=.136, p<.006), and cooperative activities (${\beta}$=.120, p<.015) had a significant impact on financial performance. The explanatory power of this model was 14%, and there was statistical significance in the regression model. SCM activities(${\beta}$=.221, p<.000), information sharing (${\beta}$=.475, p<.000), and cooperative activities (${\beta}$=.172, p<.000) also had a significant impact on non-financial performance, and the explanatory power of this model was 29%, with statistical significance in the regression model.

  • In this paper, an advanced torque control scheme of Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) using modified non-linear logical TSF (Torque Sharing Function) with PWM is presented. In the proposed control scheme, a simple calculation of PWM duty ratio and switching rules from DITC(Direct Instantaneous Torque Control) can reduce the torque ripple with fixed switching frequency. The proposed control scheme is verified by the computer simulations and experimental results.

  • The low-power design of the A/D converter is indispensable to achieve the compact bio-signal measuring device with long battery duration. In this paper, new decimation filter structure is proposed for the low-power design of the Sigma-Delta A/D converter in the bio-instruments. The proposed filter is based on the non-recursive structure of the CIC (Cascaded Integrator Comb) decimation filter in the Sigma-Delta A/D converter. By combining the CSD (Canonic Signed Digit) structure with common sub-expression sharing technique, the proposed decimation filter structure can significantly reduce the number of adders for implementation. For the fixed decimation factor of 16, the 15% of power consumption saving is achieved in the proposed structure in comparison with that of the conventional polyphase CIC filter.

  • Led by KIEP, this project to establish an Online Union Catalog System on Northeast Asia is the first such attempt to create a collaboration between social science libraries in Korea. This Online Union Catalog System is seen as a problem solving mechanism, as it helps to maximize efficiency in utilizing labor, finance, and data, by sharing library resources. This study focuses on the process of converting databases in a non-MARC format to a MARC format.

  • A new marine halacarid species of the genus Agauopsis Viets, 1927 (Acari: Halacaridae) is recorded from Jeju Island, Korea. Agauopsis tetrasetosa n. sp. belongs to the microrhyncha group in sharing one ventral and three ventromedial spines on tibia of leg I, of which two ventromedial ones are adjacent to each other, with its 20 congeneric members. Agauopsis tetrasetosa n. sp. is most similar to A. miliaris Bartsch, 2005 and A. similis Bartsch, 1979 in sharing the similar chaetotaxy of legs I-IV, positions of the second and fourth dorsal setae, and non 'H'- or 'M'-shaped costae on anterior dorsal plate. However, the new species is distinguished from them by four pairs of perigenital setae in female, the relatively anterior location of gland pores on posterior dorsal plate, and three ventral spines on the tibia of leg II. We describe the new species herein, with detailed illustrations under a differential interference contrast microscope. We also make some brief comments on the affinities between the congeneric species of the microrhyncha group and the new species, based on a tabular key to species of the group.

  • Recently, car sharing has shown the most remarkable growth among sharing economy services. In the process of analyzing the intention to reuse the car sharing service, this study tried to reflect the unique characteristics of the service, which consists of non-face-to-face self-service, such as reservation, approval, handover, inspection, and return of the vehicle. Specifically, in addition to the perceived benefits and the perceived risks, we considered 'information quality' as a platform characteristic and 'self-efficacy' as a personal characteristic. To collect data, an online survey was conducted on adults with experience in car sharing, and a total of 320 responses were used for analysis. As a result of analyzing the structural equation model, it was found that information quality and self-efficacy increased the perceived benefits of services, and the higher the information quality, the higher the self-efficacy. On the other hand, the role of information quality and self-efficacy in lowering perceived risks was insignificant, and the intention to reuse services was more affected by perceived benefits than perceived risks. As a result of further analysis using Process Macro, it was found that the effect of self-efficacy on reuse intention was mediated by perceived benefits. It was analyzed that the indirect effects of information quality on reuse intention through perceived benefits or self-efficacy were all significant. These results suggest that providing timely, sufficient, and easy-to-understand information required by users on the platform improves self-efficacy and increases service reuse intention. In order to increase the number of service users, it is important for service providers not only to provide promotional activities such as offering attractive prices, but also to provide high-quality information so that users can use it more easily.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the non-sedentary in contemporary multi-housing planning through the understanding and interpretation of the modern nomadic life. A document research method was used to analyze and classified the spatial characteristics and development of the non-sedentary dwelling spaces since 20th century. Finally, today the applicable cases of non-sedentary space are as follows; the sharing housing, the adapting housing, and temporary housing for the multi-purpose spaces, huge spaces and the industrialization housing. First of all, in order to conform the concept of nomadism, the theory and characteristics were divided into three aspects; The concept of thought of lines, events and Rhisome, and the spatial characteristics of fluidity, multiplicity and the non-hierarchy, that is mainly based on the philosophy of Gilles Deleuze. This study attempted to analyze how the concept of non-sedentary dwelling space has been developed in what form and method they have been applied and interpreted in the historical background. It attempted to resolve the concept of movement and mobility through the experiment so that they might apply to the space of contemporary city.

  • The study examines direct and indirect impacts of organizational commitment on employee motivation through two mediating factors - opportunistic behavior and knowledge sharing - in Vietnamese enterprises. The samples were selected by the non-probability sampling method followed convenient sampling, relatively stratified by localities in Vietnam. The sample size was 636 employees in Vietnamese enterprises. The number of collected online questionnaires was 379, while the number of valid questionnaires was 329. In the direct survey, the number of distributed questionnaires was 750, while the number of collected questionnaires was 421 and the number of valid questionnaires was 307. The total number of valid questionnaires used for analysis was 636. The study used quantitative methods with structural equation modeling analysis. The results indicate that among the components of organizational commitment, normative commitment has both direct and indirect impacts on employee motivation through two mediating factors: opportunistic behavior and knowledge sharing. Meanwhile, affective commitment has only an indirect impact on employee motivation through these mediating factors. Continuance commitment has both direct and indirect impacts; however, it has only an indirect impact on employee motivation through opportunistic behavior. In addition, the results show opportunistic behavior has a negative impact on the knowledge sharing of employees in enterprises.

  • A secret sharing scheme is a cryptographic protocol to share a secret among a set of participants P in the way that only qualified subsets of P can reconstruct the secret whereas any other subset of P, non-qualified to know the secret, cannot determine anything about the secret. In this paper, we propose a new secret sharing scheme in hierarchical groups, whose hierarchy can be represented as a tree structure. In the tree structure, participants of higher levels have priorities to reconstruct the secret over participants of lower levels. In the absence of the participant of a higher level, it is possible for this participant to delegate the ability to reconstruct the secret to the child nodes of the next lower level through the transfer of his delegation ticket. This scheme has a dynamic access structure through the recursive delegation process from the root to lower levels where participants aren't absent.
